NEWA New Video Message From Your Blogger JHK

UkraineGate, son of RussiaGate, raises an interesting question: is our Central Intelligence Agency really this crude that they would loan out a CIA officer to the White House’s National Security Council (NSC) and use him as a weapon to shiv the occupant of the oval office? Or was The New York Times’s unmasking of the “whistleblower” just another ruse by the Deep State Disinfo Division?

Let’s face it, there were not so many CIA spooks working in that White House office, so it shouldn’t be too hard to figure out who it was. A leading candidate is veteran CIA officer Michael Barry, an assassination expert, as it happens, who was loaned out during Mike Pompeo’s brief stint as CIA chief. Barry acted as the NSC’s chief intelligence officer. Barry or otherwise, I predict the whistleblower’s identity will be known for sure in pretty short order.

So much material in this tale doesn’t add up that it looks like the results of a math test in a Baltimore middle school. For one thing, the now public whistleblower complaint makes it clear that the whistleblower’s information is second-hand. The Intel Community Whistleblower Protection Act (ICWPA) explicitly prohibits complaints based on second-hand news: “In order to find an urgent concern credible, the IGIC [Intel Community Inspector General] must be in possession of reliable, first-hand information. The IGIC cannot transmit information via the ICWPA based on an employee’s second-knowledge of wrongdoing. This includes information received from another person, such as when a fellow employee informs you that he/she has witnessed some type of wrongdoing.” See for yourself in the ICWPA Form 401:

Did Director of National Intelligence Joseph McGuire know that when he testified that the whistleblower’s complaint was “credible” and made in “good faith.” Did ICIG Michael Horowitz know that when he sent the whistleblower complaint to Admiral McGuire? Did House Intel Committee Chair Adam Schiff know that when he led a grandstanding exercise in his committee on Thursday?

Others have pointed out that the whistleblower’s complaint was composed as a legal brief, leading to the inference that it was constructed by lawyers and perhaps a team of lawyers. The whistleblower’s lawyer is Andrew Bakaj, a former CIA employee who got his start interning for Senator Chuck Schumer and then Hillary Clinton. The Washingtonian said Bakaj “actually wrote the CIA’s internal rules on whistleblowing.” Is that so? Did he write Form 401 then? His client’s complaint states: “I was not a direct witness to most of the events described. However, I found my colleagues’ accounts of these events to be credible because, in almost all cases, multiple officials recounted fact patterns that were consistent with one another.” In other words, second-hand information. Dismissed.

Everyone and his uncle remembers the infamous threat issued to Mr. Trump by Senator Schumer during the transition period in January, 2017: “Let me tell you: You take on the intelligence community — they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you,” Perhaps Senator Schumer should have kept his pie-hole shut on that. He made it official that the Intel Community would act as an adversary and antagonist to the President, and that appears to be exactly what has happened. One suspects that this rogue agency has captured The New York Times, The Washington Post, National Public Radio, and several TV cable news networks as well. And now they are metamorphosing into an enemy of the people.

The moment approaches when Mr. Trump will have to carry out a severe housecleaning of the CIA and perhaps many other agencies under the executive branch of the government. Their ongoing campaign to undo the 2016 election is igniting a civil war. Clearly a part of the whistleblower gambit was an attempt to discredit Attorney General William Barr and set up a device that would force him to recuse himself from any further inquiry into shenanigans carried out in and around Ukraine since 2014, when the CIA and the Obama State Department overthrew the government of Viktor Yanukovych. Mr. Barr is a sturdy fellow. He may have seven ways from Sunday for countering their seditious monkeyshines. Wait for it.

In the meantime, is there any question that UkraineGate has put the schnitz on Joe Biden’s political career. The notorious video of Mr. Biden bragging on his shakedown of then-president Poroshenko has been seen by everybody over age five in the USA. Hillary must be lovin’ it as she makes the rounds on her latest listening tour. Listen to this, Hillary, lost in your wicked daydreams of riding to the Democratic Party’s rescue for yet another shot at the White House: your reputation will never survive the blizzard of indictments coming down on your partisans. And one of these bills might have your name on it.

Chris Hedges writing at Truthdig.com sums up my evaluation of this impeachment drama, and this will be my only comment on the matter.

    • fugeguy September 27, 2019 at 10:01 am #

      That was an upper 😉

But unfortunately, pretty much dead on.

        “Dead on” Arrival!

‘About 1.4 million people have died from firearms in the U.S. between 1968 and 2011. The murder rate in America is now 25 times higher than in any of the 22 developed high-income nations (OECD). Although America has half the population of the other 22 nations combined, the U.S. had 82 per cent of all gun deaths, 90 per cent of all women killed with guns, 91 per cent of children under 14 and 92 per cent of young people between ages 15 and 24 killed with guns.’

So the conclusion is….? Much like what is happening at our southern border, caused by the Left’s “Free Lunch” signalling while attempting to foist the blame off onto American society being xenophobic, racist, etc. Here again, on the matter of the 2nd Amendment, the Left has capitalized politically by promoting a false narrative of history wherein had only any other culture but Western gained preeminence the world would be a Utopia of pastoral peace. Essentially, history itself has been made a political prisoner.

Thanks Jerry. But White States (the few that are left) are about as peaceful as White Europe. We don’t have a gun problem, we have a race problem.

    • Cavepainter September 27, 2019 at 10:51 am #

Included in Hedges’ first paragraph of his article you reference, “It would not impede ICE from hunting down the undocumented and ripping children from their arms to pen them in cages”, signals what a partisan hack he truly is.

      • sophia September 27, 2019 at 10:02 pm #

You have a serious comprehension problem.

    • Neon Vincent September 27, 2019 at 10:56 am #

“They turned on him…because he made the fatal mistake of trying to take down a fellow member of the ruling elite.” That seems to be true of the Democrats as well. Swalwell attacked Trump at the first debate. Next thing I know, Swalwell drops out because he didn’t make the next debate. Harris also attacked Biden. After the sugar rush of that wore off and she failed to follow up at the next debate, her fortunes fell. Besides, she pissed off people like my mom and my wife; they didn’t like her attacking Biden. Castro attacked Biden at the third debate, now he’s warning his supporters he may not make the November debate. Trump went after Biden and Democratic Representatives in Republican-leaning seats who had been avoiding impeachment pile on. Directly going after Biden personally does not seem to be working for candidates. Instead, it seems to work against them.

    • marcus1 September 27, 2019 at 11:43 am #

Thanks for bringing this to our attention Venus. Chris Hedges opening paragraph deserves repeating:

” Impeaching Donald Trump would do nothing to halt the deep decay that has beset the American republic. It would not magically restore democratic institutions. It would not return us to the rule of law. It would not curb the predatory appetites of the big banks, the war industry and corporations. It would not get corporate money out of politics or end our system of legalized bribery. It would not halt the wholesale surveillance and monitoring of the public by the security services. It would not end the reigns of terror practiced by paramilitary police in impoverished neighborhoods or the mass incarceration of 2.3 million citizens. It would not impede ICE from hunting down the undocumented and ripping children from their arms to pen them in cages. It would not halt the extraction of fossil fuels and the looming ecocide. It would not give us a press freed from the corporate mandate to turn news into burlesque for profit. It would not end our endless and futile wars. It would not ameliorate the hatred between the nation’s warring tribes—indeed would only exacerbate these hatreds.”

And half of his second-to-last paragraph:

“The longer we fail to confront and name the corporate forces responsible for the misery of over half the U.S. population and our broken democracy, the more the disease of cultism will spread. It was the seizure of power by corporations that vomited up Trump. And it will be only by freeing ourselves from corporate rule, by rebuilding our democratic institutions, including the legislative bodies, the courts and the media, that we can roll back from the abyss.”

Trump ain’t the problem, he’s just the latest obnoxious symptom.

      • Janos Skorenzy September 27, 2019 at 5:35 pm #

The Corporations hate Trump and are solidly in the Leftist Camp for the most part. Other than that, his screed is correct.

      • shotho September 27, 2019 at 6:53 pm #

” . . . . the misery of over half the population . . . .” What misery? Oh, yes, the misery of being obese to the point of not being able to walk and brain-rot from incessantly mindless television. I agree that over half the population is miserable, misery of their own making. Hedges is full of it!

    • K-Dog September 27, 2019 at 12:13 pm #

I’ll agree. The strikes today catch my interest more.

I’m remembering the old TV show ‘Hill Street Blues‘ All the beat cops are ready to hit the street and morning roll call is almost over.
The tall Sergeant stands in front of his officers in his blue shirt. He is putting out news from the last shift and says: ‘Here is another gate that don’t rate.

Then he looks at everybody and just before the TV screen breaks into commercial the Sergeant looks at everybody and says.

      Be careful out there.

Dumpster fires. The metal gets hot. Don’t get burned.

  2. PeteAtomic September 27, 2019 at 9:54 am #

    Thanks, Jim.

I think the power exercised inside our government by unelected members of the security/intel apparatus as acting in the role of a secret government for the continuation of a global security state run by the US. It’s an agenda of neo-imperialism by our Military-Industrial-Congressional complex. The Ukraine ‘whistleblower’ is another attempted coup to oust a duly elected President. It’s frightening. I also think the Democrats are getting into bed with some very dark allies solely for the will to power. That’s just as equally frightening. They’ve lost their minds if they believe that cozying up to a group of assassins will turn out OK for them in the end.

    • Well this is what you get when you feed the military industrial complex.

To be honest though, I’m not surprised if it were true. Problem is, there is not a whole lot of verifiable evidence. May treason never prosper.

    • Paulo September 27, 2019 at 11:26 am #

For God’s sake, does it really matter who blew the whistle? Further investigation will either credit or discredit the information, itself. If it is a partisan attack, Trump wins. If it is true, he’s fucked.

When I listened to the acting DNI try and explain his actions I considered how sexual complaints about school teachers and/or administraotors are handled in BC, by law. (And I oughta know, because I turned in a paedo creep, once). If a student comes to a school district empoyee and accuses either a teacher or a school principal of sexual assault is absolutely against the law to first consult with anyone else, especially the person accused. The person infromed must immediately report accusation to the RCMP and child welfare authorities. Then, they investigate.

Trump is implicated. Barr is implicated. Pence and others in the WH are implicated. And what do they do? They wait, then go to Barr…wait another week, then consult with the WH and WH legal team. They brush it under the rug and say, “nothing to investigate”. Then, someone leaks to get the ball roling and within in a week here we are.

And many of you commentators are concerned about who leaked and who is the whistleblower? It is irrelevant and you should be thankful someone did it before 2020.

Watch what happens today. There will be bomb strikes on Syria to divert attention….approved by Trumpy.

If some drunk driver runs over a family and then hides the car to avoid getting caught, does it matter which law branch is informed and by whom? I didn’t think so.

      • BC_EE September 27, 2019 at 1:07 pm #

        Paulo,

Since we are both in BC and we share the same perspective from the sidelines on this southern shite-show, I find it either incredible or ridiculous what lengths, parsing, or twisted logic some will go to to maintain their narrative on the subject. Tribalism par excellance.

Jim conveniently ommited that the Intel IG followed up with investigation (presumably with first-hand sources) and then escalated the complaint. It is another twisty-spin to assume someone in that position would recommend a charge of such gravity without executing due diligence.

The commonality is the deep state subterfuge. This has been going on a long time. Like American football, Americans have Canadians to thank for starting them down this path. (Canadians taught Americans Rugby. A Canadian, William Stevenson – a man called Intrepid – working at the behest of Churchill helped organize the OSS. Now CIA and various heads of the Hydra). We had absolutely no notion how either rugby or OSS would mutate under the American capitalist system. Reading the Bush family history, it is suggested Nixon was also set up by Intelligence, or the deep state. Why such an amateur burglary attempt by seasoned pro’s. But it was the cover-up that sunk him.

      • BC_EE September 27, 2019 at 1:17 pm #

BTW Paulo, I wonder if we know the same paedo that was in the school system?

        • Janos Skorenzy September 27, 2019 at 5:39 pm #

And you both pray to Native Gods as per the State of British Columbia’s official religion.

  3. Rodster September 27, 2019 at 9:55 am #

“Listen to this, Hillary, lost in your wicked daydreams of riding to the Democratic Party’s rescue for yet another shot at the White House: your reputation will never survive the blizzard of indictments coming down on your partisans. And one of these bills might have your name on it.”

I seriously doubt that although if it did come to pass I would blow air horns. I’ve been hearing and reading that Trump will drain the swamp and lockup all the bad creatures when in fact he’s been finding new creatures to put in the swamp.

Mike Pompeo, Bolton and quite a few others of Trump’s team have that smelly swamp odor before they took the job.

Look can we please just admit that the United States Government “is beyond repair”? That the only way to clean out the swamp is for the US Government to completely collapse? That’s the only chance I see of having a do-over and possibly fixing this mess. So as long as we have the US Gov’t operating, I don’t see a snowball’s hell in chance of Biden, Clinton etc doing a minute of jail time.

    • hmuller September 27, 2019 at 10:20 am #

Mass arrests of the traitors, military tribunals, swift executions. About 10,000 should send a message to the globalists.

    • BC_EE September 27, 2019 at 1:13 pm #

Trump doesn’t have the capacity to read beyond a headline of a song refrain. Example: launched his campaign with “Rockin’ In The Free World”. Did they ever really listen to the whole song? It ain’t what they think it is. It’s the exact opposite. The song title is sarcastic and the lyrics are criticizing everything Trump is about.

Next, draining the swamp. Second phrase to that axiom is “you are up to your ads in alligators”. And that is right where he finds himself now.

    • Janos Skorenzy September 27, 2019 at 5:41 pm #

Quite so. He only wants “winners”. In other words, Deep State people even if they hate him. That’s assuming he even picks his own people which is by no means certain.

That the CIA is “metamorphosing into an enemy of the people” is a majestic understatement. It has been that and more since its inception. This evil rogue agency has morphed into the world’s most dangerous organization, assassinating leaders (including our own), overthrowing governments, and now threatening to sunder our national government. There can be no question that the CIA should be disbanded and anyone associated with it barred from further similar activity. The question is, who has the actual capacity to put a stake through its heart? It appears, no-one.

    • Nightowl September 27, 2019 at 10:10 am #

Agreed. Also found that tidbit on M. Barry quite interesting. I had not come across that.

Another item to mention is that John Solomon over at the Hill is sitting on some 450 pages of verified evidence of Biden/Ukraine corruption, and apparently CIA manlet Brennan is directly involved.

I don’t see Mr. Kunstler’s writings as a defense of Trump.

They are more an indictment of the mentally ill Democrats frothing at the mouth with TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome). Adam Schiff is a classic example. Somebody should put him in a straight jacket and commit him somewhere for his own safety (and ours).

In the meantime, I think it is about time to haul our hosts fantastic “The Halloween Ball” off the shelf for another read. A little fiction right now will be better at lowering my poor blood pressure than the stinking fiction playing out in D.C.

    • benr September 27, 2019 at 3:20 pm #

100% Sure Jim is no fan of Donald J. Trump but he is fair enough to see that Democrats get away with corruption that would sink anyone else and send them to jail.
The media protects them and they have loaded the DOJ with Democrat Supporters so even when they are guilty as sin no one will pick up the news story and no one will prosecute.
Now look at the Donald they want to impeach him on what he says while Biden has done what they accuse Trump of!
Corruption destroys countries and this one sides JUSTice affair can’t keep going on.
The last politician I remember seeing prosecuted for corruption was Duke Cunningham a true war hero.

Cunningham resigned from the House on November 28, 2005, after pleading guilty to accepting at least $2.4 million in bribes and under-reporting his taxable income for 2004. He pleaded guilty to federal charges of tax evasion, and conspiracy to commit bribery, mail fraud, and wire fraud. He was sentenced to eight years and four months in prison and was ordered to pay $1.8 million in restitution.[2] On June 4, 2013, Cunningham completed his prison sentence; he now lives in Arkansas.

The above is a joke compared to what is now coming out.

Not sure why Trump did not come out and say Gawddamnright I am going after that corrupt scumbag…

… it’s his duty as chief law enforcement officer.

Seems no one within the news media had any issues with the DNC hiring a foreign spy to make up stuff about a political opponent. He77 they knowing used the fake information to start an investigation.

Lot of people need to learn how to think straight and unlearn the lesson that the ends justifies the means. Historically, ropes are good teachers.

I guess when the Democrats and their globalist team at the CIA and any holdovers left at the FBI/Justice decide the game will be tackle now, Trump and his team will definitely lose if they keep playing touch.

  12. Viktor Yanyukovic, as far as I can tell, got axed as president of the Ukraine after taking a Russian bailout in an unpopular about-face from a constituency eager for closer ties to the E.U.

This culminated in public protests, escalation to police riots, and eventually full scale insurrection. Then, to escape legal problems, he self-exiled to Russia.

Trump may want to consider this strategy as his presidency falls apart.

    • Nightowl September 27, 2019 at 10:18 am #

He was ousted by a CIA-backed coup for control of a gas pipeline. Nuland handed out the sandwiches afterward.

Much will be revealed to the public now, and there isn’t a thing The Paper of Refuse’s paymasters can do to stop it.

      • cc rider September 27, 2019 at 10:28 am #

Yes it was a CIA backed coup. It could also be called an Obama backed coup because his administration’s fingerprints were all over it. D’mitry Orlov has written quite a bit on how it went down.

IMO Obama was the most “spooky” President since Bush Sr. Obama was never officially in “the company”. Key word ‘officially’. Just like Bush Sr. did spook work years before Ford tapped him to be CIA Director for about a year or so. But that work prior to Ford’s appointment wasn’t ‘official’. Not on the books, in other words. Plausible deniability I think they call it.

        • JohnAZ September 27, 2019 at 10:50 am #

Do you think Obama was in charge? Or just a lackey like W. The people around these figureheads ran the show. That is why these same people hate Trump so much. He does not let them run the show,

          He fires them!

          • cc rider September 27, 2019 at 11:00 am #

I doubt Obama was in charge. He’s a loyal foot soldier. Probably like a Sergeant in the Army. Has the authority to issue orders on the fly “in battle”, but can’t ever go over the high ranking officer’s directives above him. So yes a lackey like Dubya, but with some gravitas. Even though Dubya was the son of Bush Sr. it seems that Cheney was the Sergeant in that administration. Dubya is just too inept. Lol…

I think the whole Obama Presidency was a spook operation. He was tapped when he was still in college. I remember how happy Dubya seemed to be when Obama won. I distinctly remember that. His wife Laura as well. Also Condaleeza Rice. They knew. The Company pulled it off. But of course they were going to be successful.

There are two high level pols actually on tape bragging about making threats to hold back aid to the Ukraine, VP Joe Biden, and Sen Chris Murphy, both to get the Ukraine govt to cease investigations into corruption. I haven’t heard any condemnation of it in the MSM. It’s almost as if it didn’t happen, yet both Murphy and Biden proudly referenced it in public speeches.

…Their ongoing campaign to undo the 2016 election is igniting a civil war. Wait for it….

And it is an attempt to undermine the upcoming IG report and get Biden to take the fall for the 2016 interference while allowing HRC to enter the Dem primary.

You wrapped it up in a neat package.

I posted on the last edition, oops. But it applies to today’s effort.

    Two possibilities

One. The entire whistleblower scenario is a fabrication of a Democratic Party that is in desperate fear of its own demise and with their prognostication ability know they have to destroy Trump now or the populist revolution is going to grow. They hate the voters that are taking power away from the Deep State, they hate the Constitution that dilutes their power, they hate everything right now. It is focused psychotically on DJT. It is a failure of their entire forty year campaign to turn this country into a Communist State.

The second is worse. Purely conjecture but the implication is scary. The whistleblower is a RINO. Proof of the fusion of the Liberal GOP and the Progressives into the Deep State. Jeff Flake, my own worst vote, stated yesterday that 32 GOP senators would vote to convict Trump’s impeachment if the vote was secret. Get that? If the senators did not have to tell their voters what they did, they would vote with the Progressives to remove the people’s choice. That sounds like a coup d’etat to me with the final shiv thrust from the ex GOPers. I think that the legal beagles should worry less about what are high crimes and misdemeanors and more about what is treason.

  22. ellipsis September 27, 2019 at 10:44 am #

Sounds like Mr K is getting back to his journalistic roots here – great work! For all the hoopla about what Trump might or might not have done, I’m just amazed that the focus hasn’t been on what Biden definitely did do, which is arguably much worse. It’s an upside down world we live in these days now that we’ve lost our way down the rabbit hole of imperialist madness.

  23. cc rider September 27, 2019 at 10:46 am #

Well of course remember what happened to JFK who famously said he was going to smash the CIA to bits and scatter it to the winds after he fired Dulles.

I also believe that the first political assassination of a President was the Watergate affair that took down Nixon. They didn’t want to literally murder two Presidents just ten years apart. Yes I know, Nixon certainly had his faults. That’s how they successfully took him out. They played to his faults knowing that he’d engage in a cover-up. CIA are masters at psy-ops. The book Silent Coup by Len Colodny in my opinion laid out how they got Nixon very well. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1375512.Silent_Coup

They’re doing it again to Trump. This is a political assassination by Spook, Inc.

    • Janos Skorenzy September 28, 2019 at 1:12 pm #

Well said. There is zero chance of Trump being able to reign these people in. You’d need the military – and that’s been been the playground of Leftist Social Engineering for decades now. Any powerful Right Wing Generals can be and are routinely taken down by a similar process.

  25. volodya September 27, 2019 at 10:55 am #

I think that Chris Hedges is pretty much right that the United States is now of the oligarchs, by the oligarchs, for the oligarchs. But this ruling class can’t rule without the willing acquiescence of a substantial cohort of useful idiots and so you have that too.

It appears to me that the intel community, or at least the upper echelons of it, are pretty much with the movement to get rid of Trump.

But about the generals? When they get beyond deploring Trump and bemoaning his crudities and uninformed amateurism, do the generals (or colonels) say it’s not just Trump, enough is enough, that civilian rule is hopelessly dysfunctional, that the prevailing ways can no longer prevail?

Way back, we used to muse about a cabal of military chiefs sending armed emissaries to escort civilian officials off the premises. But in East vs West Cold War days it always looked like military paranoia about a communist infiltration, or a soft-on-communism presidential administration, would impel a military coup. I wonder now what the boys in the Pentagon are thinking. Are they all-in on the eviction of Trump from the White House?

Or are there factions looking on with dismay at what an up-ending of the 2016 election would portend for the constitutional order? Never mind the constitutional order, what of the societal landscape that takes shape after such a momentous event? Do military thinkers nowadays think about more than strictly military strategy and tactics? What do the rank-and-file think? And by that I mean guys below the rank of general.

Hedges is right, and I’ve been saying the same thing, that the American citizenry is heavily armed, and given dire insults inflicted on the economic interests of such large numbers of ordinary people, and now the possible removal of a president who told them he’d have their backs, how that figures into the calculations of higher officialdom in the armed services?

It’s not just that civilians are armed to the teeth, there exists large numbers of veterans and so a lot of people with training in leadership and followership, and experience in combat zones.

That the intel community dismissed such considerations wouldn’t surprise me one bit, but what about the military?

The whistleblower DIDN’T pass along second hand evidence. The rule Jim refers to attempts to block hearsay evidence, which is indeed second hand, yet any fucking first year law student can tell you an EXCEPTION to hearsay is the “party-opponent” exception – in other words, in this case, admissions or statements made by the fucking President himself in the transcript of his own telephone conversation.

Goddamn, you people are stupid. And no Jim, there will be no perp walks of Clinton, Comey or Obama, though I realize these keep your dreams wet.

    Well, ladies and germs;
Enough with the politics, the BBC, this AM is reporting REAL news.

Apparently, in Virginia, at a private school where our Vice-President’s wife teaches, there was an…incident.

A 12 year old black girl was assaulted on school grounds by a group of fellow students… white supremacists-Neo Nazi-nationalist-bigot-sons of uber capitalists and…they held her down and cut some of her dreadlocks off…further, they said stuff to her… and ate her lunch… telling her that she should starve…and stuff.*

This cannot stand. The 12-year-olds should be treated as adult offenders…they should be tried, convicted, and then executed. Their parents should be sold into slavery, their children’s pets killed. The school should be razed, the ground salted, and a monument to black achievement erected in its place, named, perhaps, the Tawana Brawley memorial to Black Achievement….

    *…Almost a direct quote.

I suspect that the BBC bit the “big one” on this story….

I’m not buying it. This school has a policy of “no LGBT” behavior, and the wife of Mike Pence works there. Two big targets for Woke, Inc. to go after. Oh, it is Christian. Three big targets.

There is a plan at work here; it has nothing to do with the democrats, Donald’s boorishness, the 2016 election, or even Hillary’s angst. This is not what is going down. What we’re seeing is the tools being used to achieve an end; the folks involved are merely tools having their egos manipulated for a grander scheme that they are partially or completely in the dark about.
This country’s internal shenanigans matter to a slight extent in the larger game of world dominion, marshalling its resources, both human and otherwise. What matters here is the threat Trump and his policies poses to established world order.

Ultimately, politicians are merely showboaters answerable to their suppliers.

    • Nightowl September 28, 2019 at 9:17 am #

It is called globalism, and the people attacking Trump are called globalists.

The term for the coup we are witnessing is the Purple Revolution.

      You are welcome.

      • Luhrenloup September 28, 2019 at 11:11 am #

Glad you figured that one out, not something folks talk about every day, or in any way relate it to what’s happening

        • Luhrenloup September 28, 2019 at 2:05 pm #

Unfortunately, there is no one with the vision or erudition to explain what globalism will mean for the average person. A horror beyond imagination, it would make 1984 sound like a mild governing glitch in need of a minor corrective.
We will truly then become merely consumer units with no country, no culture, no past and no future. As things stand now corporations have very little respect for consumers, given ultimate power, they would enslave us.

          • Nightowl September 28, 2019 at 5:02 pm #

You are right. Open borders for “movement of labor” (from their white papers), social credit scores, an all-knowing surveillance state that can shut off your bank account and block you from travel with the push of a button, etc. And you can’t go anywhere to escape because government has been centralized. This is the plan, IMO.

I work for a blue chip company and it is in full swing here. We had a speaker touting the virtues of globalism at our last European meet-up, and they were serving us purple champaign afterward in a room bathed in purple light.

Trump just spoke about the globalist vision for the future at the UN, too. Here, here. The first rational post today.

  33. Robert White September 27, 2019 at 11:52 am #

Everyone has a duty to metaphorically shiv the occupant of the immoral office in D.C. given his penchant for uttering threats & intimidating everyone around him 24/7/365. Clearly, out of all the politicians we have had in this world to date there is no one more
vindictive & personally malignant than the belligerent combatant in the Whore House that cannot seem to refrain from adversarial combat with everyone & anyone that has the temerity to challenge his unhinged psychopathology run amok on the world, and Americans writ large.

Defending the Orange One is no longer a credible position to take when we can all reference the veiled threats & untoward intimidation of professionals that have a fiduciary duty to report abuses at the level of governance in the highest peaks of administrative leadership in the world. What is incomprehensible is that the American people actually voted for this prize turkey to be representative of leadership for a populous that is fairly well educated if we measure academic achievement via Federal Reserve balance sheet debt outstanding for FDIC insured Student Loans.

Americans can be highly intelligent people when they give it concerted effort to speak from their hearts. Voting for a Mafia thug to lead America into the ditch of international ill repute is disproportionate & incongruent given the degree of real intelligence that American truly have.

It’s easy to lambaste Americans for some things but when it comes to the belligerent bellicose buffoon bellowing bluster ad infinitum every God damned day of the week and twice on Sundays I, for one, think that we have all had enough.

Bottom line is that we should all realize that it is now our duty to convince Republican adherents to unilaterally decide to cross the floor over to the Democratic Party out of a moral duty to protect the state.

Without the state we are going to become nations playing Lord of the Flies as tribe against tribe opts for full on war. The Hegelian Death Spiral has become seated in the Oral Office via the twittersphere & the resident narcissist that has most assuredly managed to negotiate most of his life through manipulation of others merely for gain accruing to himself.

Lastly, now that impeachment proceedings are well underway given the felony breach of USA national security it is our collective duty to ensure the smooth transition away from the deplorable era of politics that he has foisted upon us all unwittingly.

LOL! So you’re a Trump fan then I guess, eh’ RW? You have a very mechanical writing style, my friend. Reads almost like a legal brief for an indictment.

      • Robert White September 27, 2019 at 12:23 pm #

Before I managed to get a Social Science degree I managed to get a Mechanical Engineering diploma. I fully agree that my writing style is ‘mechanical’ and I attribute that to my thinking that was essentially formed via Engineering before I studied Social Science. Today, I often wonder if my writing needs a few tweeks here & there.

This is why I follow JHK given that he is an excellent writer with vast experience & a pretty decent historical knowledge base. JHK is my guide for writing & editing too.

Eventually, I suspect he will do the requisite tweeks to my writing style so I can improve the read for the reader as you have seen fit to point out politely out of the same respect for writing that I hold dear as well.

        Cheers, RW

They say that those with talent in the hard sciences often hold the most extreme political views, as they have difficulty with nuance.

          • Robert White September 27, 2019 at 12:41 pm #

What you are saying is very true. I do have difficulty with nuance at the federal level of politics. I don’t have that difficulty at the municipal or provincial level of politics but I do have that problem with the upper tier federal level simply because I never spent much time looking at that level as opposed to the lower levels.

Learning is most assuredly a life long process IMHO.

      Get real, Robert!
Do you think what the dems did to Kavanaugh and his family was a walk in the park? The difference between donald and the others is that he likes to get in their faces about it. Obama is probably one of the nastiest presidents I’ve seen, but polite. It all went on behind the scenes

      • Luhrenloup September 27, 2019 at 1:22 pm #

        Example:
What do you think happened to the women who were with Osama when he was caught, you know the ones Osama was supposedly hiding behind? I wonder about that. They were never heard of afterward. Were they shot and dumped into the ocean like Osama. Were their kids in the household?

        • Robert White September 27, 2019 at 2:24 pm #

I actually Remote Viewed that incident where he was taken from that compound via helicopter to the awaiting military ship and then dumped into the ocean. The crew of USA soldiers entered the compound and shot him immediately right in the head. As I recall they took out one of his wives as she posed a threat of some sort. They collected up OBL and left immediately retreating to the helicopter. They only had OBL onboard back to the ship where they dumped him in the drink.

If the military of Afghanistan rounded those women up afterwards I do not know. I can assure you that the guys that took OBL did not do anything other than that. They might have grabbed his laptop and some papers quickly too as I recall but they were in & out faster than you can say speedy Gonzalas.

And I did not Remote View any children at that compound at all. Only OBL & his three wives.

          Sincerely, RW

I could describe details that could be confirmed by whomever has the tape in the Pentagon, but they would never entertain either confirmation or denial of any evidence I would submit. I can relate details to you but then you could just turn around and say what I was submitting was not verifiable by witness testimony or empirical evidence vis-à-vis detail of the crime scene.

          • Robert White September 29, 2019 at 2:33 pm #

Q’s basement den/man cave is a level down from the main floor in his single family house. He lives in the burbs around NYC but I’m bad with geography and can’t discern yet where his neighbourhood is exactly. His man cave is rectangular and his desk & keyboard are facing the wall towards the front of the house. He has a small rectangular basement window that allows some light of day in. If he looks up when he is sitting at his keyboard he would be staring at his basement window.

Q’s art & poster art is ultra high end stuff but I cannot discern detail quite yet. One of the posters has some sort of relective glitter on it too.

If Q is seated at his keyboard and staring at his monitor he would have to turn his head 90 degrees to the left to see his diplomas on the back wall that his back is facing. If he were to turn around 180 degrees to face his own art & posters, he would find the diplomas to the right end of that wall and the posters and art along the rest of the wall towards the door exit which is to the left of that wall space.

If Q turns 90 degrees to the right he can see more art on the small wall surface to the right, and his art is very expensive stuff.

Q does not smoke and his art room man cave is very tidy & clean as a whistle too. He is a tidy person.

Q is living in a very clean & tidy house that has solitude. His upper floor has a large living room that has bright off-white coloured walls. The ceiling height is standard build contemporary so I know his neighbourhood is not old school with 10′ ceilings and transoms.

Q’s basement man cave is dark in terms of wall colour and it’s not white drywall like it is upstairs on the main floor.

Q’s seating at his desk is to the right of the middle of the wall he faces in that basement room.

If sitting at his desk and wanting to go back upstairs he would be exiting his chair & turning to his right as he leaves his chair and walks about two steps to the exit on the left of the wall that his art & posters are mostly displayed.

I am 100% positive that Q’s man cave is on the lower level of his house and that he is not sitting ion a man cave on the main floor. His man cave appears to be about 18′ x 12′ dimensionally rectangular.

Q’s diplomas are to the left of the wall where the paintings and posters are. There is a few as he stated but I can’t make them out yet.

Bottom line in this Remote View is that Q is a tidy person and likely a meticulous artist judging by the Fine Arts he sports on his walls behind his back when he is online.

What I find interesting is that while Q mentions his own art and posters as being significant he actually has his back turned to his own art when he is online and siting at his desktop.

And yes, he uses a desktop and not a notebook when he sits in his man cave.

And judging by Q’s art I can understand why he identifies with JHK and his art. Q & JHK are really into art BIG time.

Q probably went to Art School like JHK did too.

Q is a thinker type that spends hours on art in quiet solitude.
His man cave is his man cave and nobody but Q goes in there to sit.

I’ll report back more detail in due time, Q.

I’ll eventually see that glitter painting/poster to determine what it is.

            RW

          • Robert White September 29, 2019 at 2:38 pm #

I meant to say Q’s diplomas are to the right side of the wall and not the ‘left’ as I incorrectly wrote by mistake. Diplomas on the right of wall and posters and art along the rest of the wall right to the door exit.

“they took out one of his wives as she posed a threat of some sort.”
What is this, Rambo talk? They KILLED her. Six guys suited up for combat could not handle a lone woman.

          1. U.S. military went to a country on Obama’s orders and murdered people. They didn’t ask Pakistan because they would have been turned down, just like Afghanistan turned down a request by the U.S. to hand Osama over. They wanted some kind of evidence that he was involved. The price they paid for that rejection is an 18 years and ongoing war with the US and NATO.

          2. What they did was illegal according to our laws, and also international law. There was nothing heroic about it.

          3. The U.S. has no proof that Osama was responsible for 9/11 and the many explanations that were offered up about what happened are not even possible. Did Osama go on to state that indeed Al Qaeda had pulled it off? Of course, he was a revolutionary and this was surely a boost to his troops!

          4. Were the U.S. behaving rationally they would have brought Osama to trial in this country. It appears to me they wanted him shut up, permanently.

So what is it you were saying about Trump being the all-time Badass?

Trump is a sad ass indeed, I agree, L.

What I remember is that the whole mission was perhaps the most spectacular thing I have ever seen via Remote Viewing with regard to military, ever. I had never seen anything quite like that before. Those military guys were no joke at all. They carried out orders. Not their orders but admin orders. Can I even remotely understand the dynamics of OBL & The USA admin? I don’t follow politics at that level and would likely need to get a PhD in foreign affairs & Foreign Intelligence if I were to even entertain a guess as to what the freaking hell those state department people do, or think.

          Are you backing ‘Blackface’ Trudeau?

          • Robert White September 27, 2019 at 5:45 pm #

Sheepishly, I have to admit that I am indeed backing Trudeau for his second whole term of high office, but my reasons are many including the most important being that I already promised my area Liberal Member of Parliament that she had my allegiance & vote for the entire second term of office as well. My area Liberal MP is a fine person that is very politically astute and would never act in the manner that our PM did when he was 29 years old and should have known better.

I like PM Trudeau because he is highly creative and somewhat of a real Marxist vis-à-vis political upbringing & contemporary perspective. His father was friends with Fidel Castro as you know and the Trudeau family is worldly enough to understand the importance of sovereigns being Communist in perspective & culture.

Trudeau the Younger is learning as he proceeds in life and whilst he did not travel the same path to high office that he esteemed father did, he is still a leader in his own right, and as such he is entitled to make mistakes along the way. His father & mother brought him up to study the arts and he would up being enticed & pressured to enter the ring of politics at the federal level because the Liberal Party of CANADA was down for the count KOed without him.

Liberal Party brass courted Trudeau the Younger to lead the LPC & CANADA, as well as Parliament. I’ll stick by him through thick & thin because when I say I will stand by a party that is actually what I will do without reservation.

My area MP is good & so is Bill Morneau our Finance guru.
Trudeau the Younger is certainly not a perfect human being but his heart is in the right place even if his brain isn’t always following along.

He will learn and then move on to something else creative eventually. He has his good points and his bad points just like all of us do. Given that he grew up theatrically & with highly artistic parents I can turn the other cheek on the many costumes Trudeau has worn that might likely or most certainly offend some delicate sensibilities in the population. I am allowing human beings to make the odd mistakes like I would be expected to as a fellow human being.

Racism is something I do not tolerate and if I really thought Trudeau was a racist I would not support him.

He is not a racist. He just exhibits brain farts of human behaviour at the most inopportune times.

I can’t say that I don’t learn from mistakes too so I know how he is learning as he goes as that’s the way I go through life too.

In four years I will likely go independent again.

@Robert White — Thank you for writing this. You are exactly right: there is no morally acceptable defense of Trump, and to keep the peace we enjoy in America (as imperfect as it is), we all must lead by example, morally and ethically, and show Trump’s supporters that the way forward cannot include amoral degenerates in government.

A clear understanding of the American condition in 2019 suggests that a nihilist narcissist like Trump does not help the big picture, and it’s a worthy endeavor to use our legal protections to unseat the President.

(Government is us, it’s crucial to our existence, and we have every reason to participate in our governance: we vote, and we run & serve, and we pay taxes, and we prop up this civilization. But in keeping with Mr. Kunstler’s theme, it does seem that the isolation encapsulated in America’s sprawling suburban settlements, and the T.V. garbage pumped into those places, invokes an anti-social self-loathing that has led to them supporting Trump.)

Also ask Jamie Dimon why he failed to understand that housing prices don’t go up forever?

I read the transcript of the phone call; I must be missing something because I don’t see anything in it that rises to the level of High Crimes and Misdemeanors, which would warrant impeachment. Now I’m hearing that the whistleblower complaint was drafted by one of Hillarys former lawyers with the help of Democrats in Congress. What the hell is this all about, really? The whole thing sounds like a setup. It’s going to take a full year for this thing to work itself until time the Senate votes to acquit.. Meanwhile the President is tied up and the world falls apart around us.

I’m wondering if, say, Warren is elected next year, whether or not she’ll get the same kind of treatment from the MSM and the Intel services? Or does it only work one way?

    Brh

    • The entire annotated whistle blower transcript is in today’s New York Times, patriot.

Preliminary observations of who will comprise the possible R-20 (the twenty Republican senators that might vote to impeach) include Romney and Sasse.

But notice you’re not hearing it from the MSM. I watched some broadcast news. No mention of it on CBS, NBC, NewsHour, etc. Doesn’t fit the impeachment narrative.

I’m pretty sure it only works only one way, brh.

Speaking of that guy who says Trump should be executed for treason, I’m starting to compile a list in my head of treasonous acts. It seems to me that conspiring to find a reason to impeach a president and going from one to another so that the nation is deprived of a functional president could qualify.

      Actually, there are so many.
Keep in mind that for whatever reason, the nefarious elites are continually telling us the truth of what they are up to via the vehicle of projection. So, their accusations of treason tell us that they know their own acts are treasonous.

And they want to be executed!

Whether you consider yourself a liberal or a conservative, what you think will happen, or wish to happen will not. Trump will never be impeached. The swamp will never be drained.

These emotional episodes are charades, operettas, whose sole purpose is to keep our attention on the actors. Their plots pendulate from one side of the political spectrum to the other in a coordinated dance to keep us fighting amongst ourselves.

We are captives to the narrative of our choice, but also very real captives. Every thing we do of any real importance is monitored. No leader can ever rise from among us who will not be killed. Our freedom and prosperity is all a lie.

Although we may derive some pleasure from commenting on sites like this, it will amount to exactly nothing. There is nothing to be done. There is no longer anything that can be done.

    >>> In the meantime, is there any question that UkraineGate has put the schnitz on Joe Biden’s political career.

Exactly. It would seem that in this game of chess they made a choice to sacrifice a horse (Biden) to take this pawn.

Or maybe they’re counting on TDS and its amazing capacity to compartmentalize anything that smells of extreme hypocrisy. “Yes we know Biden committed multiple felonies far worse than anything we’re even suggesting Trump did. We don’t care. This is different somehow. Because Trump.”

After all, Warren lied about her ethnic identity to obtain an advantage over her competition, and that doesn’t seem to matter much to Dems. So maybe Dem leadership is counting on their base’s capacity to accept double standards to carry this through.

    • volodya September 27, 2019 at 2:12 pm #

Somehow telling a whopper like that doesn’t count as fraud. Why it doesn’t count as fraud is beyond me especially as the lie was to gain advantage. But, to the Democrat mind, as long as the DNA test showed a smidgen of Amerindian DNA, it’s fine. But, in my own mind, if Warren is Amerindian, then I must be a Hun. I’ve never had a DNA test, but it would not surprise me one iota to have a Hun ancestor or two somewhere in the woodpile. So, I must be a Hun. I’ve also got a bridge to sell.

Huge diff between saying “I’m part Native American” and “I am a Native American”. We even have federal laws around who is or isn’t, who gets casino money and who doesn’t, etc.

She didn’t misunderstand the question. She didn’t put down: Part White, Part Native American, Part Whatever. If she thought it was a list of partials, then why did she neglect to mention the biggest one? Her whiteness?

Also, we already have examples of whites claiming to be blacks, and it did not go over well for them at all. Clearly this is a double standard. Somewhere, even Rachel Dolezal is saying, “What the fuck?!”

Somebody has to be in charge. It might as well be the “Deep State.”

    Whatever that is.

In any event, Michel’s Iron Law of Oligarchy says that somebody has to be in charge. If that be those who move behind the scenes to effect events (which in a democracy is a foregone conclusion) then I have to say, more power to them.

Speaking of power, all we are witnessing is power politics in its rawest, crudest form. Somebody will prevail in this theatrical production, probably Trump, or at least what we think of as Trump (cough, ‘Javanka’).

Speaking of theatrical productions, that’s all this is — a theatrical production. After all, there are those behind the scenes controlling the action, not necessarily the ‘Deep State.’

But there again, the Deep State can be conveniently anything one wants it to be.

One of the key things I would be looking for in terms of hopeful signs is when that ‘Deep State’ comes to terms with black disfunction & begins insisting on its accurate ‘full spectrum’ reporting.

For example, in a revealing release, the 2018 survey of criminal victimization put out by the Bureau of Justice Statistics states that there were 593,598 interracial violent victimizations (excluding homicide) between blacks & whites in that year. Ninety percent of these were black-on-white violence, but less than 10 percent were white-on-black violence.

    https://www.takimag.com/article/conservatisms-cluelessness-about-race/

”That ratio is becoming more skewed, despite the Democratic claim of Trump-inspired white violence. In 2012–13, blacks committed 85 percent of all interracial victimizations between blacks and whites; whites committed 15 percent. From 2015 to 2018, the total number of white victims and the incidence of white victimization have grown as well.”

But why would this ratio be increasing? Maybe because white people are becoming older. Maybe because there is more incitement to violence by Black Lives Matter & their allies, George Soros funding, etc. A variety of factors.

Meanwhile, the lynching of Emmitt Till is in the news again. Yep.

    • BackRowHeckler September 27, 2019 at 2:38 pm #

It will never happen because Blacks are used to keep Whites in line thus Black terror is useful – and the cognitive dissonance of then having them portrayed in glowing terms is a profound humiliation to Whites. And a test: if they give in to they are indeed, slaves. And most do to a greater or lesser extent.

I’m curious how the Bidens and John Kerry’s stepson got mixed up with the family of gangster Whitey Bulger, who were all involved as partners in that sweet natgas deal in Ukraine. For the 50gs a month they were pulling out of that country you’d think at least one of them would have had some expertise in mining petroleum and natural gas but that doesn’t seem to be the case. It hard to get the details because, strangely enough, the MSM is not really interested in getting to the bottom of it. Does anybody on this board have any answers? The only thing we know for certain is a lot of that swag was spread around Boston, Cape Cod, and Delaware. One can only guess what it was spent on.

      Craig Murray:

What I find deeply reprehensible in all the BBC coverage is their failure to report the facts of the case, and their utter lack of curiosity about why Joe Biden’s son Hunter was paid $60,000 a month by Burisma, Ukraine’s largest natural gas producer, as an entirely absent non-executive director, when he had no relevant experience in Ukraine or gas, and very little business experience, having just been dishonorably discharged from the Navy Reserve for use of crack cocaine? Is that question not just little bit interesting? That may be the thin end of it – in 2014-15 Hunter Biden received US $850,000 from the intermediary company channeling the payments.

In reporting on Trump being potentially impeached for asking about it, might you not expect some analysis – or at least mention – of what he was asking about?

Nor does he speak the native Ukraine language (or Russian) according to what I have read.

One could probably get away without speaking French in France (with heaps of scorn and tsk, tsk’s thrown in), but in Ukraine not speaking the native tongue would be a MAJOR problem. Of course if his excuse will be, “I didn’t know what the hell they were saying!” when corruption charges start flying (in my dreams), that might be understandable to the average Deplorable.

Would be like taking a job on a board in Swaziland? without speaking the native tongue, OR understanding the business OR having had the proper rehab for the cocaine habit.

Never-mind Hunter Biden’s effed up decision-making when he thought that sleeping with his dead brothers wife would be a cool idea or his recent marriage to some young nymph from….where is she from again??

Which ever way one slices the Hunter Biden/Joe Biden cake, it is all rotten inside.

    • FincaInTheMountains September 27, 2019 at 3:42 pm #

Probably, Hunter’s real involvement was more on the “human side” of the business, like in human trafficking, or more specific, children’s trafficking – for that we have to take a look at Hunter’s connection with Epstein and the Sect of Pedophiles in the US Government.

My take: 1) Deep State has lots of skeletons in Ukraine’s closet. 2) DS-friendly regime goes bye-bye. 3) POTUS gets in on the ground floor with new regime before the DS does….

For DS THIS CANNOT, WILL NOT STAND. In my mind, this explains why this call in particular was targeted as “a threat”. The DS is throwing Hail Mary because otherwise they will be fully exposed. All the crony elites who enjoy the privilege under DS patronage MUST BE ON BOARD OR BE NEUTRALIZED. Biden had to be sacrifice for the greater “good”.

This is why the MSM, Dems, and many GOPs will be “forced” to fall in line. “Et tu Pence!”

Speaking of being “fully exposed”, I read today where Attorney General Barr has just recused himself from all things Ukrainian.

But we still have Durham’s investigation pending of what was REALLY going on in 2016 with the FBI/Justice Dept. officials doing all in their power to get The Queen elected and Donald John Trump defeated.

Considering what we already know about Samantha Power and all of the Obama Administrations “unmaskings” and the bogus FISA applications and on and on, unless Durham is just another crooked lawyer in it to maintain his stinking swamp position, THIS may be the real reason Schiff and his fellow Dems are now screaming into the media bullhorn: “Look at Ukraine! Did Obama get impeached for Operation Fast and Furious, whereguns and assault weapons via the ATF were shipped to Mexican drug cartels? Nope! Eric Holder took the hit (eventually cleared)!

Trump’s problem, unlike his predecessors, is that he doesn’t wear a mask. The Biden recording is part of a new trump campaign add, you’ll be hearing it. Senator Murphy represents my state and this has been a local story tied in with a recent trip he took to Ukraine, I’ll find a link. There’s a good article at Atlantic right now that describes the Bidens dealings in Ukraine as ‘corrupt, but not illegal. The way things have been done for a long time’. Robert E. Lee’s Wife, Mary, sucked at housework, but she was an evangelical Bible Thumper. Mary was a always preaching to Bob. Apparently, the US went through a hardcore Evangelical Christian phase in the mid-19th Century, which was a far right turn from the more liberal 18th Century. I think that there might have been a strong undercurrent of whiskey-drinking and Pussy Whipping to boot?

This #MeToo Movement, including the lynching of Bill Cosby, is just a Modern Day version of evangelical sexual hysteria among White Women, right?

  53. Pucker September 27, 2019 at 7:37 pm #

Robert E. Lee was surrounded by a bizarre cast of characters. There was his Christian evangelical wife, Mary, who seemed to resent housekeeping and child rearing. And there was Mary’s eccentric side of the family, the Custis’s, who owned Arlington and all of the Property, including around 200 slaves. Mr. Custis was a bit of a libertine who dabbled in art and was negligent with money. I think that this was a shortcoming common to Southern intellectuals, such as Thomas Jefferson. Not sure about George Washington? Robert E. Lee was a very self-discipline man, the quintessential “Patriarch” and the epitome of the Southern Patriarchy. Robert E. Lee disliked Slavery for its effect upon White People, particularly White Women, but he viewed Slavery somewhat Stoically. Unlike many men, including myself and Ulysses S. Grant, he was disciplined and never apt to go Off-the-Rails. The 19th Century American male’s relationship with the White Female seemed tense and fraught with sexual tension and anxiety, much as it is today.

There will never be enough Republican votes in the Senate to remove the president from office.

Specially for something as flimsy as a stupid phone call with nothing incriminating on it.

You’re going to have to find another way to get rid of the president, this ain’t it. Maybe you can start hammering the income tax issue again.

You certainly have a dyed-in-the-wool perspective, such that your posts are a bit predictable. However, on this one, you appear to have missed the point entirely.

It’s not that ‘flimsy’ case of a ‘phone call with nothing on it’ – it’s that he did it himself, admits to it and has no one Dr at all. He’s never been so vulnerable and if this 20 R senators decide it’s time to ditch Trump, the vote. Hold be as much as 80-20 or higher. Rats, sinking ships, self -preservation instinct, call it what you like. I reckon he actually IS done for this time. Long live President Pence (yikes!)

Yes he does. And we all read it. And there’s nothing there.

I’m not even sure what the charge is. Can you kindly point it out in the United State Code?

If what Trump did is egregious, then what Biden did is 10x so. And I don’t see any Dems demanding Biden’s indictment. So clearly this is political. And that means you won’t be getting 20 R Senators.

          • Majella September 28, 2019 at 3:22 am #

I’m not a lawyer but there’s plenty of them writing the article of impeachment who can state a code. But on the face of it, ‘treason’ looks likely.

Biden’s actions were public, sanctioned and in support of foreign policy. Get real about that. Biden Junior for sure has questions to answer – he got a highly paid job because of his last name – so what? Tear him to bits if you can, but what the VP Biden did -PUBLICLY – is not an issue. Even the timeline proves that, so your manufactured ‘whaddaboutism’ conspiracy is just ‘shine.

            Face it.

            >>> Biden’s actions were public, sanctioned and in support of foreign policy.

Is that a fact? Who sanctioned them? Link to a vid or news story where Obama admitted that he authorized Biden to have this particular prosecutor removed. Because that would implicate Obama, the felony now becomes a conspiracy, and Obama would be open to indictment as well.

            >>> Biden Junior for sure has questions to answer – he got a highly paid job because of his last name – so what?

You seem to have missed the point. The point isn’t that Biden’s son was used as a means to funnel bribery money to Biden (and possibly the Obama administration). That’s the charge but it hasn’t been proven. The point is that Biden threatened to withhold USA loan guarantees unless a Ukranian prosecutor investigating his son’s paymaster was fired. There’s no dispute here, as Biden admitted it, and you can watch the vid in its entirety.

To misuse your powers of office to interfere in a foreign nation’s legal process to protect your son is at least 10x worse than whatever Dems are claiming Trump did.

One thing I’ve noticed over the years, whenever one party is in power, the other party goes after them every chance they get. So the Republicans are outraged about the Democrats attacking Trump, while conveniently forgetting that they presented the same type of behavior when Obama was President. Guaranteed: The next time we have a Democrat president, they will be attacked the same way that Trump is being attacked now. Of course the attack will probably be different, because Presidents are generally more careful to cover their tracks. Other than that, it’s the same game. You could take a news story and paste slips of paper that said “Republican”, wherever it said “Democrat” or vice versa, and they pretty much read the same way. When the Democrats are attacked, they are mightily offended and attack the Repubs for their bad behavior. I got news for ya, folks, hypocrisy is alive and doing just fine in Washington DC. I hate ALL of those sanctimonious bastards.

And certainly President Clinton wasn’t the first one to get a little on the side right in the White House; John Kennedy, Franklin Roosevelt and Warren Harding were trendsetters in that vein. But the Republicans of the day blew the whole thing up and impeached Clinton over it, embarrassing the whole country.

“I’m not even sure what the charge is. Can you kindly point it out in the United State Code?” –Exscotticus

Exscotticus, the charge is bribery. Impeachment is not a criminal process. It is not based in US Code. Impeachment is a political process based in the US Constitution. The Constitution describes three major assaults on the state as reasons for Congress to remove a president: “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. Bribery may mean the taking as well as the giving of a bribe.

Based on the first hand evidence of the transcript the White House released, Trump appears to have used the power of his office to extort a foreign country (Ukraine) by twisting the good relations between the two and the military aid provided by the U.S. — things the Ukrainian government is dependent upon — into a bribe in exchange for a personal favor for Trump going into the 2020 election.

Once again, the Cover-Up is what’ll get them.

        Sorry, ‘pkrugman’…

    • Exscotticus September 28, 2019 at 11:38 pm #

      >>> Exscotticus, the charge is bribery. Impeachment is not a criminal process.

No—it is both a legal and political process. Do you think SCOTUS has no role to play in impeachment proceedings? Think again. Go read up on Nixon.

      >>> Based on the first hand evidence of the transcript the White House released, Trump appears to have used the power of his office to extort a foreign country

You are describing what Biden did—not what Trump did. Biden demanded quid pro quo; Trump did not. Huge difference.

Heck, even Biden flying his son aboard Airforce 2 for his son’s business meeting in China was a felony. Of course we all know why Biden arranged it: “Look, world, this is my son, flying abord Airforce 2 with me—the VP. He has ACCESS to me, and by extension, to Obama. PAY HIM if YOU want access.”

It’s really starting to seem like this impeachment and whistleblower drama was actually made for tv. The CIA/Deep State script writers are so good at creating a narrative of seemingly heroic and selfless resistance (with the public interest at heart of course) against the forces of unbridled and unrepentent fascism and whiteness (lol). And it seems very plausible that the CIA/Deep State has minions and plants throughout the media to propagate the narratives that serve them so well. But no matter the case, the real quagmire is that the legitimacy of the entire operation of our government is called into question. Who is really in control? Who has gone to jail for Russiagate? Who will pay that price? Justice moves painfully slow on such weighty matters! We know for sure the judicial system is happy to plow over everyday ordinary people. But there is clearly a different set of rules for the real insiders. So yes a civil war could be ignited because the house has thus been clearly divided.

    • Majella September 28, 2019 at 4:31 am #

So, SSL (I’m pleased you’re coming across as way more ‘chipper’ than the last blogroll’s post!)

Sorry – so, from your perspective, how is this all happening? Is it all just a concocted story for nefarious ends, and Trump is being smeared unfairly?

Oh that little monologue :-)? Sometimes emotional outbursts are very necessary and stress relieving. I appreciate you checking in on me.

On the whole whistleblower thing I would say IMO its a bit of both. There are aspects in which I do believe the powers that be are unfairly maligning and smearing Trump. That being said, I am not shocked that Trump would try to influence foreign leaders to do things favorable to him and the policies he supports. I think all politicians do this. Trump is clumsy at times and is a talker so its no wonder he gets himself into the controversies. But if justice really did prevail maybe Trump would find himself in trouble but its a guarantee most of Washington DC would be locked up. And that includes Joe and Hunter.

Is it possible Majella that this issue for you is boiling down to one of style? I mean, Trump is braggadocious and unscripted. HRC is always much more calculated, poised, and articulate. I would imagine certain demograhics are attracted to either based on their style. I personally think HRC is a dangerous, criminal mastermind. I don’t think Trump comes close to that and he means well about some things at least. Has he done things wrong? Who hasn’t in the political world?

Really Majella, Trump is this and that?

I think he’s doing a pretty good job, specially since about 2/3 of DC is actively trying to cut him off at the knees. He’s pretty much abided by the ‘America First’ platform that he ran on and everything he does seems to be in in the best interest of the US IMHO. I don’t know maybe you don’t like that.

I can tell you right now there are at least 60 million people in the country who support President Trump, which is the ultimate guarantee, regardless whatever kind of underhanded BS Dems pull, he will not be removed from office.

Now Nadler, Schiff and the rest of the clowns in Congress are issuing their stupid subpoenas once again (is this all they do? Is this what they are in Congress for?) which means another solid year of national drama, and we only got a reprieve of about 2 months from the equally perfidious Russia Collusion hoax.

Your point about the judiciary being ‘Dem’ dominated is also not necessarily true. The Bush Admin had 8 years appointing judges and Trump almost 3, and he’s been swinging the other way. The SCOTUS count is now 5/4 Conservative.

Kimmel had the perfect opportunity to get to the bottom of it, but he neglected to do so. Its puzzling.

I’m starting to think again that my idea a few days ago that this impeachment inquiry has another goal, and that is to get rid of Biden. Pelosi and the DNC in which she is a part can kill two birds with one stone: Get the wacky far leftist wing off their back by opening an impeachment inquiry, and then getting rid of the odious and gaffe prone Biden because he’s too stubborn to reason with.

Then when it turns out that there’s nothing to actually impeach Trump for, they can tell the Squad to shut up and help us to beat him at the polls. Drop this impeachment pipe dream.

Trump’s impeachment began with a complaint from the “whistleblower” – the status of a government official who, having learned about the unseemly actions of his superiors, officially reported this to his even higher superiors, who provide him with security guarantees.

The whistleblower complaint that triggered Trump’s impeachment, according to the New York Times, accused President Trump of using his official position in a telephone conversation with Ukrainian President Zelensky to pressure the latter so that he would resume the investigation of the Ukrainian gas company Burisma, one of the directors of which was Hunter Biden, in order to obtain incriminating evidence on his father and potential Democratic candidate Joe Biden.

It was filed with the Director of All National Intelligence of the United States in mid-August; three weeks after this telephone conversation, and received the highest level of secrecy. Nevertheless, about a week ago it was leaked to the press in the form of a free narration of its contents.

Throughout this week, Trump’s guard fooled around claiming that the whistleblower is a woman and is not a member of the intelligence community, and therefore can’t obtain a status of “whistleblower” by complaining to the director of all US intelligence.

And in blogs and forums they discussed her name and biography, invariably accompanying these discussions with a warning that disclosing this name is a criminal offense, for which 5 to 50 years of prison is prescribed by law.

And two days ago, the New York Times, which opened this Pandora’s box, published an article stating that the whistleblower was a man and a CIA agent who started campaign in Trump’s blog “I’m revoking my New York Times subscription” for the aforementioned disclosure of top-secret information about a whistleblower, and it immediately became clear that all of the fooling around with the Trump guards that I described above was part of a special operation to discredit Bastinda’s Flying Monkeys.

And soon after that, the full text of the whistleblower’s complaint was declassified and published, from which it follows that he wrote this complaint on the basis of rumors, since he himself did not overhear the presidents’ telephone conversation, and also that the whistleblower belongs to the higher circles of the Trump administration, but the complaint was written by a team of very competent lawyers, apparently the entire headquarters of the Flying Monkeys.

    Full text of the complaint:
    https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/6430351-Whistleblower-Complaint.html

And stylistic analysis of this complaint performed by yours truly showed that Hillary Clinton wrote some parts of this complaint personally

      Majella

      Read this and comment please.

  67. volodya September 28, 2019 at 10:20 am #

    Majella, re Hillary.

We (meaning you and me and the other janes and joes on the street) are in such a position that we cannot trust anybody anywhere close to power. Maybe this is the human condition, maybe this has always been the case. I can only say that it’s been the case during our own lifetime. Consequently we have to make our own determinations as to what’s what. All that means is having a gander as to what’s happening and making our own best determination.

In my estimation that isn’t something unique to the American citizen, people all over the western world are in the same boat. We’ve all been sold out for the sake of the fortunes of a few with the willing acquiescence of office holders. An ideology took root over the last two generations or so that the thin upper crust must not be fettered, that the invisible hand will take care of all, that it’s all for the best for everyone. And it’s been a disaster.

I know what you mean about Trump. I know you feel a visceral revulsion. In this you sure have a lot of company.Though I agree with the broad thrust of what he’s been saying on things like the economy, offshoring of industries, border control etc., at the same time I don’t think that he’s remotely suited for the office. Never mind his character issues, he doesn’t have the necessary leadership qualities, nor time in public office which would give him some legislative experience, nor the managerial chops to run the most awkward, sprawling bureaucracy. It’s not a stretch to say that he’s got the hardest job in the world but that he just doesn’t have it in him to do it. That’s not a condemnation of Trump but it’s like the Oracle said to Neo: “Know thyself.”

Trump doesn’t. He deludes himself. Maybe Trump THINKS he can do it but he can’t. That much should be apparent to even the most die-hard Trump supporter.

At the same time it’s no stretch to claim as ElysianField sez, that he’s got Washington dead against him. My sense is that it isn’t so much his character issues that got the Deep State riled, the problem is that he’s upset so many people fully invested in an agenda we broadly call neo-liberalism. Trump said many things that in both the Democratic and Republican parties are simply unsayable, that the past generation has been a calamity for not only American workers but also America’s pre-eminent place in the world, not only in terms of the economy but also in foreign policy. And the most unforgivable thing is that he’s acted on some of his beliefs, for example with tariffs and with making nice with Rocketman. And lately with his declining to make war on Iran. Big, big, no-no, going against elite and academic consensus that’s ruled for many years now.

As to Hillary, to my eyes she’s committed the most outrageous infractions you can commit short of outright treason with her flagrant disregard of a panoply of laws and regulations on communications and records. Yeah, her damn emails. Yeah, I know, this is getting tiresome. But she was no file clerk, she had what is arguably the most powerful position outside of the Oval Office and you just have to observe the precautions as set out in black and white. Simple as that.

But if you’re looking for proof of the type that would fly in a courtroom with all the attendant rules of evidence and due process, this will never happen in our lifetime. Comey already pronounced on this email thing; “no criminal intent” and never mind that it wasn’t remotely his call to make, IMO this determination was in howling disregard of any elementary common sense, common sense being plain and simple reasoning in accordance with easily observable fact. This applies to many other obvious matters in dire need of criminal investigation not only with Hillary and her foundation, which to ordinary eyes looks like a pay-to-play scheme, but also the most blatant attempts to illegally unseat a duly elected president.

In this I disagree with JHK. In my view there is zero stomach in various investigative agencies to pursue these things. I just don’t see it happening. I wish it were otherwise because it’s not just Bill and Hillary, there are far too many people in the Washington swamp that think they’re above the law.

As far as Trump goes, if you’re looking for law-breaking forget this cockamamie Russia nonsense and now this Ukraine baloney. Look into his businesses if you can find a pretext. IMO, at least in his case, any rule breaking is most likely to be found in a business context, not during the election campaign nor during his time in office.

Anyway, for what it’s worth, that’s my two cents.

      V

      Relative to Trump,

Or maybe not. Perhaps he is a good guy that is concerned about the Liberal trends of the country, maybe he was a good businessman who took a million and turned it into billions in spite of some bad advice, maybe the idea of an anti-war president riles the MIC, maybe trying to undo forty years worth of presidential cowardice regarding the trade imbalances with the world, maybe not kowtowing to the Deep State bureaucracy including the intel community, maybe trying to tear up the Deep State cancer that has stymied the federal government.

Or maybe you should just believe everything the MSM says about him, including most of Fox, which has been proven over and over again to be false. Their retraction page keeps getting larger and larger.

      • volodya September 28, 2019 at 10:49 am #

Maybe you misunderstand me. On the broad issues I agree with Trump. Change is needed. The US can’t g on as it is, neither economically, nor with the post Cold War foreign policy of making war everywhere and having US forces spread all over hell’s half-acre. The numbers don’t work, economically it’s been a disaster for tens of millions. As to the msm I wipe my ass with them.

But IMO it’s too bad that Trump had to be the one to say the things he said and then get elected. What’s needed is a president that packs the gear to do the job that Trump talked about. But I don’t think that Trump has it.

Name one single candidate of the sixteen other GOP candidates that would not have been just another namby pamby coward in the White House that the previous two GOPers were. We are in the position we are in right now because of the two Bushes and their kowtowing to the Dems.

Trump stood up and declared war against the Swamp, the Deep State and the people backed him up. My hat is off to him for having more cojones than the whole rest of the Deep State put together

CNN said that to avoid impeachment, Trump should shut up.

Yeah, wouldn’t the Liberal asshole press love that. No opposition to their tripe and lies. No one else seems to have the guts to defend this country.

John, do me a favor and re-read what I said to Majella. Yes, Trump had the cojones to say what nobody else would. I said so in my reply to Majella. So please, in the interest of not having unnecessary acrimony, give it a re-read. And yeah, I know, it does ramble.

Where’s the Wall, John? Declaring War would have meant using the military budget to build it – and throwing any Judge who said nay in the slammer. And yeah, a national emergency wouldn’t have cut it, but only martial law.

So no, he didn’t really declare war at all.

Heaps of “perhapss” and “maybes” JohnAZ. Perhaps you’re trying too hard to find some grounds on which to defend this loser-fool? Maybe you’re wasting you’re time?

Sure, he SAID lots of things that you – in fact probably most of us – wanted to hear when running for office, but he’s delivered -actually delivered – on none of them.

His trade policy is driving the world towards another recession.

His foreign policy has driven a nasty wedge between the US & the Western Alliance while he plays footsies with the worst of undemocratic dictators – Putin is rubbing his hands: Mission Accomplished!

His domestic policy has enabled racism to be publicly acceptable again and the population is now more riven than ever before.

        No. Get rid of him.

        • Janos Skorenzy September 29, 2019 at 11:25 am #

He won’t even mention Whites when he talks about employment numbers. And he wants to increase the H1-b visas to get even more Indian tech workers here.

You haven’t learned the most basic thing: Don’t believe the media. He’s not for the White Race. He’s not for his own base. His own people. He’s a traitor – just like you. Once a nation is multi-racial, people then ask, Why even bother with it? Exactly so. Multi-racial nations are meaningless. A nation means a People. Look up the etymology.

    • Janos Skorenzy September 28, 2019 at 1:29 pm #

Yes, Mr Kunstler is “clinging”. Normalcy bias. America is not going to save itself. Attorney General Barr is not going to take down these people even if he wants to and has the stomach for it. No more than Trump has, despite his vow to take Hillary down.

They know what would happen to them. This is still fairly gentlemanly: Trump may be impeached but still escape prison. If he actually goes after them, well he may end up with a pillow on his face.

    • Majella September 28, 2019 at 4:33 pm #

      Hey, V

Once again, a thoughtful, insightful & rational exposition of your views. Thank you.

I find myself agreeing with you in every respect. For example, my own native land was similarly f&#%¥d over in the 1980s & 90s and my own nephews & nieces face a similarly bleak future, along with much of the West, of underemployment & low wages, especially without a (now) expensive tertiary education.

In asking for ‘evidence’ re: HRC et al, I have zero expectation of getting it, and, like you, can’t see any legal opportunity to ‘lock her up’ or any of that cohort of bad actors.

I also don’t believe a lack of evidence is proof of innocence. I jus get really peeved when the Rabid Right in here just start tossing conspiracy theories relating to the likes of the Clinton Death List around, or as Finca would have it, that she’s behind the curtain, running EVERYTHING in this plot to get DJT. It’s unsubstantiated bullshit and tiresome.

As to Trump – you put it accurately when you say that I have a visceral loathing of the man. This is nothing new. When we first arrived in the US in 1989, we lived for our first summer in NJ, south of AC (in Sea Isle City).

I’d heard of this guy and thought him a dickhead even then – before he went broke several times, before he broke several other ventures, and when he could still speak coherently in, you know, full sentences.

He’s been playing around with running for decades – in 2002 he had a Exp Comm when he was considering running on the Democrat ticket. What a bald-faced opportunist. No moral compass. No actual beliefs aside from his own pre-eminence. Bah. His whole election campaign and now Administration, from Day One, has had me queasy.

You’re right of course about the plethora of crimes that would surely be discovered in his business affairs, but that’s a privately help company and difficult to penetrate without having some actual evidence on which to hang a serious investigation. So, maybe later, if the NY AG gets some traction…

In the meantime, this investigation of his, & Pence’s & Barr’s & Ghouliani’s roles in this Ukraine clusterfuck will make interesting reading. If it IS ‘baloney’, it’ll be seen to be baloney. There are those who, from the get-go, already believe it’s all made up and/or being taken out of proportion. Okay – let the process run and we’ll see who’s eating their words in a couple of months’ time.

  68. JohnAZ September 28, 2019 at 10:29 am #

Would someone please answer a question for me?

I am so sick of people making statements about folks with absolutely no substantiation to the statements. They lie with no penalty, slur each other with no basis. Make declarations after folks have been exonerated.

Where are the slander laws in this country?Kavanaugh should be suing at least three women for unsubstantiated libel. Every lie that the Dems have followed other lies with, which is just about everything they have done, should be grounds for a libel suit. Why is it no one is responsible for falsehoods in DC? I hope the entire Trump family sues the pants off of every Democratic asshole that have falsely accused them of anything, starting with the Mueller debacle.

    • bentley12 September 28, 2019 at 12:02 pm #

After you find out who paid off Kavanaugh’s debts to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars, and after you offer solid evidence that refutes Trump’s lie of “no collusion no obstruction” when the Mueller report clearly showed that there was, then, and only then, maybe you and the Trump family can sue the Democratic assholes for libel.

      • JohnAZ September 28, 2019 at 1:36 pm #

Hahahaha! Trump’s lie On the Mueller debacle. I doubt if it will happen, but the originators of the Mueller lie are going to go to trial shortly and they are Democrats. After they are convicted, hopefully, then maybe Trump can sue them for libel.

The Dems lie, cheat, steal to get their power, period.

        • bentley12 September 28, 2019 at 10:40 pm #

Interesting. Mueller and Comey, to sight just two examples, are Republicans.

      • bentley12 September 28, 2019 at 10:55 pm #

I meant to say you need to offer evidence that supports Trump’s lies. You can’t, because the Mueller probe clearly showed that he did obstruct justice and he did, at the very least, invite Russian support. They used apps like Snap Chat and others so not all communications could be traced, which is the only reason Mueller could not offer the solid proof, but all the circumstantial evidence was there.

        • benr September 29, 2019 at 4:55 pm #

Clearly you don’t understand you can’t obstruct an investigation started illegally and on lies.

    • elysianfield September 28, 2019 at 8:12 pm #

“Where are the slander laws in this country?”

      John,
The slander laws exist only for those who can afford them.

Everything is going fine, and, I think, Trump is far from revealing all of his trump cards. Just too early, they will appear as the election campaign develops. That is, the peak will fall on the next summer.

The main task for Trump is to win the elections in November and to achieve this goal many tasks need to be solved. Including – fending off a possible economic downturn.

Impeachment in the current situation is the logic of the weak, the Democrats just need a reason to call dozens of Trump supporters for a hearing and subject them to a tough interrogation in order to split Republicans at least in something.

I do not think that they will succeed, but since this is a chance, it must be used.

But the collapse of markets and the inevitable subsequent decline in household incomes..
This is a real trump card and it is quite scary to play, since it can be very expensive for both the Democrats and the globalist bankers behind them.

But there is simply no other trump card of such power; Trump is playing the whole game too deftly. He still remembers the world “before the” Reaganomics” and is able to present arguments that modern young politicians cannot come up with.

In other words, the main potential trump card of the Democratic Party, the presentation of a new generation of politicians, does not work.

Since this new generation is extremely flawed, both by education and by ideology.

They have already been educated on liberal patterns and simply cannot resist people who are much more educated and free from the point of view of manipulating ideological constructs.

The financiers (the elite of the “Western” project) fell short; the revenge of the Capitalist project took place a little earlier than those who remembered the world before the start of the liberal monopoly died out.

Well, now, apparently, they will have a bad time.

True, one can only regret those who grew up in the framework of the liberal project. They have almost no chance.

    @JHK

I like to refer to any activity that I enjoy but that I consider to be essentially unproductive as “video games”. These are activities that I engage in simply for personal entertainment. I am not interested in achieving anything profound. Any unintended positive consequences are purely accidental except, perhaps, for the few extra bucks that seem to accrue to my bank account from these from time to time.

I find it impossible to imagine that analyzing politics could be any fun if one perceived the antics to be real or serious or anything more than theatre. That’s a notion that I find to be just too depressing to entertain. The goofy reactions of the recipients of those analyses could surely not be adequate entertainment to compel one to continue, it seems. My sense of logic tells me that you are getting a huge chuckle out of all this silliness.

Well, here’s to video games while we, humanity sits idling outside the burning munitions plant.

    Love ’em.

    There Will Be Blood

    By William L. Gensert

The machinations of an illiberal left, on display in its ever-increasing violence accompanied by the ululations of a propagandist media in contravention of an imaginary “white supremacist” right, have riven the nation into diametrically opposed camps.

The right will never accept socialism, while the left will accept nothing less.

    Trump Wins

Those on the left will not allow a Trump victory, even should he win the popular vote and the Electoral College. They are used to getting what they want and like spoiled brats, have learned that tantrums work.

Should Donald Trump prevail in his bid for a second term, the left will go insane, deploying every “insurance policy” weapon at their disposal to negate four more years of the Orange Man. What Obama, Comey, and Brennan et al. did to Trump in his first term will seem mild in comparison to what the left is planning should he win. Antifa, the military arm of the Democratic Party, has not spent the last three years practicing and organizing merely to sit on the sidelines. They have used the interregnum to mobilize and learn tactics, while probing to find what government will allow, media will trumpet, and the public will endure.

The skirling “resistance” has morphed from pajama-boy blobs of perpetually offended little dictators and pussy-hat sporting shriekers into balaclava-wearing avengers who crave the opportunity to put deplorables in their place and give them the government they deserve good and hard. They will flood the streets after a Trump victory in their Antifa costumes looking to bust the heads of anyone near enough to become part of their 15 minutes of YouTube fame.

It will start in the cities — the Democrat-run cities, of course — where the political leadership will provide them a measure of protection against identification and arrest. Seattle, Portland, LA, San Francisco, NYC, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, and Baltimore, among others, will become flashpoints of unrest.

The riots will be portrayed by the media and the Democrats as a groundswell of support for deposing a racist president. They will bemoan the necessity of the violence, destruction, and loss of life, but remind Americans that “the people have spoken.” Some among the Antifa will be championed. In lockstep, both the New York Times and the Washington Post will run headlines calling them: “The New Founding Fathers.” People who fight back will quickly grow in number — even as the media label them “white supremacists.” Blood will be spilled.

China, Iran, Russia, and Venezuela will plead for calm and offer to mediate the evolving humanitarian crisis…

    Trump Loses

The right will never believe the Democrats didn’t cheat their way to victory; in addition to understanding that a Democratic President will undemocratically implement policies by executive order that are inimical to their interests and desires.

Many on the right are weary of leaders who prioritize good press over good policy, and who prefer losing gracefully over winning ugly. They believe they did build that and that they have not yet made enough money and are fed up with being portrayed as ignorant and evil just because of political disagreements. Eight years of Obama and three years of watching his slow-motion coup have made them angry.

Tone-deaf to this silent majority and emboldened by victory, the new president will borrow Barry’s “pen and phone” and start issuing executive orders throwing open our borders, banning fossil fuels, and of course, implementing “common sense” gun control. Buoyed by media, the new president will start with universal background checks and a gun registry.

Eventually, the president will overreach, signing an order for gun confiscation, euphemistically called, “mandatory buybacks.” Antifa and their ilk will flood the streets in support of seizing these “weapons of war.” Media will declare, “It’s the will of the people.”

And for the right, that will be the last straw (plastic or paper).

The left doesn’t understand that every gun owner is a single-issue-voter; millions will refuse to give up their guns. And, many gun owners in this country will not go “meekly into the night,” there will be “rage” against what they will see as a usurpation of their constitutional rights.

Confiscation will go well at first, with gun owners in the cities acquiescing to the knock on the door in the middle of the night and the intimidation of, “Papers please.”

But in flyover country, a different scenario will play out. Most gun owners will hide their weapons and most local police departments will accept that, not wanting to jail their neighbors. Resistance will be broad, perhaps encompassing hundreds of millions of Americans. Barack Obama, for once in the dismal history of his efforts to kill the America we love, will be proven correct. Americans do “cling to their guns.”

The media will call it “white supremacy,” but a still unregulated internet will be rife with videos of an out of control government battling its own citizens.

The president will call for mobilizing the National Guard. Some governors will refuse, and army units now overseas will be sent home to deal with the growing unrest. Mistakes will be made and there will be gunfire in the streets; people will die on both sides. The president will desperately call for martial law.

Many Army, National Guard, and police will defect, or desert, or simply refuse orders.

What will happen after that is anybody’s guess.

JS: Just the Left, Bill? And not all the Media and the Corporations too? The new middle in other words – as engineered by the Deep State. As if the Republicans or “Conservatives” are going to be doing any fighting? They are the loyal opposition, the Washington Generals, the White Boy team that followed the Harlem Globetrotters around in order to lose them to them every game.

    • cc rider September 28, 2019 at 2:19 pm #

I think this guy, Mr. Gensert, has some good insight on what can happen with a Trump victory or a loss. I also think that if he loses and the next President really goes for gun confiscation there will be a massive movement in not just a few states to leave the union. Not saying it will happen, but the movement to secede will be very strong. States such as Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, both Dakotas, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, and maybe, just maybe New Hampshire.

If only Trump had called for martial law and beaten them to the punch. Could the National Security Agencies (run by Internationalists) be brought to heel in any other way? And that’s IF the military could even do it at all, run as they are by pussies and paper pushers and internationalists.

The next president– I think it will be Warren — will be so besieged with chaos and disorder, both internationally and inside the US, ‘gun confiscation’ will be the last thing on her mind. She will be drowning. Right off the bat she will be tested by Xi, YungKim, and Putin, who will want to determine what she is made of. Then we shall see what this still nebulous ‘feminist foreign policy’ is all about, and how effective it is. I’m sure the Mullahs in Iran will be impressed. And, to be sure, all the syncopant media ass sucking in the world (and it will be prodigious, first woman press this, first woman press that, everything will be historic) will not save her.

It ought to be a good show.

Public school teachers are natural communists, obsessed with rules and regulations and their own petty power that comes from being able to enforce them. And/or they’re terrified of what might happen if they don’t – they know what their own kind will do to them. Now we are faced with being ruled by people like this. Be afraid, be very afraid.

Free Enterprise? No, cuz Corporate Management are the same kind of people. Indeed, such people skip from “public” to “private” all the time, at least at very high levels. John Az is selling you a silly song and dance. It’s all one Beast System.

I remember one story that showed Black boys hugging another Black boy who returned to school after an absence due to being shot. It’s all very race specific. The above would never have been done to a non-White. Sam Francis labeled this “Anarcho-Tyranny” or specific and targeted enforcement or non-enforcement of the Law.

One of his peers tried to war Joe McCarthy that the System would destroy him, but Joe said the American People would never let that happen to me. How wrong he was. Communism didn’t come from Russia alone – it was born and funded in America just as much as in Germany, etc. Wherever the Rothschilds ruled in other words. McCarthy never had a chance. They were already in substantial control. The Revolution proceeded from the Top in other words, in contradiction to Marxist Theory. Marxist Theory is a feint you see, just like Marxism.

One of the Rothschild boys went to Sweden. So of course Sweden became a center of social experimentation and transformation. The idea of Whites being normal, happy, and prosperous is unbearable to these people. They are the foremost in cunning, obviously. Silly Whites who believe what they’re told, ruled by avaricious Capitalists or those funded by them, never had a chance. Only an Aristocratic and Religious Society ruled by wise and selfless Lords and Hierarchs could stand against them. Russia had to be destroyed, and because of the selfishness and foolishness of the Aristocrats, the Communists were able to do it.

The sad thing is that many people don’t want to accept this truth. It does seem much more attractive to believe that the average person could be well rounded enough to be aware and also alert to the forces of entropy that are always present, even if at the margins of healthier societies. But to do so requires consistent and persistent education which of course isn’t for many. So what you say about the need for an aristocratic and religious society ruled by a moral and spiritual elite is true and desperately needed in the place of this kinda controlled anarchy. I guess in that way if we are lucky the future will be more like the past than the present. We’re fortunate that forward thinkers like you are sounding the alarm.

            Come on now….they be representin!

Yeah on the subject of how race mixing can go wrong, an acquaintance of mine just started dating this woman about four months ago. He just turned 50 and she is in her very early 30s. No problem with that, but I can’t believe that he finds her even a little bit appealing. Frankly she grosses me out. Her face is just…….I don’t even have the words. Skin is really bad for one thing. It is difficult to look at her, and I hate saying that but it is true.

But her arms of all things are what really grosses me out. Remember that Seinfeld episode where Jerry dated a girl with man hands? Lol… Of course that girl was otherwise very attractive, she just had big man hands. This girl I’m talking about has the man arms to go with the man hands. Big, hairy man arms. Hairy hands as well. The arms don’t even remotely look like they belong on a female’s body. The rest of her looks are very manly as well.

I found out that her father is black. Her mother apparently is the literal example of a mutt. A Heinz 57 mix. One of her mother’s parents is American Indian, and the other was a mix. The family tree is just all over the place race wise. If it were a science experiment it would be categorized as a failure.

But this girl has no problem hooking up with dudes…..and dudettes. Yep, she’s Bi. She’s had a ton of both boy and girl friends throughout her life so far. I just chalk it up to the depravity of the human race. Desperate to just fuck anyone or anything that breathes.

And she’s a smoker, a pretty heavy drinker and likes to take various types of pills. So, she’s not going to age well. When she hits 40 she’ll probably look 60. But I guess it doesn’t matter in her case.

          • SoftStarLight September 29, 2019 at 11:56 am #

Interesting anecdotes. All of this contradicts what I usually always hear which is if you have mixed race kids they will be more beautiful and physically fit then children who are single race.

          • cc rider September 29, 2019 at 8:28 pm #

Of course not all offspring of mixed couples turn out badly in the physical looks department. Halle Berry had a black mom and white dad, or vise versa. Obama, other than the big ears turned out okay. The girl in my anecdote has a pretty wild and varied genetic line. Dad is African, Mom half American Indian and the rest a mix of Scottish and I don’t remember all what else. I was actually surprised when I found out her Dad is black because she doesn’t look black at all.

How could Hillary fall into such an obvious trap?

Just two weeks ago, it seemed that despite the Epstein’s case, Hillary again seized the strategic initiative, and only now it becomes clear how these fears were justified:

    1) Economic data showed that the world economy and especially the US economy is plunging into recession, and the Flying Monkeys have openly celebrated the disappearance of the main Trump’s trump card in the elections in 2020, and Herman Gref secretly told the whole world about the inevitable, catastrophic drop in oil prices.

    2) In the good old England, Boris Johnson went from one defeat to another, and Brexit melted along with his authority.

    3) In Venezuela, the opposition brazenly lied that its representatives met with Russian FM Lavrov and Russia gave up Maduro

    4) Kuchma brazenly, contrary to Zelensky’s instructions, failed to sign the Steinmeier formula

    5) The Russian delegation was not given a visa to the United States, essentially disrupting the UN General Assembly

    6) And finally, in Israel, Netanyahu in the elections won one vote less than Benny Gantz, behind whom Ya’alon looms

And now, just three days after the impeachment began, the main Clinton channel sheds tears for impeachment:

Our missiles are pointed outward as we explode from within. The proposed fusion of diversity and multiculturalism has led to the nation’s critical mass and the fractionation of fission.

Even the solitary atom of Fox News is splitting.

Stanley Greenberg is at it again with his book “R.I.P. GOP: How the New America is Dooming Republicans.” He argues that an increasingly secular, diverse, and immigration fueled nation will be the Party’s downfall, along with millennials and single (married?) women. I mostly agree. He also argues that Trump’s election in 2016 will hasten that downfall, pointing to the big Blue Wave in 2018 and predicting an even bigger one in 2020.

Some Trump voters are joining the TWATs and won’t vote for him again. And when you look at that 3,000,000 vote hurdle and the Dems’ focus on those lost critical states, Trump’s prospects seem dim indeed. It may very well be that the adherence to Democracy will be the Party’s and the Nation’s downfall. I don’t know if an all out offensive by the Republicans on the Democratic perpetraitors will be effective. Of course many will be elated, but there is still the possibility of backfire, just as there is with the current impeachment hearings. Many are so fed up there’s no telling who they might vote for. Warren is surging. Hillary just reminded us that she had 66 million recommendations for the top spot. How many would Warren get after Trump? Ride the seesaw. 67-68 million? 70? People loved the CFPB, and they may just love mama’s milk and cookies.

Immigration will give us the Injun and scalp the Donald. Oh what a prize, that orange mane! Warren will wear it in pigtails.

Who knows what will happen. My guess is that Trump is out. Will my 2020 hindsight match my 2019 foresight? I think so. In essence, diversity and ‘Democracy’ will trump Trump. The Grand Gladiator of Gotham will be gone.

      Couple of thoughts.

Why are the Dems so afraid of Trump that they feel they must try to impeach him, and do whatever it takes, lie, cheat steal to get him out of there before the campaign season starts. Hillary is starting her campaign now as Biden is shot, the video of his talking about bullying the Ukraine will be stage center will cook his goose.

The election may depend on who outnumbers who, if the Libs have gotten enough votes since 2016 to get the majority of the electoral college. We will see.

This country is not ready for socialism, period. The nuts the Dems have got for candidates will not win. HRC is coming back for that reason. You can bet the same shenanigans are on the drawing board right now that we’re there in 2015.

This country is not ready for socialism, period.

This country had socialist features from the times of both Roosevelts.

Modern capitalist society can not function without some socialist components, and vice versa.

As a matter of fact, FDR was planning after the war to create a new society, that would incorporate the best features of both systems.

Unfortunately, after the Black Project got involved, instead we ended up incorporating worst features of both systems.

Only a total collapse will bring any real possibility of change at this point IMO. Immigration is above all the game changer in all of this. What is it, like 90% of immigrants will automatically vote for the democrats and we have millions of new ones every year. Younger people are typically more liberal leaning. That is a life cycle thing. The fact that the education system is purely an indoctrination system doesn’t help. But the people flood is the main problem and not even the Donald wants to turn that spigott off.

Her hope is probably to have the vote before Halloween, but it’ll most likely be in November before Thanksgiving. Then she’ll happily let the Senate take it off her hands.

McConnell will also want to get it the vote to remove Trump or not done quickly as well. He’ll probably fast track the floor debate, or “hearing”, and try to get it over with by Dec. 31st. Of course it will fall far short of the 67 votes needed to remove. Then there will be much weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Don’t you think that high IQ black people, like Ben Carson, Bill Cosby, Richard Pryor, Malcolm X, Redd Foxx, Louis Farrakhan, Barack Obama, W.EB. DuBois, and Flip Wilson, etc. are Funny? During the last election campaigns, Ben Carson used to tell anecdotes about how when he was a kid his white classmates and white teachers were flabbergasted at how intelligent he was.

Don’t you think that it’s Weird that antebellum White People in the North and the South wanted to “educate” black people before repatriating them back to Africa? What-the-Hell was that all about?! That’s obviously the brain-child of White Women…. That’s something that a Woman would do, like Jane did to Tarzan. The US seems to have a long and largely Nugatory history of trying to “educate” the “Freed” slaves. “Give to the United Negro College Fund…because a Mind is a terrible thing to go unwashed.”

Apparently, Robert E. Lee’s Wife, Mary Lee’s father, Mr. Custis, had a bunch of mixed-race kids with his female black slaves. That’s probably a major reason why many of these Southern women went hardcore Evangelical Christian in the mid-19th Century?

the myth of the ‘owner’ sexing with his Black female ‘slaves’ is just that. mostly a myth. Despite what the professor said to me, long ago, as she discussed a brilliant passage in some novel about the myth.

DNA shows the ‘White’ part to be on the female line, not the male slave owners side.

      • Tate September 29, 2019 at 2:22 pm #

Could be. There were a lot of slatternly white females among the early Virginia colonists as is evident by an examination of the founding population of that colony. In any event, forced rape was a rare occurrence among the white slave owners. The negro female slaves of a comely appearance invited sex of their white masters & other white men (as Sally Hemmings did with Thomas Jefferson’s brother Randolph). In other words, it was completely consensual. GreenAlba & I have had this discussion before. She claims it is due to an asymmetrical power relationship, which she claims is unjust, lol. Of course it is, as Nature intends. There’s no justice involved.

Are you sure you are ready to have these difficult conversations :-)? I am. So it’s a white woman’s brainchild to want to educate blacks before repatriating them to Africa? So first off what would be the problem with educating them? That’s the least you should do. You should build and show them how to build houses, roads, hospitals, schools and all the rest. Is that too much to ask after taking them as slaves? Plus don’t you get it. If they’re all set over there we can finally have peace here and you will feel so good knowing that you built for them what they couldn’t do for themselves like white men always do. See! Everybody wins!

          Hope springs eternal, SSL.

From “Captain Canot, or Twenty Years of An African Slaver” chapter 69, first published 1854:

“it may not be amiss if I venture to hope that these colonial experiments [Liberia], which have been fostered for the civilization of Africa as well as for the amelioration of the American negro’s lot, will continue to receive the support of all good men. Some persons assert that the race is incapable of self-government beyond the tribal state, and then only through fear; while others allege, that no matter what care may be bestowed on African intellect, it is unable to produce or sustain [my emphasis] the highest results of modern civilization. It would not be proper for any one to speak oracularly on this mooted point [ed. but with 165 years of hindsight, we can.]; yet, in justice to the negroes who never left their forests, as well as to those who have imbibed, for more than a generation, the civilization of Europe or America, I may unhesitatingly say, that the colonial trial has been highly promising.”

Edgar Rice Burroughs, related to 7 presidents, soldier in the 7th cavalry, gold miner, pilot, and the oldest certified war correspondent in WW2, author of 50 books and a man who earned millions from his Tarzan books being made into movies (that reminds me, Jim, you need to get one or two of your novels over to Hollywood) Who sold more books to Hollywood, Zane Grey or Edgar Rice Burroughs? I don’t know how Burroughs Tarzan movies would go over in his hometown of Chi now, probably not too good. There might be riots. Hemingway used to go over and visit Burroughs when he was a little kid.

Ah but Tarzan loved Jane. She loved him back. A lot of men just always have a big problem dealing with feelings and sentiments that they make up phrases like “pussy whipped”. Not only do they not want to deal with the feelings they make them out to be something only the weak indulge in. Always wanting to remain wild and undomesticated I guess lol.

Well , as I understand it , one of Kunstler’s basic narratives is that for the past hundred and twenty years or so we have largely built our civilization around cheap energy.

And cheap energy may prove to have been just a temporary aberration.

Now it seems to me this blog offering and similar ones fit very well into that narrative . It fits like a glove as they say.

Though I’m not sure even Kunstler himself perceives so fully.

None of this is about Donald Trump , or Hillary Clinton , or any Deep State , or about Russia , or about 70 – years – dead Nazis.

Just as we have built our civilization around cheap energy ,

we have built our civilization around the idea that laws and institutions can solve a lot of our problems.

But what we are ( not ) learning is that laws and institutions were never much more than a band aid at best , lipstick on a pig at worst.

What we have primarily had is a hundred years of non-rule by Hollywood and Madison Avenue ,

With cheap energy financing the giant Punch and Judy show.

” Disgusting. Note how tagging this five year old as a sex offender also helps to set a precedent that five year olds are sexual, or have sexuality. A round-about way of getting rid of that pesky age of consent issue that the pedophiles who populate school systems and governments desire. ”

I wonder how many millions were spent on lawyers , police , paralegals , file clerks , etc , etc , on account of the Bill Clinton / Monica Lewinsky blowjob ,

with the eventual consequence that thousands (? ) of American girls will grow into an adulthood where prostitution is their best option ?

And so that any ten year old who didn’t already know , would learn in ……Civics Class ( ?? ) ……….what a blowjob is ?

    Russians AGAIN ??!

What can you do except make jokes about the whole fucking thing ?

I truly have lived to see all things.

I never would have in my wildest dreams thought I would someday be LAUGHING at things like judges and courtrooms , and jails , and all that sort of thing.

And the shear number of people who should be plain embarrassed , but are not.

Thursday, at Yale, on one of the most beautiful days of the year, cloudless, sky a deep blue, early fall air fairly shimmering with a warm breeze coming in off the Sound, a Climate Strike spontaneously erupted amongst the student body, hundreds of them walking out of classes to protest the ‘fossil fuel industry’ on the Streets of New Haven. (Altho I’m not certain how spontaneous it was because the signs they carried miraculously were already made up)

It costs upwards of $60,000 per year to go to Yale. The dorms are not Spartan accommodations you might remember from your college years. No, dorms at Yale are more like a suite in a luxury hotel, with catered meals to order, massage parlors and hair dressers on premises, climate controlled rooms, and armed security to protect residents from the surrounding ghetto they purport to be in sympathy with. One regularly sees BMWs, Mercedes coupes and Range Rovers zipping around campus and the city. One regularly sees limos parked outside residential living areas, waiting to chauffeur these esteemed college students to JFK airport in NYC for flights around the world. One has to wonder, how would these coddled kids survive if suddenly they got what they are asking for, and ‘fossil fuels’, suddenly disappeared? How would they heat their opulent abodes? How would their lavish meals be prepared? How would they power up their $125,000 Range Rovers? And those flights to the south of France and the Med coast of Spain, what would power the 747s that magically transport them there for Christmas break? Could they survive in a world made primitive, without gas and oil? These are smart kids and maybe some of them could make the adjustment, others, the majority, would perish. The question is, why don’t they realize this?

They probably never thought it through to the logical conclusion. Are we really certain that these “kids” are smart? I would think feigning intelligence might be easier for people raised in households managed by articulate and cosmopolitan parents and who attended the really expensive prep schools, and had most everything handed to them. I kinda doubt most of them know anything about real financial and material struggles to begin with.

I’m looking at the photos here of the ‘Climate Strike’ at Yale. It’s mostly coeds, some not too bad looking, and showing a lot of skin, as if to say, “look at me, I’m hot, AND I’m down with the struggle” (the struggle? Yes! because some of the signs declare against ‘Climate Racism’, and for the BDS movement)

Not only are they representative of the Leftist stupidification of the country, these indulged children ( they have not matured to an appreciable degree) know that they will never know the ramifications of a fossil fuel free world. They are lackeys of the Liberal power structure of the world reaching through the Deep State here. They have never been educated properly so that they can make intelligent decisions about FF or any other issue today. They are reflected ctions of their emotions with zero common sense. Their silver spoons will bail them out of problems associated with FF elimination, right. What they do not seem to realize is that all the money in the world is not going to protect them from the ramifications of the FF elimination. And yes they are so ignorant of these ramifications that they are led by the nose by ignorant children like Greta and AOC.

GW is real, the progression of wind related events, hurricanes, thunderstorms, winter storms, straight line winds with frontal passage, shows trends that the temperature gradient is increasing, ie the tropics are getting warmer. The world needs to quit playing politics with this, acknowledge the need for economical FF energy production, fill in with alternative energy sources as economically needed, start climate adjustments, forget old national boundaries and interests as the cultivation of resources around the world is changing locales. The USA has the best ability to weather the storms of GW due to our unique availability of resources and transportation options. This is well known as the Paris accords show. The idea that the US is going to fund all the polluting countries is ludicrous, which is why Trump said no. We are $22 trillion in debt bailing out the rest of the world since WW2, and Trump’s position is that this will stop. Good for him.

      • BackRowHeckler September 29, 2019 at 11:54 am #

Ok well, it’s easy to laugh at the stupidity of these kids, and I do laugh at them. However when Breadline Bernie states he will prosecute oil and coal exec’s for Climate Crimes, as he did last week, we should take note. Maybe he means it. Maybe Exxon Boards of Directors will really be seized extra legally and held up for show trials in some kangaroo court. It was a regular feature in Communist block countries for 50 years, these political trials. Here is a leading candidate in a major political party telling us what he wants to do. Certainly that would paralyze the energy markets. And when families in Maine and Michigan begin freezing to death in their houses in January for lack of heating oil, maybe the elites will shrug it off. After all, nobody expects the dorms at Yale to go dark and cold. There will always be plenty of juice to keep Yale up and running.

        • Tate September 29, 2019 at 2:02 pm #

What does that mean, “Exxon Boards of Directors will… be seized extra legally”? You mean arrested? Citizens can be seized extra legally now, & for many reasons outside the law, you know, that one beginning with “in order to form a more perfect union…” NYC just passed a law that if you tell someone to go back where they came from, you can be hauled off to jail. If the orifice of the presidency had any power, Trump could tell the administration of that city to sit on it. But We the Poeple who elected him have no power thus neither does he, so all he will do is tweet, if that. He is useful in driving whom the Gods would destroy into madness, however.

Ya the NY Post covered that new law, Tate. Unbelievable. It will probably be challenged in court. At any rate, NYC is fast headed to a point where the only people living there will be 3rd world illegals, and a few thousand political and showbiz elites in $20 million penthouses on Park Avenue.

There will still be an extremely small middle class, police officers and firefighters over on Staten Island.

But John wait. You said weather events are becoming more extreme because the temperature gradient is increasing. If GLOBAL warming was real, then the temperature gradient would be decreasing as the world as a whole would be warming. Thus increasing temperature gradients are not a sign that the entire earth is warming. Scientists don’t know and understand completely the earth’s climate sytem itself. Let alone what may be the case in a hundred years.

        • JohnAZ September 29, 2019 at 1:32 pm #

          SSL

          Wrong.

The poles are frozen. The temperature of their area is 32 degrees. They are locked in to lower temps by their ice load. Permafrost locks in the temp on the land masses, ice freezing and thawing keeps the water near freezing. That end of the gradient is being held in check, that is why the gradient is growing.

However, lose the ice, which will happen in the northern hemisphere first, and we do not understand what will happen to the control by the pole on warming. The South Pole is protected somewhat by a circumpolar ocean current, the north does not have that. Land masses predominate in the north ocean in the south. Ocean currents in the north are broken apart by the continents. I looked at the tracks of the latest Atlantic hurricanes and the jet streams and the targets are Iceland, Greenland and Western Europe. We are witnessing the earth trying to cool itself, but losing the battle. We do not have a clue what that means because there is no history to base judgements on. So we will just go along for the ride. Adaptation is the key to success, both individually and as nation states.

But thats just it. There is no indication that the Arctic will be ice free anytime soon. And in many places in the Northern Hemisphere snow and ice are making an early comeback. https://nsidc.org/arcticseaicenews/

            23 September 2019

“On September 18, 2019, sea ice extent dropped to 4.15 million square kilometers (1.60 million square miles), effectively tied for the second lowest minimum in the satellite record along with 2007 and 2016. This appears to be the lowest extent of the year. In response to the setting sun and falling temperatures, ice extent will begin increasing through autumn and winter. However, a shift in wind patterns or a period of late season melt could still push the ice extent lower.

“The minimum extent was reached four days later than the 1981 to 2010 median minimum date of September 14. The interquartile range of minimum dates is September 11 to September 19.

“This year’s minimum extent was effectively tied with 2007 and 2016 for second lowest, only behind 2012, which is the record minimum. The 13 lowest extents in the satellite era have all occurred in the last 13 years.

Please, please, please, give it a rest with the disinformation.

As I said before, I’d respect you folks if you just said you accept the evidence but you choose to eschew any belief that doing anything to mitigate the situation is worthwhile. That’s fair enough as a position, albeit regrettable, some might say.

GA is right about the climate dramatically changing right now. She and I disagree about at least one of the reasons why, but it is real. And it’s happening faster than expected ten and even twenty years ago.

But, I agree with JohnAZ that there is nothing that can be done to stop climate change. Not by humans anyway. Many people far more learned on the subject than I agree, including this guy whose article was in CounterPunch recently, which is not a right wing site by any means….

            https://www.counterpunch.org/2019/09/26/the-illusion-of-saving-the-world/

          • JohnAZ September 29, 2019 at 4:32 pm #

            Oh no, GA.

Climate realist yes. Do nothing no.

My message is that 30 years from now, we will be screaming for energy alternatives to FF because of oil shortages. Panic reactions such as AOC and the climate nuts will accomplish nothing and create havoc. This damn political BS is just that, the world needs answers to an oncoming train of destruction called peak oil. It is not a political issue, but it must be handled with realistic means, and it must be handled.

The gist of it is that the motivation for change is not global warming, which we know little about and cannot make many intelligent decisions about. It is about the decline in the availability of oil in the future.

By the time anything happens to the atmosphere relative to doing GND, thirty years will be gone. The ozone reaction to Freon elimination is evidence of that. The hole still hasn’t closed.

The second motivation for change is particulate which has nothing to do with CO2. Fine particulate is toxic, it invades the body through the lungs and is carcinogenic. If I had my druthers, every Diesel engine would be retired.

Is GW due to AGW? Hah, we will be arguing this until the cows come home.

I am not in the conservative camp on this as I believe in their quest for more jobs and a growth economy, the idea of a growth limiting item such as GND scares the crap out of them. Someone needs to convince the idiots on the Right that the issues are much deeper that what is or isn’t warming the planet. Sorry, SSL, I am pro change in our ways of obtaining energy but over a long and well planned change program. The shock of doing nothing will be bad news.

            Also,

We need to plan the global reaction to the temperature changes that are coming now and in the future. Chaos may reign as, for example, the Himalayan ice fields do melt. The effect on the down river over populated countries will be enormous. If snowfall accumulation in Colorado lessens, the stored water there and the downstream reservoirs will affect the entire Southwest and Southern California. These are measurable effects that ARE happening now. The government’s of the world need to concentrate on adaptation to the new reality of a warming world that IS happening right now.

Quit arguing damnit, and start planning now. Thirty years is soon upon us.

          • SoftStarLight September 29, 2019 at 5:10 pm #

I’m not lying Alba. And shame on you for jumping into the conversation to suggest that I am simply spreading falsehoods. The governor of Montana just declared a state of emergency because of the blizzard they just had. As I said, there are incidents of prolific snowfalls that are already starting in the far north areas. And I would like to ask you. How long has the satellite data regarding the ice extent been gathered? This data is only relevant to the snapshot in time it represents. I’m not here to obsfuscate. I am not sure why you don’t like me bringing up information that doesn’t fit into the picture you are wanting to see. Does this mean that all the Arctic ice will not melt one summer? I never said it wouldn’t. We won’t know until it happens. Its all theory and conjecture at this point. It didn’t happen this year and I bit the chance it won’t happen next year is almost 100%.

And John I never said that I don’t believe we shouldn’t try to do things differently energy production-wise. But may I just say that there is no alternative out there that doesn’t involve fossil fuels. You can’t make solar panels and wind turbines without fossi fuels. And guess what. Solar panels require toxic chemicals to make. And where do you think all the wind turbine blades go to be disposed of….landfills.

          • JohnAZ September 29, 2019 at 6:25 pm #

            SSL

My main premise is that in 30 or so years there will start to be production limitations on oil. Your statements about FF are all true, every one of them. However in a world of diminishing supply, They make no difference. We better start planning now on what our substitutions for oil are going to be. Waiting thirty years and then saying “Surprise” is not a proper answer.

However, our extremely dysfunctional leadership, both national and international makes the doing of it improbable.

The Paris Accord should have brought out real plans for energy conversion, conservation, fossil fuel reduction, population movements and how to do them, Instead it was a document that made everyone promise to do better with the US and Europe footing the bill for China et al pollution. Since then, measurement of the other countries show that only two have made their targets.

IOW, what was promised is undoable. Better get a better plan! The plan better not penalize too many folks or it is politically unfeasible. Folks will not put up with much discomfort without fighting back.

Trends set the progression of GW. Our hotter seasons are getting longer, monsoons this year are late, the actual sea temps are warming, Rain and drought go where the jet stream goes as does blizzards and hurricanes. Storminess occurs between the three wind belts in both hemispheres. Aggravating the flux of the temperature gradient with higher gradients increases the flux flow, ie wind as the earth tries to cool itself. This will continue until the poles thaw, then what no one knows.

The earth will continue the process, no matter what the politicians want to do. So hang on, it is going to be interesting.

Sidebar. In thirty years or so, the FF debate will grind to a close and emergency response to depleting oil fields will direct all technology to substituting for oil. The effects will be enormous.

The Check and Almost a Checkmate: Arab parties will determine Israeli Prime Minister

I have always respected the Israeli Arabs, especially the Bedouins and the Druze, serving in the Israeli Army. And thanks to the ingenious intrigue, they ended the Jewish political arrogance once and for all.

As you know, the Likud led by Netanyahu won with minimal advantage in the spring elections, but for this Trump had to recognize the Golan Heights as the territory of Israel, and Jerusalem was the capital of Israel, and not just the West Jerusalem, as Russia did a little earlier.

But the polls showed that even this would not be enough for Netanyahu to win, and the Russian Federation assisted Israel in obtaining the remains of the Israeli sergeant Zachariah Baumel, who died in Lebanon 37 years ago, in every possible way emphasizing the friendly relations between Netanyahu and Putin.

And yet, Netanyahu could not form a government because the Likud’s natural ideological ally, “Israel Our Home” party, put forward demands incompatible with the participation of Jewish religious parties in this coalition, and the Likud and “Israel Our Home” votes were not enough to create a ruling coalition.

Moreover, Netanyahu even then argued that the turnout of the Arab parties, which until recently had boycotted the Israeli elections, is so great that this raises doubts about their results. And when it became known that Lieberman deliberately drags out negotiations so that the President of Israel gets an occasion to give the victory of the Kahol-lavan party with Benny Gantz at the head, Netanyahu chose the least of evils and announced new elections in September.

And so they took place and on them Likud Netanyahu won 32 seats in parliament, and Kahol-lavan Benny Gantz scored 33 seats in the Israeli parliament. The idea of Benny Gantz was to get the right to be the first to form the ruling coalition, since at the beginning the “Combined List of Arab Parties” gave Kakhol-lavan its 13 seats in parliament.

That provided the party of Benny Gantz 57 seats in parliament, while the formation of the ruling coalition requires 61 seats.

But after reading my posts on CFN (this is my version of humor), three Arab deputies withdrew their support for Benny Gantz, and Kahol-lavan got 54 places versus 55 of Likud, which Netanyahu gained without the help of Arab deputies.

Nevertheless, it was these three Arab deputies who, on a call from Moscow (this is my version of humor), gave Netanyahu the right of the first night with parliament, and on Wednesday, Israeli President Rivlin instructed Netanyahu to create a government.

Now he will have 28 days to gain the coveted 61 seats and 14 additional if he doesn’t have time to do it in the main term despite such a powerful argument as the fact that any party that refused to join the coalition with Netanyahu would be guilty of the need to hold a third round of elections and in the defenselessness of Israel before the Iranian attack.

It seems the Black World Project in Israel slipped on a banana peel.

It does have a long term future, perhaps as the Autonomous Republic of the Russian Federation.

Russia does need to revamp its entire middle to higher level management apparatus, the Russian-speaking Israeli population could be of great help.

Jewish entrepreneurship combined with vast Russian resources could be a key to unprecedented economic success.

Most of the Jewish people assimilated well in the Russian culture, while keeping their distinct Jewish roots.

The Jewish poets became distinguished Russian poets (Boris Pasternak), the Jewish filmmakers famous Russian filmmakers (Sergei Eisenstein), the Jewish doctors prominent Russian doctors (my mom), the Jewish engineers prominent Russian engineers (my dad) and so on.

Khrushchev destroyed a lot of that by his Doctor’s plot.

Notice that it seems like Israel is fighting the same battle as the US, how to meld various ethnic groups together in a constitutional framework where the constitution is the supreme law and not ethic creeds. Will the Jews give up predominance in Israel may be the same question as will the Northern European Caucasians give up power in the US.

I thought it was clinical, but this is a bench (for the accused) that cools her ass, and the electric chair that warms it.

Hillary Clinton: Trump ‘Knows He’s Illegitimate,’ It’s Why He’s Obsessed With Me

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/hillary-clinton-trump-illegitimate-160637453.html

This is the title of the article by Hillary Clinton in HuffPost, after reading which I thought that Madame Secretary finally gone completely nuts.

But after watching the interview from which this statement was extracted, I realized that Madame Secretary had lost and lost big.

I even recalled the story of one of my relatives that Stalin chose the ice ax as a way to solve a critical problem, after one very intelligent woman told him that Trotsky had a spell on him against any weapon.

That’s how Hillary no longer feels invulnerable, and it was reflected in her eyes like in Trotsky’s eyes when an ice ax reflected in them.

I don’t know what this loss consists of and whether it is connected with impeachment, but horror clearly flashed in her eyes when the interviewer said that Trump did not cease to remember her in his campaign and cry “Hillary to jail!” continues to be very popular among his constituents (0:49).

In any case, it was in response to these words that she issued the phrase that became the headline of this uninformative and stupid article in all other respects, which thanks to the headline astounded me and several million Americans.

    • tucsonspur September 29, 2019 at 5:42 pm #

Of course she’s wrong in saying that Trump is an illegitimate president. But she’s right about 3:30 in, when she says that what happened in the last election won’t happen in the next one.

      Hillary is:

      1. Smarter than Trump
      2. Far more articulate than Trump
      3. Not president
      4. Out for blood
      5. Going to ‘fuck him up’

The Trump administration is ramping up its investigation into Clinton’s emails

Dozens of former Clinton aides are being contacted by State Department investigators.

And we’re not talking about yoga emails either – top state secret info outside of US Government system, including identities of US undercover agents. Electric chair material.

It looks to me that someone (or several) have flipped and sang.

Count Dracula had discipline problems with “The Staff”. He orally promised his lawyer Renfield that he would give Renfield eternal life, which ain’t gonna happen. As the Chinese say, there cannot be two tigers on the same mountain: “Yi Shan BuRong Er Hu.” And Count Dracula had to occasionally bitch slap his witch coven to keep them in line. After his father-in-law’s, Mr. Custis’s death, Robert E. Lee was forced to enforce discipline on the Custis plantation in order to make it profitable. This largely involved having to bitch slap The Staff.

Nobody in the media seems to have noted… Trump went to the UN and said the US wasn’t going to war with Iran, essentially abandoning the Carter Doctrine… and it was only AFTER that Pelosi finally supported impeachment.

Trump has made many dodgy deals. Why this one in particular? The timing is suggestive.

Trump is also against what the US did during Obama’s term while HRC was Secretary of State. Or maybe it was right after HRC’s tenure at State. Anyway, the neo-cons of both parties helped to orchestrate a coup in Ukraine and really fouled the situation up over there, as neo-cons always do. The pro-Russian government had to go so Ukraine could join NATO. It’s also of course about natural gas pipelines and who benefits. I think there was a fear that Trump’s people while investigating Biden would uncover more of the Obama administration dirty deeds that went on there. Pelosi is definitely a Democrat neo-con when it comes to foreign policy. And they are fanatical about getting rid of Putin and making Russia a vassal state of the US like it was becoming in the 90s before Putin came in and said, “Nyet!!”

That isn’t true lol! But, if Tarzan got that down then it would be really mean spirited of Jane if she didn’t let him go back to where he felt at home. A happy Tarzan is going to be more fun to be around anyway. Jane will have to learn to live in the jungle or Tarzan might break up with her.

The Anti-Defamation League is a nonprofit organization designed to fight evil on behalf of good. As long as you understand that and don’t ask any questions, nobody will enter your bedroom at night and kill you in your sleep. The ADL maintains a database of hate symbols that is best enjoyed if one pretends that it’s a T-shirt catalogue.

This year the ADL has added 36 new entries to its hate database, including:

    • The “OK” hand symbol , which was never simply a mild affirmation but instead a sinister gang sign which forms the letters “WP,” i.e., “White Power.”

    • The “Happy Merchant” cartoon, a universally beloved anti-Semitic caricature of a big-beaked man in a yarmulke gleefully rubbing his hands together.

    • The bowl haircut, worn by such well-known white-supremacist mass shooters as Dylann Roof, Ringo Starr, and Moe Howard.

    • McDonald’s “Mac Tonight” moon-man character, which has been shamelessly appropriated by white supremacists who think it’s cute to record violently racist hip-hop songs.

As always, we thank the ADL for keeping us safe from bad people, bad hand symbols, bad cartoons, bad haircuts, and bad McDonald’s characters.

This ghost kid, Brendan O’Brien (who somehow gives up the fact that he’s white by his name alone) who was attacked in Minneapolis couple weeks ago by 18 feral youts, says that “I didn’t realize how hard I’d been kicked in the face. It was much more brutal than I thought it was going to be. I assumed that they hit me a couple of times and I gave up and they went on their way but I was knocked unconscious.”

If you watch the full video,

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=1&v=ePnmrEIjhFs

you can see that he was stripped of his cellphone, shoes & pants, had a couple of planters thrown on his head, got run over by a bicycle on top of being swarmed by the vibrant youts.

You can also see that he had it coming. I’m not kidding. What was he thinking, walking up to these ebons in the middle of their craps game. He went on to say in the aftermath: “I don’t feel as safe as I used to. I think that’s the best way of putting it is that something like this kind of takes a part away from you and I don’t know if I’m gonna’ get that back,”

No shit. Where has this kid been the last couple decades? Oh, that’s right, being indoctrinated in the globohomo classrooms of the ‘woke’ brigades that we’re all one big happy rainbow family. But I have no sympathy. The truth has been out there all along. Any of you white crackers who think we’re one big happy deserve what you get, including that Weed fellow who got killed by those feral jigs in Maryland. He may not have known it, but he was endangering not only himself but his entire family by taking them to that fair. Some hard lessons have to be learned before YT gets the message I stuppose.

Ok Tate, the guy in Minn was an idiot, agreed. Not so much John Weed in Maryland, out for a day at the fair with his family. Apparently Mr Weed spent much of his time fishing and crabbing in Chesapeake bay and was not really cognizant of the new racial paradigm that says in attending a country fair where young blacks are present you are putting your life on the line. The worst thing you can say about the guy is he wasn’t sufficiently politically aware.

The demographic that’s really in danger is young white coeds. It’s been drilled into them since day 1 they need to fear ‘white men’, the patriarchy, and so on and think nothing at all of wandering around the dangerous ghetto neighborhoods surrounding most urban campuses (Southern Cal, Yale), half drunk, and scantily dressed.

Who would ever go sit down with a group of strange blacks like that??? I’m sorry but younger whites know better or should. I wonder if he was high or looking to buy weed or something from them? I mean why would you go sit down like that right next to even a group of other whites you don’t know? So many questions. Yeah I guess apparently hard lessons are going to have to be learned. How sad and scary that people allow themselves to be this susceptible.

Chris Wallace reminds me of a niggler, in the old fashioned sense.

Here’s the insane Urban Dictionary sense:

        Niggler

A crossbreed that is both black and Jewish. Incredibly greedy, they are known for doing anything to maximize profit with disregards to the negative impacts it may have on others. Nigglers most prominent feature is their large noses which are capable of extending from their body, usually used to fend off and compete with other nigglers, or threaten those who do not concede 100% of their company and 20 dollars to them in a deal. Nigglers can deconstruct anything and reform it into a factory of pure pain and pure profit. If let off the plantation a niggler may exponentially increase their money by stealing all wealth and, eventually, reconstructing the entire universe into a factory for profit. KKK highest Imperial Wizards can lynch nigglers in approximately 5-20ms minimizing the damage they cause, and the money they may steal.
