After two years of gaslighting the public while it blew smoke up America’s ass, the Jacobin news media enjoyed its final feeding frenzy with the release of the 400-page Mueller report. They expected 1000 pounds of raw filet mignon, but it turned out to be tofu fried in olestra. The ensuing fugue of hyperventilating hysteria was also duly expected and William Barr stoically endured their hebephrenic peevings at the release ceremony — a press conference which itself offended the media.

The threats and raving continued all the livelong day and far into the peeper-filled night with CNN’s Chris Cuomo blustering “It’s time to rumble,” and the lugubrious hack David Gergen muttering soulfully, “This was not fake news,” and The Times’ Maggie Haberman fuming that the White House had played the “Nazi anthem” Edelweiss — very fake news, it turned out, since the tune was written for Rodgers’ and Hammerstein’s 1959 Broadway show, The Sound of Music (and sung by the anti-Nazi hero Baron von Trapp). Meanwhile Rachel Maddow had the balls to confab in prime time with disgraced former FBI mandarin Andy McCabe, officially identified as a liar by his own colleagues at the agency. What a circus of perfidious freakery!

Understand that the Mueller Report itself was the mendacious conclusion to a deceitful investigation, the purpose of which was to conceal the criminal conduct of US government officials meddling in the 2016 election, in collusion with the Hillary Clinton campaign, to derail Mr. Trump’s campaign, and then disable him when he managed to win the election. Mr. Mueller was theoretically trying to save the FBI’s reputation, but he may have only succeeded in injuring it more gravely.

The whole wicked business began as a (failed) entrapment scheme using shadowy US Intel “assests” Stefan Halper and Joseph Mifsud to con small fish Papadopoulos and Carter Page into incriminating themselves (they declined to be conned) and moved on to ploys like the much-touted Trump Tower meeting to ensnare Trump Junior and then to several efforts (also failed) to flip Paul Manafort and Michael Cohen — the final product of which was an epic failure to find one instance of real chargeable criminal collusion between anyone connected to Mr. Trump and Russia.

By the way, the Mueller Report failed to mention that the two Russians present in that August 2016 Trump Tower meeting, lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya and lobbyist Rinat Akhmetshin, were on the payroll of Hillary Clinton’s oppo research contractor Fusion GPS, and met with that company’s principal, Glenn Simpson, both before and after the meeting — just one example among many of the Mueller Team’s shifty tactics, but a move that speaks volumes about Mr. Mueller’s actual intent, which was to keep his prosecutorial circus going as long as possible to interfere with Mr. Trump carrying out his own duties.

The Special Prosecutor’s main bit of mischief, of course, was his refusal to reach a conclusion on the obstruction of justice charge. What the media refuses to accept and make clear is that a prosecutor’s failure to reach a conclusion is exactly the same thing as an inability to make a case, and it was a breach of Mr. Mueller’s duty to dishonestly present that failure as anything but that in his report — and possibly an act of criminal prosecutorial misconduct.

Like any tantrum, the media’s frenzy will run out of steam (and credibility) and now they will be whipped like dogs for betraying their public trust. There is a counter-narrative to the “Resistance” narrative, and it is a true crime story. That suppressed story is finally going to roll out in the implacable workings of actual (not fake) justice and it is going to crush a lot of people who concocted this epic political hoax, including some members of the press who knowingly and dishonestly abetted it.

Many criminal referrals have already been made on the likes of James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and Bruce Ohr, and a big net has been cast to pull in the figures who have been hiding in the thickets lo these two-and-a-half-years of smoke and gaslight: Loretta Lynch, Sally Yates, William Brennan, James Clapper, Nellie Ohr, Samantha Power, Bill Priestap, Jim Rybicki, James Baker, Mike Kortan, John Carlin, Mary McCord, Josh Campbell and more. Some of these are going to jail and some have already flipped. The fetchings should reach the Obama White House. Mr. Mueller himself, even in his majestic granitic silence, will be liable for failing to inform his boss, the Attorney General, that the predicate document for his witch hunt was known to be a fraud back in 2016, and was used anyway to spy on a presidential candidate.

Let congress put on a carnival of its own now. It will be greeted like a TV commercial for a hemorrhoid remedy while the real national psychodrama plays out in grand juries and courtrooms, demonstrating what a grievous injury was done to this republic by its own vested authorities.

With this stupid investigation behind us Trump, inc, along with the Repubs and Dems in DC, can get on with their apparent job of speeding up this bus to the cliff’s edge. Or, have we already gone off the edge and are just freefalling to our greatness again? Hindsight will tell.

    • FincaInTheMountains April 19, 2019 at 10:09 am #

That was far from stupid, that was a formidable attempt of toppling the constitutionally elected US Government.

      And it almost succeeded.

P.S. Are Americans so used to attributing ANYTHING to common stupidity?! Hanlon’s razor again!!

      • Ol' Scratch April 19, 2019 at 10:28 am #

That said, one shouldn’t discount stupidity either. It seems to be uncommonly common in the empire these days.

      • TiredOfTheTreadmill April 19, 2019 at 10:49 am #

I like the use of the words “constitutionally elected” to add serious power to the whole affair. In our current world of voter antics by both parties, heavily gerrymandered districts, corporations being considered people, corporate owned politicians who’s main concern is their corporate buddies, electronic voting machines with propietary code nobody can see, Israel’s influence completely overlooked as people focus on Russia, etc… it seems that stupid covers a lot of ground these days. But please, take this political moment super seriously until the next political theater grabs eveyones attention. It’s sure to make as much of an impact on the average person’s life as Reagan’s pre-election antics, Clinton’s blowjob, etc… On to the next thing in ADD nation is the most likely outcome. We will see, I may be wrong.

Kunstler’s bi-weekly gaslighting continues even while he refuses to call for complete, unredacted release of Mueller Report.

          • libertysghost April 19, 2019 at 2:57 pm #

And what you did (not Kunstler)…just there…is definitive gaslighting.

I love people who demand others demand something as a test of their allegiance to their cult of delusions. Tell us what you expect to find in the “redactions” that will make the clear statements Jim references moot, or move on…the words and ideas used here are too complex for your abilities.

In a world were a person must prove their innocence (as exists in the minds of your cult), the failure to find collusion or prosecutable “obstruction” of an investigation into a crime that didn’t exist, “PROVES HE’S a CRIMINAL…UH, IMMORAL…UH, UNETHICAL…UH UH UH…”. Geeesh

          • Uncle Bob April 19, 2019 at 10:49 pm #

It’s illegal to release an unredacted special prosecutor’s report. The Democrats got the law changed after the Starr Report revealed Bubba ‘s use of Monica’s hoo-ha as a humidor for his White Owls. It’s also illegal to release brand jury testimony to the public because Of the havoc that can play in the lives of innocent people. Of course, these minor points aren’t shared with the public by the mainstream media; doing so would hurt the Socialist Democrats’ narrative, and this their chances of getting rid of Trump.

“[T]heir apparent job of speeding up this bus to the cliff’s edge” — I remember where I first read this as the metaphor for our current situation, in “Escape from the Zombie Food Court” at Joe Bageant’s blog, which is now defunct along with Joe. I described how our host and Joe had a conversation of sorts through their blogs when I wrote about Joe’s death eight years ago. I’m glad to see that image of our predicament still survives.

Speaking of food courts and going over cliffs, the Retail Apocalypse rolls on. Company Man’s saga of JCPenney’s decline is merely one of many tales of the Retail Apocalypse, the latest being Sears Holdings former CEO “Fast Eddie Lamprey” being sued by Sears unsecured creditors for asset stripping.

That guy detained for carrying canisters into fuel into Manhattan’s St Patrick’s cathedral, is apparently a college ‘philosophy professor’ … that cathedral on 5th avenue, is only one block away from the 666 Fifth Avenue building owned by Jared Kushner and his convicted felon father Charles Kushner … who is said to be the power behind the scenes at the White House, according to that new ‘Kushner Inc’ book, with Jared sometimes putting his dad on speakerphone so he can later get his dad’s sage advice

Amongst the crimes Jared’s father Charlie was nabbed for, was a blackmail and extortion scheme against his own sister, Charlie set up his sister’s husband with a prostitute and filmed it … but the sister surprised Charlie by going to the FBI with the film

And speaking of cathedral fires, Michelle Obama was taking a luxury river cruise on the Seine river when it was burning … in one of the media photos, you can see the smoking cathedral reflected in Michelle’s wine glass
      https://i.ibb.co/9gL3tcw/Michelle-Obama-wine-glass-reflecting-Notre-Dame-burning.jpg

But that didn’t top France’s former culture minister Jack Lang, now a director at the Arab World Institute Paris … who took a selfie of himself on the Institute balcony, with burning Notre Dame behind him in the distance

    • malthuss April 19, 2019 at 10:19 am #

      Hal started the fire,

Paris police investigators said they think an electrical short-circuit most likely caused the fire.

The Parisien newspaper has reported that investigators are considering whether the fire could be linked to a computer glitch or related to temporary elevators used in the renovation that was underway at the time the cathedral caught fire. Chauvet said there were fire alarms throughout the building, which he described as “well protected.”

Charlotte Hubert, president of a group of French architects who specialize in historic monuments, told BFM television that experts plan to spread a custom-made peaked tarpaulin across the cathedral’s roof, with enough space to also shield workers rebuilding the frame.

      • Nightowl April 19, 2019 at 5:18 pm #

There is news going around that the fire started in two places, which suggests an intentional act.

I like the rest of us plebes don’t know either way, but if I had to guess, purely based on the way the media is feeding it to us, I would say it was arson.

I think that would have been SOP for any pol worth his or her salt in Trump’s position. Plus, it’s not like the US doesn’t have its own meaty thumb on every other country’s elections too, so these cries of interference are all just so much sour grapes on the part of the HRC gang anyway.

      • venuspluto67 April 19, 2019 at 10:26 am #

Oh yes, absolutely. The Russians never would have succeeded in their endeavor had it not been for the DNC’s ham-fisted attempt to force the terminally unpopular Clintons down the country’s throat for a non-contiguous third term. It was such an epic bungle that of course they’re going to want to cast all the blame on the Russians so that they don’t look like the freaking idiots they are. 🙂

    • Ishabaka April 19, 2019 at 10:15 am #

And there you have it – a perfect example of how facts don’t shape people’s opinions in the good ol USA in 2019. Only feelings count. Justice Kavanaugh felt rapey, so he was a rapist. She Whose Turn it Was’ loss felt Russiany, so President Trump is a Russian pawn.

As pleasant a prospect it seems to be, I doubt that there will be a rendering of justice for those who concocted these schemes. We have a polity that is so skewed away from the truth that it can only accept the one ideology of statism; anything getting in the way has to be crushed.
A great big question, however, is Mr. Trump actually in the way? If not, then, their only beef with him has to be his mannerisms and pedigree.

    • JohnAZ April 19, 2019 at 10:29 am #

Exactly, and about his mannerisms, who else would you want to counter the Namby-pambyism of DC. To deal with A-holes you need a bigger a-hole. This man knows the elite, knows what makes them tick, knows what to do to tear them down. He has been slowed considerably by the shenanigans mentioned above, but let us see what happens now.

The Dems are already attacking Barr relative to the Report, but the real issue is what is coming next, a full out attack on the sleaze in the DOJ, and the judiciary across the country. The people are fighting back against the takeover of the DC environment by a bunch of globalist socialists. Hopefully, a few Democrat zealots are heading for the slammer. Yes, She needs to be locked up as a warning to any other demigod that the US is not for sale or cannot be taken over by any single ideology. Populism over uniparty cronyism any day.

I put out a video to watch last night to expose the uniparty conspiracy. Please watch You tube report Rocky Mountain Heist to see how insidious the Left has become. This experimental takeover in Colorado was way too successful and is spreading.

The only way this country has a chance is the destruction of unipartyism.

    • Exscotticus April 19, 2019 at 12:03 pm #

      >>> their only beef with him has to be his mannerisms and pedigree

      That’s easily 50%.

Recall that Obama was the “deporter in chief” long before Trump. Obama was the progenitor of the kids-in-cages deterrent. And nary a peep from his base or the MSM at that time. What little coverage existed was graciously overlooked and forgotten, beguiled as the Dems were by Obama’s double-dealing dulcet promises of DACA and amnesty.

Obama was very good at telling people what they wanted to hear, and shielding them from the harsh realities of life. To paraphrase Colbert, “We Americans didn’t want to know, and you had the courtesy not to tell us. Those were good times, as far as we knew.” Obama was the perfect leader for a nation of adult children obsessed with their mental issues and genitalia.

      • venuspluto67 April 20, 2019 at 7:18 am #

Obama was a very smooth and genteel agent of empire, where Trump is as a rule very rude and coarse, which is what I believe turned mainstream voters in suburbs and medium-sized cities against him in the last election. But both never hesitated to give the one-percenters most of what these elites wanted, and in the final analysis, that’s the only thing that really matters.

        • Exscotticus April 20, 2019 at 1:51 pm #

          >>> But both never hesitated to give the one-percenters most of what these elites wanted

I don’t buy into that class warfare nonsense. The ideological and policy differences are clear to see.

When Trump, for example, preserves MY right to keep and bare arms—that has nothing to do with the one-percenters. After all, they can afford to hire professional security details. They don’t need 2A.

And Dems? They would toss 2A in a second if they could. So there’s a difference that has nothing to do with rich versus poor, powerful versus meek.

          >>> Trump is as a rule very rude and coarse

It’s a breath of fresh air to finally have a leader fighting back against PC and liberal expectations of speech. We were well on our way to losing 1A as well—as Canada and Europe have with their hate speech laws. Recall that even descriptive and truthful terms like “illegal alien” were becoming no-go zones before Trump.

  6. izzy April 19, 2019 at 10:15 am #

“That suppressed story is finally going to roll out in the implacable workings of actual (not fake) justice…”

Might be the least plausible result, considering how warped the entire system has become. But one can still ‘Hope’, in the spirit of 2008.

  7. Walter B April 19, 2019 at 10:18 am #

“Understand that the Mueller Report itself was the mendacious conclusion to a deceitful investigation, the purpose of which was to conceal the criminal conduct of US government officials meddling in the 2016 election, in collusion with the Hillary Clinton campaign, to derail Mr. Trump’s campaign, and then disable him when he managed to win the election. Mr. Mueller was theoretically trying to save the FBI’s reputation, but he may have only succeeded in injuring it more gravely.”

Yes indeed James, you know this, I know this, and many who post here know this. You always present it all so well, thank you. We will, however, never cease to be plagued by those rabid few that will not and cannot accept it and move on. They will continue to deny and fabricate their own demented unrealities. Facts no longer exist for them for they have been replaced by those delusions that are created by their own, tiny minds. Right on Walter.

The next moves of the Left are sliding into place right now. They have to destroy the credibility of Barr, even more than Trump now. Barr has the goods to destroy the royalist group centered around HRC, and has indicated he will follow the lead. The Leftist lock on power in the Deep State May finally have a crack in its dam. Watch for attacks coming from the globalists, especially relative to the immigrant and drug trades through the border.

Walter, watch the You Tube video, Rocky Mountain Heist to find out how Colorado’s polity is controlled by 4 people. If you think that the Left is anti-elitist, you won’t after watching this video.

The loonies of today do not need facts, — Walter B

It is (again) that cult-like belief, Walter. When, in early 1945, captured German soldiers brayed their confidence in the ultimate victory of the Third Reich (to howls of GI laughter, I might add) … those Germans were displaying a similar cult-like belief. It all fell apart the moment their chosen demigod blew his brains out in preference to being taken prisoner by the Soviet Union.

I wonder at what point will be the “moment it all falls apart” for the radical Left. I don’t think they ever considered that the arc of the moral universe might bend around far enough to deal them a profound blow.

      Cheers

        Seriously?

Heebie-Jeebies: (noun), a state of nervous fear or anxiety.

        I suppose it could apply…

        • AKlein April 20, 2019 at 6:39 am #

The (somewhat) convoluted reference to “Heebie-Jeebie” may be related to the calendar. This hypothesis is based on a prior obscure reference to “Heebie Jeebie” in the classical work from Mad Magazine, to wit, “Whon thot Aprille swithin potrzebie,
The burgid prillie gives one heebie-jeebie.”

CNN is desperately trying to be the tail that wags the dog. The political reality is that Dems don’t have nearly enough votes for impeachment, and they don’t have a collusion conspiracy to garner more votes. All they have is the detritus of a failed soft coup—a stink of fecklessness, mendacity, and vulnerability heading into the 2020 election season.

In short after years of telling white people how evil and entitled we are they have suddenly realized they are going down like the Titanic if they don’t change course or their narrative and plank platform.
The DNC is the party of old crotchety people pretending to care about the unwashed masses but they are every bit the 1% they disparage so much. Could they finally be understanding they needed the white middle class or will they double down on class warfare and screams of everyone is racists but the DNC supporters?
This deplorable has a huge tub of popcorn and will enjoy watching the DEMS speed up the cycle of eating their own.
They discounted the Trumpster and he has been two steps ahead the entire time.
It will be funny if he manages to destroy the DNC and they become the next wig or bull moose party in other words a foot note in history.
      If so good riddance.

The long-and-short of it is that they don’t have enough votes in the Senate to impeach Trump, so it’s just not going to happen. Reading today’s post again: “…demonstrating what a grievous injury was done to this republic by its own vested authorities.” brought something to mind.

Recently watched the first episode of Netflix’s “Roman Empire” about how Marcus Aurelius’ wife Faustina, when she thought he had died, scampered off to Egypt to schtupp his next-in-charge general in an effort to consolidate her power and keep the empire in family hands. This inspired the general to raise his legions to take Rome. When hubby Marcus turns out to be alive and well she off-ed herself, and Marcus had the general shanked.

    Nothing new under the sun.

    Just a thought.

I have read a lot about the retail apocalypse on the blog. Amazon and Walmart happen to be the bad guys. The big chains seem to be dropping like flies.

    Two personal observations

One, whoever is doing the buying for the big chains has their heads up their butts. Selection is terrible and very limited. It is like they have no clue what people want.

Two, Amazon is a shipping company. I use it because I got sick of looking for things all over town and not finding it. Amazon seems to have a pulse on things. The most striking thing I have noticed is that Amazon uses small shops to supply the wide range of products it offers. Could it be that Amazon is really helping out MainStreet and small businessmen?

I work in retail, and I can vouch for the fact that the middle-managerial class in this country is laughably incompetent. We no longer live in a meritocracy (if we ever did), we live in a “who-you-know”-cracy.

I love your petards, Jim Kunstler, but I am not in any way convinced of a grand Trump counter-offensive following the release of the Inspector General’s report. Nothing of substance will happen. You are dreaming in Technicolor. The dirty tricks, the brazen scheming to undermine the electoral process, the swindles and collusion between Obamite (as in “termite”) WH and the Clintonchiks (as in “apparatchik”) will be drowned in the howls and hysterics of the non-Fox media and the justice machinery’s grasp of long-term self-interest, that is, past MAGA, which it knows is plain ol’ OTBR (Orange Toupee Bullshit Revolution). If anyone gets indicted, rest assured, it will be second-rate bit players, whose names the public will not even recognize (perhaps with the exception of Andy McCabe or Peter Strzok). In other words, it will not be carnage, and it will not reach the heights of Loretta Lynch, or Allah forbid, Barack Obama. That level political rot will be protected by the standard teflon: “acted legally, and in good faith, on the information available”. And that will be that. The Republic will continue to be dismantled at the speed of God’s windmills.

    • FincaInTheMountains April 19, 2019 at 1:11 pm #

Another adept of the Hanlon’s Razor who is forgetting that the Republicans started all kinds of investigations against the Clintons not because Bill screwed somebody in the Oval Office, but because Hillary cheated in 1992 presidential elections by using a spoiler Ross Perot, which violated all gentlemen’s agreements of the American elite.

      • James Hansen April 19, 2019 at 1:31 pm #

They appointed Ken Starr to be the most powerful prosecutor in the U.S. with unlimited money, manpower and time based on not even speculation. They had nothing, if it were not for Linda Tripp’s backstabbing of her friend Monica Lewinsky the whole thing would of ended much earlier.

Ken Starr threatened Monica and everyone within 100 miles of her with long prison sentences if she did not reveal every detail, which he leaked to the press on a daily basis.

It was dirty politics at its finest.

Of course. Because a serial philanderer, womanizer, and/or rapist getting oral sex from a very young intern in a government office and then lying about is is not serious.

          A me-too moment.

Now imagine if Trump did that.

          • James Hansen April 19, 2019 at 7:32 pm #

Republicans had better sense and judgment in the 60s, they knew all about John Kennedy’s womanizing and they did not try to turn that knowledge into a weapon.

The Neocons in the 90s were into gutter politics, what Bill Clinton did sexually in private should of never became public. Especially when most of the Republicans were slime balls just like Bill!

But they did not try to impeach Clinton for womanizing as they had no knowledge of it till later, Ken Starr was on a 120 million dollar fishing trip looking for anything to bring down a very successful sitting president.

An affair in office is not High Crimes and Misdemeanors. Ken Starr attempted a coup and failed and you are ok with that. So long.

      • 100th Avatar April 20, 2019 at 9:22 pm #

Too many esters? Too much varnish?

        You are missing the plot.

If Trump received oral sex in his government office by a government intern… ?

Well yes, he would have to answer to those charges.

He could debate the word “is” or “sexual relations”, but if he lied about it, it would indeed by impeachable.

        It’s the lie dummy.

        • James Hansen April 20, 2019 at 9:57 pm #

The important thing is they started the coup before they knew about Monica and no, there are no charges for sex between consenting adults.

In a Conservatives mind impeaching a president for jaywalking or lying about sex is fine as long as it is a Democratic President.

I sure am having a hard time making you understand some pretty simple concepts, what is your IQ?

          • 100th Avatar April 21, 2019 at 12:19 pm #

There are people that are willfully ignorant. You are willfully stupid, but you’re intensely partisan, which perhaps explains your conundrum.

There are severe grounds for punishment in the federal workplace for having sex with your subordinate. In your office. On government time.

Even more severe if found lying about it during the course of an investigation/review.

You can blame a vast rightwing conspiracy, a witch-hunt, or your melodramatic claim of “coup”, but it is a settled conclusion that Bill Clinton is a womanizer, serial philander, and accused rapist.

But he is a D, which is all that matters for the useful voting idiots.

You shouldn’t get your hopes up about Trump winning in 2020. Only half the eligible-to-vote millennials voted in 2016. My guess is a substantial percentage of the ones who didn’t were disgusted…rightfully disgusted…by Hillary.

They will be older and wiser now and something tells me the mid-terms were a foreshadowing of what’s to come.

Of the millennials who did vote 2/3 voted for Hillary.

Meanwhile I’m guessing a fair number of white fat asses who voted for trump are or will be taking their dirt naps next time around.

        Thx for the compliment.

        • Exscotticus April 19, 2019 at 7:07 pm #

          >>> They will be older and wiser now

Yes older and wiser. They’ve moved out of the basement, got a job, maybe even started a family. And now they have some skin in the game. Which is exactly why they’ll go from the dark side to the orange side. “Feel the Bern!”—which sounded so hip in their high school years, now just seems idiotic. They want to keep what they earn for their own families—not have it taken from them for the benefit of illegal aliens. The list of epiphanies go on and on.

I believe Trump is on a whole new level compared to Obama. At one point there were over 15,000 kids separated and some were sent all over the country and the world but with out a system to keep track of where they went or where their parents were sent either.

A judge said ” If you take someones kids you should at least give them a slip of paper”

Countless families are separated possible for ever and someone in the Trump administration said ” It is too much of a burden to track down where every body went”

          • Exscotticus April 19, 2019 at 10:57 pm #

            >>> I believe Trump is on a whole new level compared to Obama.

The fact that these policies were applied to a greater number hardly excuses Obama. Indeed, unlike Trump, who immediately ended the controversial practice without a fight, Obama fought on in court for the right to continue the status quo. Here’s something to refresh your memory. In fact, here are a few headlines to add some context…

Obama seeks change to law that protects immigrant kids

Obama rips GOP on immigration, says he will act alone

Terrific: Feds apparently keeping child illegals in cages

Just curious, can you direct us to any posts you made at the time condemning Obama?

          • James Hansen April 19, 2019 at 11:42 pm #

Contrary to what you might think I have a very low opinion of Obama. He put the future of this country in great danger by increasing the national debt by a staggering 10 Trillion dollars.

He passed and expanded the Patriot Act , he signed the NDAA and Felony Riot right before he left office.

He condoned all the war crimes and black torture sites of the Bush administration and he gave a pass to all the corruption that lead to that banking and housing collapse.

He is also a war criminal by expanding and continuing the wars and adding several more to the list.

Since 2000 the U.S. has been going downhill because of the shitty Neo Conservative and Neo Liberal administrations. I do not see it getting better and if you think Trump will leave us better off than when he started you are kidding yourself.

    • JohnAZ April 19, 2019 at 4:26 pm #

You, the Left, lost this round, get over it.

Why not try to come up with ideas that are better than the GOP’s. What a breath of fresh air that will be.

You better because you are not going to beat Trump with the idiots in play now.

      • James Hansen April 19, 2019 at 5:20 pm #

John, you should know I am a far Left Liberal and how I think the country should be run would make your hair stand up!

For instance I would increase the EPA s budget times four over and turn them into a brown shirt army to enforce all the pollution laws with a vengeance. The idea that corporations should be allowed to foul the water, air and land just to make an extra profit is disgusting to me.
Bush killed the Super Fund program where corps had to pay to clean up the mess they left behind, I would get that reinstated in a heart beat. I am sure you as a Conservative think differently.

        • Janos Skorenzy April 19, 2019 at 6:22 pm #

How about hanging any of the surviving the Members of the Sierra Club Board who accepted a huge bribe on the condition of never again talking about the negative environmental effects of Mexican immigration?

        • Exscotticus April 19, 2019 at 7:27 pm #

@James, I don’t like corporate pollution either. But the idea that Dems alone are against it is naive. No politician acts against the cash cows in their district. You think the Dems of Delware, for example, are gonna rise up against DuPont?

So it would take a bipartisan effort to reign in corporations. And it’s kind of hard to get bipartisanship when Dems and the MSM have been engaged in a soft coup for two years…

Meanwhile, overpopulation and overdevelopment also trash the environment. You think open borders will improve things?

          • James Hansen April 19, 2019 at 7:57 pm #

Republicans have an extensive history of actually passing legislation to allow more pollution to benefit corps. Bush passed the Clear Sky’s and Healthy Forest Initiatives which did the opposite.
In 2001 there was the biggest coal sludge spill in U.S. history, Bush fired the EPA official who was going to fine the coal company hundreds of millions and let the company off with a slap on the wrist.
Trump is in the process of undoing all environmental over sight going back to Nixon who was great on this issue.

I am a closed border guy but separating kids from the parents is sick.

          • Exscotticus April 19, 2019 at 9:11 pm #

            >>> I am a closed border guy but separating kids from the parents is sick.

Tell that to Obama. He was the progenitor of this deterrent. His cages, too.

Speaking of Obama, he ran for office with the campaign promise of ending offshore drilling. Then as President he flipped and allowed it. Then the BP oil spill happened, and he flipped again to disallow it. Then after a few years passed and he was re-ellected, he flipped again to allow it.

As long as we have a federal judiciary that has power far beyond its role in government, then Trump is not safe nor any conservative in particular. When a federal judge in HI can make a ruling that affects the entire body politic, then we are ruled by unelected men and women who respond to their own moods and philosophies and political bent.

There must be a new special counsel now who will pursue the lawless who in fact attempted a soft coup. However, with the various judges who fit the bill above, nothing will come of it.

I cannot imagine Trump running for a second term and if he does, it will be a fiasco counting the votes around the nation.

Cannabis may be harming us far more than we’re willing to admit. How many otherwise reasonable people get high and then fail to participate fully in civic life? How many stoners just kept watching TV when they saw on the news about the damage being done to our society, damage caused by corporate greed? How many weed smokers drove their car instead of riding their bicycle, walking, or taking public transit?

Weed affects thinking and the stereotypical “lazy” stoner is not too far off from the person who abdicates their responsibilities in a complex and fragile community.

Have to paint living room more often than I would like due to marijuana smoke. Government declined to hire me when I graduated due to my being a pothead. And then a few years ago they asked me to teach them and I declined because they declined to hire me when I graduated.

  27. Mueller’s report was a success judging by the number of indictments.

So I fail to see how he’s a bad prosecutor. As far as a clinton probe, well, why not and where is it When you run out of time you also run out of excuses for not prosecuting.

So there is no investigation, which all points to back room deals.

The real situation in this country is massive China spying, trade in question, and a tent city for a million plus being built from scratch within the country that will lead to a spectacle of mass confinement, and largely due to years of neglect in public discussion or official policymaking, the immigration arrangement and or fealty to UN refugee laws.

    • Ol' Scratch April 20, 2019 at 9:00 am #

Indictments are routinely used as leverage to get lower order players to flip on the bigger ones, so they mean nothing in themselves, and if no actionable information is gained, they’re worthless.

Mueller was never a “prosecutor” in the first place. His primary use has always been as an ultra-reliable political hatchet man. His deep state connections are long and deep.

This system no longer works for the rest of the world and they have grown weary of us, the USA, claiming to be the world’s richest and most prosperous nation due to our ability to endlessly print currency without corresponding hyperinflation.
The new international monetary standard will include gold along with other commodities. Whether all this can be done peacefully is anyone’s guess. With the world’s largest most expensive, military, I doubt, we the USA, will cede our top perch without a fight.

Wall Street speculators created their 17th Floor of Madoff-like fraud via securitization so that the whole derivatives universe was an unregulated dark pool that regulators could never access. Just like Bernie Madoff they run a 17th Floor scam whereby access is limited to those that control access to the office only.

Madoff created his securitization in-house just as AIG did. JPMorgan paid upwards of $700 million in fines for knowingly investing in Madoff’s scam when they full well knew that he was no conducting any trading at all.

Wall Street is a much bigger scam than the Military Industrial Complex is by a longshot.

War is a racket controlled by financiers that also run Wall Street & the Federal Reserve Banking System throughout the entirety of the Western Banking empire.

More big street demostrations in New Haven tonite, they start within the hour. Expect a lot of chanting and roads blocked, which isn’t too bad unless they go up onto I 95, in which case there will be mucho trouble. One woman with a massive afro that extended about 3 feet from her head, when interviewed, was bragging how they were “shutting down business”, but the business they are shutting down are mostly local restaurants and other little boutique storefronts, so what’s revolutionary about that? And here’s the irony of the situation, sweet irony : the police officers who engaged 2 suspected criminals in the shootout are both black. So what we have are several thousand mostly white SJW Yalies who pay $100,000 per year tuition on the streets calling black police officers ‘racist’ and demanding they be fired. Also more irony; last nite during the demonstration, about 2 blocks away a black gang shootout broke out totally separate from the street politics on College Street, and today, a little while ago, bloody stabbing around the corner at the post office, brother carved up by another brother.

    Chaos reigns!

Symbolism of the Cathedral Fire and World Projects in Israel 2

In the previous post I tried to tell why the fire in Notre-Dame de Paris personally impressed me so that you, once again, asked yourself why this fire impressed you personally, and we all once again thought about our attitude to Europe, of which Russia geographically is a part, but sometimes it seems that culturally we are farther from it than China.

And above all, this impression arises because this Europe is constantly trying to destroy us.

In particular, Notre Dame de Paris was founded in 1163 at the height of preparation for the Fourth Crusade, that is, 16 years after the “holy” Bernard of Clairvaux in March 1147, in the very place where Notre-Dame de Paris now stands, announced his crusade against the Vendian Orthodox Slavs and their Natio Deleatur – complete physical destruction, commonly referred to as genocide.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wendish_Crusade

And in order for this mission of his to become possible, he needed his own Pope.

But since it was known that the majority of cardinals would vote for the Papal Legate in France and England, Pietro Pierleoni, who by his piety and education managed to gain authority from the two strongest monarchs of Europe, the supporters of the “holy” Bernard from the aristocratic Roman families of Frangipani and Corsi kidnapped the sick Pope Honorius II and he soon died in the arms of his captors.

But before it came down, the Roman people and the cardinals, upon learning of the abduction, demanded that they present the living Pope, but Honorius pumped up with some drugs and unable to comprehend anything not only suddenly died in the arms of his kidnappers, but they no less suddenly buried him.

And this gave Corsi and Frangipani several hours of head start on February 14, 1130, when most of the cardinals did not know that the Pope had already died, to organize secret elections for the new Pope by sixteen cardinals prepared in advance.

To consider this criminal act as a legitimate election there is no more grounds than the nomination of Hillary Clinton for the presidency of the United States by the Democratic Party in 2016.

Nevertheless, under the principle of “history is written by the winners”, Gregorio Papareschi, a protege of Corsi and Frangipani, became Pope Innocent II and Pietro Pierleoni is considered an Antipope Anacletus II, despite the fact that 24 hours later the 80% of cardinals voted for him, including part of those who participated in the election of Innocent II.

But Gregorio Papareschi was made the winner not by the elections, but by the letters of the “saint” Bernard of Clairvaux, which he sent to the European princes, proving “the inadmissibility of the situation in which a person with Jewish blood sits on the throne of St. Peter”.

And these well-documented letters, combined with an appeal calling for the extermination of the Slavs, may well be published under the title “Mein Kampf of the 12th Century,” and compared to “Mein Kampf of the 20th Century” this book will have the advantage that in Prussia the appeal of “holy” Bernard was realized literally, which marked the beginning of the “Christianization” of the planet by the method of “holy” Bernard of Clairvaux, which consisted in exterminating the autochthonous population and settling their lands with the correct German colonists.

Moreover, the book “Mein Kampf of the 12th century”, which establishes the copyright for the final solution of the Russian and Jewish questions, has the advantage over “Mein Kampf of the 20th century” that it is well documented by the aforementioned letters to European monarchs, also Papal Bull “Divini dispensatione” in which the first Cistercian Pope (that is, the disciple of the “saint” Bernard of Clairvaux) on April 13, 1147 may not approve “natio deleatur” of the “saint” Bernard of Clairvaux, but everything else in “Mein Kampf ” not only approved, but consecrated, including anti-Russian crusade.

In general, I must say that the details of the struggle for the Holy See from 1127 to 1147 by the students of Pierre Abelard against the students of the “holy” Bernard of Clairvaux open your eyes to the connection between the great resettlement of Muslim peoples in Europe than any history textbook , including the reasons why the 20th century was predetermined by Woland’s Ball at Spaso House on the Garden Ring in Moscow in 1935, brilliantly described by Mikhail Bulgakov in the most Christian novel of the 20th century, “Master and Margarita”.

I’m afraid Notre Dame belongs to the French state – and is maintained by it – not the Catholic church.

Otherwise the Catholic church would have to to dig into its deep pockets to pay for the refurb, wouldn’t it?

Now it would be ‘The Red and the Green’, the fading Catholic Church replaced by resurgent Islam, with Christianity losing the 13 century struggle with this barracks religion from the east.

I just had a thought I’d like to get feedback on. What if the Russia collusion hysteria is symptomatic of peak oil. A thesis of JHKs Long Emergency is that things organized at the mass scale will fail. Are we first seeing the failure of dysfunctional mass scales endeavors? Are these the last desperate gasps of an ideology which has failed to survive the hardships of life? The dysfunctional policies emanating from it are certainly losing support here in Washington, or at least that’s the vibe I get. I wonder how others are experiencing this. In summary, is the failure of the Trump-Russia conspiracy theory and the obvious failure of policy regarding homelessness and economics the flushing out of detritus made necessary by a lowered EROI?

    • FincaInTheMountains April 19, 2019 at 6:39 pm #

And who exactly in the sane mind would combat Global Warming by starting a war with Russia, with a good chance of raising the temperatures to the thermo-nuclear levels?

      • Farmer Joe April 19, 2019 at 11:45 pm #

No one in their same mind. That’s kind of my point.

    • montsegur April 20, 2019 at 4:19 am #

      Hello Farmer Joe,

Good thought. I’m not sure if is “symptomatic of peak oil”, but my take is that it is a form of mass delusion brought on by a profound disconnection from reality.

You’ve probably heard of the KISS Principle. Could it be that the dysfunction we’re witnessing is the going-off-the-rails of the overly complex, too large (mass scale) systems that have been built up since the mid-20th century or so? KISS was not adhered to, thus we now get to experience what the “Stupid” in that acronym implied. Murphy’s Law could also be invoked, especially as increasing the complexity of anything is a great way of seeing Murphy in action.

I can well imagine that people in rural environments will be the first to recognize the dysfunction and adapt their behavior in order to survive. Particularly as a talent for agitated fantasizing does not get one far in conditions of rough terrain or inclement weather … conditions familiar to rural dwellers.

      Cheers

      • Farmer Joe April 20, 2019 at 10:08 am #

“a talent for agitated fantasizing does not get one far in conditions of rough terrain or inclement weather”

This is exactly my point! The entire civilization is going through inclement weather, and any thing that doesn’t serve the ship of state will be exposed and thrown overboard. Or at least that’s what I’m theorizing.

        Any objections?

        • montsegur April 21, 2019 at 2:11 am #

          No objections. Some further observations:

doesn’t serve the ship of state

Mass scale again, right? The “state” is slated for downsizing as easily obtainable oil reserves shrink. I may be mistaken in this thought, but my impression of the USA prior to the industrial age is that governance was mostly at the town and county level. In fact, the size of counties in the 13 Colonies more or less matched how far a man on horseback could ride in a day or so. The problem will be that many will resist a return to older ways of governing (and I understand some of the concerns.)

Are these the last desperate gasps of an ideology which has failed to survive the hardships of life?

My take. They are last desperate gasps, but of an ideology that has remained rigid and unchanging since at least 1968. By this, I mean the political Left (the Right is no gift to the country, either, but theirs is IMO a different situation). But again, there will be much resistance to admitting that the last fifty years were a failure and that the Vietnam-Woodstock-Watergate worldview is passé.

Much technology will cease to function as energy reserves dwindle. Most damning will be the loss of information that was kept in digital format; it will be lost forever. (Even with adequate energy today, one should consider how much of the information placed on older storage media is still accessible ?)

Again, the rural dweller: These people will have the best basic set of skills to survive. The farms will have to once again be small, family farms, but there will be enough people who know how to work the land and harvest its bounty. Life will be perforce darker (as electric lighting dwindles) and physically much more demanding. Life expectancy will drop as old diseases return and infant mortality will rise because of comparatively primitive conditions. But enough people will survive to continue a society of sorts.

What comes after that is anyone’s guess, but my guess is their will be a patchwork of dictatorships and oligarchies that will have taken over rural counties and urban areas. The urban areas will shrink, both in physical area and political importance, because those who supply the food will hold most of the cards.

In time, urban areas may come into their own again, but if so, they will be based on older technologies of the sort JHK has suggested — water wheels and such. If the tyrants running the urban areas can provide security and basic existence, they may be able to attract enough craftsmen such that a city has something of worth … to offer … in a world returned to older, more sustainable ways.

          Cheers

          • Farmer Joe April 21, 2019 at 1:51 pm #

Thanks for the feedback, Montsegur. You’re reiterating the current thinking on peak oil as best as I understand it. I’m certainly not disagreeing with it. Maybe what I’m arguing for is a tweaking of that thinking. I’m suggesting that instead of a forced destruction of the large scale socio-economic-political systems that we will see a forced optimization of those systems, at least in the short to mid term. In other words, corporations aren’t going away, but the ones that are non competitive in this environment will be eaten. The same will hold true for politicians, policies, and the way we conduct business. Further, I will bet not that we will see techno-fixes, but that there will be unforeseen techno-optimizations that extend currently optimal ways of doing things further down that road. Through that process we may even find that the peak oil downslope floor isn’t a new wild west, but a small scale industrial, highly robotisized, highly localized, energetically efficient system. Just in my own study I have recognized two optimizations that a corporate power could be building out, and I’m no genius. I bet that a ton of opportunity is out there for those with the sense to find it.

          • montsegur April 22, 2019 at 4:00 am #

Farmer Joe, I agree with your idea that, short- to mid-term, there will be opportunity for those with the vision to see it.

My “dark view” is sort of the end state of dwindled energy reserves, but before that end state is reached, we will go through downsizing and reduced industrial activity phases. In brief, I don’t expect to see the situation I mentioned in my lifetime, but perhaps it will come about within a lifetime that follows my own.

One more thought. Our fascination with electronics and computers today will bite us in more ways than one. Not only in terms of information on media that will no longer be accessible.

I have mentioned in this forum before, my sense that our grasp and development of mechanical devices more or less lapsed in the 1970s and has not progressed very much because of our fascination-distraction with electronics and computers.

When the digital technology fails and the supply of electrical power is hit-and-miss to dwindling, we will need all the knowledge of old style mechanical engineering we can find — people who understand how to use water and wind, what leverage is, pulleys … the works, quite literally.

As to your vision, I would only caution that failure of one part of our hyper-complex system could lead to multiple subsystem failures. By that, I mean things could come apart more rapidly than we might expect … Black Swans and all that.

            Cheers

  34. Robert White April 19, 2019 at 7:34 pm #

Praetorian guards like Mueller, Comey, et al. always conveniently screw up any & all investigations into White House executive so that the purpose of the executive branches of government is always to serve the office of the president even if the actual president is a first class boor & confidence man at face value.

Jerome Powell knows enough to stop talking about interest rate rises whilst the conman in office wants to keep inflating assets for the wealthy as he goes into election for the second term. Rarely do we ever evidence an incumbent president lose to an opposition upstart. Republican Party voters would riot in the streets if their incumbent president was ever indicted on any sort of evidence that the majority voter would not accept as fact or truth/common knowledge. Praetorian guards are not paid to undermine the administrative side of the legislative branch as they are merely footmen for the government de jour.

Expectation that Mueller was going to deliver any sort of impeachment evidence was non-existent. We all knew that the Deep State was going to deliver resounding support for the second term candidacy of the sitting incumbent buffoon even if he embarrasses whole nations including that of the USA.

Orange Jesus is and always will be a complete bonehead no matter what endorsements he receives from the prosecutorial branches of governance. Will equally dumb ass Americans vote him in for a second round of international lunacy — we don’t know quite yet but I, for one, am expecting that the Democrats will knuckle under and run with another candidate or two that cannot seem to get traction with a potential second majority Republican win for 2020. Bernie Sanders is the frontrunner and AOC is the running antagonist that will be played off of The Duck for the vote drain.

Republicans have their work cut out for them this upcoming election, methinks. It’s not quite the cakewalk that everyone thinks it’s going to be, eh. The Democrats have to come out swinging violently for this election. They will be in a kick ass mood for sure. The Duck will not paddle smoothly across the pond to election this time round as the Democrats will look pretty lame if they don’t throw up roadblocks of some sort aside from that which the even lamer Praetorian guard throws up.

Mueller knows how to cash a government paycheque too, eh. Comey did not care about his government paycheque as much as Mueller cares about his.

I think this is mostly accurate. “The Duck” is giving the One-Percenters whatever they want, and that’s the only thing that really matters in the final analysis. I think the Democrats will lose 2020 because they will insist yet again on putting up the guy least likely to win (in this case, Joe “Mr. Handsy” Biden), and even though the superdelegate system has been changed so that the DNC poobahs aren’t guaranteed to get the candidate they want, they can still rig primaries the way they did for Madame Hillary.

      • JohnAZ April 20, 2019 at 10:47 am #

The Dems will lose because they are totally based on a lie and are the most corrupt political entity that this country has had to endure. Liberalism is a methodology for the 1%to exert control over the rest of us. “We are smarter and better than you and you need us to make your decisions for you in a socialistic basis. The DNC is the most un-American organization that this country has ever experienced. The fact that they do not even let their own folks compete fairly for nomination shows how manipulative their entire agenda is.

The idea that Trump is an agent of the Deep State is ludicrous, as stupid as that he is an agent of Russia. My God, people, a group of 18 Democrats could not find an indication of collusion by him. Trump wants to destroy the Deep State to free up the nation from the imprisonment of this growing web of corruption and financial manipulation. It kills me to see these nickel and dime Democrats state that two years of investigation by an anti-Trump coalition is bogus and that the DOJ doesn’t know what it is talking about. The fact that this is getting press coverage as being true points to how stupidified this country has become. Listening to Elizabeth Warren, a proven liar and fraud agent can dictate that the Mueller report is wrong, shows how horrendous the political problem has become.

The entire agenda of the Left is built on falsehoods and lies. As more and more of it comes to light, and the last two years has been one example after another of lies by the party and the press. Compared to the DNC, Trump is an Honest Abe.

He compares Notre Dame to the computer generated Our Lady of the Angels in Lost Angeles. Will anyone mourn if this one goes? Or who would even bother to burn it – they’d just turn it into an office building. He continues: Billionaires are pledging enormous sums to help rebuild Notre Dame, but would any of them pay a sou to preserve the people who built it in the first place? Meanwhile the “new people” say they don’t give a “rat’s ass” about it, quotation from a Muslim college student in France who also says “Gas the Whites” on her facebook page. Btw, why isn’t she arrested like a White French would be if they said had “Gas the Muslims” on theirs?

Did I hear it here? That Mohammed takes it up the ass?

    • GreenAlba April 20, 2019 at 6:21 am #

“Btw, why isn’t she arrested like a White French would be if they said had “Gas the Muslims” on theirs?”

She should be prosecuted, if other Facebook users who write similar things regarding any target community are also prosecuted. I don’t know how the French judicial system is doing with neo-nazis on social media, but all these people should be treated the same if there are hate speech laws, which I gather there are in France. If there weren’t I suppose it would be free-for-all, for those who like that, which I know many do.

So – genuine question – can you call for a particular population to be gassed, in the US, without penalty? I presume you can, as a 1st Amendment right?

Green alba have you ever actually read the Koran?
It is a very difficult read since there is not a lot of flow to it but I strongly suggest you read it.
Doing so gives you a better understanding of Islam and take special not that in the beginning Islam was more peaceful and that is the importance of it.
Abrogation is the name of the game early texts are to be ignored if a later text says something different.
In every sense of the word you appear to be falling into dhimmi status and in the next thirty years will be paying the Jhizzya tax in England.

            benr

I bought a copy of the Koran when I was about 19 and a student, out of curiosity – way before people were talking about Islam much at all (Ayatollah Khomeini was still years away) – but thanks for the heads up.

And thanks for warning me it would be a difficult read. I might have bitten off more than I could chew there, so I appreciate your concern.

Abrogation is the game when it comes to the bible too. Or maybe Christian women over your way really do go around with their heads covered, since showing them should cause shame. Maybe Christians do cut of their hand or poke out their eye when it offends them. I don’t see much of it. Just like I don’t see many divorced Christian people never getting married again or even having sex again – ever – just because that’s what it says in the bible – ask Johnny Cash.

“In every sense of the word you appear to be falling into dhimmi status and in the next thirty years will be paying the Jhizzya tax in England.”

That’s right benr. Now go back and do some remedial arithmetic. I’ll let my English neighbours know you’re concerned about them in the meantime, though, so thanks.

‘In every sense of the word’. Wow.

Scotland is 1.4% Muslim. I guess that gives us 40 years before abject defeat at the hands of Pakistani newsagents and curry chefs. Unless the Muslim surgeons, lawyers, newsreaders and reporters join in too. Then we’re done for.

          • GreenAlba April 22, 2019 at 9:42 am #

And that 1.4% is all of them, not just the practising ones. I guess as you move into circles containing physicians and surgeons, lawyers and other professionals, they get less beardy and stuff.

But you should see the guy in the halal shop whacking a chicken into 8 pieces. Terrifying, I tell you, terrifying. You can see in his eyes that he’s fantasising about curried infidel.

    To live in TENTS.

    This is completely insane.

These politicians, I think, are so freaked out about this they aren’t going to acknowledge the problem except to make hay- about their policies or opponents.

Can you see the companies line up to make a profit? There’s your silver lining. The hedge funds are licking their lips. Staffing agencies. IKEA. Everybody dine on the government pork.

Snacks, did Australia sign ths Paris Climate Accord? Well they just okd a massive new coal mine in Queensland, to be developed by the Adani Group, a company from India.

Australia has become a massive coal pit to supply industry in China and India, the black gold being their major export after iron ore (for China) Countries are looking out for their own interests while giving lip service to the Paris Accord. Coal will keep the lights on and the wheels of industry turning, and keep civilization going. People apparently dont want to freeze to death in their homes and sit in the dark while freezing.

Australia has for some time been governed by environmental neanderthals, barring minor exceptions. More macho men. Looking after the only planet you have to live on is for wimps. Real men decapitate mountains. In their lunch hour (lunch is for wimps too). And tell their sons that looking after the planet is for wimps.

People apparently dont want to freeze to death in their homes and sit in the dark while freezing.

They’d clearly rather spend a whole lot more on air conditioning too. And have hotter streets as a result. Leading to the need for more air conditioning.

I read years ago a blog comment from an Australian who’d bought land in the UK for his grandchildren. He’s not expecting that they and/or their children will necessarily have much of a future where they are. It’s going to get hot, hot, hot in Oz. With some serious floods to provide variety. They’ll be part of the climate migration too, but more welcome elsewhere, luckily for them. In spite of their massive conscious contribution to the problem.

It’s not going to be unlivable in 10-20 years, malthuss, but if that’s the limit of your concern, you’re far from alone.

I mentioned his grandchildren and their children.

            https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Effects_of_global_warming_on_Australia

It’s not like I’m asking you to worry or anything – perish the thought. I’m just saying the guy is buying land in a cooler place. Everybody isn’t going to fry by 2050, but you might not want to be there in 2100, when his grandchildren’s children might be there. And it will depend where you are.

It’s going to get uncomfortable and then very uncomfortable. My daughter was in Melbourne when a heatwave melted the roads, the tram rails sank into the tarmac and the electric grid blew. You can cope with that now and then but you don’t want it to become a habit. Things can be done to increase resilience but when you’ve got blinkered people with vested interests who refuse to acknowledge that anything’s even happening, that’s not likely to happen.

This is a later heatwave, just this January:

A smoke cloud generating its own lightning strikes? Who knew?

Yes, it’s always been hot, benr. Well done you.

What a circus of perfidious freakery!

    Jim,

Good wrap-up of this odious waste of time, focus, and millions of dollars.

I have become rather amazed by the notion of the “media” as some sort of watchdog … the fabled “Fourth Estate”.

A fable it is, and a dangerous one in which to believe.

The media: a group of corporations which are politically invested in various directions, although the biggest of these corporations seem overwhelmingly affiliated with the political left at the moment.

Now — we don’t expect much in the way of socially responsible behavior from other corporations, do we? So why the Hell is there this notion that the corporate media is going to somehow, magically, be socially responsible, when that has nothing to do with the driving force of corporate actions — their bottom line?

Just like the old fables that banks, hospitals, and universities were somehow above the money-grubbing fray … they were special somehow, not really like those nasty corporations. Except they weren’t above the fray. We gave them, in older days, unwonted trust because we were nudged by authorities to think of them as deserving of said trust. Executive summary: they weren’t.

Is it really any wonder that so many people are skeptics and cynics these days? Too much of The Establishment has proven to be a con, or, if once reputable, has been corrupted.

In conscious echo of the title you gave this blog, Jim … our weary nation casts its eyes about, but we see only shit, bullshit, and more shit, in an apparently vain hope that something of value may yet be seen.

    Cheers

Symbolism of the Cathedral Fire and World Projects in Israel 2

And although after the failure of the Fourth Crusade, that is, the inability of its participants to exterminate all Orthodox Christians to the very last one, the documents about its organization were purged from the archives, but the myth of the Madonna feeding breast milk to “saint” Bernard of Clairvaux produced such an impression on the contemporaries and spawned so many works of art that it was not possible to completely destroy its traces, especially considering that Bernard himself used this myth to justify in letters to Abbot Suger, the Pope and European monarchs the need to start the Second Crusade and the Crusade against the Slavs as soon as possible.

    https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/c/c7/BernhardClairvaux_Lactatio_SourceUnknown.jpg

In particular, this struggle of the students of Pierre Abelard with the disciples of the “holy” Bernard over the Holy See in the 12th century explains why this novel begins with the need to decipher the diaries of Gerbert of Aurillac (Pope Sylvester II), and also why in the 20th century it became necessary to prove Hitler’s diaries as fake.

This is not surprising, since in this diary Hitler writes in his own hand how he was “initiated” by the Cistercian monk for the occult session before the “Holy Lance”, and also explains why the proof of the fake Hitler diary was entrusted to the same expert, who proved a little earlier that all the ancient Russian icons in the West are fake.

Moreover, it was entrusted to him by the same organization that previously paid for the publication of his book that all the Old Russian icons in the West are fakes made in the workshops of the KGB-NKVD, and if you search for the name of this expert and read his book about Old Russian art taking into account my comments in this post, you will understand a lot, although the main thing is explained simply by the fact that the monk who initiated Hitler was a Cistercian.

By the way, the outcome of the Great Patriotic War hints that the Lance was wrong, and the Armenian Lance was the right one, but the symbolism of the “Deutschland” video by the Rammstein, which is clearly digging in the same history mines as your humble servant, finally explained to me why it is so important to the very Europe that started this post, the date of the start of the Second World War. Not only because September 1, 1939 allows to present the USSR as an ally of Hitler, but also because it ended on May 8, not on May 9, which led to the victory of the Cistercians in 1991, and the Lance was the right one.

And Stalin understood this perfectly well in 1943, which in fact forced him to restore the Patriarchate in Russia and the state of Israel in 1945. And the assumption that he restored the state of Israel only to upset Churchill and Truman, not realizing that this is moving the humanity into another eon, and this coincided with his attempt to use Orthodoxy in international politics in response to the emergence of a technical opportunity to destroy all of humanity simply by accident, I find it extremely strange, especially considering the education he received.

That is why, before Notre-Dame de Paris caught fire, I wanted to start a post about world projects in Israel with this quote from Mark’s Gospel

“Teacher,” said John, “we saw someone driving out demons in your name and we told him to stop, because he was not one of us.”

“Do not stop him,” Jesus said. “For no one who does a miracle in my name can in the next moment say anything bad about me, for whoever is not against us is for us.”

It is noteworthy that none of the commentators saw the symbolic significance of the fire in Notre-Dame-de-Paris and had not bothered to look at Wikipedia on April 15 to compare this fire with Brexit, which was supposed to start exactly these days, as well as On April 15, the Battle of Formigny took place, which, according to Shakespeare, ended the Hundred Years War in France, but began the War of Roses in England.

Meanwhile, the War of Roses destroyed the Empire of the Plantagenets, in the creation of which the Papal Legate Pietro Pierleone played a fundamental role, and destroyed under the same scenario under which the Cold War in the 20th century destroyed the USSR.

I remind you that the color world projects were articulated as geopolitical forces during the War of the Roses in England in the second half of the 15th century, but Pierre Abelard was the ancestor of the Red World Project as philosophy, and “saint” Bernard of Clairvaux of the Black.

What a colossal waste of time. Talk about obstruction. The game has gotten so bad that they’re now making it official party policy to unendingly investigate on the grounds that they “may find something impeachable”, all the while proclaiming it to be an undeniable surety. Incredibly sad and annoying.

That said, the beleagured Repubs would have done the same (and most definitely will again when it’s their turn). Certainly can’t just let government operate for a while. Must block, accuse and speculate at every turn.

Naturally, at the federal level they’re all self-serving, hypocritical crooks anyway…just saying this clown show is the new normal and it pisses me off.

    • SoftStarLight April 20, 2019 at 12:17 pm #

But it isn’t surprising really. The hypocritical crooks will be able to do their dirty work without much interference. And they are very open about it. They know that tattletales and whistleblowers will be buried under jails so they do what they want.

    • BackRowHeckler April 20, 2019 at 1:25 pm #

Let them vote for impeachment, I hope they do.

While the Dems are flubbing around with impeachment for the rest of the year they won’t be passing laws designed to F-k over white people.

And good luck for those dissemblers to get more than 1 or 2 Republican Senators to vote their way, which will be cancelled out by a few Dems who vote no.

  46. volodya April 20, 2019 at 11:10 am #

It could be that the media will be whipped like dogs.

Yet Judy Woodruff and company seem not to have gotten the memo. On PBS Newshour, it was all gleeful breathlessness at the “roadmap” that Mueller provided congress for action of its own, impeachment I suppose, though I don’t know how that’s gonna come about given that the senate is Republican controlled. It’s not only PBS, other msm were talking the same talk.

How does congress make any headway given that Mueller’s 2 year campaign of investigation and intimidation came up goose-eggs? The whole intent was to unseat Trump. They failed.

The 2016 campaign was useful in that it catapulted the Republican Party and its agenda onto the garbage heap of failed arrangements. The question now is what takes its place. After Trump’s departure, it could happen that the Jeff Flakes and the Mitt Romneys and Paul Ryans try to make a comeback. I mean, there’s work to do, a lot of it, there’s pension funds to plunder, social security to privatize or, better still, eliminate. You know what they’ll say, they need to slay the deficit. And they need to eliminate growth killing taxes. They’ll say that companies and the wealthy are too highly taxed, and they’ll have the usual shills from the academic world to mouth the right words. You might hope that the Republican Party’s dying gasp was their massive corporate tax cut. We can only pray.

Democrats have a shot in 2020 to do what Republican voters already did. The question is will they grab the bull by the horns. If they focus on the material interests of the American worker with a credible agenda they have got a chance but early indications are not encouraging, it looks like a lot more screaming and shouting about Trump, and more tedium of trannies, gays and migrants. So if 2020 is a do-over with a lot of deploring the Deplorables, identity politics shout-outs, while catering to elite business interests, then Democrats just dig the grave deeper.

    • beantownbill. April 20, 2019 at 11:36 am #

      You do sarcasm very well.

    • Goose eggs? There were something like 13 people indicted.

      • MrMangoOnMyShoulder April 20, 2019 at 3:23 pm #

Yes, but no one was indicted on charges related to the subject of the investigation. They were either unrelated/tangential financial crimes or lying to the FBI during said investigation (which would not be hard for any of us to eventually do over an investigation of years+ duration. They have their ways. Have you ever spent hours in a room with a lawyer grilling you?).

They weren’t indicted for the crimes that the investigation was commissioned to search for. Still indictments, yes. And they have to take their punishment accordingly. But it makes a difference to me.

The traditional parties are obsolete now. There really is only one party and it maintains power no matter who is in office. The political theater is all just a show. Corporations and lobbyists have all the power.

      • volodya April 20, 2019 at 12:34 pm #

That’s my view also, that a few dozen outlandishly wealthy men (the Donor Class or the Davos Class, take your pick) call the shots and it’s all in service of their own fortunes.

The degradation of not only the US but of much of the Western world didn’t come about by accident, nor in secret. It all unfolded in public, right under our noses.

As a result French Yellow Vests are still out in the streets, Ford Nation not only won an election in Ontario (population 14.5 million), but now also in Alberta (population 4.3 million) with the land-slide win by Jason Kenney, the Brits voted Brexit, the Italians did what they weren’t supposed to and voted in the populist Northern League or Lega Nord or whatever it is they call themselves nowadays.

I would urge – cough – “progressives” to smell the coffee but I know they won’t. They’ll insist it’s racism and stupidity behind it all. That’s the stock answer and they won’t change.

Misdiagnosis can be as calamitous in the political realm as it is in the medical realm. But if they insist on misdiagnosis, then so be it.

        • GreenAlba April 21, 2019 at 6:41 am #

“They’ll insist it’s racism and stupidity behind it all. That’s the stock answer and they won’t change.”

They’re not saying that here. They’re laying the blame entirely on the campaigners who lied to the public. Lied about the trade agreements, lied (by complete omission) about the importance and legal conditions of the Good Friday Agreement, lied about the unicorns and sunlit uplands.

Did you register that the ‘New Ira’ killed a journalist in Derry the other day? The people of Northern Ireland didn’t vote for Brexit, by the way. Three thousand six hundred people lost their lives in the ‘troubles’ that came to an end with the Good Friday Agreement. No-one needs to lie about that – you can google it.

The end of the the Mueller probe doesn’t in the least mean that it’s over. All over the msm you see claims that Russia hacked the election, that Putin swung the election in Trump’s favor, that is was the Russians to blame for Trump’s win.

Like you, I was born yesterday, and I believe that when entrenched interests tell me something, that it’s the truth, as pure as the driven snow, purer even.

Besides, this story squares with logic, doesn’t it? Trump’s voters are uneducated, they are sub-normal intellectually, they are toothless cretins that don’t want to work, that don’t want to study, that can’t reason, that can barely read, that chase their sisters, that fear progress, that hate those dad-gum im-grunts that steal jobs and inflict un-American ways and godless religions.

So it would be such an easy thing, with some well-placed fake-news, to put Putin’s man over the top. How many hundreds of millions of American voters did Russian-sourced propaganda reach? I remember Judy Woodruff looking into my eyes, via the medium of the TV screen mind you, and saying that it could be 126 million.

One Hundred And Twenty Six Million. One-third of the US population sez NBC News. This you can take to the bank.

And so surely that proves the case, that the Russians connived and contrived to get their chosen man, that Donald J Trump is the illegitimate president, that he should not be stinking up the Oval office, that his gold-digging wife should be nowhere near the exalted title of First Lady, that his money-grubbing daughter and her shifty husband should be banished from the corridors of power, that this whole thing is at best one of those black-swan pranks that this prankish cosmos inflicts on us.

Surely Evelyn is right, that the ends justify the means, that this human dreck, this charlatan should be removed, in hand-cuffs, at bayonet point, by whatever means, because the future of the republic demands it.

Trump is the chosen representative of the Oligopoly & elite top ten per cent of the wealth transferring opportunist class that make their financial gains from participation within the cartel & concomitant rigged system. If P.T. Barnum II cannot manage to drum up the requisite market volatility in an across-the-board Secular Stagnation global market the United States of America will fall prey to competition from the alternative superpowers that are currently poised to interlope on previously controlled territories that the USA has traditionally held as their own. The GFC ushered in an about face for USD hegemony & USA exceptionalism [read manifest destiny] that needs to be reassessed in light of dwindling market share & trade deficits.

The Duck has been placed in office for purposes of churn for markets because of the deflationary pressures brought about from uncertainty on the finance side of America’s balance sheets & finance ledgers.

P.T. Barnum II would only be turfed from office if Wall Street started to implode the dark pool derivatives universe again as they did in 08 when Obama was ushered into office as an apologist for the incompetency of his peers on Wall Street & the Republican Party. The banking sector knew full well that the default government of Obama was guaranteed in light of the market crash that ended the Bush era totalitarianism.

      • volodya April 20, 2019 at 3:17 pm #

RW I agree with a lot of what you say. But I would say that Hillary was the chosen rep, the problem being that she lost the election. So, while Trump may not have been the number one pick, the opportunist class, as you call them, will make do. So far, and especially with the corporate tax cut, I think he’s been ok for them and as a further example I point to his arguing for lower interest rates to keep the Wall Street party going.

As to deflationary pressures, I presume you’re talking about downward pressure on asset prices.

I can’t imagine that the banking sector was disappointed by Obama’s policies w.r.t. QE, suppression of interest rates, and especially his policy of “too-big-to-jail”. And his appointment of Mary Jo White. In my view appointing Mary Jo was as laughable as appointing a mafia lawyer or consigliere as a big city police commissioner.

volodya, Your reply to Robert White reinforces his point: They *all* work for the same masters/grifters/skimmers/legal criminals/extractors.

(Your posts often reflect this. I’m puzzled as to why you seem to think his viewpoint is somehow “partisan” here.)

          • ozone April 20, 2019 at 6:52 pm #

And, yes, we knew Obama was just another slick operator, installed as “cover”. The average voter never took the time to wonder, “Where TF did *he* come from?”, or bothered to check who was stuffing his war chest with filthy lucre.
            Hornswoggled again!

The fine trick is never to give the voters anyone to vote for; this way the status quo is maintained and the public is kept at each others throats.

We should probably be concerned that the end of Empathy Road crumbles into a vast, cold waste that stretches endlessly away. Those who tread there are no longer human. At the rate we’re approaching that waste, there will be no need for plunging off of any cliff.

HRC was the chosenite before she slipped & fell helplessly in front of cameras owned by publishers intent on getting a scoop presidential race ending snapshot of the Democratic frontrunner ending her whole career in one fell swoop on international news networks all over the world.

When the networks ran the newsreels on Hillary falling into the arms of campaign personnel that was a game over moment in history. Hillary just did not have the health to be a presidential candidate and The Duck was still waddling on duck’s feet at that juncture on the clock.

Heck, even the bookies knew that HRC was too lame to run after she was conspicuously hospitalized with an infection that was immediately treated by her physician. Americans don’t want presidential candidates that are not healthy enough to run the gauntlet of elections. She lost on the basis of her poor health and national news reels that showed her incapable of even walking to a parked waiting van. ‘Mericans don’t vote for raggedy Ann or Andy. To be presidential is to be able to stand on one’s own two feet at all times. Hillary could not pass the standing on her own two feet clause in the tacit agreement that she was attempting to make with the American voter at that time in history.

The irony of all these arguments is so obvious to those of us who have been around long enough to witness or be involved in the Cold War. Russia was an archenemy because they were a socialist state opposed to private ownership capitalism. We had just fought a war against two totalitarian states.

      • JohnAZ April 20, 2019 at 1:00 pm #

The irony is that the Russian Federation has become privatized over the last two decades and the US more socialized. Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren et al are very close to converting this country to a Communist State. That will be the end result if the Left’s coup is successful in 2020.

The reaction of the Red States to the control by the Deep State will be interesting.

On this big picture, Trump is unimportant. Try to picture a post Trump America after a coup, Pence will be the next target, think Buttigieg, until the capitalist basis of the country is destroyed.

The real problem is that the Liberals will just keep coming, being financed by the globalists, and coming and coming until they have their way. We are currently witnessing it. What can be done to stop them, permanently.

The irony again is that the Left has convinced a large part of America that Trump and the Deplorables are responsible for the Russian “takeover”, yet the real source of the takeover is the result of the Leftist campaigns.

The last attempted overthrow of the US basic tenets created the civil war and history shows what it took to stop the Confederacy.

The American public’s stupidity cannot be overestimated. I know this, but still find it hard to believe that it would elect the likes of Bernie, Liz and Buttplug (BLB).

Keep in mind, the only elected Massachusetts politician in the past 100 years was JFK, but he was a phenomenon and might have lost in 1964. Coolidge never ran, Dukakis lost and so did Kerry. We’ve never elected a self-described socialist, either. Buttplug is too weird for the typical American. AOC is too young.

No, we’ll probably have a mainstream, same old-same old president.

          • I can’t agree with this theory of candidate change .

Obama, and then Trump is all the evidence you need that the carbon dioxide expelled by American voters is reaching toxic levels. The old Milankovitch cycles of American political economy are long gone.

A fellow related today that he thought Boot-edge-edge would be rejected for being too gay. Sentiments like this have front-run historical campaigns for the last 12 years.

At some point even the morbidly obese have to push away from the buffet table. Expect the candidate change.

            Candidate change is real.

If, with the help of his Marxist creed, the Jew is victorious over the other peoples of the world, his crown will be the funeral wreath of humanity and this planet will, as it did thousands of years ago, move through the ether devoid of men

    Adolf Hitler

Nowadays, the Jews deny they had anything to do with Marxism, Communism, or the “Russian” Revolution. No special relationship in other words. But back when they were happening, they were filled with ecstatic joy and pride in the LEADING role in these things. The question is are you going to believe them or do five minutes worth of research than confirm the fact of their leading role.

Likewise, someday, if there is a future at all for us, they will deny their leading role in opening our borders. The great weakness of Man is that he forgets. And this weakness is exacerbated in rootless, modern societies, both inadvertently by the tempo of our lives and distraction, and consciously by the Elite who want us to forget. In contrast, Turkish tourists won’t disembark on certain Greek Islands. The People there are Traditional, and remember their savage reign over them.

Are you Jewish too? White is a name often used by Jews. If you are Jewish, I firmly endorse your devotion to your own people. Freud’s hero was Hannibal and his failure to crush Rome was a historical tragedy from Freud’s pov. Freud’s life work was in his own words, To make Europe lose confidence in itself. He succeeded and now it is dying. Congratulations, Bob!

As far as I know I’m just a WASP Anglican, but I have a sneaking suspicion that I must have Jewish ancestry somewhere along the line of relatives. And like Hannibal & Freud I, for one, expect the day will come when Rome is crushed & sacked by the people of Europe & America. Rome is the most oppressive of states this world has ever had the displeasure of knowing.

“[Hitler] has grasped the falsity of the hedonistic attitude to life. Nearly all western thought since the last war, certainly all “progressive” thought, has assumed tacitly that human beings desire nothing beyond ease, security, and avoidance of pain. In such a view of life there is no room, for instance, for patriotism and the military virtues. Hitler, because in his own joyless mind he feels it with exceptional strength, knows that human beings don’t only want comfort, safety, short working-hours, hygiene, birth-control and, in general, common sense; they also, at least intermittently, want struggle and self-sacrifice, not to mention drums, flag and loyalty-parades … Whereas Socialism, and even capitalism in a grudging way, have said to people “I offer you a good time,” Hitler has said to them “I offer you struggle, danger and death,” and as a result a whole nation flings itself at his feet”

Parenthetically (is this the right term to use here?), and paradoxically (not really!), Hitler was a very strong advocate of the Working Man and greatly improved conditions, including paid holidays. A Nation must have a strong core from which to draw the Corps, if they wouldst go forth conquering and to conquer.

Did Orwell not know this – or did he leave it out? I don’t know, what are you asking me for!

Of course, then they’d just presume dirty business was being done while the cams/mics were dimmed for bathroom breaks, top secret meetings, foreign diplomatic events, truck stop handies, etc.

Ah well, it was worth a moment’s thought anyway.

Americans really do not understand who Hitler was, and that is EVRYONE I know. And they never understood, even in the 50s. But the British understand, but made a deal with the devil.

But let’s start everything in order.

For the dualistic consciousness of Americans, the natural desire is to belittle the role of the USSR in the defeat of Hitler’s Germany, since this does not fit their concept of “good guys vs bad guys ” – if the Russians are the bad guys, then why did they fight along with the good guys against the bad guy Hitler?

In addition, in the process of changing generations, they are more and more inclined to the view that Hitler was not so bad, and their fathers and grandfathers put a lot of accusations against him, just as America puts many accusations on those she desire to bomb today.

Of course, this should not apply to American intelligentsia, but, as I understand it, it is difficult to live in a society that professes these or other errors en masse, and not to allow these errors to penetrate your brain and soul, even if you absolutely know that these errors are invented by you propaganda.

Especially if these errors are invented by your own propaganda.

Hitler was vilified publicly but glorified privately by the elite (Allen Dulles in particular). He provided a valuable service by providing the test bed for theories and practices (eugenics, wholesale population controls and disruptions, sophisticated propaganda techniques, and perpetual full-spectrum wars) which have since been perfected and are being implemented much more discreetly and effectively now.

Prior to the war Bolshevism was so reviled the West refused Russia’s pleas to form an alliance to oppose Hitler, in particular to ward off what they knew would be Hitler’s assault on Czechoslovakia. Stalin rebuffed at every attempt, finally to buy time for Russia to prepare for what he knew would be Hitler coming for them, formed the non-aggression pact.

The Russians with the material aid from Churchill did a merciless amount of the heavy lifting that kept Hitler from focusing on crossing the Channel. Churchill was willing to float supply ships in British blood to aid the Russians any way possible knowing full well if Russia collapsed to the German onslaught Britain would be next.

It reminds one of the situation here, in Boston, Dallas, Chicago and St Louis, black candidates running for the office of District Attorney, and winning, on the platform THEY WILL NOT ENFORCE THE LAW!! I’ve read George Soros is bankrolling this type of candidate but Ive never seen evidence of it, so far.

    For John AZ

    ABOUT HOLOGRAM OF LIBERTY

Civic Belief #1: The Congress was given few specific powers. All else was left to the States and to the people under the 10th Amendment. Ample checks and balances protect the Republic from federal tyranny.

Civic Belief #2: The Federal Government has become so powerful only because despotic officials have overstepped their strict, constitutional bounds.

If #1 is true, then how did #2 happen?

“The Constitution has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it”. Lysander Spooner, No Treason (1870)

Think about that. By either the Constitution’s purposeful design or by its unintentional weakness, we suffer under a federal colossus which takes a third of our lives and regulates everything from alfalfa to xylophones. This is Freedom? So, why aren’t Americans free? Perhaps we weren’t really meant to be!”

Boston T Party, also known as Kenneth Royce

JS: Interesting points. I don’t really accept these premises anymore so I don’t try to justify this System one way or another. Only a few people should be voting. The Founders wanted the franchise limited to free White Men with money – which shows an imbalance right from the start. Far too interested in money. Then Jackson opened it to the hoi polloi to fight the corrupt Rich – thus going from bad to worse since the Mob is very easily controlled by the corrupt Rich. One misstep lead to ten more and so on. He certainly meant well – a Man of great nobility and a ferocious Indian fighter. But a mistake nonetheless.

The moment the FBI deployed SWAT to arrest Hopkins, down at the border, a merry band of MS13 members were making their way north, fully tatted, headed to a safe house in Sante Fe, deeply thankful to the FBI and the New Mexico governor for removing this troublesome Gringo.

    Janos: “Another patriot destroyed.”

Are you referring to the convicted felon and kidnapper the FBI arrested for his unconstitutional and illegal acts at the border? Militias hide behind the constitution. But neither Homeland Security nor Border Patrol support civilians kidnapping people at the border, and it does not make it legal when falsely described as “verbal citizen arrests.” Dude had priors of impersonating a police officer.

Cannot the sinner still be righteous? Cannot he who has fallen still rise again? He knows the devil well and he sees it within us, luring our downfall across the border and into the heartland. Sinner to Saint.

    • benr April 21, 2019 at 4:28 pm #

Have you never heard of a citizens arrest?
      Perfectly legal!
Consider the first thing these people do is break our laws you know committing a crime!
It is a crime for them to ILLEGALLY cross the border into our country.
      Get it?
If they are not held accountable to our laws then WHY should any of us follow laws we feel are unjust?
My wife just went through hell trying to renew her Drivers license as a result of California giving ILLEGAL aliens California drivers licenses and the right to vote in our elections as a result!
They need to opt out of voting by unchecking the box!!!!!
She tried to get the new real ID card and they wanted, mail with the address we live at, birth certificate, proof of insurance and a marriage certificate!
She spent all day at the DMV and was told no because our 30 year old marriage certificate is missing in action we only have a copy from when I was in the USNavy. Meanwhile anyone can use any form of id to get a California drivers license one or twenty of them!

      • You got identity politics instead of identity policy.

A simple and secure system of validating IDs has been implemented.

A policy shift is all that is required, elocuted by an appropriate administration.

Write Mr. Trump a letter- we are not interested in your plebeian dilemmas.

OMG. You can’t make this stuff up. I tried to get a real ID when my license was up for renewal. I made an appointment with the only DMV available in ghetto Chula Vista. Showed up with all my paperwork, to include a valid and current USA passport, government issued CAC card ( I work for the federal government), CA state drivers license. I did not have a social security card on hand. DENIED. Yet, illegals can get a DL and right to vote???

        • GreenAlba April 22, 2019 at 6:11 am #

“Yet, illegals can get a DL and right to vote???”

Maybe I’m missing something – and one should never underestimate any UK government department’s propensity for cock-ups, but I don’t have to move from my seat to get a driver’s license. Not that I need it renewed till I’m 70 and have to sign a few things to say I can still see. But when they moved from paper to card (with photo) I just had to give them permission to pick up my photo electronically from the Passport folks and it magically appeared on my driver’s license. An illegal immigrant can’t do that – I presume it’s more of a nuisance even for a legal one if they don’t have a British passport. Like my husband (Irish) or my ex (French).

But like I said, maybe I’m missing something.

          • GreenAlba April 22, 2019 at 6:13 am #

But I suppose I’m forgetting that you live in a very big country and many people can get by forever without every going out of it and needing a passport.

Happy Feast of the Triumphal Entry of Christ to Jerusalem

This is precisely the name of this icon:

    https://ic.pics.livejournal.com/partizan_1812/30235256/77055/77055_original.jpg

This is part of an altar painting from Osnabrück painted by an unknown German artist who worked in the area of Cologne in the early 14th century.

I wanted to tell about it 6 years ago, but this is a really difficult and rather sad topic, requiring a long and careful story about it.

I can only say that it talks about the heroic struggle of the German people against anti-Christian Nazism not only in the 14th century but also in the 12th – the Rammstein’s video “Deutschland” is dedicated to this topic, because the battle in the Teutoburg Forest took place in the vicinity of the city of Osnabrück.

But about this another time, when I can, but for now I’ll say that this topic is also connected with the struggle of World Projects in Israel tied to the place that Zacchaeus occupies in this composition, who became the first Bishop of Caesarea Maritima.

== Ol’Scratch

It’s a big question who controls whom. NSDAP and ODESSA through legalised Bormann’s money controls the majority of so-called “capitalist Western Economy”, and in United States they orchestrated the transformation of the Democratic Party into the National-Socialist Party of Hillary Clinton – and came close to controlling the US.

  77. FincaInTheMountains April 21, 2019 at 11:31 am #

Personally, I was especially shocked when Prince Charles casually compared Putin to Hitler. Oh, and he is not supposed to succumb to his own propaganda.

The fact is that the British, unlike the Americans, really suffered greatly from the Nazis and fought with them in an almost hopeless situation. Moreover, we all should be grateful to them for the fact that in the 40s they had already declared Hitler’s Germany an infernal force, and a war with it a Christian, that is, Holy War.

But after the war, something happened, and in all countries of the anti-Hitler coalition there were pro-Nazi coups. And this wave rolled exactly from England, and not from Trumen’s America.

Personally, I think that the British, being completely devastated by the war, feeling the iron fingers of American business at their throats, made a deal with the devil and allowed Bormann’s money, which is so well depicted in “17 Moments of Spring”, to be legalized in transnational corporations.

No, of course the role of Truman, Harriman, Thyssen, Dulles and Prescott Bush was very great and they did at some point make state policy their conviction that the United States fought on the wrong side during WWII.

But they were opposed by the American army, which fought against the Nazis in Western Europe and saw Dachau concentration camp with their own eyes. And in 1952, the Truman Doctrine went into oblivion.

Especially American soldiers did not like the fact that Truman and Dulles created an army of German soldiers in Denmark, which they wanted to throw against the Soviet Army in Germany. They were completely confident about the outcome of this battle, given the combat experience of the Soviet Army, and after the instant defeat of the Kwantung Army and the Korean War, it became clear to the American military that, despite a certain number of atomic bombs, the American army would not even be able to stop the Alaskan invasion army of General Oleshev.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/14th_Army_(Soviet_Union)

And Truman withdrew his candidacy, and General Eisenhower, becoming President of the United States, for a while stopped the part of the Democratic Party that supported Democratic President Truman and Republican Senator McCarthy, a great friend of the Kennedy family. And it was here that Great Britain entered the game, scared to death by Truman, who during this time quite clearly showed how he appreciates the “English world”.

For several years, a wave of reprisals against the people who played the most prominent role in the defeat of Hitler’s Germany swept the world.

First they dealt with Turing, whose value is difficult to overestimate, then General Bradley, holder of the orders of Suvorov and Kutuzov, was dismissed from the post of chairman of the United States Joint Chiefs of Staff and soon resigned, soon someone surrendered Burgess, coordinator of the Cambridge Five, in Israel, they drowned Altalena and dealt with Irgun, which consists entirely of former prisoners of concentration camps, and in Poland begins the reprisal of the Stalinist Marshal of the Soviet Union Konstantin Rokossovsky.

So the English monarchy has its skeletons in the closet, in which it is afraid to admit even to itself, and over time it turned into a cognitive dissonance (if not psychosis) between the memory of its participation in the “Holy War”, sincere hatred for Hitler’s Germany and the need to cooperate with Adenauer and his “economic miracle”, clearly financed not only by the Marshall Plan, but also by Bormann’s money.

The British have apologized for their treatment of Professor Emeritus Alan Turing. They have admitted publically that they are
torturers of academics that have served humanity historically. They have admitted publically that they lacked the intelligence to care for their brightest minds. They have also admitted that they have persecuted homosexuals systematically throughout history because they are latent homosexuals themselves.

Symbolism of the Cathedral Fire and World Projects in Israel 3

This post is the conclusion of a series of posts about the symbolic connection of the fire in Notre Dame de Paris with the theory of World Projects and with elections in Israel.

Moreover, the fact that this connection is symbolic is determined by the fact that the cathedral itself is a symbol.

Only everyone thinks that the symbol is what they think about this cathedral, regardless of whether these thoughts correspond to its real history or is the result of many centuries of old propaganda. And in fact, the symbol is similar to the word Testament, as both in the New and Old Testament, and the meaning of the symbol, which is this cathedral, is what the Lord God thinks of it, and we can comprehend it only from its real history and human ability to interact with God.

That is why both science and all three Abrahamic religions consider symbolic thinking the main difference between man and animal and the result of man’s ability to be the image and likeness of God.

And from myself I will add that it was this ability that caused the emergence of World Projects, since in the 11th century the Christian church in Western Europe was taken hostage by a satanic sect as a result of the Great Schism, and few Christians who understood this found themselves in the Christian underground, that is being unwillingly chosen.
Moreover, let me remind you that the Truth is Jesus Christ and therefore the ability to see the Truth, that is, the capacity for symbolic thinking is related to the human ability to see the Divine light, the teaching of which was articulated by Gregory Palamas in a dispute with Barlaam of Calabria 200 years after laying first bricks of Notre-Dame-de-Paris, but in an un-articulated form, was known to the Church since the apostles saw the Divine Light on Mount Tabor.

The history of Notre-Dame-de-Paris is extremely controversial and represents a difficult test for symbolic thinking, but with it connected the emergence of the scientific method in Western Europe and the emergence of Masonic lodges, as well as the history of European Jewry and European Nazism.

And so I started the first post of this series with a story about the reasons why Notre-Dame-de-Paris is important for me personally and about the influence that it had on modern physics. And I finished this post with a story about a mysterious architect who planned not only Notre Dame, but also the Strasbourg Cathedral, very similar to it, whose construction is considered not legendary, but a documented beginning of the history of Masonic lodges, including the Masonic Lodge, originated around the heritage of the great German writer Goethe.

It was this lodge in the 20th century that defeated the theosophists, with the support of Hitler blowing up the airship of Hindenburg’s Germany in order to build the Third Reich from its debris.

And the followers of Goethe, who admired the chief architect of the Strasbourg Cathedral and who considered him holy, from the ruins of Hitler’s Germany, richly drenched in blood of the citizens of the USSR, built Reich the Fourth and destroyed the USSR.

And recently, at the last minute, they seized control of Ukraine from the US theosophists and provoked an early Maidan, as a result of which Putin pulled out the Crimea they needed so much and Vladimir Zelensky just became president of Ukraine.

And the second post of this series I devoted to the influence of Notre Dame de Paris on the emergence of the Black World Project of the “saint” Bernard of Clairvaux, who spawned European Nazism and the Red World Project of Pierre Abelard, who entered into an alliance with European Maimonide Jewry and the White World Project of the Saint Denis Abbot Suger, just to lose miserably to the “holy” Bernard of Clairvaux.

    To be continued…

  79. FincaInTheMountains April 21, 2019 at 8:35 pm #

Meanwhile, according to one of the versions, the initiator of the construction of the cathedral was the disciple of Pierre Abelard, Bishop of Paris Peter Lombard, and that it was he who invited the mysterious architect who later planned the Strasbourg Cathedral.

Moreover, Peter Lombard was the direct predecessor of Thomas Aquinas, Duns Scotus and William of Occam, who partially restored Christian theology after the defeat of the Fourth Crusade at the hands of Khan Batu and laid the foundations of the Western scientific method.

And the foundation stone of this cathedral in 1163 was laid by another pupil of Pierre Abelard, Pope Alexander III, who fought on the side of Anacletus II and became the founder of the Guelph’s party.

But this is an unofficial version, and officially the initiator of the construction of Notre-Dame-de-Paris, who devoted his life to its construction, was Peter Lombard’s successor as bishop of Paris, Maurice de Sully, who was his opposite in all respects, including forbidding to preach the dogma of Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary, for preaching which the Black World Project at the time was dragging people to the fire.

And the main altar of the cathedral was consecrated on May 19, 1182 by the Cardinal Bishop Cistercian monk Henry of Marcy, who was one of the initiators of the Inquisition and the Albigensian crusade, whose victims, Christians of Aragon, on March 29, 1282, that is, almost exactly one hundred years after the sanctification of the altar of Notre-Dame de Paris, along with the Byzantine and British intelligence, revenged the Crusaders, who drowned Constantinople and Languedoc in blood, having disrupted during the Sicilian Vespers the repetition of 1204 in Byzantium that had already been planned, after Constantinople was freed from the Crusaders.

Now try to guess what exactly burned down on April 15, 2019, but the most interesting thing is that the symbolic link between Notre-Dame de Paris and the State of Israel is that Maurice de Sully initiated the confiscation of the European synagogues and the conversion of them into Christian churches, murals of which are reminiscent of a Black World Project.

And now in the United States there is a battle between journalists who believe that they have all the right to assume that April 15, 2019, someone set fire to Notre Dame de Paris, and those who believe that such assumptions are Islamophobia and racism and must be punished by the police.

But if the arson took place, the symbolic meaning of this arson most likely was not Islamist, because the choice of the date for this terrorist act rather indicates the War of the Roses, since On April 15, 1450, the Black World Project won the decisive victory over the alliance of Red and White World Projects – the Battle of Formigny, in which the French army defeated the English expeditionary force on the continent, which, according to Shakespeare, caused Valois to provoke the Celtic Lancaster War of the Red Rose, Christianized by Joseph of Arimathea against Anglo-Saxon York, Christianized by the Celt St. Patrick of Ireland.

And 8 months before the fire, the Israeli lobby, without hiding, showed its strength, only this time did not make happy the anti-Semites in the US, who had long been claiming the power of the Israeli lobby and the double loyalty of American Jews.

The fact is that this time the Israeli lobby used its strength not for the benefit of Israel, but for the benefit of Donald Trump, and not the US president patronized Israel, but Israel saved the US president who publicly declared the need to improve Russian-American relations.

This does not mean, of course, that Israel represented the interests of Russia in the United States, but it also doesn’t exclude such a possibility, as an old friend of Israel, the judge of the US Supreme Court Kennedy resigned, making room for judge Kavanaugh, whose presence at the US Supreme Court meant that any of the summons to Trump issued by Mueller would be thrown into the waste basket and inability of Mueller’s Procurators to arrange a so-called perjury trap.

Moreover, in the past elections in Israel, the difference between Netanyahu and Ben Gantz was so small that it does not leave any doubts – Vladimir Putin brought Netanyahu the victory by passing the remains of an Israeli soldier

And as a result of this alliance of the USA, Russia and Israel, Mueller stopped his investigation.
