Sometimes, if you open up a big enough gate and stand in the void, the gate will swing back and slap you on the ass — which is where serial bungler and arch-schlemiel Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) finds himself at the end of an exhausting week’s dissembling in the WhistleGate matter. Long about now, his reluctant partner in the latest impeachment gambit, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, must feel date-raped just a little bit as every unraveling thread in the story leads back to another exposed deception by Schiff, the Inspector Clouseau of impeachment politics.

Maybe reading an alt-reality version of the Trump-Zelensky phone transcript wasn’t such a hot idea after all, since he read into the record evidence of his own bad faith. What was at issue, of course, were the President’s words, and in substituting something demonstrably other than that, and placing it on the record, Rep. Schiff set up a prima facie case for dismissal of his own case against Mr. Trump. Any way you slice the stunt, it smells like malfeasance.

Then there is the alleged “Whistleblower.” The identity of this shadowy figure can’t be concealed indefinitely. The Whistleblower may not even exist, and if he or she does, the classification of whistleblower may not apply to the actions taken by him/her and his/her managers. He/she has been officially described as a CIA agent detailed for some time in the White House during the Obama years, who may have been rotated back into the Trump White House on the pretext of some special expertise, say Ukrainian affairs. That suggests his/her origin as a John Brennan tool. That is, the former CIA chief now nervously awaiting the legal disposition of his intrigues in the RussiaGate matter. WhistleGate may be Mr. Brennan’s last desperate ploy to ward off prosecution, a gate too far.

What for? How about using the CIA to spy domestically on American citizens on US soil, which it is expressly forbidden to do by law, and pretty bad news if authorized by the guy who ran the whole shop, not just some schwantz section leader at a rogue operations desk. The FBI can do it with proper warrants, but not the CIA. Perhaps more troubling is who may have authorized Mr. Brennan to do that. Does the name Barack Obama ring a bell? He has kept so deeply out of sight in recent months that he’s becoming as obscure as James Knox Polk in the public’s memory. Many may forget he played a role in RussiaGate.

The first casualty of WhistleGate is the Democratic party’s front-runner in the 2020 presidential contest, Joe Biden, who may now spend his retirement years doing Chinese fire drills in the federal courts for influence peddling in connection with his bag-man son, R. Hunter Biden. I suspect the Dems are glad to get rid of stumbling, fumbling Uncle Joe, who was finding it hard to run with one foot constantly in his mouth. Now they’re stuck with candidates dedicated to open borders, free health care for border-jumpers, and a whole lot more obviously insane policy experiments borrowed from the Herbert Marcuse playbook. Good luck with that.

By the way, what if it turns out that there actually is no Whistleblower, that the figure was just a fiction, a CGI figment cooked up by Adam Schiff, his lawyers, and sundry other players on the Deep State bench? Sounds outlandish perhaps, but I wouldn’t put it past the congressman from Hollywood. We’ll find out soon enough. Meanwhile, it appears that the purported Whistleblower and his chief handler, Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) Michael Atkinson failed to observe the proper procedures in reporting the complaint through channels, not to mention the legerdemain of sketchy paperwork that attested to the complaint. Remember who Michael Atkinson is: the former legal counsel to John P. Carlin, who was Assistant Attorney General for National Security during the origin months of the RussiaGate operation in the summer of 2016, and before that chief of staff to… wait for it… Robert Mueller, when he was FBI Director. Do you begin to detect a claque of senior bureaucrats scrambling to cover each other’s ass?

Interesting days ahead as this feculent blob of malfeasance creepy-crawls through the spooky weeks of October, climaxing in Halloween. These are the weeks when the DOJ Inspector General’s report on FISA court shenanigans comes down. It’s also the month of the Brexit Absolute Deadline. That hairball over in Old Blighty might seem of unconcern over here, but it contains enough explosive power to destabilize the European banking system and, with it, America’s, which would lead to some rather scary action in the bond and equity markets at exactly the time of year when accidents like that happen.

And then, deeper in the background, like Hades and Thanatos, stand the grave figures of Barr and Durham, whose very silence lo these many months must be giving the vapors to that claque of lesser monsters who cooked up the coup to overthrow the president, and botched the job.

This is crazy-time in politics. Fantasy, fiction, innuendo. Anything will do to throw feces on the Golden Golem. I wonder what the next one will be?

    • Nightowl October 4, 2019 at 10:20 am #

There are already rumors that the next fake whistleblower will come out of the IRS.

Given how desperate the cabal is to get more pages of Trump’s tax returns (despite there being no legal obligation to show anything), I suspect these rumors are likely true.

Given the danger the cabal is in, and the fact that they have no evidence of any crimes whatsoever, there will likely be a massive influx of nonsense “bombshells” coming, with the biggest and phoniest saved for the point when FISA drops.

      • Janos Skorenzy October 4, 2019 at 12:49 pm #

Who dares, wins. They have the Chutzpah and since nothing happened to them after the last coup attempt, why would anything happen to this time either? And if this one fails, the next one as you say? Sooner or later, they’ll get him either rightly or wrongly, on something or on nothing.

A commitment to defense is commitment to defeat. Trump tweeted that someone should arrest Schiff. Who if not him? This is fatal passivity born of fear – a fear that puts all of us in danger. These people cannot be allowed to get into office. Trump is America’s last chance and what a pathetic last chance it is.

        • cbeard October 4, 2019 at 12:58 pm #

Trump and his inner circle at The White House certainly must have their very real suspicions of who this LEAKER/SPOOK is.

A CIA employee who WAS in the Obama White House then “came back”.

Nancy Drew could figure this one out (and Colombo) within 48 short hours.

Odd you should say such a thing considering the burden of proof is on the accuser!
We do not live in a country where the accused is assumed guilty well not yet unless the Democrats get there way.
Trial by court of public opinion is not legal just yet.
Strange that the DEMOCRATS always accuse others of the very crimes they keep getting caught committing!
How spokes holes such as yourself look in the mirror I will never know as you support and provide cover for some of the very worst people so much so that it makes people like me that hate corruption support people like Donald J. Trump I mean your side is just that damn disgusting lawless, feckless, clueless, moral less and bad.

        • aibohphobia October 4, 2019 at 7:27 pm #

Its actually not necessary to prove that the Whistleblower is fake.
However, it IS necessary, under our system of government, for the accuser to face the accused in court.
If that doesn’t happen, the whole business should be thrown out.
If the accuser never shows up and it goes to trial anyway, we are all well on the way to civil war.

    arch-schlemiel Rep. Adam Schiff

Most important question of the day – Is Adam Schiff a schlemiel or a schlimazel?

Schlemiel. … A Yiddish saying explains that “a schlemiel is somebody who often spills his soup and a schlimazel is the person it lands on”.

The schlemiel is similar to the schmuck but, as stated in a 2010 essay in The Forward, a schmuck can improve himself while a schlemiel is “irredeemably what they are”.

Yiddish has more negative terms for human beings than any other language it would seem. Very telling, eh?

I don’t say you (generic plural) are necessarily always wrong to think like this, certainly not in this case to be sure.

      • Exscotticus October 4, 2019 at 7:22 pm #

And even their positive terms sound negative. Honestly, if you didn’t know what mensch meant, would you imagine it’s positive?

      • AKlein October 4, 2019 at 10:00 pm #

Janos, humans have the inate capacity to be disgusting and revolting in myriad ways. Yiddish provides us with a rich and nuanced vocabulary giving names to the outliers of humanity. Very colorful language, Yiddish. At least it gives us a little humor to offset our having to endure such people.

        • Janos Skorenzy October 5, 2019 at 2:01 pm #

Yeah that’s what I just said. But my actual import: Why so focused on that? And think of the danger once such a group attains power and can use this knowledge against their enemies – namely the American People via their ownership and control of the media?

  4. teddyboy46 October 4, 2019 at 10:17 am #

This will break Rachel Maddow ‘s heart . She had bet her whole career and intergerty as a journalist on Trump being guilty of something.

It is amazing how far she has fallen. Despite my disdain for the MSM, there was a point (years ago) where I thought she was one of just a few individuals who might be a somewhat honest person.

Trump is a great con man and if he is worth as much as he claims he is (which I seriously doubt, especially as vehemently as he hides his tax returns), there is no doubt he is guilty of “something” shitty. Likelt, lots of somethings. Whether or not there are impeachable somethings in that mix is a whole different question.

While I have no respect for Trump, or really any of the DC crowd, I have to admit that his presidency has shown us how absolutely corrupt and worthless many of our public and private institutions really are. From an integrity perspective this country’s collapse is wayyyy down the road.

    • Zoltar October 4, 2019 at 1:00 pm #

teddyboy: Rachel Maddow’s journalistic integrity has long since gone the way of Stormy Daniels’ virginity. Let’s just say, it’s no longer much of a thing.

I am with you on why keep reading about it. I quickly scanned today’s post as I don’t really care all that much. Both parties in DC have spent decades refining the art of being whiny spoiled children who are going to take their ball and go home unless everything goes their way. These antics have brought us here. Neither party deserves anyone’s vote, but the herds will come out in droves to vote for their party of children over that other party of children. Our youth obsessed culture has achieved its apparent goal of eliminating all adults from every place that matters.

Good question, but I lack the vocabulary to come up with a better word for it. Plus, at this point the corruption has infected us so deeply that it has passed through our “culture” and is chewing away at what we might call our civilization. There is little that’s civil about it anymore.

He is. Once they go as far as they can, the evidence on FISA/Spygate, and other assorted scandals drops.

At this point, I am nearly 100 percent sure that this was not only planned out, but that we will see justice served to several key individuals in the cabal.

DC knows it, too; we are at the point where some are literally on CNN and co. talking about assassination. Don’t think this has gone unnoticed. 🙂

  8. hmuller October 4, 2019 at 10:42 am #

And now for the “social justice warrior news” courtesy of ZeroHedge.

    1) Detroit’s chief of police, Chief James Craig, gave Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib a tour of the Real Time Crime Center, where the department uses facial recognition technology to find suspects.

“Analysts need to be African-Americans, not people that are not,” Rep. Rashida Tlaib said.
“It’s true, I think non-African-Americans think African-Americans all look the same!”

She said she has witnessed people confuse Reps. John Lewis, D-Ga., and Elijah Cummings, D-Md., who both are black and bald. [ed.note ..not to mention ugly]

My comment: Viewing the latest technology of the Orwellian police state, this woman’s only concern was “there better be a lot of jobs here for black folk”. Oh rest assured dear Rashida, black folks will feel the implications of facial recognition.

    2) While China unveiled a new ‘doomsday’ nuclear bomb that can “strike the US within 30 minutes with ten warheads,” a top US General declared gender and race “diversity” to be a “war fighting necessity” against the homogeneous forces of China and Russia.

“The Dongfeng-41 is a 7,672 mph intercontinental ballistic missile that is said to have the furthest range of any nuclear missile and could reach the US in 30 minutes,” reports the Sun.

Meanwhile, in the United States, US Major General Lori Reynolds told 300 intelligence Marines at the 9th Annual Marine Corps Association and Foundation Intelligence Awards Dinner that “diversity” will make the difference in future war fighting.
“I believe a dramatic mix of talent, of all races, religions, backgrounds and genders will be the difference in the future,” said Reynolds.

She added that promoting diversity was crucial because it was an advantage China and Russia do not hold.

Meanwhile Air Force General Dave Goldfein emphasized the importance of the military now buying band-aids in multiple flesh colors, saying: “Celebration of #diversity and making sure we understand the flesh colored band aids is not about being politically correct, it’s a war fighting imperative.”

My comment: The Chinese and Russians may surpass us in military technology, but we have them beat all to hell in the “diversity” department. If shot, at least our troops have band-aids to match diverse skin colors. And that’s the real “war fighting imperative”.

    3) At a townhall meeting AOC was confronted by a woman who said the planet only had months left and we must immediately stop breeding and eat the babies to reduce carbon emissions. AOC was later criticized for not rejecting this ‘baby eating policy’ at the time. But she responded that she didn’t want to further aggravate the woman “This person may have been suffering from a mental condition “. (As if it’s just a possibility). That perfectly sums up the situation: you can’t really tell the difference between sincere leftists and the mentally ill.

That is the way Communist Revolutions work. People strive to oudo each other in their fanaticism. And yesterday’s fanatics become moderates and get shouldered aside. If they resist, they may lose their heads Danton or Phillip “Egalitaire”.

It’s a race to the bottom – just like Boston’s Big Dig or basically everything in a dying society.

The American Stazi is alive and well. ‘They’ ping websites of progressive/radical types all the time pretending to be real people. Like flies on rotten meat the hum of these Fusion Center Voyeurs fills the internet with their buzz. The horror and terror of Americans being well informed is a clear and present danger; but not to worry. There is a fusion center near you. The terror of change will be prevented and our fate is sealed. Nothing but death will be allowed to challenge the existing order. Moreover, the so-called ‘civilization’ you lament is globally mobile via English language & culture and as such is transmissible to the so-called ‘third world’ where Internet exists as well along side English language culture.

Mixing the people of the world up into secular society & secular civilization is not the harbinger of doom that you purport it to be.

What’s laughable is that “progressives” tout the policies most beneficial to the handful of wildly rich families that run the show. Open borders? Check. Free health care for border jumpers as an incentive to border jump? Check.

What do they want? Slavery. When do they want it? Now! What do they want? A desperate underclass. When do they want it? Now! What do they want? More. When do they want it? Now!

Whose side are “progressives” on? Not yours dickhead.

If you think they’re on your side you’re not seeing what’s right under your nose. And people that listen to them, like those beat-up, impoverished Hispanics and Blacks, they are idiots to give the time of day to the likes of AOC and her cohorts. Do NOT listen to them, their making a living depends on keeping you in a degraded state. “Progressives” are not on your side, they are on their own side, and as sure as you were born they will work day and night to screw you over. TPTB, re your comment last week

Maybe you used the wrong word, “acrimonious” as opposed to “amicable”, but when you referenced human nature as to why an amicable game reset isn’t likely, you got the idea right.

In any case I got your meaning – ain’t happenin’. Elite/Deep State reaction to the Trump election victory proves your point. Trump’s opponents freaked out and served up this Russia-gate nonsense and the Mueller belly-flop, and now this Ukraine absurdity and the impeachment baloney, which pretty much tells you “amicable” isn’t in the cards. What this tells us is that they will not brook any dissent from their neo-liberal ideology, no matter how disastrous are the practical results, primarily because the top rungs of society benefit so handsomely. IOW it’s about MONEY, filthy lucre, nothing more.

If you’re asking how I would prioritize issues, I wouldn’t surprise you by saying I would put steady work and wages and the ability of a young man to support a wife and family in some decent state as priorities one through ten. So much flows from that one thing, from the financial viability of governments at all levels given that they’d have a lot more tax money coming in, to the stability of families and the mental health of kids that would no longer have to cope with a steadily changing roster of “partners” that may or may not provide material support all because daddies are nowhere to be found.
I could go on and on but I think you get my drift. I doubt that future living conditions will ever again approach what they were in 1965, for example, with families jammed into much smaller residences, and luxuries like eating out no longer do-able, but people could at least see a way forward in their lives.

Yeah, getting the straight facts from China is a problem, you pretty much have to be there and see things with your own eyes. As you say, the Chinese government puts “stipulations” on what can be shown and said. And their official statistics are crap. Then again, governments all over the world want to paint the prettiest picture.

And war is a great distractor. Whether you’re for or against, it always has been.

In your later post I think what you’re referring to is a break-down in societal trust, where nobody is on the level, where nobody plays fair, where you can’t be sure that the guy you’re dealing with won’t shaft you, where you cough up bribes to get a leg up and you have to cough up a bribe to get anything done. You actually see that situation in most of the world and more and more on this side of the pond.

As to priorities, how do you see it? How do you line them up?

I would have to agree with your position that viable gainful employment and family unity are the ultimate goal for a healthy society, but, like the saying “you can’t legislate morality”, it is
unrealistic to expect our existing government to get us to that destination.

There no doubt would be others, but I would suggest that eliminating the polarization should be a top priority, and in an attempt to salvage and make the best of what we have, I would suggest that term limits would be a step in that direction.

I know I sound like a broken record, but I appreciate MA’s thoughts in this regard:
“The two-year term for Congress was selected by the founding fathers based on the Genoa model. Our problem, however, they failed to impose a term limit. The founding fathers ASSUMED that since a Congressman was not paid and donated his time for a few weeks each year that it was not necessary to limit the terms. Congressmen received only $6 per day for their travel and expenses prior to 1815 when they began to pay themselves annually $1500. From then on, Congress became seriously
disconnected from the people and fell into a separate political class.”

        TBTP,

I read that Armstrong article on government. Thanks for that.
As MA sez, they (“they” being the rich, ie those people making stuff for others to buy) need someone (that “someone” being a well-off consumer) to buy their stuff.

So, do the rich really want to suppress everyone into poverty? No, not everyone, just their own workforce. And this is where things go off the rails.

The entirety of the problem is that the donor class ALL want to pay their employees nothing but they want their customers to be wealthy. When the point one percent all have that same mind-set, what we end up with is what we have today, the large segment of the populace that used to buy products now only able to afford Walmart crap (if that) with one retail outfit after another going belly-up. IMO on-line purchases are not remotely enough to account for the bricks and mortar retail annihilation. And never mind individual businesses going bust, they were predeceased by uncountable families and communities that plunged into wrack and ruin.

IOW what the donor class has collectively done is to destroy their consumer market. And so, as I’ve said numerous times previously, they may be ruthless but they ain’t that bright. They had it in them to install the global scheme we call “neo-liberalism” with the aim of reducing labor costs without thinking it through to its logical conclusion, which is what we have now, which just using eyeball evidence you can see doesn’t work.

How did it come about? As MA sez, while the donor class doesn’t directly pull the levers of government, they have influence. And so, as Trump sez, government works for the donor class, the folks coughing up all that dough. Oligarchy, to put it another way, gets its way.

Seeing it through your eyes, life is a facade of absurd games being played out in Washington, an immense splurge of time and resources in aid of what exactly? To remove a president? To do what? To prop up an unworkable production-consumption arrangement that almost daily sinks companies and families and, sooner or later, that sinks that same government doing all the game-playing, that stands astride all this.

The choices you lay out, global war, civil war or both are pretty stark, some would say unreasonably pessimistic, but which I agree have a substantial chance of happening. Screw people up, take away their economic mainstay, and there will be hell to pay.

What can be done? IMO, the donor class sees any dollar in any pocket but their own as a cosmic injustice requiring immediate remediation. Any suggestion about any alternative form of government that impedes that goal of more money for them by reducing their power over elected or non-elected officialdom would be seen by the donor class through that lens of monetary self-interest.

But what can be done? The Donor Class and their apologists will tell you that “There is no alternative.” TINA IOW. They will say that NOTHING can be done, that this is the optimal state of affairs, and if we know what’s good for us, we will abide by its rules.

But alternatives are taking shape as we speak, in the American hinterland, on the streets of France and Hong Kong, whose aim is to break the strangle-hold of each place’s Donor Class on public affairs. It’s a matter of actions large and small but whose essence is simply this, that workers in slave-wage regimes be paid to buy what they produce and workers in places like the US be paid to produce what they buy. This is the only way I can see to square the circle. That is what needs to be done and maybe with some luck, that’s where things will go.

There are many alternatives, one of which, notwithstanding the fondest desires of the filthy rich, will be horrendous, not only for people like you and me, but for them too.

        • TPTB-USA October 7, 2019 at 4:55 pm #

“The entirety of the problem is that the donor class ALL want to pay their employees nothing but they want their customers to be wealthy.”

Do you take the shortest route to work, or do you take the long way home everyday? Do you purchase the most expensive item (option) at the store? How come you are not communicating with me using pen and paper? Taking the liberty of making a few assumptions, it is because you are “gaming the system”; and you either play the game (if you even have the option), or loose by default.

Sure, “the donor class ALL want to pay their employees nothing”, but you need to look at this from the perspective that they are just “gaming the system” like everyone else. If someone else creates a better and/or cheaper widget, their business days are likely numbered.*

“… what we end up with is what we have today, the large segment of the populace that used to buy products now only able to afford Walmart crap …”

My position is that where we are at today is a result of human nature, and it was inevitable. The problem I have is that I believe that the game is flawed from inception, where disparity goes to the extreme as the game plays out.

I have reviewed the current conflicts around the world, and that which I find in common is that they all look to government for an answer, but what they find, and that which becomes the focus of their attention, is the corruption by government officials. Why should they have to suffer, when the government officials are lining their pockets? How does one reconcile “tent cities” with “granite countertops”?

MA doesn’t acknowledge that the game is flawed, but instead criticizes the government for mismanagement and corruption (this may be hypocritical on his part to some extent).

What should the government have done to keep the jobs from leaving the US?

I foresee AI replacing education staff in the near future, what should the government do to protect those jobs?

If you want the government to intervene, aren’t you advocating for something on the order of socialism? Here is something to think about.**

What I have been trying to point out, is that “Life is a facade”. Nothing more than a flawed, silly little game, where one of the most blatant flaws is that as the game progresses, disparity goes to the extreme.

For the majority of my life, I never gave this any consideration, and my read is that the overwhelming majority of people in the industrialized world do not either.

If you put it in the context of an alien viewing our daily life, the chatter and tweets we are engaged in and bombarded with on a daily basis amount to nothing more than “noise”.

Republicans are focused on the likes of the Biden corruption, while the Democrats are focused on the misconduct by the president. Take one more step back, these people are there to serve the
public at large, and if they were truly honorable, wouldn’t they all voluntarily resign?

You wrote “I’m among those that don’t believe that the daily rampages have much to do with democracy or extradition arrangements but rather the steadily increasing impossibility of people doing what they’ve done since time immemorial, that being to find a mate and raise a family.”, and from this I surmise that you sense that something is amiss, and the same goes for the yellow vests in France, the Umbrella crowd in Hong Kong, the crowd charging our southern border, etc..

So, which game format is preferred by the majority, “the carrot or the stick”, capitalism or socialism/communism?

I’m not willing to voluntarily give up my families social security benefits (I suspect we couldn’t make a go of it), but if the choice was between that or the chaos of conflict, as a product of a lifetime of conditioning I might have to think about it, but ultimately, in my view, only an idiot would select the latter.

So I ask again, why can’t we have an amicable game reset (hopefully I got it right this time)?

I’m not talking about guys like Munchin, Draghi, etc. putting a band-aid on the problem like in 2008, but that which will amount to a hard reset that addresses the disparity. From the perspective of a US citizen, it would be tough, but perhaps doable; but from the perspective of all the inhabitants of this world, I suspect impossible.

So, pick your poison: Civil War, World War, or both?

They just do not have anything concrete to write about him. No convictions of proven crimes, no concrete financial information to judge one way or the other.

Just conjecture, innuendo and name calling. A well qualified Leftist rag. All the rags, cable news networks and papers use the same modus operandi, make things up to fit their agenda, lie many times on the front page and when someone catches you, print it on page 42. Daily meetings with one item on the agenda, Get Trump. 24/7/365 coverage of sorting information to publish anti-Trump propaganda. Serious networks to pass the info out to your spokesmen who all say exactly the same message 20 minutes after an occurrence. Don ‘t you think that people see through your shenanigans after a while? But I do not think you, MSM, give a damn about what people think, just get that Trump guy.

Why? Because he sees through their BS and is better than they are.

In other words, you agree that Anti-Trust legislation is in order? And since that is in reality impossible (just like the Wall), Trump should nationalize them as part of the Counter-Coup, and once the Emergency has past, sell them off to respectable people and groups. That excludes the Six Families or anyone connected with them.

Impeachment and the Battle of Kurukshetra

On September 13, I compared the World War of the Roses to the entry into the Bhagavad Gita, which is the story told by Arjuna to his charioteer, who turned out to be Krishna himself, about the causes and real meaning of all wars in general and the Battle of Kurukshetra in particular.

    https://kunstler.com/clusterfuck-nation/tectonic-rumblings/#comment-440833

This battle began immediately after the conversation, about 10 thousand years ago, and was the main battle of the war between the Pandava and Kaurava clans, most likely representing the notorious haplogroups R1a b R1b, which Mr. Klesov loves to speculate about.

And since thanks to the flu I am still under the impression of another smash hit of Krishna-it of All Russia, I want to balance this smash hit with another smash hit on the same topic, but composed and executed by a person who knew the prospects of this haplogroup in Russia much better than the aforementioned Krishna-it of all Russia.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vS5p4LuDASM

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZ9DHOHx9fo

Meanwhile, comparing the situation with the entry into the Bhagavad Gita turned out to be more than appropriate, and the impeachment, which the Deep State of the United States is trying to shove Trump at least in some place, paradoxically showed that the battle has not yet begun, although literally two weeks ago it seemed to me personally that everything is a go!

But I have my own criteria, and when everyone drooled from being touched by international politics and considered the sabotage of Russian athletes by the Olympic Committee the biggest misfortune that could fall on Russia, I wrote about a nuclear war.

And now, when everyone writes about nuclear war, I see how humanity is slowly but surely crawling away from the edge of the nuclear abyss into which it almost threw itself on June 22, 2015.

I even had a hope that in the near future it would not begin and the events we are witnessing would not be remembered ten thousand years later as an occasion to write a new Bhagavad Gita.

And with all due respect to this truly remarkable literary monument, I personally do not need a new Bhagavad Gita!

Indeed, the announcement of the impeachment by Nancy Pelosi, which is a declaration of war to Trump, showed the democrats’ unpreparedness for this war and the amazing readiness of Trump and Co. for it.

This means that the aggressor in this war can be defeated even before the account of the victims goes to tens of millions. And what we have observed so far is reconnaissance in force and small regroupings of troops on the field that will become the battlefield.

And there is a chance that Kurukshetra will end up being the Great Stand on the Ugra River.

there seems to be a consensus that everything in the GPS steele dossier is all false and a bunch of made up lies. But what has actually been disprove? Nothing has. Some dates and names and places have been corroborated, so it may be likely at least part of it is true.

I have a hard time exonerating someone who claims transparency, but wont show his tax returns, who fights every subpoena and mutes all of his staffers, a someone who claims he had a convenient case of bone spurs, but does not have an xray, one that was supposed to have been done by a doctor in NYC who was a tenant of Fred Trump, of a gut who claims he is a genius, bit has no IQ test to show, a guy who claims he was an excellent student but will not release his grades, omeone who believes that as long as he can convince someone that something is true, then it must be, but that seems to be the thrust of this column for quite some time.

Why doesnt he just release his tax returns and if he is so inocent, we can have this all cleared up by this weekend.

And Schiff was not making anything up in the analysis of Trumps conversation with Zelensky. It was an accurate rendition of the available info that was released by the White House.
But it should be noted that the pace of the conversation was highly abnormal. Trump phone calls ususlly proceed at a pace of between 110 and 135 words a minute, but in this one if you are to believe it is the full conversation, then it was only 65 words per minute.

But you have your constitutional right to believe whatever you want and you can believe it is the truth, also. Makes no difference in the
Free World if it is true or false or if you are right or wrong

    • draupnir October 4, 2019 at 6:38 pm #

You seem to forget. To paraphrase Michael Moore, Trump is the big, fat, orange middle finger we deplorables sent to DC to trouble the councils of the small and foolish. His job performance thus far has been beyond expectations in that regard. The Democrats are so discombobulated that the center cannot hold. They are running about in disarray, and seem to have splintered into component parts. They’ll probably be unable to bring the disparate parts together long enough to actually nominate a candidate with even a vague hope of uniting the party. If they nominate someone with an actual change of getting elected, the splinter groups will refuse to support the candidate and will throw their votes to the Green Party or some such, as many Bernie supporters did with Hillary. Bernie could maybe pull it off, but he’s as unacceptable to the DNC, and their masters, as he is to Republicans and will never get the nomination. I suspect he’s running again for the big payoff at the end.

Draining the swamp goes on apace, though slowly. It’s more tenacious then I would have believed.

Like the Democrats with Bill Clinton, we know the weakness and failings of the man we sent and don’t care.

Naturally, the most interesting thing in the whole Watergate story is the sudden appearance in the editorial office of the newspaper Washington Post of the Agent “Deep Throat”, which informed the editor-in-chief of the Washington Post Ben Bradlee about the installation of listening equipment by unknown persons at the Watergate Hotel.

In this regard, I decided to refresh my memory about all the circumstances of the appearance of the pornographic film “Deep Throat” on the market, from which Ben Bradlee borrowed the nickname of his agent, whom, apparently, he knew well in that capacity too.

And I suddenly discovered that any mention of the main distributor of this film, then suddenly impoverished “Vanguard Films”, completely disappeared from the corresponding Wikipedia article.

I asked perplexed questions of a friend of mine, who in turn twisted his fingers around my temple and asked: “Don’t you not know what the Vanguard Group is? Why would they care about such mentions in Wikipedia?!”

And indeed it will be very funny if it turns out that Deep Throat is now worth $3 trillion dollars, and the invincible Hillary Clinton knows from personal experience how much white spots on Monica Lewinsky’s dress are, although it’s really surprising if we already know for sure that Deep Throat worth at least two US presidencies.

Wonderful Jim, absolutely wonderful. I saw headlines this morning like, ‘Trump allies escape to Italy amidst impeachment drama’, as if they were war criminals about to be executed. Deep State, Deep Spin.

Schiff sinks even lower than the whale shit I at one time mentioned. “He’s lower than whale shit buried beneath the sand at the bottom of the Marianna Trench.”

    Some this and that:

“Trump should be held accountable for his corruption for trying to hold politicians and bureaucrats accountable for their corruption.”

There must be a term used to describe this kind of logic and thinking? I guess that it makes sense?

If not, let’s invent a new term to describe it. Biden + Trump =. “Bump”? Like a Pimple? “Zit”? “Pop that Zit!”

Do you remember the TV evangelical preacher, Jimmy Swaggart? Ole Jimmy Swaggart would preach on Sunday’s, crying, ranting and Speaking in Tongues about Sin and Lust, and then in the evenings, he’d get dressed up in a jogging suit with a sweat band on his head and then jog over to a cheap, short time motel by the highway to have raw sex (sodomy) with cheap hookers. I wonder whatever happened to ‘Old Jimmy Swaggart”? He probably ran off to the Caribbean, like that other TV preacher who was running that church scam humanitarian project in Haiti? Who was that “Geezer”? “Reverend Tilson”? I can’t remember.

Do you remember the 1970’s “Harold Head” comic book story about the Mad Scientist who invented a formula to evolve himself into just a Brain (no body) that could project an image of itself into the minds of people in whatever form it chose? Rather than using its amazing Super Intelligence and Super Powers for “Good”, it did a Joe Biden/ Bill Clinton/ Trump to pick up women at bars for casual sex and sodomy. The Brain would project into the target woman’s mind the image of a handsome, rich, successful alpha male. The Brains fatal flaw was that at the moment of ejaculation the Brain’s projected image would drop and the woman would scream upon seeing just a giant hideous brain hovering above her. Of course, the Brain gets addicted to the sex until one day the Brain is screwing a women who is packing a loaded .38 caliber revolver. Upon dropping his load thereby revealing the giant Brain, the woman rather than recoiling in horror, pulls her piece and shoots the Brain. But rather than killing the Brain, the Brain recovers and is badly brain damaged. The comic ends with the Brain (which now projects an image resembling Bernie Sanders or Old Joe Biden) picking up Skanks in bars.

Breadline Bernie is being released from the hospital. Yes, it was a heart attack. What’s needed now is r+r, not some pitiless political campaign. That sh#t takes its toll, what with the grueling travel, a hectic schedule, irregular meals and interrupted sleep pattern. Even a younger man could be crushed by that, never mind somebody pushing 80. The worse thing that could happen now is if Breadline, outlining some grandiose crazy scheme like bringing criminal charges against coal and oil companies for Climate Crimes, waving his arms around, eyes crazy, hair wild on his head, looking like some unhinged 21st century Trotsky, has another heart attack in the middle of it, in front of 20,000 people, and kicks the bucket right there on the goddam stage. Then it will be campaign terminated real quick, leaving the little people bewildered and lost.

Wondered why the Dems running all the human cesspool cities and states choose to ignore the homeless fiasco in their midst.

    It dawned on me:

    1. To declare an emergency, they have to acknowledge their liberal system does not work, this will never happen.

    2. Even worse, the Dems are trying to tear down the US for their globalist buddies and allowing the homeless to accumulate in the cities is just another step in that direction. Notice we never hear what percentage of the West Coast problem is illegal immigrants or people displaced by illegals when the governments support the illegals at the expense of American citizens.

Oops. 5 hours ago. OAN news

Nancy Pelosi’s son coming under investigation for guess what, working in a job in a gas company in the Ukraine that dear old mom got for him.

Here is the rub. Everyone in power positions in the US was making deals with Russia, China, and Ukraine prior to 2016. The seal on all the deals, keeping them under the table was the election of HRC. None of what has happened since would have happened if she had been elected, no Russiagate, no Ukraine hatchet job, no Jeffrey Epstein, no Wall to stop the evil influx at the border. The corrosion of the US under Liberal control would have just continued.

Oops, she lost! The HRC security blanket went with her. The Libs have put up a smoke screen for three years to block what is about to move into the light. They will do anything to block what is about to happen, what ever it may entail. If Trump gets re elected, he will take the corroded Deep State and hopefully destroy it. His job is not done until then.

I hope that Trump, Barr, Durham are under tight security to protect them from our intelligence agencies.

BREAKING: Nancy Pelosi’s Son Was Exec At Gas Company That Did Business In Ukraine

Can’t wait for the impeachment to start. Trump’s lawyers will have every legal right to question Biden, his son, Pelosi, her son, and those other Dem legislators who threatened Ukraine—all under oath and in front of the American public.

The aftermath may indeed be that the coup attempt moves on to the Senate, where Trump has overwhelming support. But the damage to Biden, Pelosi, et. al. will be devasting.

      • wpa_ccc October 5, 2019 at 12:55 am #

“Trump’s lawyers will have every legal right to question Biden, his son, Pelosi, her son, and those other Dem legislators” –Exscotticus

Republican legislators were right there… it was a bipartisan effort. It wasn’t just Biden who wanted reform in the Ukrainian prosecutor’s office. Republican senators did, too. In 2016 Sens. Rob Portman (R-OH), Ron Johnson (R-WI), and Mark Kirk (R-IL), along with several Democratic senators, called for Ukraine’s then-president to “press ahead with urgent reforms to the Prosecutor General’s office and judiciary.”

So, yes let’s have Trump’s lawyers ask away. And if we are going to go after Pelosi’s family or Biden’s family, then I guess Trump’s family and Pence’s involvement is also fair game. Also fair game is how much the Trump and Pence families have enriched themselves from foreign government involvement. Those are impeachable offenses for both Trump and Pence according to Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the United States Constitution that restricts members of the government from receiving gifts or emoluments from foreign states. Trump and Pence’s corruption is well-documented.

I agree, Exscotticus, that would make an interesting line of questioning. Bring it on!

        • Exscotticus October 5, 2019 at 1:34 pm #

          >>> It wasn’t just Biden who wanted reform in the Ukrainian prosecutor’s office. Republican senators did, too.

The question isn’t: Who wanted reform? The question is: Who’s children had significant business dealings in the Ukraine while policy was being planned and implemented? Because that’s a conflict of interest and likely violates 18 U.S. Code §?208.

So far, the Dems appear to have dirty hands all over Ukraine. But—yes—let’s clear the swamp regardless of party.

          As for emoluments…

Appeals court dismisses emoluments clause case against Trump involving Washington hotel

For Dems to impeach Trump on something that’s already been adjudicated would constitute double jeopardy and a violation of Trump’s rights. SCOTUS would almost certainly get involved.

Canadian politics have nothing on you, but we try. We have a Prime Minister who in his days as a drama teacher dressed up with black/brown face, which paled in comparison with a wanna be Prime Minister of the opposition (Andrew Scheer) who is a dual citizen (US), who at first denied it (how stupid is that, as he would have filed tax returns), couldn’t remember if he was registered with the Selective Service System (military draft), then was reminded he was. He was also speaker of the House of Commons for a time, representing the tie breaking vote if necessary. The US embassy had their man in Ottawa some would say right where they needed him. Yes we are the banana republic of the north with Fort Drum ready and willing to keep it that way some say.

When Xi Jinping came to power he confronted a situation in which Jiang Zemin’s “Shanghai Gang” via Zhou Yongkang had taken control of the police and other “judicial organs” in China which were responsible for investigating corruption and malfeasance. Not to be thwarted, Xi Jinping simply created a new investigative organ (the Central Discipline Inspection Commission) and staffed it with Xi’s people, particularly Wang Qishan. Trump presumably doesn’t have the option of creating a new organ to do an end run around the apparently corrupt FBI, C..IA and Deep State, so he has to appeal to foreign governments to investigate these people? This seems to have the Swamp scared-shitless?

Hoo boy, now we have second intelligence official with direct first-hand knowledge regarding Trump’s dealings with Ukraine who is considering filing a whistleblower complaint. Trump will not be able to play the “hearsay” card anymore.

Trump has written 801 tweets recently. Writing so many tweets is actually cutting into his golf time. Me thinks Trump is rattled by Nancy’s resolve. Tick tock, Mr. President.

If I didn’t know any better I would think that people like Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler are intentionally sowing division and rancor for the sheer purpose of destruction. And excitable flying monkeys like Nancy Pelosi (Marrano ?) are eager to participate in more ways than one of course. This would obviously never have anything to do with a certain set of someones who seem to move from nation to nation devouring, destroying, and draining the life force before moving on to the next prey. Its too late for the Donald. The vipers are literally in his house and thus he worries and dotes more for Tel Aviv than Tallahassee. After all, Tel Aviv has its wall, and Tallahassee has no wall and must welcome more newcomers than ever before.

      You are right on.

I imagine the Democratic committee this morning after the jobs report yesterday.

What are we going to do, this country just refuses to listen to our BS and go into a recession. We have pulled all our strings on Wall Street and the Deep State and all those Deplorables just keep creating jobs and getting people off government support. How are we going to get our power back if Trump just keeps demonstrating that capitalism works at all levels?

I wonder how many times in history internal politics have intentionally destroyed countries. Too many I am afraid.

If you care about the future of America, and your own future, do not even get close to the Democratic Party. They are toxic.

Yes John, the Democrat party, particularly the leadership has not a concern for the welfare of the white working and middle classes. But neither does the Republican leadership. Can’t you see? If they cared about Us they would not be so literally eager and more than ready to resettle millions of browns and blacks into our country. All they care about is maximizing their profits and the Democrats want to maximize their theft and fleecing of whites to totally destroy Us as a distinct people. So whatever their differences they answer to the same masters.

Following the impeachment (overthrow) of Trump, the Republican candidate will be Pence with Vice President Mitt Romney, and the Democratic candidate will be Elizabeth Warren with Vice President Hillary Clinton.

And this rumor looks like a leak by Warren, who was already made an offer, she can’t refuse, although she really wants to, as she understands that she will not live long as president.

I often wonder why so many Christians are so hard core for Israel and the “Chosen People”. A people who literally hate Christ. It would be a good idea for these misled Christians (most) to familiarize themselves with the Talmud. Then they would understand that for instance, according to the Talmud, Gentiles are nothing more than animals. That its permissible to kill and steal from Gentiles without penalty. That even the best of the Gentiles should all be killed. That subterfuge and entrapment should be deployed against Gentiles. That Jesus is in hell being boiled in hot excrement. And that Mary was a harlot.

I don’t think there’s much anti Christian sentiment coming out of Israel, SSL. I really haven’t heard of any. Certainly Christian groups are welcome inside the country as Pilgrims and visitors to different Christian sites in the Holy Land, and are protected as much as possible. Maybe if you look hard enough you can find some, but you can find anti Christian coming from the Vatican right now too.

Evangelical Christian Zionists are always welcome. High level ones get to tour Israeli Military Sites – a much valued prize, such is their cuckery.

Orthodox Jews are supposed to spit when they pass by a Church or a Priest. This hasn’t changed and priests in Israel notice it. Some get enthusiastic and spit on the priests – and that’s not cool.

Have you heard of the rapture crowd? They are the Christian folks that believe the end times are here and are waiting for the Rapture, the removal of pure souls, to occur. One of the requirements is for the third Temple to be raised on Temple Mount in Jerusalem. So they are giving lots of support to Israel, financially and otherwise and generally support the Zionist movement.

IMHO, God’s first attempt to intercede with humanity, the creation of Israel as the introducer of God, was and is a bust. Instead of interfacing with humanity and spreading the Word, the Jews have enclaved themselves through history and practiced typical ethnocentrism. Boy, nothing worse than telling a group of humans that they are God’s chosen and better than anyone else.

God, IMHO again, realized his first covenant did not work, and sent number two

      Jesus Christ!

          • messianicdruid October 5, 2019 at 2:47 pm #

The “ rapture “ teaching is itself anti-christian. It teaches that we should sit on our hands and wait while those who commit iniquity [ law-less-ness 1John 3:4 ] do whatever they want, until the planet is so screwed-up by their world-system that even God couldn’t fix it – and is simply forced to destroy the whole thang.

Dispensationalism is Darbyism, IOW – a doctrine and commandment of men.

I humbly disagree John. Perhaps a lesson was to be learned from the failures of Israel? People of all types have a problem apparently learning the lessons displayed by history. Thus the covenant can be assumed by a new and holier nation. But sorry, the ethnocentrism of the Jews is an admirable quality. If only Whites like you would be convicted that our race means something. That’s why they will lord over you. Didn’t you understand the lesson of Babel? God made distinct races. The races are supposed to love and maintain themselves within their boundaries. But so many simply don’t want to accept and embrace that which is handed to them.

I’ve followed this blog for quite a while, and have noticed each week there are the same crew of 7 or 8 commenters making the same redundant points and calling each other increasingly obscene names and sounding more and more like grade school playground debaters:

    “Is so!”
    “Is not!”
    “Is so!

    “Why don’t YOU fuck off?”
“No, YOU fuck off! Trump is a dick!”

Many churches are burning down in France, but no Mosques. Its a strange phenonema.

The man who went on a stabbing spree inside the Paris police station was a distinguished club member, an immigrant from Martinique who had converted to Islam 18 months ago, a trusted coworker and friend. Surprise!! What a scene that must have been, ha! Don’t worry Frenchies, a terror investigation is being launched, eveything is under control. Get this: my wife called today from Cannes, in the South of France, and aked me if I’d heard anything about a disturbance in Paris. They’d heard a rumor, that’s all. So much for the vaunted western ‘Free Press”. Looks like the French have the same lying obfuscating, mendacious POS media as we have here.

Again, my wish to stay out of it is frustrated by a fibber.

There’s a pattern here – something bad happens and it’s not enough to denounce it, but somehow necessary to go up a level and announce to the gullible that the local news media aren’t covering it.

We’ve had it with the English grooming gangs (Janos), the retractions of black on white accusations (elysianfield) and now you with the Paris attacks. And this on the basis that your family members hadn’t heard anything about it. Really. That’s the basis of your accusation – some family members on holiday, whose first languages are presumably English and Spanish, hadn’t read the papers or listened to the news.

Now, I’m not going to do your homework for you, brh, because I’ve already done mine. Not that I needed to because I’m less gullible than you (and presumably some of your readers) and I’m more familiar with both French society and the French press. It’s easy for me to put in some key words and confirm, as I did, that that the story is all over the place in the French media. But you deserve some detention homework, so go figure the key words yourself, as I would if it was a language in which I wasn’t fluent. Google Translate is your friend, at least as far as the basic words go.

I don’t get it. Or maybe I do. I mean the acts you’re concerned about are bad, so why isn’t that enough for you (not just you personally)? Why do you need to add on your fake news agenda to discredit the press when it has done what it’s supposed to do? We all have gripes against the press, but it’s not OK to make yourself worse than them.

Actually, brh, I will help you out – here you are:

            https://www.google.com/search?q=attaque+pr%C3%A9fecture+de+police+Paris&rlz=1C1AVNE_enGB615GB621&oq=attaque+pr%C3%A9fecture+de+police+Paris&aqs=chrome..69i57j33l5.18715j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

Will you retract your accusations courteously, like Elysianfield, or will you double down with the obfuscations, like Janos? I wonder.

This shit is going on all over the place so why is it beyond the realm of possibility it is not happening in Merry Old England and France?
Simply putting your fingers in your ears, closing you eyes and screaming la la la is not going to change that fact Muslims don’t value other peoples cultures or religions and some of them will even do destructive things or lie to further the cause of ISLAM.

Here’s an article for you discussing the arson attacks and other defamatory actions against churches and religious relics. There’s a lot of anti-Catholic sentiment in France, but you seem to be make a heck of a lot of assumptions, which doesn’t surprise me at all.

Have a read. Then a think. You don’t appear to know as much about French society as you think you do.

            https://thehill.com/opinion/civil-rights/445159-tweeting-wont-solve-frances-deeper-church-fire-problem-prime-minister

Only a small number of French church arson attacks have been shown to have any connection with Muslim extremists. There are about 45,000 churches, BTW – mostly no longer used regularly for mass – compared to 2,300 mosques.

There are all sorts of people in France who seriously don’t like the Catholic Church.

BTW I found references to two arson attacks on UK churches, but no Muslim connection.

A list of anti-Muslim attacks (including on mosques) may be found here:

            https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Islamophobic_incidents#United_Kingdom

There’s a mosque (not a fancy one) round the corner from my home. When the shutters are down it’s covered from top to bottom with graffiti. There are also churches all over the place near where I live and there’s not a mark on any of them. I presume the clientèle of the mosque gave up cleaning off the graffiti years ago – it’s been there are least as long as I have (2002).

Little Jane, I don’t have an Indian, but my grandfather did. Not sure whatever happened to that thing. Christmas is 11 weeks from now; by that time the hearings and subpoenas will have wrapped up and Congress will have been well into their holiday break. Hearings and subpoenas will start up again when Congress convenes in January. Futher investigations of the Pelosi and Biden family’s corruption in Ukraine will reveal just how rotten, craven and greedy those families are, and, on second thought, impeachment proceedings against the president will cease, or a vote will be taken, and quietly ended. But most likely it will be ‘impeachment’ hearings and subpoenas for the rest of Trumps term, with the impeachment vote happening next week, or next month, but never actually taking place. When you really think about one wonders why the Dems are wasting their time with these investigations in the first place, why not just take the transcripts of the previous 3 years, scratch out Russia’, and pencil in ‘Ukraine’. Its the same goddam hoax all over again.

    Hair Hysteria
    by Steve Sailer
    @ Takimag
    October 02, 2019

Last week, the prestige press decided that it was National News that a 12-year-old black girl in the D.C. suburbs had come home with some of her rather unflattering dreadlocks cut off. When her grandmother asked what had happened to her hair, the tween refused to answer. But later she told Grandma that it wasn’t her fault her hair was cut because, see, three white boys in her class, you know, had held her down on the school playground, called her hair “nappy,” and pulled out scissors.

Granted, this story sounds to you and me like something Jussie Smollett, Tawana Brawley, Crystal Mangum, Jackie Coakley, and Tribal Elder Nathan Phillips would concoct while getting high together on nitrous oxide from whipped cream cans.
After all, few white males younger than 79-year-old Don Imus use the word “nappy.” And do roving gangs of male juveniles actually carry scissors for impromptu hairstyling?

But to the national news media, the little girl’s tall tale was exactly the kind of thing they imagine is happening everywhere…

Therefore, this ludicrous hate hoax was seized upon by The Washington Post and The New York Times. The latter darkly noted about the girl’s private school:
Immanuel Christian’s website…says that it does not accept gay students and that it requires employees to affirm that marriage should be between one man and one woman.

That just proves that the Good People, such as blacks and gays and the rest of the Democrats’ Coalition of the Fringes, are all on the same side against the Bad People (i.e., straight white males).

The fact that Mike Pence’s wife, Karen, is a part-time art teacher at this school was gleefully mentioned. Perhaps the thinking was that when Trump is impeached and convicted, and meanwhile the vice president has to resign over this Dreadlockgate, then Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi would become president!

But on Monday all the fun ended abruptly when the girl’s family issued a statement apologizing for her having made the whole hair hoax up.

In the real world, of course, 12-year-old girls do silly stuff to their hair all the time, and then they sometimes make up implausible excuses for what happened to it…

So it would hardly be surprising if a sixth-grade girl, or one of her friends, started trying to modify her hairdo, then discovered that cutting your own hair is typically not a good idea, especially in case, if I might speculate, your grandparents might have paid for an expensive dreadlocks weave.

I don’t know that that is exactly what happened, but something like it was always far more plausible than the nonsense the media played up.

You might think that national news organs would be aware enough to decide not to run with this trivial matter in case it blew up humiliatingly in their faces. But they are now beyond embarrassment.

To understand why, you have to look into the evolution of extraordinary media delusions and the madness of elites…

One of the funnier hallucinations is that white people older than first graders go around demanding to touch the hair of blacks, and that the victims are traumatized for life by it. Barack Obama’s Dreams From My Father seems to have seeded this trope with his claim that “a redheaded girl asked to touch my hair…”

The reigning Theory of Intersectionality was made up thirty years ago by a black woman law professor named Kimberlé Crenshaw (whose Twitter handle is @sandylocks in reference to how she colors her hair) to demand that black women like herself deserve to be more privileged than black men or white women (and, of course, white men).

With Intersectionality ascending to an unquestionable dogma lately, the establishment press has come to believe that it is immensely important to find out what young women of color have on their minds. They must have come up with some incredibly great ideas during their 400 years of marginalization.
So, the media have increasingly turned over their platforms to young women of color.

And what messages do they have for us?

After having read hundreds of their op-eds and the like over the past few years, I’ve discovered that the No. 1 topic young woman-of-color journalists want us to listen to them talk about is…their hair.

They definitely have a lot to say about their hair.
    Why?

Well, first of all, because they are young women. Looking nice is very important to young ladies and it takes up a lot of space in their brains.
Second, due to the decline in prestige of white men, with their tiresome science and rationality, older ways of thinking are growing in influence. And hair plays an important role in Haitian voodoo and Southern hoodoo magic. A guide to voodoo explains:
Using human hair and/or the finger nails of the intended love interest aids in the creation of a powerful love spell. With such objects voodoo dolls can be created to help one fall in love with another.

Third, although we are constantly lectured that race does not exist, that race is a social construct rather than a biological fact, in truth, race is as visible as the hair on your head.

Racial integration exposes black women to competition in the sexual marketplace with women from races with longer, silkier hair that tends to be more attractive to men.

Why do men generally prefer longer hair on women? Whether or not women can naturally grow their hair longer than men on average seems to be a question in dispute. The only hair-growing experiment I’ve ever seen referenced found that women, on average, could grow hair twelve inches longer than men could before it started to fall out…

Fourth, young woman-of-color journalists have been to college, where they are lectured that, as the late Michel Foucault is assumed to have proved, everything is a social construct. If you control the discourse, you have power, and if you have power, you will naturally want to control the discourse.

Why not, then, use power to “change the conversation” to propagandize people into finding black women’s hair better-looking than that of their racial rivals?

After all, the fashion-industrial complex is constantly socially engineering changes in what women think they need to look like. With enough power, woman-of-color journalists reason, we can change the discourse enough that men will truly feel that black women’s hair is best.

Over the past few years, mighty efforts have been expended by the media to brainwash people into preferring black women’s looks. This crusade has done wonders for the careers of a handful of beautiful black models, actresses, and singers. But whether it has done black women as a whole much good is uncertain.

In any case, the media will keep on trying, in accordance with Sailer’s Law of Female Journalism:
The most heartfelt articles by female journalists tend to be demands that social values be overturned in order that, Come the Revolution, the journalist herself will be considered hotter-looking.

Tate: We all have our crosses to bear. When I was growing up, I was made fun of because I was “too white.” I couldn’t tan to any great extent, just got a sunburn. Oh well, black sistern, focus pn your social skills.

The dusky-skinned vibrant imports in Sweden are having their way with the defenseless deracinated natives. A good standing arm-&-neck choke hold would have taken care of the problem as quickly as the attack itself unfolded. But the ‘manginas’ of Sweden are no longer taught to defend themselves. Like the eloi in the 1960s film “The Time Machine,” who are at the mercy of the cannibal subterranean Morlocks, they cannot even conceive of ganging up to defend their own, as the video makes plain. “Where are your buddies?” one of the attackers mockingly asks.

Tate, you sure that ain’t Minnesota? Looks pretty similar to video from Minneapolis last week when whitey got the shit kicked out of him by 18 club members outside Twins stadium. No problem, just the boys blowing off a little steam and gettin’ their Reparations at street level, not waiting for the Dems to come thru. F#kk them, says Homey, I want mines now.

Its hard to believe these Swedish ‘Men’ are descendants of Vikings.

BoJo’s hairball in Old Blighty pales in comparison with the political spam war that the Democrats & Republicans are about to engage in for 2020. The Duck’s impeachment will stand and Pelosi would not have launched impeachment if the Democrats would fail.

Forcing America to recognize Trump’s inherent corruption is paramount. Flinging mud at the FBI & CIA is standard fare but the evidence is what prompted the impeachment proceedings.

Anyone can indict a ham sandwich or tuna on rye but indictment of an American president takes a bit more finesse.

Suggestion was made tonight that McConnell will make the impeachment dead on arrival in the Senate due to the level of corruption involved with it. Great idea!

Let’s see. We dump Trump and elect Biden in 2020. Then look forward to another 4 years of investigation of Biden’s corruption.

Sure am looking forward to that.

      Compare the two.

Impeach Trump for asking Ukraine to investigate US corruption.

Elect Biden then impeach him for getting his son foreign jobs and enriching the family with the help of his position as VP and folks in Ukraine and China.

This is so ludicrous it would be funny if it wasn’t so deleterious to the country.

The game is looking really good for the Democrats simply based upon the fact that everyone knows by now that Trump is a bigger crook than Nixon ever was. Heck, Elizabeth Warren would get your house in order better than the old bulls of yesteryear dying on the pulpit and skipping out on campaigning for Coronary Heart Bypass and all round old bastard embolism conundrums does not make for a viable leader.

I thought the silver haired geriatric generation like Sanders knew better than to have a stopover for a triple heart bypass on the campaign trail to the D.C. helm. All the candidates are too old except Warren.

“Just imagine the world’s thinking about our wonderful political system right now.” –JohnAZ

We need to tax the rich at higher rates. U.S. economic growth was substantially higher during the period of high taxes.

From 1950 to 1980, average annual growth in real (inflation-adjusted gross domestic product) was 3.9%, while from 1981 to 2018 the comparable number was 2.7%. We now have 40 years of evidence that Republican tax cuts have not worked and did not pay for themselves as promised. Trickle down was a giant lie that upped our debt.

Elect Democrats, pay higher taxes, get guaranteed health and education for all, increase GDP, and eliminate the national debt.

    • JohnAZ October 5, 2019 at 11:15 pm #

      Uh!

Pay higher taxes, great idea. Chase the rest of our manufacturers overseas, drive the elite capital holders overseas, there is not enough taxes available to finance your pipe dreams, taxing the economy lowers GDP, not raises it and eliminate the national debt, you are dreaming. If the Dems get in there, we are heading for the poor house.

Your statistics of lower GDP is bogus too. Dems and GOPers split both of your ages. The real difference is the US was it after the war and for the next couple of decades, we made everything for the world. The world grew up and started making their own stuff. So our share declined, and GDP fell.

Your economics are suspect! If your side wins over the next year, you can kiss this country’s economy bye-bye.

            Boy oh boy.

            Talk about brainwashed.

Higher taxes are patriotic and good. Since 2008, the Obama years showed very slow growth and then when Regs were loosened and the tax cuts were passed, the jobs market and the economy exploded. Your Democratic ideal of government dependence by the masses has hopefully been cut back a bit. The gimme group has been knocked down by 10 million folks who are now off food stamps. But if one wants government control of everything, one wants people to be dependent on the government.

You are not patriotic by supporting taxes, you are parasitic on the productivity of the American people. You are anti-American.

If you would do your homework, you would know that GDP growth is really tied into the cost of oil and other resources. It is also tied into technical developments, we grow like crazy when the PC is invented, then the shakeout happens and we depress, then the internet starts up and we explode again until the dot.com bust. Taxes have little to do with it.

What a crock, taxes are patriotic. Having the government make all your decisions for you is a good thing. You Dems are smarter than everyone else and therefore should tell all those dumb people what to do.

Unfortunately, the fact that nearly half this population have bought the line of BS you promote may support your position. It could be that due to too much immigration and indulged spoiled college brats the ability of the American voter to make good decisions is compromised.

If you like higher taxes and socialistic control, Europe, China and Russia would be good places to relocate when Trump wins next fall. America will reject the poison of too much socialism.

            Hopefully!

You Dems lost the election because the Rust Belt Union guys finally gave up on your BS. Also higher percentages of Blacks and Hispanics. Tax policy, especially capital gains and corporate taxes, of the Obama administration chased so many companies overseas that these working folks have become dependent on subsidies from the government.

Aha, the real motivation, power and government control.

  72. capt spaulding October 6, 2019 at 11:53 am #

The problem is that when we cut taxes and deregulated everything, we didn’t do it enough. That was the problem as well with the eight years we had under “W”. Republicans all understand that higher taxes and regulatory laws are a guaranteed trip to the poorhouse. Under Bush, we should have eliminated taxes , except for the military, and completely eliminated those pesky regulations that only serve to hold businesses down. That was the reason for our meltdown that time.

Just think about how much worse it would have been if the Republicans hadn’t cut taxes as much as they did. It would have been a fiscal black hole. It’s only because of our good luck in having Republicans in charge of everything that we were able to survive. The irony there is that Obama got elected and took advantage of all the good things the Republicans had done, and took credit for coming out of the recession, which we were already starting to do.

All I’m trying to say is that we should take a look at progressive countries like Somalia, where there are no taxes, and damn few regulations, and copy them. People need to get behind Trump, who is the guy with enough genius and foresight to lead us to a new prosperity.

    • JohnAZ October 6, 2019 at 1:45 pm #

I know you are writing tongue in cheek.

However, there is something to what you have said. A problem with all of the programs and economic plans and tax cuts and everything is that it takes two years to do anything with this government. Just about the time that the effects of any tax change starts, someone comes along and changes it back or makes it worse.

WPA says that tax reductions do not cause revenue increases and therefore do not pay for themselves. How would we know? There has never been a change put into place that stayed around long enough to ascertain its effectiveness.

The Laffer curve which says that taxation up to a point increases GDP but then above that point depresses GDP is the basis of Reaganomics. A theory which has never been proven because reduced taxes never stay around long enough. Even Reagan took away a large part of his 1982 tax cuts in 1986.

Too many politics, not enough horse sense.

Illegal immigration is the problem. And the inability to stop it. That is the problem. If we stop legal immigration, there are mandatory jobs here that will not get done.

Control the border is what I ask. Spend government assets into feeding the job creation hurricane that has been started by allowing in legal immigrants on visas where necessary.

Okay, you tell me where the USA folks are to be trained to do the NECESSARY jobs. Why aren’t more American folks trained to be MDs or RNs. Why are so many MDs named Patel? Why are there so many unfilled jobs being talked about today? Gee, could it be a lousy education system promoted by Liberals, a lousy tertiary education system promoting liberal arts as the key to success?

Necessary jobs are the ones that society requires to function. I do not know why there are not Whites standing in line to get those jobs. If an American citizen is in the waiting line, of course they should get it. But if there is no qualified person available, the employer is going to reach outside the US.

I do not know how the visas are requested or filled, do you? Is Trump even involved in the process? Is it interior to the state department? Is it a product of the Deep State process that Trump is trying to kill? I do not know the answer to this.

My point though remains. The problem is illegal immigration and the asylum process that allows way too many people into our society with 73% going onto welfare. Unqualified overstayed visas are a big problem too. Both are a product of a Liberal Oriented Deep State that are very happy with things as they are.

SSL, pay attention to the main objective here, to control the border, to keep out the people we do not want entering the country. Open borders are fatal,

WPA later on is right, if things go as they are now, Whites are going to lose out. Get the liberals out of the education business and the open border business. Voting against Trump is the wrong direction, who do you suggest as an alternative?

Focus an actions—not words. For example…

Trump denies entry of immigrants who cannot pay for healthcare

The United States president on Friday issued a proclamation that bars legal immigrants who have no health coverage or cannot prove that they can bear their healthcare costs before entering the country.

The proclamation is to come into effect Nov.3 onwards with the US election just 13 months away.

Clearly, Trump is not opening the floodgates to immigration—lawful or otherwise.

I wonder if it will suffer the same fate as The Hunt? Perhaps not if it is for the purpose you suggest.

And think of that. The height of cruelty. Forcing people to expend their lives to make money so that they may live. When all the time you can simply print it at will.

What, the collapse of a system that puts profits above everything including the Soul? Who can have faith in any of it now? Probably those that gain from its existence. Its putting our people at the precipice of extinction. Collapse would be brutal but we may have a chance to see a better day at some point. Extinction is final. But hey, at least foreigners can fill up those mandatory jobs!

  74. Billy Hill October 6, 2019 at 1:35 pm #

    Our esteemed DNC source opines:
“The cult-like Republican belief in tax cuts isn’t supported by results. It’s leading to an apocalypse of debt and inequality.”

Seems to me some years back WPA described the debt as an abstraction, implying that it is not something to be taken seriously, that it is tantamount to a figment of our imagination.

At the time I was still in my Poor Richard’s Almanac phase of economic understanding and perforce took issue. But in the intervening years I have come to appreciate the “made-upness” of just about everything human (I am in a “Sapiens” phase of phenomenological analysis) and ask, with Martin Armstrong, “why do they even bother collecting taxes from us?” Seems to me as an experiment we could give everyone with a financial institution account $10,000 in digital currency (one humongous mouse click for mankind) with no strings attached.

Poor Richard believes this will cause Krugman to crumble.
I am no longer certain. Is the debt merely a proxy for the money supply?

It is amusing, nevertheless, to observe WPA’s migration from the Krugman estate to the gloomy confines of late 18th century thrift.

    • JohnAZ October 6, 2019 at 1:55 pm #

The debt is a “bank account” that the loaners contributed to over time to accumulate capital for their future. Those “ bond investors” are going to have a real surprise coming when they find out someone has spent all that capital on smoke and mirrors and there is nothing their to pay the debt.

Macro and micro economics match concerning debt.

When all those pension plans, IRAs, 401Ks and savings bonds folks come looking for their sustenance, they will be surprised to find out the politicians have spent it all buying votes.

The national debt is the future failure of the world economy as the decline in US consumer demand will clobber the world. This process is underway, just watch the stock market.

      • JohnAZ October 6, 2019 at 1:59 pm #

One of the most frustrating things is that with what has happened, you just feel like punching someone in the face. But then you figure out that it is you and millions of other voting folks that put these turkeys into place and that if anyone needs punched, it is us.

      • Billy Hill October 6, 2019 at 2:45 pm #

“Macro and micro economics match concerning debt.”

I’m no longer convinced. I think we can pretend, as if stage actors, ad infinitum — recognizing of course that there are guns and badges on the micro level and prodigious militaries on the macro level enforcing our belief systems.

        • JohnAZ October 6, 2019 at 7:47 pm #

Micro debt and macro debt is the same, eventually the creditors want their money back. The Feds have nothing to offer in payment.

“When all those pension plans, IRAs, 401Ks and savings bonds folks come looking for their sustenance, they will be surprised to find out the politicians have spent it all buying votes.”

We hear a lot these days about the looming pension crisis. Especially in places like Chicago. OK — so what if instead of a “deficit” the money just magically appeared in the pension account?

I can hear the roar already: Inflation, By God!

What would be inflationary in those 60 and 70 somethings buying groceries, fixing their teeth, calling the plumber for that leaky toilet, maybe taking a trip or two? Seems to me the result would be stimulative — as in augmenting velocity of money.

My estate lawyer used the term “magic words” which, when applied in the accepted fiction we call a legal document, will protect assets from taxation via a trust.

Magic Words. If I fail to affix my signature to the legal document containing the magic words then I will forfeit money to the state, which has agents bearing arms and badges proclaiming their authority to assume possession of my stuff.

All the world’s a stage, or at least an accounting fiction.

Sorry my levity was lost on you. I have respected your point of view over the years I have been participating in the conversation on this site. And speaking of firefighters, I lived across the street from a Fire Captain who retired at about age 50 with munificent benefits of which I can only dream. I am approaching 70 and still working. Not to pay the rent exactly but because in the real world of relationship selling it is difficult to just pull the plug on the relationship.

Whether the fact that I deferred gratification and have something to show for it makes me a prick is, well, in the eye of the beholder. It’s easy to jump to conclusions in the safe confines of your computer screen.

But if, in fact, you deem me just a prick for living the way I have lived, well then sir a hearty FUCK YOU.

          • Majella October 6, 2019 at 8:08 pm #

Wrong (again). Trusts are taxed, just like anything else.

“Estates and trusts are taxed on the income they earn, just like everyone else. A deceased individual might have owned stocks, bonds, rental property, or other interest- and dividend-producing assets at the time of her death, and these assets become “owned” by her estate when she dies. Any income generated by them after her date of death must be reported by her trust or estate.”

            https://www.thebalance.com/2015-income-tax-brackets-estates-and-trusts-3504855

Just saying it doesn’t make it so, JohnAZ.

          • JohnAZ October 6, 2019 at 9:08 pm #

Yeah, income from the estate is taxed as it should be. The principal of the trust is protected from inheritance tax.

Saying this is true. It still protects the wealth of each generation and will be a target for the blood sucking Dems.

Exscotticus, it doesn’t matter. White supremacists have lost the battle. Nothing can change the rise of immigrant power in the United States. AOC will be president in 10 years.

Immigrants and their U.S.-born children now number approximately 89.4 million people, or 28 percent of the overall U.S. population, according to the 2018 Current Population Survey (CPS)

All your lament about how many people are crossing the southern border is for naught. The deed is done. Those 89.4 million immigrants and their growing families are the future of America, not WASPs. Get over it..

11 million illegal immigrants is only the beginning. Look at the birthrate in Mexico. Plenty more where they came from. Also compare it with the Hispanic birth rate here. The Mexicans and the rest of South America will conquer us, not with guns, but fecundity. That’s right, they won’t use guns, they’ll use their dicks, and out breed us. Nobody seems to understand that overpopulation will be the end of us. It exacerbates every single problem in the world. I had two kids, and went in & got snipped. My kids are gonna grow up in a much more crowded than I did, and the influx of illegals from all over the world is gonna make life just that much worse. Whistleblowers are patriots acting legally against wrongdoing, corruption, waste, abuse, fraud. Whistleblowers are acting to preserve our democracy.

Whistleblowers are honoring their oath. The president is violating his oath. Trump is a president abusing the office he holds.

Trump is a president who engaged in a corrupt QUID PRO QUO of aid for dirt. Trump is a president who held up $391 million of military aid Congress passed in a bipartisan manner to extort an ally to interfere with the 2020 election for the political benefit of Trump.

When asked what corruption he was concerned about in Ukraine that did not involve a 2020 political opponent, Trump could not answer the question. Because he doesn’t give a shit about corruption. He is the most corrupt president we have ever had, from day one of his presidency.

“Your mistake is in imagining that all those hispanics are liberals” –Exscotticus

Your mistake is thinking Trump is a popular president.

Trump is the only president in the history of the United States to never achieve over 50% popular approval in his first three years in office.

Trump did not win the popular vote. Hillary won the popular vote by almost three million votes. If you add in the other vote for other candidates, Trump lost the popular vote by 10 million votes. It was only by the elite electoral college that he “won”

Trump lost the 2018 midterms by a landslide and has done nothing to improve his image since 2018.

Trump’s economy is heading into recession. Manufacturing is already in a recession. Farmers are rebelling. The famous indicator used to criticize Obama: Labor participation rate. It dropped to 66.4% in January 2007, just as the economic collapse began, and kept going. Now the country hovers at just below 63% as people have left the workforce. Which puts the lie to Trump’s “unemployment” figures.

To your point: Dems don’t need 100% support from non-whites, as the election of 2018 proved. But with more than 50% white vote and more than 50% non-white vote, 2020 is a slam dunk for Democrats, especially since Trump will not be on the 2020 ticket if he resigns this month.

    • capt spaulding October 6, 2019 at 8:30 pm #

You have to admit tho, whatever Trump may have done or said, the Biden’s were taking in some pretty substantial swag from their natgas deals in the Ukraine, $850,000 initial payout and $83,000 per month after that (not $50000 per month as originally thought). The whole operation seems to have been run out of John Kerry’s power yacht in Martha’s Vineyard, former yankee whaling port, now summer playground of the lefty elite. Many plots are hatched in the Vineyard to increase the wealth of Big Libs living there, using their high level political and business connections in DC and Manhattan. And here is the intersection of the Boston Mob, the Bulgers Winter Hill Gang, with America’s political elite. The focus is on Ukraine right now, but the big payday was in China, perhaps as much as $1.5 billion. How the hell else is Bulger’s kid, partner of the Kerry’s and the Bidens, gonna summer on the Vineyard?

This bring up a really great question.

Trump is the sworn enemy of the Deep State, period.

Trump is the enemy of the US according to Joe Walsh.

    Thus,

Trump is the enemy of the US. Right?

This is a question that every one has to answer.

Is Trump the traitor to the US or is the Deep State?

Is the goal here to give the Deep State license to take over the US. Is the US now a communist country in its heart?

The real traitors are the RINOs that have stabbed the conservatives in the back trying to get at Trump, and for What?

“And WPA, there is no Quid Pro Quo!” –JohnAZ

The White House call transcript said there was a QUID PRO QUO.

In a quid pro quo agreement, one transfer is contingent upon a RECIPROCAL transfer. In Trump’s call to Ukraine Trump said that while the United States has been “very good” to Ukraine, he “wouldn’t say” that Ukraine has been “RECIPROCAL” to the United States. There’s nothing subtle about this statement. It’s plain that Trump wants something from Ukraine. QUID PRO QUO.

Then, Zelensky responds with the key ask. He wants more Javelin missiles, an indispensable weapon system in Ukraine’s conflict with Russia. QUID. And what is Trump’s response? The next words out of his mouth are, “I would like you to do us a favor though because our country has been through a lot and Ukraine knows a lot about it.” PRO. Trump is asking for additional assistance to investigate Trump’s potential political opponent in the 2020 election. QUO.
