UkraineGate, son of RussiaGate, raises an interesting question: is our Central Intelligence Agency really this crude that they would loan out a CIA officer to the White House’s National Security Council (NSC) and use him as a weapon to shiv the occupant of the oval office? Or was The New York Times’s unmasking of the “whistleblower” just another ruse by the Deep State Disinfo Division?
Let’s face it, there were not so many CIA spooks working in that White House office, so it shouldn’t be too hard to figure out who it was. A leading candidate is veteran CIA officer Michael Barry, an assassination expert, as it happens, who was loaned out during Mike Pompeo’s brief stint as CIA chief. Barry acted as the NSC’s chief intelligence officer. Barry or otherwise, I predict the whistleblower’s identity will be known for sure in pretty short order.
So much material in this tale doesn’t add up that it looks like the results of a math test in a Baltimore middle school. For one thing, the now public whistleblower complaint makes it clear that the whistleblower’s information is second-hand. The Intel Community Whistleblower Protection Act (ICWPA) explicitly prohibits complaints based on second-hand news: “In order to find an urgent concern credible, the IGIC [Intel Community Inspector General] must be in possession of reliable, first-hand information. The IGIC cannot transmit information via the ICWPA based on an employee’s second-knowledge of wrongdoing. This includes information received from another person, such as when a fellow employee informs you that he/she has witnessed some type of wrongdoing.” See for yourself in the ICWPA Form 401:
Did Director of National Intelligence Joseph McGuire know that when he testified that the whistleblower’s complaint was “credible” and made in “good faith.” Did ICIG Michael Horowitz know that when he sent the whistleblower complaint to Admiral McGuire? Did House Intel Committee Chair Adam Schiff know that when he led a grandstanding exercise in his committee on Thursday?
Others have pointed out that the whistleblower’s complaint was composed as a legal brief, leading to the inference that it was constructed by lawyers and perhaps a team of lawyers. The whistleblower’s lawyer is Andrew Bakaj, a former CIA employee who got his start interning for Senator Chuck Schumer and then Hillary Clinton. The Washingtonian said Bakaj “actually wrote the CIA’s internal rules on whistleblowing.” Is that so? Did he write Form 401 then? His client’s complaint states: “I was not a direct witness to most of the events described. However, I found my colleagues’ accounts of these events to be credible because, in almost all cases, multiple officials recounted fact patterns that were consistent with one another.” In other words, second-hand information. Dismissed.
Everyone and his uncle remembers the infamous threat issued to Mr. Trump by Senator Schumer during the transition period in January, 2017: “Let me tell you: You take on the intelligence community — they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you,” Perhaps Senator Schumer should have kept his pie-hole shut on that. He made it official that the Intel Community would act as an adversary and antagonist to the President, and that appears to be exactly what has happened. One suspects that this rogue agency has captured The New York Times, The Washington Post, National Public Radio, and several TV cable news networks as well. And now they are metamorphosing into an enemy of the people.
The moment approaches when Mr. Trump will have to carry out a severe housecleaning of the CIA and perhaps many other agencies under the executive branch of the government. Their ongoing campaign to undo the 2016 election is igniting a civil war. Clearly a part of the whistleblower gambit was an attempt to discredit Attorney General William Barr and set up a device that would force him to recuse himself from any further inquiry into shenanigans carried out in and around Ukraine since 2014, when the CIA and the Obama State Department overthrew the government of Viktor Yanukovych. Mr. Barr is a sturdy fellow. He may have seven ways from Sunday for countering their seditious monkeyshines. Wait for it.
In the meantime, is there any question that UkraineGate has put the schnitz on Joe Biden’s political career. The notorious video of Mr. Biden bragging on his shakedown of then-president Poroshenko has been seen by everybody over age five in the USA. Hillary must be lovin’ it as she makes the rounds on her latest listening tour. Listen to this, Hillary, lost in your wicked daydreams of riding to the Democratic Party’s rescue for yet another shot at the White House: your reputation will never survive the blizzard of indictments coming down on your partisans. And one of these bills might have your name on it.

Much like what is happening at our southern border, caused by the Left’s “Free Lunch” signalling while attempting to foist the blame off onto American society being xenophobic, racist, etc. Here again, on the matter of the 2nd Amendment, the Left has capitalized politically by promoting a false narrative of history wherein had only any other culture but Western gained preeminence the world would be a Utopia of pastoral peace. Included in Hedges’ first paragraph of his article you reference, “It would not impede ICE from hunting down the undocumented and ripping children from their arms to pen them in cages”, signals what a partisan hack he truly is.
You have a serious comprehension problem.
“They turned on him…because he made the fatal mistake of trying to take down a fellow member of the ruling elite.” That seems to be true of the Democrats as well. Swalwell attacked Trump at the first debate. Next thing I know, Swalwell drops out because he didn’t make the next debate. Harris also attacked Biden. After the sugar rush of that wore off and she failed to follow up at the next debate, her fortunes fell. Besides, she pissed off people like my mom and my wife; they didn’t like her attacking Biden. Castro attacked Biden at the third debate, now he’s warning his supporters he may not make the November debate. Trump went after Biden and Democratic Representatives in Republican-leaning seats who had been avoiding impeachment pile on. Directly going after Biden personally does not seem to be working for candidates. Instead, it seems to work against them.
In the meantime, it’s good for the late-night comedians. Colbert’s audience gave Nancy Pelosi a standing ovation when Colbert showed her announcing an impeachment inquiry. It’s even good for amateur comedians. This scandal could be called UkraineGate, but a shorter and funnier name exists, KievGate. Here’s a Modest (Moussorgsky) proposal; spread that meme! Hey, there’s even a song for that, the Great Gate of Kiev.

I think the power exercised inside our government by unelected members of the security/intel apparatus as acting in the role of a secret government for the continuation of a global security state run by the US. It’s an agenda of neo-imperialism by our Military-Industrial-Congressional complex. The Ukraine ‘whistleblower’ is another attempted coup to oust a duly elected President. It’s frightening. I also think the Democrats are getting into bed with some very dark allies solely for the will to power. That’s just as equally frightening. They’ve lost their minds if they believe that cozying up to a group of assassins will turn out OK for them in the end.
Well this is what you get when you feed the military industrial complex.
To be honest though, I’m not surprised if it were true. Problem is, there is not a whole lot of verifiable evidence. May treason never prosper.
For God’s sake, does it really matter who blew the whistle? Further investigation will either credit or discredit the information, itself. If it is a partisan attack, Trump wins. If it is true, he’s fucked.
When I listened to the acting DNI try and explain his actions I considered how sexual complaints about school teachers and/or administraotors are handled in BC, by law. (And I oughta know, because I turned in a paedo creep, once). If a student comes to a school district empoyee and accuses either a teacher or a school principal of sexual assault is absolutely against the law to first consult with anyone else, especially the person accused. The person infromed must immediately report accusation to the RCMP and child welfare authorities. Then, they investigate.
Trump is implicated. Barr is implicated. Pence and others in the WH are implicated. And what do they do? They wait, then go to Barr…wait another week, then consult with the WH and WH legal team. They brush it under the rug and say, “nothing to investigate”. Then, someone leaks to get the ball roling and within in a week here we are.
And many of you commentators are concerned about who leaked and who is the whistleblower? It is irrelevant and you should be thankful someone did it before 2020.
Watch what happens today. There will be bomb strikes on Syria to divert attention….approved by Trumpy.

Since we are both in BC and we share the same perspective from the sidelines on this southern shite-show, I find it either incredible or ridiculous what lengths, parsing, or twisted logic some will go to to maintain their narrative on the subject. Tribalism par excellance.
Jim conveniently ommited that the Intel IG followed up with investigation (presumably with first-hand sources) and then escalated the complaint. It is another twisty-spin to assume someone in that position would recommend a charge of such gravity without executing due diligence.
The commonality is the deep state subterfuge. This has been going on a long time. Like American football, Americans have Canadians to thank for starting them down this path. (Canadians taught Americans Rugby. A Canadian, William Stevenson – a man called Intrepid – working at the behest of Churchill helped organize the OSS. Now CIA and various heads of the Hydra). We had absolutely no notion how either rugby or OSS would mutate under the American capitalist system. Reading the Bush family history, it is suggested Nixon was also set up by Intelligence, or the deep state. Why such an amateur burglary attempt by seasoned pro’s. But it was the cover-up that sunk him.

I seriously doubt that although if it did come to pass I would blow air horns. I’ve been hearing and reading that Trump will drain the swamp and lockup all the bad creatures when in fact he’s been finding new creatures to put in the swamp.
Mike Pompeo, Bolton and quite a few others of Trump’s team have that smelly swamp odor before they took the job.
Look can we please just admit that the United States Government “is beyond repair”? That the only way to clean out the swamp is for the US Government to completely collapse? That’s the only chance I see of having a do-over and possibly fixing this mess. This UkraineGate would be hard to understand if we hadn’t already had RussiaGate and, in general, HateTheGoldenGolemGate. Jeez, these politicians have really lost it!
That the CIA is “metamorphosing into an enemy of the people” is a majestic understatement. It has been that and more since its inception. This evil rogue agency has morphed into the world’s most dangerous organization, assassinating leaders (including our own), overthrowing governments, and now threatening to sunder our national government. There can be no question that the CIA should be disbanded and anyone associated with it barred from further similar activity. The question is, who has the actual capacity to put a stake through its heart? It appears, no-one.

They are more an indictment of the mentally ill Democrats frothing at the mouth with TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome). Adam Schiff is a classic example. Somebody should put him in a straight jacket and commit him somewhere for his own safety (and ours).

The last politician I remember seeing prosecuted for corruption was Duke Cunningham a true war hero.

IMO Obama was the most “spooky” President since Bush Sr. Obama was never officially in “the company”. Key word ‘officially’. There are two high level pols actually on tape bragging about making threats to hold back aid to the Ukraine, VP Joe Biden, and Sen Chris Murphy, both to get the Ukraine govt to cease investigations into corruption. I haven’t heard any condemnation of it in the MSM. It’s almost as if it didn’t happen, yet both Murphy and Biden proudly referenced it in public speeches.

Two possibilities
One. The entire whistleblower scenario is a fabrication of a Democratic Party that is in desperate fear of its own demise and with their prognostication ability know they have to destroy Trump now or the populist revolution is going to grow. They hate the voters that are taking power away from the Deep State, they hate the Constitution that dilutes their power, they hate everything right now. It is focused psychotically on DJT. It is a failure of their entire forty year campaign to turn this country into a Communist State.
The second is worse. Purely conjecture but the implication is scary. The whistleblower is a RINO. Proof of the fusion of the Liberal GOP and the Progressives into the Deep State. Jeff Flake, my own worst vote, stated yesterday that 32 GOP senators would vote to convict Trump’s impeachment if the vote was secret. Get that? If the senators did not have to tell their voters what they did, they would vote with the Progressives to remove the people’s choice. That sounds like a coup d’etat to me with the final shiv thrust from the ex GOPers. I think that the legal beagles should worry less about what are high crimes and misdemeanors and more about what is treason.

I think that Chris Hedges is pretty much right that the United States is now of the oligarchs, by the oligarchs, for the oligarchs. But this ruling class can’t rule without the willing acquiescence of a substantial cohort of useful idiots and so you have that too.

Before I managed to get a Social Science degree I managed to get a Mechanical Engineering diploma. I fully agree that my writing style is ‘mechanical’ and I attribute that to my thinking that was essentially formed via Engineering before I studied Social Science. Today, I often wonder if my writing needs a few tweeks here & there.
This is why I follow JHK given that he is an excellent writer with vast experience & a pretty decent historical knowledge base. JHK is my guide for writing & editing too.

What you are saying is very true. I do have difficulty with nuance at the federal level of politics. I don’t have that difficulty at the municipal or provincial level of politics but I do have that problem with the upper tier federal level simply because I never spent much time looking at that level as opposed to the lower levels.

The crew of USA soldiers entered the compound and shot him immediately right in the head. As I recall they took out one of his wives as she posed a threat of some sort. They collected up OBL and left immediately retreating to the helicopter. They only had OBL onboard back to the ship where they dumped him in the drink.
If the military of Afghanistan rounded those women up afterwards I do not know. I can assure you that the guys that took OBL did not do anything other than that. They might have grabbed his laptop and some papers quickly too as I recall but they were in & out faster than you can say speedy Gonzalas.

Q’s basement den/man cave is a level down from the main floor in his single family house. He lives in the burbs around NYC but I’m bad with geography and can’t discern yet where his neighbourhood is exactly. His man cave is rectangular and his desk & keyboard are facing the wall towards the front of the house. He has a small rectangular basement window that allows some light of day in. If he looks up when he is sitting at his keyboard he would be staring at his basement window.
Q’s art & poster art is ultra high end stuff but I cannot discern detail quite yet. One of the posters has some sort of relective glitter on it too.
If Q is seated at his keyboard and staring at his monitor he would have to turn his head 90 degrees to the left to see his diplomas on the back wall that his back is facing. If he were to turn around 180 degrees to face his own art & posters, he would find the diplomas to the right end of that wall and the posters and art along the rest of the wall towards the door exit which is to the left of that wall space.
If Q turns 90 degrees to the right he can see more art on the small wall surface to the right, and his art is very expensive stuff.
Q does not smoke and his art room man cave is very tidy & clean as a whistle too. He is a tidy person.
Q is living in a very clean & tidy house that has solitude. His upper floor has a large living room that has bright off-white coloured walls. The ceiling height is standard build contemporary so I know his neighbourhood is not old school with 10′ ceilings and transoms.
Q’s basement man cave is dark in terms of wall colour and it’s not white drywall like it is upstairs on the main floor.
Q’s seating at his desk is to the right of the middle of the wall he faces in that basement room.
If sitting at his desk and wanting to go back upstairs he would be exiting his chair & turning to his right as he leaves his chair and walks about two steps to the exit on the left of the wall that his art & posters are mostly displayed.
I am 100% positive that Q’s man cave is on the lower level of his house and that he is not sitting ion a man cave on the main floor. His man cave appears to be about 18′ x 12′ dimensionally rectangular.
Q’s diplomas are to the left of the wall where the paintings and posters are. There is a few as he stated but I can’t make them out yet.
Bottom line in this Remote View is that Q is a tidy person and likely a meticulous artist judging by the Fine Arts he sports on his walls behind his back when he is online.
What I find interesting is that while Q mentions his own art and posters as being significant he actually has his back turned to his own art when he is online and siting at his desktop.
And yes, he uses a desktop and not a notebook when he sits in his man cave.
And judging by Q’s art I can understand why he identifies with JHK and his art. Q & JHK are really into art BIG time.

1. U.S. military went to a country on Obama’s orders and murdered people. They didn’t ask Pakistan because they would have been turned down, just like Afghanistan turned down a request by the U.S. to hand Osama over. They wanted some kind of evidence that he was involved. The price they paid for that rejection is an 18 years and ongoing war with the US and NATO.
2. What they did was illegal according to our laws, and also international law. There was nothing heroic about it.
3. The U.S. has no proof that Osama was responsible for 9/11 and the many explanations that were offered up about what happened are not even possible. Did Osama go on to state that indeed Al Qaeda had pulled it off? Of course, he was a revolutionary and this was surely a boost to his troops!
4. Were the U.S. behaving rationally they would have brought Osama to trial in this country. It appears to me they wanted him shut up, permanently.

Sheepishly, I have to admit that I am indeed backing Trudeau for his second whole term of high office, but my reasons are many including the most important being that I already promised my area Liberal Member of Parliament that she had my allegiance & vote for the entire second term of office as well. My area Liberal MP is a fine person that is very politically astute and would never act in the manner that our PM did when he was 29 years old and should have known better.
I like PM Trudeau because he is highly creative and somewhat of a real Marxist vis-à-vis political upbringing & contemporary perspective. His father was friends with Fidel Castro as you know and the Trudeau family is worldly enough to understand the importance of sovereigns being Communist in perspective & culture.
Trudeau the Younger is learning as he proceeds in life and whilst he did not travel the same path to high office that he esteemed father did, he is still a leader in his own right, and as such he is entitled to make mistakes along the way. His father & mother brought him up to study the arts and he would up being enticed & pressured to enter the ring of politics at the federal level because the Liberal Party of CANADA was down for the count KOed without him.

I am allowing human beings to make the odd mistakes like I would be expected to as a fellow human being.
Racism is something I do not tolerate and if I really thought Trudeau was a racist I would not support him.

You seem to have missed the point. The point isn’t that Biden’s son was used as a means to funnel bribery money to Biden (and possibly the Obama administration). That’s the charge but it hasn’t been proven. The point is that Biden threatened to withhold USA loan guarantees unless a Ukranian prosecutor investigating his son’s paymaster was fired. There’s no dispute here, as Biden admitted it, and you can watch the vid in its entirety.

It’s really starting to seem like this impeachment and whistleblower drama was actually made for tv. The CIA/Deep State script writers are so good at creating a narrative of seemingly heroic and selfless resistance (with the public interest at heart of course) against the forces of unbridled and unrepentent fascism and whiteness (lol). And it seems very plausible that the CIA/Deep State has minions and plants throughout the media to propagate the narratives that serve them so well. But no matter the case, the real quagmire is that the legitimacy of the entire operation of our government is called into question. Who is really in control? Who has gone to jail for Russiagate? Who will pay that price? Justice moves painfully slow on such weighty matters! We know for sure the judicial system is happy to plow over everyday ordinary people. But there is clearly a different set of rules for the real insiders. So yes a civil war could be ignited because the house has thus been clearly divided.

On the whole whistleblower thing I would say IMO its a bit of both. There are aspects in which I do believe the powers that be are unfairly maligning and smearing Trump. That being said, I am not shocked that Trump would try to influence foreign leaders to do things favorable to him and the policies he supports. I think all politicians do this. Trump is clumsy at times and is a talker so its no wonder he gets himself into the controversies. But if justice really did prevail maybe Trump would find himself in trouble but its a guarantee most of Washington DC would be locked up. And that includes Joe and Hunter.

Stylistic Analysis of Whistleblower Complaint
Trump’s impeachment began with a complaint from the “whistleblower” – the status of a government official who, having learned about the unseemly actions of his superiors, officially reported this to his even higher superiors, who provide him with security guarantees.
The whistleblower complaint that triggered Trump’s impeachment, according to the New York Times, accused President Trump of using his official position in a telephone conversation with Ukrainian President Zelensky to pressure the latter so that he would resume the investigation of the Ukrainian gas company Burisma, one of the directors of which was Hunter Biden, in order to obtain incriminating evidence on his father and potential Democratic candidate Joe Biden.
It was filed with the Director of All National Intelligence of the United States in mid-August; three weeks after this telephone conversation, and received the highest level of secrecy. Nevertheless, about a week ago it was leaked to the press in the form of a free narration of its contents.
Throughout this week, Trump’s guard fooled around claiming that the whistleblower is a woman and is not a member of the intelligence community, and therefore can’t obtain a status of “whistleblower” by complaining to the director of all US intelligence.
And in blogs and forums they discussed her name and biography, invariably accompanying these discussions with a warning that disclosing this name is a criminal offense, for which 5 to 50 years of prison is prescribed by law.
And two days ago, the New York Times, which opened this Pandora’s box, published an article stating that the whistleblower was a man and a CIA agent who started campaign in Trump’s blog “I’m revoking my New York Times subscription” for the aforementioned disclosure of top-secret information about a whistleblower, and it immediately became clear that all of the fooling around with the Trump guards that I described above was part of a special operation to discredit Bastinda’s Flying Monkeys.
And soon after that, the full text of the whistleblower’s complaint was declassified and published, from which it follows that he wrote this complaint on the basis of rumors, since he himself did not overhear the presidents’ telephone conversation, and also that the whistleblower belongs to the higher circles of the Trump administration, but the complaint was written by a team of very competent lawyers, apparently the entire headquarters of the Flying Monkeys.

We (meaning you and me and the other janes and joes on the street) are in such a position that we cannot trust anybody anywhere close to power. Maybe this is the human condition, maybe this has always been the case. I can only say that it’s been the case during our own lifetime. Consequently we have to make our own determinations as to what’s what. All that means is having a gander as to what’s happening and making our own best determination.
In my estimation that isn’t something unique to the American citizen, people all over the western world are in the same boat. We’ve all been sold out for the sake of the fortunes of a few with the willing acquiescence of office holders. An ideology took root over the last two generations or so that the thin upper crust must not be fettered, that the invisible hand will take care of all, that it’s all for the best for everyone. And it’s been a disaster.
I know what you mean about Trump. I know you feel a visceral revulsion. In this you sure have a lot of company.Though I agree with the broad thrust of what he’s been saying on things like the economy, offshoring of industries, border control etc., at the same time I don’t think that he’s remotely suited for the office. Never mind his character issues, he doesn’t have the necessary leadership qualities, nor time in public office which would give him some legislative experience, nor the managerial chops to run the most awkward, sprawling bureaucracy. It’s not a stretch to say that he’s got the hardest job in the world but that he just doesn’t have it in him to do it. That’s not a condemnation of Trump but it’s like the Oracle said to Neo: “Know thyself.”
Trump doesn’t. He deludes himself. Maybe Trump THINKS he can do it but he can’t. That much should be apparent to even the most die-hard Trump supporter.
At the same time it’s no stretch to claim as ElysianField sez, that he’s got Washington dead against him. My sense is that it isn’t so much his character issues that got the Deep State riled, the problem is that he’s upset so many people fully invested in an agenda we broadly call neo-liberalism. Trump said many things that in both the Democratic and Republican parties are simply unsayable, that the past generation has been a calamity for not only American workers but also America’s pre-eminent place in the world, not only in terms of the economy but also in foreign policy. And the most unforgivable thing is that he’s acted on some of his beliefs, for example with tariffs and with making nice with Rocketman. And lately with his declining to make war on Iran. Big, big, no-no, going against elite and academic consensus that’s ruled for many years now.
As to Hillary, to my eyes she’s committed the most outrageous infractions you can commit short of outright treason with her flagrant disregard of a panoply of laws and regulations on communications and records. Yeah, her damn emails. Yeah, I know, this is getting tiresome. But she was no file clerk, she had what is arguably the most powerful position outside of the Oval Office and you just have to observe the precautions as set out in black and white. Simple as that.
But if you’re looking for proof of the type that would fly in a courtroom with all the attendant rules of evidence and due process, this will never happen in our lifetime. Comey already pronounced on this email thing; “no criminal intent” and never mind that it wasn’t remotely his call to make, IMO this determination was in howling disregard of any elementary common sense, common sense being plain and simple reasoning in accordance with easily observable fact. This applies to many other obvious matters in dire need of criminal investigation not only with Hillary and her foundation, which to ordinary eyes looks like a pay-to-play scheme, but also the most blatant attempts to illegally unseat a duly elected president.
In this I disagree with JHK. In my view there is zero stomach in various investigative agencies to pursue these things. I just don’t see it happening. I wish it were otherwise because it’s not just Bill and Hillary, there are far too many people in the Washington swamp that think they’re above the law.
As far as Trump goes, if you’re looking for law-breaking forget this cockamamie Russia nonsense and now this Ukraine baloney. Look into his businesses if you can find a pretext. IMO, at least in his case, any rule breaking is most likely to be found in a business context, not during the election campaign nor during his time in office.

The US can’t g on as it is, neither economically, nor with the post Cold War foreign policy of making war everywhere and having US forces spread all over hell’s half-acre. For example, my own native land was similarly f&#%¥d over in the 1980s & 90s and my own nephews & nieces face a similarly bleak future, along with much of the West, of underemployment & low wages, especially without a (now) expensive tertiary education.
In asking for ‘evidence’ re: HRC et al, I have zero expectation of getting it, and, like you, can’t see any legal opportunity to ‘lock her up’ or any of that cohort of bad actors.
I also don’t believe a lack of evidence is proof of innocence. As to Trump – you put it accurately when you say that I have a visceral loathing of the man. This is nothing new. When we first arrived in the US in 1989, we lived for our first summer in NJ, south of AC (in Sea Isle City).

I meant to say you need to offer evidence that supports Trump’s lies. You can’t, because the Mueller probe clearly showed that he did obstruct justice and he did, at the very least, invite Russian support. Everything is going fine, and, I think, Trump is far from revealing all of his trump cards. Just too early, they will appear as the election campaign develops. That is, the peak will fall on the next summer.
The main task for Trump is to win the elections in November and to achieve this goal many tasks need to be solved. Including – fending off a possible economic downturn.
Impeachment in the current situation is the logic of the weak, the Democrats just need a reason to call dozens of Trump supporters for a hearing and subject them to a tough interrogation in order to split Republicans at least in something.
I do not think that they will succeed, but since this is a chance, it must be used.

I like to refer to any activity that I enjoy but that I consider to be essentially unproductive as “video games”. These are activities that I engage in simply for personal entertainment. I am not interested in achieving anything profound. Any unintended positive consequences are purely accidental except, perhaps, for the few extra bucks that seem to accrue to my bank account from these from time to time.
I find it impossible to imagine that analyzing politics could be any fun if one perceived the antics to be real or serious or anything more than theatre. That’s a notion that I find to be just too depressing to entertain. The goofy reactions of the recipients of those analyses could surely not be adequate entertainment to compel one to continue, it seems. My sense of logic tells me that you are getting a huge chuckle out of all this silliness.

Should Donald Trump prevail in his bid for a second term, the left will go insane, deploying every “insurance policy” weapon at their disposal to negate four more years of the Orange Man. What Obama, Comey, and Brennan et al. did to Trump in his first term will seem mild in comparison to what the left is planning should he win. Antifa, the military arm of the Democratic Party, has not spent the last three years practicing and organizing merely to sit on the sidelines. They have used the interregnum to mobilize and learn tactics, while probing to find what government will allow, media will trumpet, and the public will endure.
The skirling “resistance” has morphed from pajama-boy blobs of perpetually offended little dictators and pussy-hat sporting shriekers into balaclava-wearing avengers who crave the opportunity to put deplorables in their place and give them the government they deserve good and hard. They will flood the streets after a Trump victory in their Antifa costumes looking to bust the heads of anyone near enough to become part of their 15 minutes of YouTube fame.
It will start in the cities — the Democrat-run cities, of course — where the political leadership will provide them a measure of protection against identification and arrest. The riots will be portrayed by the media and the Democrats as a groundswell of support for deposing a racist president. They will bemoan the necessity of the violence, destruction, and loss of life, but remind Americans that “the people have spoken.” Some among the Antifa will be championed. In lockstep, both the New York Times and the Washington Post will run headlines calling them: “The New Founding Fathers.” People who fight back will quickly grow in number — even as the media label them “white supremacists.” Blood will be spilled.
China, Iran, Russia, and Venezuela will plead for calm and offer to mediate the evolving humanitarian crisis…
Trump Loses
The right will never believe the Democrats didn’t cheat their way to victory; in addition to understanding that a Democratic President will undemocratically implement policies by executive order that are inimical to their interests and desires.
Many on the right are weary of leaders who prioritize good press over good policy, and who prefer losing gracefully over winning ugly. They believe they did build that and that they have not yet made enough money and are fed up with being portrayed as ignorant and evil just because of political disagreements. Eight years of Obama and three years of watching his slow-motion coup have made them angry.
Tone-deaf to this silent majority and emboldened by victory, the new president will borrow Barry’s “pen and phone” and start issuing executive orders throwing open our borders, banning fossil fuels, and of course, implementing “common sense” gun control. Buoyed by media, the new president will start with universal background checks and a gun registry.
Eventually, the president will overreach, signing an order for gun confiscation, euphemistically called, “mandatory buybacks.” Antifa and their ilk will flood the streets in support of seizing these “weapons of war.” Media will declare, “It’s the will of the people.”
And for the right, that will be the last straw (plastic or paper).
The left doesn’t understand that every gun owner is a single-issue-voter; millions will refuse to give up their guns. And, many gun owners in this country will not go “meekly into the night,” there will be “rage” against what they will see as a usurpation of their constitutional rights.
Confiscation will go well at first, with gun owners in the cities acquiescing to the knock on the door in the middle of the night and the intimidation of, “Papers please.”
But in flyover country, a different scenario will play out. Most gun owners will hide their weapons and most local police departments will accept that, not wanting to jail their neighbors. Resistance will be broad, perhaps encompassing hundreds of millions of Americans. Barack Obama, for once in the dismal history of his efforts to kill the America we love, will be proven correct. Americans do “cling to their guns.”
The media will call it “white supremacy,” but a still unregulated internet will be rife with videos of an out of control government battling its own citizens.
The president will call for mobilizing the National Guard. Some governors will refuse, and army units now overseas will be sent home to deal with the growing unrest. Mistakes will be made and there will be gunfire in the streets; people will die on both sides. The president will desperately call for martial law.
Many Army, National Guard, and police will defect, or desert, or simply refuse orders.
What will happen after that is anybody’s guess.

If only Trump had called for martial law and beaten them to the punch. Could the National Security Agencies (run by Internationalists) be brought to heel in any other way? And that’s IF the military could even do it at all, run as they are by pussies and paper pushers and internationalists.
The next president– I think it will be Warren — will be so besieged with chaos and disorder, both internationally and inside the US, ‘gun confiscation’ will be the last thing on her mind. She will be drowning. Right off the bat she will be tested by Xi, YungKim, and Putin, who will want to determine what she is made of. Then we shall see what this still nebulous ‘feminist foreign policy’ is all about, and how effective it is. I’m sure the Mullahs in Iran will be impressed. Yeah on the subject of how race mixing can go wrong, an acquaintance of mine just started dating this woman about four months ago. He just turned 50 and she is in her very early 30s. No problem with that, but I can’t believe that he finds her even a little bit appealing. Frankly she grosses me out. Her face is just…….I don’t even have the words. Skin is really bad for one thing. It is difficult to look at her, and I hate saying that but it is true.
But her arms of all things are what really grosses me out. Remember that Seinfeld episode where Jerry dated a girl with man hands? Lol… Of course that girl was otherwise very attractive, she just had big man hands. This girl I’m talking about has the man arms to go with the man hands. Big, hairy man arms. Hairy hands as well. The arms don’t even remotely look like they belong on a female’s body. The rest of her looks are very manly as well.
I found out that her father is black. Her mother apparently is the literal example of a mutt. A Heinz 57 mix. One of her mother’s parents is American Indian, and the other was a mix. The family tree is just all over the place race wise. If it were a science experiment it would be categorized as a failure.

(Altho I’m not certain how spontaneous it was because the signs they carried miraculously were already made up)
It costs upwards of $60,000 per year to go to Yale. The dorms are not Spartan accommodations you might remember from your college years. No, dorms at Yale are more like a suite in a luxury hotel, with catered meals to order, massage parlors and hair dressers on premises, climate controlled rooms, and armed security to protect residents from the surrounding ghetto they purport to be in sympathy with. One regularly sees BMWs, Mercedes coupes and Range Rovers zipping around campus and the city. One regularly sees limos parked outside residential living areas, waiting to chauffeur these esteemed college students to JFK airport in NYC for flights around the world. One has to wonder, how would these coddled kids survive if suddenly they got what they are asking for, and ‘fossil fuels’, suddenly disappeared? How would they heat their opulent abodes? How would their lavish meals be prepared? How would they power up their $125,000 Range Rovers? And those flights to the south of France and the Med coast of Spain, what would power the 747s that magically transport them there for Christmas break? Could they survive in a world made primitive, without gas and oil? These are smart kids and maybe some of them could make the adjustment, others, the majority, would perish. The question is, why don’t they realize this?

The poles are frozen. The temperature of their area is 32 degrees. They are locked in to lower temps by their ice load. Permafrost locks in the temp on the land masses, ice freezing and thawing keeps the water near freezing. That end of the gradient is being held in check, that is why the gradient is growing.
However, lose the ice, which will happen in the northern hemisphere first, and we do not understand what will happen to the control by the pole on warming. The South Pole is protected somewhat by a circumpolar ocean current, the north does not have that. Land masses predominate in the north ocean in the south. Ocean currents in the north are broken apart by the continents. I looked at the tracks of the latest Atlantic hurricanes and the jet streams and the targets are Iceland, Greenland and Western Europe. We are witnessing the earth trying to cool itself, but losing the battle. We do not have a clue what that means because there is no history to base judgements on. So we will just go along for the ride. Adaptation is the key to success, both individually and as nation states.
But thats just it. There is no indication that the Arctic will be ice free anytime soon. And in many places in the Northern Hemisphere snow and ice are making an early comeback. This is happening in Canada, Russia and Scandinavia but you won’t hear much about it because its not narrative-compliant information.

My main premise is that in 30 or so years there will start to be production limitations on oil. Your statements about FF are all true, every one of them. However in a world of diminishing supply, They make no difference. We better start planning now on what our substitutions for oil are going to be. Waiting thirty years and then saying “Surprise” is not a proper answer.

The Paris Accord should have brought out real plans for energy conversion, conservation, fossil fuel reduction, population movements and how to do them, Instead it was a document that made everyone promise to do better with the US and Europe footing the bill for China et al pollution. Since then, measurement of the other countries show that only two have made their targets.
