Surely last week this foundering nation finally reached Peak Social Justice Warrior Bullshit with The New York Times hiring of genocide-for-white-people advocate Sarah Jeong, 30, as an op-ed writer on tech matters. Apparently, one angle of the tech world Sarah Jeong overlooked was the mile-wide Twitter trail of messages she left over the past ten years declaring that white people should be “canceled out,” “made to live underground like groveling goblins,” or this pungent one from the Reinhard Heydrich playbook: “Oh man it’s kind of sick how much joy I get out of being cruel to old white men.”

When this big glob of shit hit the Internet fan, The Times’s HR department cranked out the pathetically lame explanation that Ms. Jeong was merely “mirroring” or “counter-trolling” malicious tweets she had received over the years, “imitating the rhetoric of her harassers.” That left the old newspaper and its readers gratified for a day or too… until a whole new bale of Sarah Jeong tweets was discovered dissing The New York Times and virtually all of its other op-ed writers in the most opprobrious terms.

She wrote: “After a bad day, some people come home and kick the furniture. I get on the Internet and make fun of The New York Times.” “I don’t feel safe in a country that is led by someone who takes Thomas Friedman seriously.” “Hannah Rosin shatters ceiling by proving women writers can be as hackish as Tom Friedman, too.” “[David] Brooks is an absolute nitwit tho.” “Notajoke: I’m being forced to read Nicholas Kristof. This is the worst.” “if I had a bajillion dollars, I’d buy the New York Times, just for the pleasure of firing Tom Friedman….”

So far, The Times hasn’t even deigned to respond to this sticky discovery. Good luck with your new colleagues, Sarah! And enjoy your new desk next to the furnace in the second sub-basement of 620 Eighth Avenue! Also notajoke: my own assessment of The New York Times op-ed writers is probably more unfavorable than Ms. Jeong’s, but I haven’t been applying for any jobs there.

This is what comes of sending a young person to Berkeley and Harvard these days, where they are given super-extra brownie points for dumping on white people, and men especially. The insane diktats of the faculty get funneled from the ivory tower straight into the “Newspaper of Record,” and so it is on the record now that nobody can trust The New York Times to analyze world and national affairs in good faith, in particular on matters of race and gender. The paper’s old motto, “All the News That’s Fit to Print,” has changed to “Anything Goes and Nothing Matters.”

President Trump was in error when he stated recently that “the media is [are] the enemy of the people.” Not quite so. They are the enemy of the truth, and their handling of the Sarah Jeong fiasco proves it. In the spirit of the day, the story will probably disappear from the American hive-mind after this week, because that’s how we roll now in a country where the Grand Inquisitors are not held responsible for their turpitudes.

But if the Jeong affair does represent Peak SJW BS, the hubris of The Times in this embarrassing decision may presage its extinction. It will be interesting to see what the company’s next move will be. For the moment, it looks like they have no next move, except to pretend that the Sarah Jeong episode doesn’t matter.

The news situation in the USA is pretty dire. The Internet has killed off the old print media, sure enough, but it has also killed off the principles of institutional authority in reporting the events of our time — which is to say, the grounds to believe what you read and see. It’s especially bad at the local level where every small-town newspaper has been driven into the ground and we learn almost nothing about what is going on in the places where we live, where daily doings actually affect our lives most.

Correction: In the initial publication, I misspelled Ms. Jeong’s name as Leong. Corrected.

I think the name is Sarah Jeong there, Jim, not Leong. I just tried to google this story and Jeong is what came up there.

Heydrich was cashiered in Norway and very nearly run out of the service for certain activities more in line with ‘Friends of Dorothy’. Later he became a [non-sexual] favorite of Der Furrier.

“It’s especially bad at the local level where every small-town newspaper has been driven into the ground and we learn almost nothing about what is going on in the places where we live, where daily doings actually affect our lives most.”

Oh boy, absolutely. I’ve got an ‘alternative’ paper that covers the shenanigans of the local school board and city council, luckily. However, the Duluth News Tribune is owned by a larger communications group in my area, and when I look at my hometown paper 3 hours NW of here, half the stories are the same in that paper. Other than to see who died, my local paper isn’t worth much for the 1.50 you pay for it.

    • SG-71 August 6, 2018 at 11:24 am #

Jerry Burnes at Mesabi Daily News is a good editor. DNT often piggybacks on the hard work that the other iron range papers do.

I wonder how many JHK followers are also Great Lakes region inhabitants like you and myself…?

      • PeteAtomic August 6, 2018 at 11:37 am #

I think it’s Cox Communications that owns the DNT and my hometown paper there in Bemidji. That’s why the lazy bums just print the same junk in the two papers. I don’t pay for either paper, regardless.

I don’t think there are many other rangers or northlanders on the site here. Might be wrong.

Well, regardless what drives me nuts here (and always has) is if the DFL told people it were a great idea to stick their forks in a light socket, half the people would comply and do it.

    • Walter B August 8, 2018 at 1:06 pm #

Jim raises an issue of huge importance in talking of the loss of reporting at the local level. The corrupt politicians on our Committee have been refusing to change our official newspaper from the weekly rag that they continue to use because all that is ever covered is high school sports and entertainment events. It allows local politicians to work in the \shadows and reporters will not even show up or report on significant events or issues when they are contacted. The age of the printed newspaper is dead anyway even though they are still useful in soaking up dog pee and starting fires.

  3. rhys12 August 6, 2018 at 9:44 am #

If any surviving print media want to publish the truth, they are going to have to religiously avoid hiring anyone who attended the liberal propaganda mills (colleges and universities) and search for independent thinkers.

    • K-Dog August 6, 2018 at 11:25 am #

How about they avoid nothing and just look for independent thinkers. If that is what they are really looking for, which they are not.

      • shabbaranks August 6, 2018 at 3:41 pm #

Your remark just demonstrates your lack of knowledge of the hiring process for elite institutions. Elite employers never, ever begin by “avoid(ing) nothing”. Instead, by definition they are committed to eliminating most people from consideration at the outset by simply going to the liberal propaganda mills for their new, younger employees.

It’s kind of like how the selection process for the US Supreme Court works. Only nominees from the Ivy League law schools are generally given a thorough vetting.

Or how admissions at Harvard words: the admissions officers at Harvard red pencil underline any sort of leadership positions that most applicants (i.e. non-athletes and non-children of major donors and legacies) report on their application. Human existence is a process of separation.

          • AKlein August 7, 2018 at 9:17 am #

I think what is meant (of course I could be wrong) is that the NYT knew exactly what they were doing by hiring Ms. Jeong. As I recall, I think the proper term for the NYT would be an “agent provocateur” in its more general meaning, which is to say or do something which is deliberately incendiary for the purpose of generating disturbance or chaos. Of course, the big question is… toward what end?

  5. PeteAtomic August 6, 2018 at 9:51 am #

From the online views of people like Joe Rogan, Sam Harris, Jordan Peterson, Dave Rubin, etc. the old establishment print media is in big decline. Of course, you can listen to Rogan while you are reading the NYT, but a 3 hour conversation with Graham Hancock or John Anthony West (RIP), is much more interesting. Rubin made the point to Dr. Peterson that we are finding out that there is a massive amount of people out there that really enjoy deep many hour long conversations on social/political analysis. This is why I enjoy your podcasts too, Jim.

It’s a reassuring development. The more people who can critically think about our society in a nuanced & intelligent fashion, the better.

    Chivalry,

Me 2 has disrespected American justice by allowing the rantings of sewing circles to separate white men from their jobs sans evidence. Then in February this happened.

On Tuesday afternoon, The New York Times announced that it had hired Quinn Norton, a journalist and an essayist known for her work at Wired magazine, as the editorial board’s lead opinion writer on technology. On Tuesday evening, Ms. Norton said in a Twitter post that she would no longer be joining The Times. Between the two statements, a social media storm had erupted, with Ms. Norton at the center of it, because of her use of slurs on Twitter and her friendship with Andrew Auernheimer, who gained infamy as an internet troll going by the name “weev.” Mr. Auernheimer now works for The Daily Stormer, a neo-Nazi website.

Good for the NY times not to allow trolls to make hiring decisions. Good for taking with Sarah Jeong the hard line that should have been taken with Quinn Norton and every other employment situation where people are pressured to hire or to fire by outside influences.

Bad for spelling Jeong as Leong. That blows the idea that this mornings piece was checked out in sufficient detail right off the table. I

In the land of pretend now you too can be part of a New York times interview process. You can know enough to venture an opinion that can affect a strangers career just because you read shit on the internet. YOu don’t even have to spell their name right. If that is not anything goes and nothing matters, what the fuck is.

    • K-Dog August 6, 2018 at 11:19 am #

      The name was corrected.

    • shotho August 6, 2018 at 12:56 pm #

H-m-m-m, some serious anger issues here.

      • K-Dog August 7, 2018 at 10:47 am #

The Quinn situation was in February. It could be that the NYT is saying we made a mistake the first time and now we are going to ignore Twitter in all our hiring decisions. Or it could be they only pay attention to Twitter when it is neo-Nazi. We don’t know.

If Jeong were an old white fart like everyone here nobody would be giving her the shit she is getting. It just would not be right. If all the applicants for the job were old fat white farts we would all be content to trust the expertise on the NYT hiring panel to conduct thorough interviews and review the qualifications of all applicants in their entirety. If the NYT make a bad decision market forces will force them to correct it. A witch hunt to excavate Tweets to keep somebody from getting hired would be seen for what it is quickly if Jeong had a dick.

Having a life of my own I do not feel the need to be king of nothing.

    • shabbaranks August 6, 2018 at 3:35 pm #

You would make for an incompetent employment lawyer. But then again, you’re not a lawyer and never will be.

Stop apologizing for Sarah Kim Jeong IL and start facing up to the fact that the NY Times is just sizing up the financial cost of getting rid of her.

      • K-Dog August 6, 2018 at 4:19 pm #

That would be encouraging rule by troll.

        • shabbaranks August 7, 2018 at 12:08 am #

But if you step back that is the world the Progressive slave master want.

“It’s especially bad at the local level where every small-town newspaper has been driven into the ground and we learn almost nothing about what is going on in the places where we live, where daily doings actually affect our lives most.”

That reminds me of what you said you might do in “The End of Suburbia” when the trade publishing business went under during the early stages of The Long Emergency, start a local newspaper. You didn’t, as you didn’t foresee then, but have seen since how the internet would drag both trade publishing and newspapers under water. One person who did try to save newspapers was Warren Buffett, who owns an impressive stable of small city papers. Even he doesn’t think that will work, as he’s given over management of those papers to a company that does know how to run newspapers, and he thinks that only three newspapers, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and the Washington Post, will survive by making money online. The smartest money in the U.S. does not agree with you about the end of the NYT being nigh, regardless of whether you think The Gray Lady deserves to or not.

Speaking of media that does not agree with you, I watched clips of CNN reporting on likely Russian election interference and the Administration’s conflicted response and saw watch irked you enough to write last Friday’s post. They were relentless in pointing out how the intelligence community said one thing, while Trump said another, and they supported the intelligence community.

In other news, the Administration decided to promote what’s left of Happy Motoring by having the EPA announce relaxed fuel efficiency standards, which California and other states vow to fight. I wish them luck.

  8. cdwarior August 6, 2018 at 9:54 am #

In my youth I was shortsighted in dismissing the Pittsburgh Post Gazette (our local paper) as a mere communist rag. They succeeded in smearing everything within the public’s field of vision including themselves. I’m sure it was a newspaper once…

  9. akmofo August 6, 2018 at 10:03 am #

“President Trump was in error when he stated recently that “the media is [are] the enemy of the people.” Not quite so. They are the enemy of the truth,..” -JHK
    ==

They are both. And have been for a long time. More than that, they are all foreign agents with hostile foreign agendas. It’s not even subtle. I look forward to the day when their subscribers have all left them, including our host.

Enough with these people poisoning our minds and culture. We need to put an end to them, and their setting the conversation in their Vatican/CIA propaganda echo chambers.

These people are completely morally bankrupt. It’s way past time their financial bankruptcy followed.

The Clintons Clapper Brennan Kerry Albright Obama Rice and all their associated mafia, all need to be investigated for corruption and the certain kickbacks they received from the Chinese and Iranians.

  10. Paulo August 6, 2018 at 10:05 am #

Your last paragraph was certainly true. Print has been killed off and simply re-purposed to wrap up car finance loan adds, etc.

Having said that, the NYT will be around much longer than this current admin. They certainly have to figure out a way to rectify a bad hiring decision; kind of like Trump hiring Scaramucci…..only the best people are ever hired, right? It’ll work itself out as the US continues its slide into collapse.

Boy, I sure miss the old conversations about overreach and peak oil. We could even be talking about our changing climate. Instead, week after week it’s all about creeps, skids, and Hos… Of course Mannefort, the man Trump didn’t know, is apparently riding his way down the water slide with nary a sound or squeek in hopes of a presidential pardon.

I used to think collapse would be more about closed gas stations and factories shuttered…..angry people and folks glad to be living in the boonies with a big garden. I imagined hordes outside gated communities, and Blackstone security details protecting their children. Instead, it is about dirty laundry and stories on what smells the most any given day. But hey, the wildfires rage on and it’s hurricane season, baby. But don’t worry, Trade Wars are easy to win, and there is no there, there.

Collapse, lost in the details and gossip.

Instead, it is about dirty laundry and stories on what smells the most any given day.

We try to imagine the process as organized at first. That is normal. But the emergence of disorder and chaos brings all sort of bat shit crazy cro-magnon flavored reasonings out of the woods. Strange beliefs and instinctual reactions seek victims on which to pin blame. Witches will be burned.

The desire and need to understand will exceed palatable explanation. Therefore un-palatable explanation will fill the gaping hole in the soul. The hole will be filled one way or another.

I recall references which described a myriad of strange cults emerging in the last days of Rome.

      • DrTomSchmidt August 6, 2018 at 2:28 pm #

I think that’s correct. When chaos intrudes in order, the results are literally unpredictable. Perhaps collapse is people just gossiping about each other while the apocalypse descends.

Meanwhile, I visited a lovely place that cannot and will not exist without cheap oil to run the cars and pickups to get around there. If God grants me 50 years more, I will tell the tale to some young people. They’ll consider it as far-fetched as Medieval Romans contemplating water delivered fresh through aqueducts.

Sara Jeong has more serious problems than thinking we all smell like wet dogs. I actually am not insulted by that.

Her comments about enjoying manipulating white men is a serious betrayal of the sisterhood. The tip of the iceberg exposed. Women who can fuck with men do! As we (men) are only often dimly aware of it, exposing that secret thrill is tantamount to exposing a trade secret.

That micro White/Asian race issue makes the larger issue of the balance of power between the sexes humorous but Sarah Jeong has threatened the security of the feminine tribe all because saying no to old white guys makes her pussy twitch.

Her only way out is to submit and be cured by the white guy of her choice; as planned. Should it be the case that her aversion is genuine she could be easily cured of her affliction.

Yet you didn’t make the same comment to Farmer Joe, who made the same comment at almost the same second..

            How strange. Not.

I’m outraged by overt racism and sexism anywhere, Janos.

For all I don’t like the sound of Ms Jeong that much, I gather she wrote in her book about the online abuse of women, based partly on the case of the well documented harrassment campaign against Caroline Criado Perez, which included (as is completely routine in these cases and lesser ones) racial abuse and rape/death threats, simply because she campaigned for Jane Austen to figure – as the only woman – on a British banknote. Threats from men who wanted the internet, banknotes – and pretty much everything else that matters – to be a domain just for da menz.

I don’t judge other men by those vile bellends either. I try not to be sexist, even when provoked by misogynists like yourself.

          • GreenAlba August 6, 2018 at 9:21 pm #

Should have said ‘English banknote’, since there’s no such thing as a British bank note.

K-Dog, I know a lot of guys have fantasies that they can cure a lesbian with their magic penis. I’m sorry to have to disabuse you of that, but I once sold pull tabs in a gay women’s bar, and I’ve seen it tried by some arrogant men who thought they could walk through the place looking particularly stud and women would just fall into their arms. Those women simply are not interested. They like pussy, just like you. Do you think you could be cured of heterosexuality by the right penis?

It’s a form of gambling. You buy these little cards and pull the tabs on the back to see if you’ve won. They are kind of like scratch offs.

I used to calculate the odds and clean out machines that got in the money. Had a couple of hundred in quarters in my car. Quit for 2 reasons. It actually is a low payout per hour when you take everything into consideration. Hard work. Second reasons is those mathematically inclined can understand that making room for a new game is better odds for the owner and an owner could not calculate when to pull a game as well as I. I was doing them a damn favor but tavern owners and bartenders did not see it that way. I was not really taking winners other players could not get away from owners but you have to think about it to see it that way. But that is what the math says.

There was a lesbian bar with a couple of machines. I only checked out their machines once. I know about butches and I most definitly prefer bitches.

Or that a substantial amount of High explosives think IED MATERIALS disappeared from Iraq or serious amounts of precursor ingredients to produce WMD were found and destroyed. Not to mention WMD was actually found older and degraded but still found and it was weaponized. How about the literally hundreds of tons of conventional ammo, guns and migs buried in the sand. “This is what comes of sending a young person to Berkeley and Harvard these days, where they are given super-extra brownie points for dumping on white people, and men especially. The insane diktats of the faculty get funneled from the ivory tower straight into “Newspaper of Record,” and so it is on record now that nobody can trust The New York Times to analyze world and national affairs in good faith, in particular on matters of race and gender. The paper’s old epigraph, “All the News That’s Fit to Print,” has changed to “Anything Goes and Nothing Matters.” — JHK

    Yeah, okay.
But for me, this is kind of a ‘meh’ moment, other than the fact it’s now on record and is no longer my personal speculation. I realize this is how we gradually get ground down by mediocrity and propagandist spin and lose our sense of outrage. By design? How can jingoism be nicely whipped up in those [like myself] whose buttons have been worn off in this regard? Don’t forget, war is always justified by “social issues” and the business of this country *is* war.

I kicked the NYT (Dr. Alan’s favorite source of ‘real news’ for dissemination over our regional airwaves) to the curb when Ms. Miller began writing “stories” (fairy tales?) at the behest of the intelligence agencies about those fanciful (but at the same time, ubiquitous) Iraqi WMD.

That was easy, as it didn’t take much effort at all to see that the evidence was being cobbled together around the conclusion/decision to invade and destroy. What was hard (for a time) was the loss of trust and the lingering sense of betrayal. So here am I: not trusting anyone (except for a vanishing few)… and *okay with it*! Socially, I don’t think that’s “helpful”.

…So, get the fuck off my lawn! (I don’t really have one, but that’s the sentiment anyway.)

Oh boy K-Dog, you’re on the money there. As one who lived and studied in Japan, learned the language and strove mightily to fit into the culture, on and off since 1962, I have to say that they get the gold medal for racism.

            Even today.

As someone who submitted himself to the ultra-painful experience of marrying into a Japanese family put it ‘It’s not like their daughter is marrying a foreigner: it’s like she’s marrying a chimpanzee’.

You can live there 50 years and still when you walk next to a schoolyard you’ll hear hoarse, excited whispers ‘Gaijin da! Gaijin da!’

The Beast from Planet X has passed by.

Now that the birth rate has gone into a death spiral and the pop is withering away they are having to bring in foreign caregivers. I read last week that 50,000 Vietnamese nurses and other old fart-handlers are being allowed visas.

I live in the great, deep southwest and not far from the border. The skilled people who show up are still mostly white guys. The unskilled set who show up and do dirty work are mostly Mexican. They have my admiration for their toughness. Still, I have yet to see or know anyone who has seen a female installing a roof, laying concrete and so on. I have absolutely not seen a woman showing up to repair anything to do with plumbing, electricity and all the stuff that makes life bearable. People like the J person can be as smug as they care to be, but she prefers, I imagine, that her wastes go away when she flushes. She can thank a white guy, mostly, for that happening.

I hope I never have to call an actual plumber (£70 for the first hour before he’s done anything) to fix the extremely simple workings of my cistern. Some folks have money to burn.

And until I have a poke around in the cistern, I find a simple bucket of water aimed with appropriate force does the trick nicely. 🙂

        • GreenAlba August 6, 2018 at 1:12 pm #

Having said that, it’s disingenuous to pretend that most construction/mechanical/electrical/plumbing work isn’t done by men and only silly people keep arguing that it isn’t. Despite the fact that my architect nephew let his architect wife design and install their kitchen, with her dad helping out, because she’s better at stuff like that.

And despite the fact that although my dad designed blast furnaces, it was my mother who’d take a broken iron or whatever apart and poke around in it until she’d figured why it wasn’t working and fix it. In the days before stuff was designed so you couldn’t get into it.

On the other hand, if you need a doctor, these days it’s most likely to be a ‘she’.

I think the ‘old white men’ thing is more of a meme, like over here there’s a ‘racist granny’ meme in terms of the words people use. Everyone loves their granny, but it’s accepted that there’s a generational difference in the way some of them think. Grannies older than me, mostly 🙂 .

Always nice to see an exception. Good on ya. I’ve never understood why fathers do not teach their daughters to do relatively simple things such as changing a flat tire or other basics of modern survival. But women have been getting ripped off since they were invented. If I were female, I’d be in a constant state of pissed off. Evidently Ms. J is in that state of being. I, too, know some old white men I’d as soon shove off a cliff as not. However, some is different from all. This gender and ethnic warfare will have no good outcome.

Do you Brits actually spell tires as tyres? When you come home from a hard day at work are you tyred?

The problem is not in knowing how to do it, it’s the strength it takes to lift a tire into position from a squat position especially if they are large, like 18″ or more. And then there’s the issue of getting your hands dirty or doing the job in a dress or braking a press-on fingernail.

          • ozone August 6, 2018 at 5:15 pm #

            Q.,
In the case of tyre vs. tire, it’s a clear [written] distinction. One needs a tyre for a vehicle or conveyance; to tire is a condition of mild exhaustion, or its first symptoms.

Are we “braking” our conveyances or our artificial fingernails? (For the want of an “e”….) Ah, there’s your handy indicator of the writing type!

To top it off; work smart, not hard. It’s all about the height of the axle in relation to the lug holes for the replacing the flat with the inflated. That and a flat-bar or crowbar beneath the replacement makes both alignment and lifting small concerns that may be overcome by either sex! Heaven forfend! (If one doesn’t carry a flat-bar with one’s “tyre” emergency kit… well, why not? Prefer helplessness?)

“Do you Brits actually spell tires as tyres?

No, we spell ‘tires’ as ‘tires, and ‘tyres’ as ‘tyres’. Do you not have homonyms in your quaint language?

When you come home from a hard day at work are you tyred?”

Not unless you’re married to a psychopathic wife beater, no. ‘Tired’, as in ‘fatigued’, isn’t the same word as ‘tyre’ on a wheel, or even Pericles, Prince of. Isn’t language amazing?

“The problem is not in knowing how to do it, it’s the strength it takes to lift a tire into position from a squat position especially if they are large, like 18? or more. And then there’s the issue of getting your hands dirty or doing the job in a dress or braking a press-on fingernail.”

Hands, in my experience, are washable. I have no experience of press-on fingernails, being adequately furnished with the requisite bits of alpha keratin growing conveniently out of the ends of my fingers.

Back when I first found myself inconvenienced by a flat tyre, I was driving a normal car along a French suburban thoroughfare on my way to work, not a tractor, so picking up a wheel was not exactly a big deal, even in a dress.

You have me thinking American women are a bit soft. Or is it practised helplessness? In any case, we didn’t have mobile phones back then so you couldn’t just call someone. You just had to get on and sort yourself out.

All responsible adults should be able to cook. I cook. My husband cooks. He likes cooking for us so we loosely take turns in an ad hoc kind of way, but he likes to do most of the cooking in the alternate weeks that he doesn’t work. I make him sandwiches to take to work, just to be nice. Are you unfamiliar with such human pair-bonding rituals, as an alternative to circumscribed drudgery?

      • GreenAlba August 6, 2018 at 11:55 am #

It’s $8 a gallon here in the UK and has been similarly priced in relation to other goods since I was born.

        • PeteAtomic August 6, 2018 at 12:12 pm #

it’s just a big circular clusterfuck in the UK there, with all the people there “on benefits” making trips on 8 quid a gallon in their cars to KFC for greasy fingers & abdominal pain.

So, leave it up to us to get all you limey’s as fat as we are. It won’t be long, and your own government will pay for it, too.

          • GreenAlba August 6, 2018 at 12:27 pm #

The thing here, PA, is that the majority of people who are poor just don’t have cars. My daughter and her other half both work (in not very well paid jobs) and they don’t have one. We’re perfectly comfortable and we don’t have one.

Why would anyone take a car to KFC? In the UK they’re all in town centres with pavements and buses, where parking would be a problem. Not that I’d darken their door anyway, although we occasionally walk to the chippy round the corner as a treat.

But, yeah, post-Brexit, we expect to see a whole lot more diabetes-inducing Americana on our high streets.

But we do have our share of clusterfucks, like most places.

          • GreenAlba August 6, 2018 at 12:54 pm #

“Why would anyone take a car to KFC?”

I forgot that you guys don’t have the drive-thru.

poor brits, won’t ever have that great joy of stopping in for a large chocolate malt & greasy burger at some fast food place after a good drunk.

Well, I have to also say is that most Americans won’t have that great deep fried bacon sandwich in a toaster oven like we would in the UK there after a good piss. Boy, those bacon sandwiches were good. The fish & chips were good, I still haven’t found a place anywhere in the US that compared to the chip shop across Bowerham Road in Lancaster there. Man.

          • Exscotticus August 6, 2018 at 6:24 pm #

The USA lacks those anachronistic UK pubs with their fanciful medieval names like “The Horse & Groom” or “The Slaughtered Lamb”, where even a common bloke after a hard day’s day at the brickworks can sit in lacquered splendor and enjoy his fish and chips and feel like royal pagantry. And the free-flowing stout is so vitally important that an entire system of underground aqueducts built by the Romans connects every Guinness tap directly to the breweries.

          • GreenAlba August 6, 2018 at 8:33 pm #

Actually, now that you mention it, we do have a drive-through Macdonald’s – or two – somewhere in the city. It didn’t occur to me as I’m not in the habit.

Why would you deep fry a bacon sandwich? Ugh. A fresh white bap is what works with crispy bacon.

            ExoScot–

On the weekends, when I wasn’t doing my full time company job, I bartended (or, as the brits called it, being a ‘barman’) at a pub in the city center of Lancaster, Lancashire called The Blue Anchor.

It had a beautiful main bar shaped like the prow of a ship, with the wooden figurehead of a woman at the end. It was pretty cool.

The clientele were a humorous lot, if difficult for a kid from Minnesota to figure out. One old regular named Desmond, or commonly known as Des, came in every afternoon and drank 3-4 Guinness. He was a good artist. I still have one of his charcoal drawings.

meh, the blacks have remained about the same percentage in the country for a long time. I don’t think that’ll change.

What will change is how they’ll be treated by the Mexicans. The Mexicans & the brothers do not mix. If you look at southern California (one example) the black population is decreasing. I think one reason for that is they are moving away from the Mexicans. I bet you can see that throughout the SW areas of the US.

Generally it seems to be an unexplored topic. Many of these ethnic groups don’t care much for each other, whether it is Asian/Mexican or Black/Mexican, etc.

I think a very real possibility is a country largely geographically divided by 3 or 4 races. A super-sized version of Yugoslavia. So, the Richard Spencer’s out there may be right in one way– ethnostate may simply organically form as things move forward. I don’t know.

        • RB August 6, 2018 at 12:10 pm #

Blacks do not matter here in the SW US. Hispanics, latinos, Mexicans or whatever you use as a label do matter. A white person out here, young people anyway, must learn to speak spanish at a conversational level to get along. It is just that simple. The spanish ethnic group here are essentially hard working. There is much intermarriage between the two large ethnic groups. No stopping the changes in the SW. There is no big noise from the latino community about erasing borders. They see the outcome of unrestricted migration and it makes them nervous.

Is it my imagination or are there very few blacks in Duluth or northern MN in general?

          • PeteAtomic August 6, 2018 at 5:22 pm #

no it’s not your imagination. The north has few blacks, and here in Duluth the blacks are almost completely in several government supported housing neighborhoods. Many of them work in the kitchens of restaurants or other low paid service jobs. Most of them are coming from the urban, free fire zones such as Chicago or Kansas City and escaping the violence there. To me, they are what they used to call people wandering around Europe after WWII– internally displaced people (IDPs). They are America’s version of internal refugee. However, this part of the world is not amenable for most people, and I think most of them move here & try to get a few ‘benefits’, and then move on within a couple of years to warmer climes.

RB, I certainly get your point regarding distaff snowflakes. But, really, women can have a lot more grit than you give them credit for. For example, who did a large amount of the rebuilding of Europe after WW2? Years ago, when I was camping throughout the Soviet Union during the height of the Cold War, I saw lots of women filling potholes in the roads and doing construction work. How about the women on the US frontier way back when? Of course we’ve got our distaff snowflakes now. They go hand-in-hand with our male snowflakes – the ones who can’t change a light switch if their life depended on it. We shouldn’t really call this situation “feminization” because there certainly was a time when most women weren’t that way either.

Her criticism of old white cis-gendered men probably comes from her actual life experience with said men, not from her experience in academia.

Ghosts & Goblins [sic] column by the Z-man, an early Halloween?

In today’s Z-man column, he starts with the conventional understanding of what the liberal agenda once meant. Redistribute the wealth, regulate business, favor unions, take a dovish position on foreign affairs.

But today’s Liberalism has somehow morphed into something like a mystery cult, shrouded in paranoia. Folks who now loudly proclaim themselves liberals don’t know what it even means anymore. [Well, to me the core of it is Radical Egalitarianism, to the point of internalizing the unavoidable conflict between Opportunity & Outcome/Impact, which is why it frequently appears incoherent.] Liberals conjure a bogeyman in Trump, who somehow made a deal with Satan to steal the 2016 election. Black magic must have been responsible. In the minds of the Left, the forces of Evil are now ranging far & wide.

Thus, Liberalism today is an oddity. It is “a weird collection of superstitions about various ghosts & goblins like racism and white privilege. Racism no longer means prejudice against another race or even antagonism toward another race. Racism is the evil spirit that is somehow responsible for unequal outcome. White privilege is just another name for the same mysterious force. It’s how millionaire black athletes can be victims of racism because the white middle class fans stop watching them over the anthem protests.”

[But white privilege is a real thing. It is simply the democratic majority (still white) insisting on fair play, on keeping a level playing field between individuals. Equity between individuals regardless of race or other identity markers is a “white people value”. When the minorities take over, will they uphold this value, even if it leads to unequal outcomes? Don’t we already have that answer? Unreservedly, the answer they have given us is NO.] —my note.

The Left these days thinks in paranoid terms. They think America is now the movie The Purge. Bill Maher for instance is now claiming that we are living in the Iraq of Saddam Hussein. And Donald Trump, the Koch bros, & Rupert Murdoch rule over Maher’s oppressed minority. Maher is not being rational, as these three parties do not like one another one little bit. The latter two especially dislike the former. But of course, Maher’s audience is not composed of rational individuals. They also believe the Russian hacking idiocy.

“This vision of themselves as the put upon minority is integral to Progressive identity politics. Not only do the constituencies need to believe they are victims, the Judeo-Puritan project is rooted in a bunker mentality. [Note: Z-man believes the “Judeo-Puritan project” is historically the essence of Progressivism. IOW, Progressivism has its origins in a historical convergence of values & interests within New England Puritanism & Judaism.] Their sense of the world is of a righteous people holed up in a New England town, as the imperial forces encircle them, while they pray the oil holds out until the golem arrives to free them. It is a dogs breakfast of both spiritual and mythological strains that make up modern Progressivism.”

Maher understands his audience is stupid. Ever the cynic, the one-time modestly-successful stand-up comic is correct in this. The Left has no coherent set of policy ideas as it formerly did. In one sense, it is no longer a political force, but rather a cult. It is “progressing” toward something like Robespierre’s Cult of the Supreme Being.

It is also decidedly feminine in character. It reminds one of the old Blondie cartoons, where Blondie would stand shrieking on a chair because she had seen a mouse in the kitchen. Readers of that time — a more sophisticated time — knew that her performance was just that, a performance, an acting out of trad sex roles. Today’s shrieking libtard performance has lost the ironic thread. The she’s, he’s & zhe’s of libtardom believe every flourish of their act is real.

This collapse of Progressivism into a feminine mystery cult is why conventional conservatism has collapsed. Conservatism was never a genuine alternative. Their role was as a foil to the Left. That worked as long as Progressives had a policy agenda, but that is no longer the case. Listen to the leading figures of the Left and their policy proposals range from comically ridiculous to vaguely aspirational. Again, you see the feminization. The Bernie Bros are now Bernie gals like Ocasio-Cortez and Sarah Smith.” [whoever Sarah Smith is.]

  22. Anon1970 August 6, 2018 at 11:45 am #

So Sarah got her 15 minutes of fame and then some. Back in the real world, the city of Chicago probably broke a record of some sort over the weekend: “In less than 7 hours, 40 shot, 4 fatally as violence rips Chicago” That’s the headline at today’s Chicago Tribune web site. YTD, Chicago has recorded 1,808 shootings of whom 290 died and total homicides of 345. The good news, if you can call it that, is that murders through 7/31 were running well below comparable numbers for 2016 and 2017. More stats at heyjackass.com

While the Golden Golem of Greatness continues to demonize Muslims, the real threat to Americans, is in the nation’s black ghettos. Don’t expect Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson to show up in the Austin ghetto of Chicago.

    • Janos Skorenzy August 6, 2018 at 1:14 pm #

The Muslims will end up ruling the Black Ghettoes and channeling that savagery against us. Black Muslims already hate Whites and already receive money from Saudi Arabia. Think any of that is going to decrease as more Muslims flood into America?

Chris Wallace asked “What wars we caused?” and I don’t know what scares me more: his hypocrisy or a possibility that he honestly doesn’t know the answer to this question.

He is one of the best journalists in the United States, but he is definitely NOT a Trump supporter and never was one. And it’s OK NOT being a Trump supporter even for republican journalist, but there are limitations to what you can do to express these feelings.

For once you can’t cry “Fire!” in crowded theater, meanwhile the way he conducted his interview of Vladimir Putin was an attempt to sabotage Helsinki summit. He interrupted Russian president several times forcing him to ask whether Mr. Wallace wants American people to know his answers. Putin refused to take from him a file with so called indictments as if it was something dirty, thus signaling that this was absolutely inappropriate for a journalist to do.

This kind of papers should be transferred through proper channels because they CAN cause war.

And considering that Trump requested meeting with president Putin in order to prevent the most horrible WAR, the nuclear one, the real existential threat to the United States, Chris Wallace behavior is much worse than crying “Fire!” in crowded theater!!!

This is exactly why we do NOT want to have a Popular Voting System in the U.S for President. The Delegate System is the only system that is fair.

There are 3,141 counties in the United States.
      Trump won 3,084 of them.
      Clinton won 487

There are 62 counties in New York State.
      Trump won 46 of them.
      Clinton won 16.
Clinton won the popular vote by approx. 2.8 million votes.

In the 5 counties that encompass NYC, (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Richmond & Queens) Clinton received well over 2 million more votes than Trump. (Clinton only won 4 of these counties; Trump won Richmond)

Therefore these 5 counties alone, more than accounted for Clinton winning the popular vote of the entire country.

These 5 counties comprise 319 square miles.
The United States is comprised of 3, 797,000 square miles.

When you have a country that encompasses almost 4 million square miles of territory, it would be ludicrous to even suggest that the vote of those who inhabit a mere 319 square miles should dictate the outcome of a national election.

Large, densely populated Democrat cities (NYC, Chicago, LA, etc) don’t and shouldn’t speak for the rest of our country.

NYT’s proposed new motto: “All The News That’s Shit, We Print.”

I hope that Sara Jeong, in getting to know the Big Apple much better, as a good editorial board member should, wanders into some wonderfully ethnic neighborhood, say Bed-Sty or The South Bronx, at an inopportune time and has a nice encounter with some of the hood’s hoods.

From the Master of the Chateau:

Diversity + Proximity = War: Sarah Jeong Edition

    August 4, 2018 by CH

Remember when I first wrote Diversity + Proximity = War, and noted that, among other consequences of increasing racial diversity within the American Intra-Empire, one battle line would be formed around the normalization of anti-White hatred?

Well, MPC just dedicated a whole thread to my astuteness.

    Consilience!

    From commenter Libertardian,

In effect, the NYT has taken out a full-page ad to say:

    Dear Heritage America,

    1. If you say, or have ever said, or might have said, anything that can be construed as racist, sexist, transist, or (x)-ist, or in any way contradicts the liberal orthodoxy, you can expect yourself and/or your family to be silenced, doxxed, threatened, rendered unemployable, injured, jailed, or killed.

    2. Liberals also reserve the right to find you guilty of crimespeak post hoc, after unilaterally moving the goalposts of acceptable discourse.

    3. Nonwhites, however, can do whatever they want, and we’ll always find excuses for them.

    4. Noticing this double standard is an offense that falls under #1.

    5. We want you dead, your civilization erased, and your posterity raped and brainwashed, and we think it’s hilarious.

    6. Vote accordingly, while you can.

Keep an eye on the White vote in coming elections. We should see a continuation and hardening of the movement of Whites away from the Democreeps, as a nascent racial survivalism takes hold of Whites’ consciousness and becomes an important factor in their voting decisions. Whites are now, like they never have before in America, voting into the teeth of a rising bloc of nonWhite Diversity that hates them and wants them stripped of their national inheritance. When the stakes are this primal, issues like tax rates and maternity leave tend to take a backseat to the more pressing concern of holding onto territory and resources.

In his book Consilience, E O Wilson talked about the politics of insect societies. There are young Ant Queens who walk up to a hive, adapt their scent to match the colony enabling them to stroll past the guards, march up to the reigning Queen and kill her.

      Is Jeong such a Queen?

      • tucsonspur August 6, 2018 at 2:02 pm #

        • Janos Skorenzy August 6, 2018 at 6:02 pm #

It gets worse: some species of Queens can actually hypnotize the workers and get them to kill their own Queen. Full on Marxist Revolution!

How often have you been hypnotized by bouncing breasts or sublime cheeks? We aren’t immune to such Queens. They get us to do all kinds of destructive things – destructive to us and our interests that is, in favor of them and their interests.

Reading Janet’s weekly screeds makes me long for a block button

  34. tucsonspur August 6, 2018 at 1:50 pm #

Well, the NYT is not ALL bad. I bought the paper last Saturday and found many interesting articles. “Australia’s Banks dominate….”.
“Is it a Bear in Bull’s Clothing”? “India’s Climate Casualty….”
“In Syria, a Source of Life (Euphrates) is Now a Hostile Front”.

And a dozen more. But this one really grabbed me.
It said “Power To Spare”. “The Three Billion Dollar Project to Turn Hoover Dam Into a Giant Battery”. Yes, battery. But nothing about drought or the decreasing water level in Lake Mead. Here’s some of the article:

    July 24, 2018
Hoover Dam helped transform the American West, harnessing the force of the Colorado River — along with millions of cubic feet of concrete and tens of millions of pounds of steel — to power millions of homes and businesses. It was one of the great engineering feats of the 20th century.

Now it is the focus of a distinctly 21st-century challenge: turning the dam into a vast reservoir of excess electricity, fed by the solar farms and wind turbines that represent the power sources of the future.
The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, an original operator of the dam when it was erected in the 1930s, wants to equip it with a $3 billion pipeline and a pump station powered by solar and wind energy. The pump station, downstream, would help regulate the water flow through the dam’s generators, sending water back to the top to help manage electricity at times of peak demand.
The net result would be a kind of energy storage — performing much the same function as the giant lithium-ion batteries being developed to absorb and release power.
The process begins when the dam converts water into energy.
Because the sun does not always shine, and winds can be inconsistent, power companies look for ways to bank the electricity generated from those sources for use when their output slacks off. Otherwise, they have to fire up fossil-fuel plants to meet periods of high demand.

And when solar and wind farms produce more electricity than consumers need, California utilities have had to find ways to get rid of it — including giving it away to other states — or risk overloading the electric grid and causing blackouts.

“I think we have to look at this as a once-in-a-century moment,” said Mayor Eric M. Garcetti of Los Angeles. “So far, it looks really possible. It looks sustainable, and it looks clean.”
But the Hoover Dam proposal would operate differently. The dam, with its towering 726-foot concrete wall and its 17 power generators that came online in 1936, would not be touched. Instead, engineers propose building a pump station about 20 miles downstream from the main reservoir, Lake Mead, the nation’s largest artificial lake. A pipeline would run partly or fully underground, depending on the location ultimately approved.

“Hoover Dam is ideal for this,” said Kelly Sanders, an assistant professor of civil and environmental engineering at the University of Southern California. “It’s a gigantic plant. We don’t have anything on the horizon as far as batteries of that magnitude.”

Although the level in Lake Mead is up a bit, the article paints too rosy an energy picture. The level goes low enough, and Hoover will be hard pressed to generate enough voltage for a nine volt energizer bunny. Maybe That’s the reason for the pumping station?

It’s fairly easy to sift through the bias and get to the good stuff. Right, don’t throw out the baby with the bath water.

    • RIB August 6, 2018 at 1:59 pm #

What personal pronoun does Assistant Professor Sanders use?

    • FincaInTheMountains August 6, 2018 at 2:44 pm #

Well, before you could implement that bright idea, you’ll have to genocide all white professionals of the US Core of Engineers, otherwise they’ll object too loudly.

Where exactly you suggest we keep all that elevated “battery” water – in the existing reservoir? How do you prevent all that elevated water to flow back into the Colorado River and make it reverse its course? Or you’re planning to build up reservoir’s shores and make another dam to prevent Colorado River to flow backwards? Than how exactly you use the power of the river?

Hard to believe it’s not a YUGE! net energy loser. If pumping water uphill were easy and economically viable we’d have long been doing it already. Truly an awesome display of denialist cargoism and cornucopian thinking.

The covenant is in knowing our Hebrew god, and being as he by speaking his Hebrew language, residing in his Hebrew land, and being of his Hebrew character. Our Hebrew god does not speak Greek, or Roman, or Arabic, any other corrupt bullshit language. Nor does he ever want us to speak and think and do as anyone else. We are Hebrews, and not anyone else!

There, all the Russians are like me, already fed up with the Jewish solidarity, of which all whisper in the corners. But there is the ocean of Russian churches and parishes of all denominations, and Father Vadim almost turned the entire Brighton Beach to Orthodoxy, and Nikita Polenov almost made Brighton Beach into the second Athos.

        Flanders said…
The jewed”US” has it’s own Brighton Beach, which is named after it’s English mother, and as it sounds like in the UK, this Brighton Beach had great beginnings, but was later to become inhabited by the slimiest of all slime. It continues to slither and drip venom.

“Until the latter half of the 19th century, the Brighton Beach area consisted of little more than farms on sandy hills. But in the late 1870s, a German-American tycoon, William Engemann, invested in and developed the area, and officially called it “Brighton Beach” after a famous British resort. Brighton Beach now flaunted a resort catering to the upper-middle class from all over New York.”
        —-
With the help of resettlement agencies such as the New York Association for (((New Americans))) (NYANA), Brighton Beach became a safe haven for many Holocaust survivors and refugees in the late 1940s.
        —-
“In 1968 and then in 1971, an estimated 17,000 and 23,000 Soviet immigrants, respectively, entered the United States. With the help of NYANA, the majority of these immigrants settled in Brighton Beach, and the neighborhood rapidly became known as “Little Odessa by the Sea,”or “Little Russia by the Sea.”

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, New York became once again the destination of another great wave of Eastern Europeans. In 1992 alone, more than 20,000 Eastern European (((immigrants))) came to New York. In contrast to previous waves, many did not consider themselves religiously Jewish.”

“Because good or bad, it is our history. We need to know and learn from it so as not to make the same or similar mistakes.”

Based on other understandings of the meaning of Jeremiah’s name [ to pull down – to build up ] has history [ fulfilled prophecy ] taught you that Jeremiah was the truthteller and the other priests who were promising falsehoods:

“In Jeremiah’s day the people of Judah and Jerusalem were in disobedience to God and were about to go into a Babylonian captivity. Instead of diagnosing their condition so that they might repent, most of the prophets were giving them comfort in their sin, which only encouraged the people to think that God was going to protect them from Nebuchadnezzar and his army. This encouraged them to fight Babylon instead of submitting to the divine judgment, as Jeremiah was advocating.

Are you of the opinion that God cannot produce a new covenant if he finds fault with the old one?

      • akmofo August 6, 2018 at 9:18 pm #

There’s so such thing as sin in Hebrew thinking. There is wrong doing and there are consequences that follow wrong doing. Same regards the opposite.

Our god is one. And there is no one but our god. Not Jesus, not the Son of man, not the Holy Ghost, not Jupiter, not Caesar, not the Pope, not the Rabbi, not Muhmud, and not the rest of your sick Roman garbage.

        • messianicdruid August 7, 2018 at 12:00 pm #

“We need to know and learn from it so as not to make the same or similar mistakes.”

What did they learn from listening to the lieing prophets who promised peace and safety instead of doing what Jeremiah was told to tell the Nation of Judah?

“The prophet told the people that if they would submit to God’s just verdict, He would allow them to remain on the land under the wooden yoke only. But if they refused to submit to God’s verdict, then they would come under the iron yoke and be deported to Babylon. In Jer. 27:2 the prophet spoke of this wooden yoke,

2 Thus says the LORD to me- Make for yourself bonds and yokes and put them on your neck, 3 and send word to the king of Edom, to the king of Moab, to the king of the sons of Ammon, to the king of Tyre, and to the king of Sidon by the messengers who come to Jerusalem to Zedekiah king of Judah.

This was a message not only to the king of Judah, but also to the neighboring nations. God was giving all these nations to Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, to be his servants. All those nations were admonished to submit to the wooden yoke of Babylon. In Jer. 27:5-7, God told the prophet,

5 I have made the earth, the men and the beasts which are on the face of the earth by My great power and by My outstretched arm, and I will give it to the one who is pleasing in My sight. 6 And now I have given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, My servant, and I have given him also the wild animals of the field to serve him. 7 And all the nations shall serve him, and his son, and his grandson, until the time of his own land comes; then many nations and great kings will make him their servant. 8 And it will be, that the nation or the kingdom which will not serve him, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and which will not put its neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, I will punish that nation with the sword, with famine, and with pestilence, declares the LORD, until I have destroyed it by his hand.”

In other words, God said that He had given all these nations to the king of Babylon, Nebuchadnezzar, ” MY servant.” God claims the right to do this by right of creation. God declares His right to do this in verse 5. Thus we see that God Himself claimed the credit for bringing the king of Babylon to Jerusalem to destroy the temple and to deport the people to another land. God had, in effect, hired the king of Babylon to execute His verdict upon the sinful nation of Judah. But Jeremiah also made it clear in verse 11 that if the people of Judah would submit to God’s verdict, they would be allowed a lesser form of judgment-the wooden yoke.

“But the nation which will bring its neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon and serve him, I will let remain on its land, declares the LORD, and they will till it and dwell in it.”

The paper is dying and when it is gone I fear the dark ages are really going to come on strong. They just published another one today about how all the local news outfits continue to disappear and get amalgamated. You could chart the decline of society against the print circulation numbers and I am sure they would show a high correlation… or at least youth unemployment.

What is posted here and elsewhere on the internet is ephemeral, maybe as much so as yesterday’s newspaper, but the fact remains, the newspaper was better than the rest of it!

The New York Times has effectively transitioned from print publishing to Online Journalism. The NYTimes will never die on Internet due to a loyal base & readership that would not let them die unless Thermonuclear Winter arrived to usher in the end of the story.

Print died because some jerk [TBLee] invented the Internet on contract for the US Army.

And the NSA killed FREE Speech, but the New York Times still gets to print pixels on the information superhighway. And they buy pixels by the barrel too just as they bought ink by the barrel yesteryear.

There’s also this from a couple of weeks ago:

    https://www.marketslant.com/article/huffpo-editorial-white-men-shouldnt-vote

Basically I’ve been right about everything. It’s not that I’m so sharp, but that the reality of growing White persecution is so obvious. And if you are just getting it now, that’s simply a measure of your dullness – or the level of your conditioning. Now the question becomes or should become: What else are you missing?

Need more help? Remember Kipling’s honest serving men: who, what, where, why, when, and how. What’s your first question from here? Easy: Who owns the N.Y Times. You want to know who would hire someone like Jeong, right? And knowing who, might give you a clue as to Why. The serving men help each other you see – kind of like doing a crossword puzzle.

Believe it or not, there are STILL Whites who don’t see it. So you aren’t coming in last, not by any means. You’re in the middle of the pack.

    • tucsonspur August 6, 2018 at 6:19 pm #

Hope that’s not me in the middle of the pack. I’m usually in the lead, quite bright and almost always right. Like you.

You laugh but you will not laugh long. If I see more than others it’s only because I have stood on the shoulders of giants – Isaac Newton.

Or again, it’s more a matter of looking, not intellectual at all. In fact, the smarter you are, the more likely you are not to see it because you argue yourself out of the simple awareness and experience. For the explanation I relied on others, but the awareness was all me. Charlie Manson said the same, always praising the hyper-awareness and street smarts of the Negro as opposed to goofy ass middle class Whites. You could follow a White around for hours and they wouldn’t even notice.

You read a lot. Read or re read ‘The Gift of Fear’–you may find the author rather queer looking, a limo chaser, but give it a go.

          • Janos Skorenzy August 6, 2018 at 11:52 pm #

Read it. He advised against any real self defense since it would interfere with his profession of offering private security. But yes, a good book on the awareness question. As Animal McYoung said, People say the trouble just came out of nowhere. No it didn’t – you just weren’t watching. Or as Peyton Quinn said, See the guy giving you a hard stare at the Party? You’re having too much fun and he doesn’t like it. After one more drink he may make a move. Or at least an “interview” with a view toward “making things right” or teaching you a lesson about being an asshole who has fun at parties. Don’t be there or be ready.

          • Tate August 7, 2018 at 12:35 pm #

Marc is good on awareness but he wants to pretend race doesn’t matter, sort of like a Hollywood movie. Death Wish with Jeff Goldblum & friends as the bad guys, lol. So what good is that when the most basic element is missing? Colin Flaherty tells it straight.

Miss Jeong could call for rounding up old White men in forced labor camps, and gassing them with Zyklon B, and the editorial board of “The New York Times” would find it amusing, and; perhaps, inspiring.

And it’s not just the Times. The infection is now Systemic. JS

Candace] Owens, the communications director for Turning Point USA, tweeted Saturday that “Jewish people are bull—t … like dogs pissing on fire hydrants #cancelJewishpeople Are Jewish people genetically predisposed to burn faster in the sun? The above statements are from @nytimes editor @SarahJeong. I simply swapped out the word ‘white’ for ‘Jewish.’”

Despite her tweet explicitly saying it was a parody of someone else’s tweets, that got her a note from Twitter saying “Your account has been locked … for violating the Twitter Rules. Specifically for violating our rules against hateful conduct.”

Ms. Jeong did not mention in her scores of tweets about white people that they were parodies. But not only are the tweets still up, her account was not suspended over them.

After an outcry among conservatives for the obvious double standard, Twitter restored Ms. Owens account, saying it was an error, but not until after she’d deleted the tweets.

“In every way imaginable — Twitter has just proved my point. Racism in this country has been sanctioned against white people,” she said.

JS: I love Black Candace Owens. The above is from today’s amren.com.

I have no wish to sound racist, but as I see it it is the white man who is his own worst enemy. After all, historically speaking it was he, not anyone else, who came up with (and compelled everyone else to follow) a way of life now leading to something called the Long Emergency.

I’d have precious little against any of this if it all took place on another planet, because that way if he decides to screw up his world big time, it’s his take and he gets to face the consequences. The only trouble is that my butt and his happen to rest on the same ball of rock. And there’s no other ball of rock to which I can escape.

Guess I’m trying to understand why the comments of this one person, who maybe 2% of Americans have heard of, are to be considered more outrageous than the comments that our fearless man-boy president (whom 99.9% have heard of) has made over the last three years — about (a) the acceptability of alt-right incitement to violence in Charlottesville, (2) insults to pro football players who exercise their first amendment right to kneel during the national anthem, (c) insults to military veteran and former POW John McCain, (d) insults to women he considers unattractive, (e) unwanted advances to women he considers attractive enough to be worthy of his groping, (f) insults to women who dare to ask him tough questions in interview settings, (g) insults to parents of a ‘gold star’ military hero, (h) insults to Lebron James, (i) insults to physically handicapped reporters. To cite just a few examples that pop into my head.

Oh, wahhh, life is so, so cruel to “victimized” straight white males like JHK, eh?

According to the New York Times, it is better than Trump, and holds itself to a higher standard.

So… to see the Times excoriate Roseanne Barr for a single tweet while it exonerates its own employees and *years* of racist tweets strikes some of us as being an unforgivable double-standard.

Your position, it seems, is that it’s OK to be a racist hypocrite so long as only 2% of Americans know who you are. Judging by the attention this story is getting, I’ll wager that few will remember her name, but everyone will remember that the Times hired her, and doubled down on her racist past.

The Times has no problem with racism and hiring openly racist employees—so long as they’re anti-white racists.

You do know that those white men without power in society are precisely the white men who get drunk, beat their wife, and abuse their children?

That is their version of privilege and domestic violence is rampant because of them.

On average, nearly 20 people per minute are physically abused by an intimate partner in the United States. During one year, this equates to more than 10 million women.

1 in 3 women have been victims of [some form of] physical violence by an intimate partner within their lifetime.

It is more like 60 /40 and that difference explains why most people in prison are men. The overlapping tail ends of two identical bell curves with slightly off-center peaks show big differences on the curve tail overlap though the center overlap shows not much difference between the two curves.

An example with height makes it clear. I am tall. Line 100 random men in front of me and there should be 3 or 4 who will be taller or as tall as I am and block my view. But 100 random women lined up in front of me and I’ll see over the top of all their heads.

The chances of any women being my height or taller is very very small but while I am a tall I am not a freak of nature as far as men go, I am a tall dog. But a woman my height I see so rarely the novelty is always striking since it happens so rarely.

Pick a man and a woman at random and put them behind curtain number one. Do the same for curtain number two. Curtain number one will pay the same if you guess which is taller the man or the woman and you guess right. Curtain number two will pay the same as curtain one does if you guess the man is taller and are right but curtain two will pay 3 times as much if you say the woman is taller and are right.

I’m pretty sure guessing the man is taller behind curtain one and the woman is taller behind curtain two are your smart guesses. But now I tell you that to be picked as part of a man/woman curtain pair you had to be over 6 feet tall to begin with.

Now the smart guesses are man man and if any of the women are taller I’ll begin to feel hot and start to shed fur.

Several weeks past the chancellor of UC Berkeley signed off on about $30 million to repair/restore volley ball courts, a baseball diamond, and other such appurtenances in support of the confusing notion that athletics is equal, or synonyms to, serious academic study at a major University. Suffice to state that the $50 million I _had_ earmarked for UC Berkeley has since been deleted from my will. Given such sub-par academic ‘leadership’ how can the future be anything but bleak.

The Eloquent Absence of an Article on Nuclear Germany

Yesterday at 10 pm in the Forbes magazine an article appeared entitled “As America Becomes Isolationist Under Trump, Germany Should Pursue Nuclear Weapons for Self-Defense”.

    https://www.forbes.com/sites/michaelshellenberger/2018/08/06/as-america-becomes-isolationist-under-trump-germany-should-pursue-nuclear-weapons-for-self-defense/

Now this article is missing, but here’s what left of it in the Yahoo news feed:

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/m/051ce0d0-66bb-3497-97ef-2e7ec05d4dd8/as-america-becomes.html

Trump is revolutionizing US foreign policy like no other president has since World War II. His protectionism and isolationism are affecting all American allies, but especially Germany. If Germany was, for over 60 years, America’s preferred European ally, it today is Trump’s preferred European enemy. The dramatic shift in American-German relations is unprecedented in modern history and has shocked Germany. Many in Germany do not accept Trump’s criticisms and have responded with correspondingly angry Trump-bashing. But, people forget that isolationism and protectionism are behaviors native to American culture. The liberal internationalism of the United States during the Cold War was an exception

The significance of this article can not be overestimated, even without the chilling prospect of nuclear Germany.

In particular, the lies in the remaining short passage are more interesting than the truth that is there. For example, about the Trump revolution in foreign policy – Truman certainly made no less dramatic changes in US foreign policy:

The USSR from an ally turned into an enemy and Germany from an enemy to a friend. US used nuclear weapons against Japan, after which it became a friend and second economy in the world, and the object of intimidation became the former ally USSR, and if Roosevelt persuaded and even demanded that Stalin declare war on Japan, then Truman considered this the biggest mistake of Roosevelt.

The US State Department under Truman was declared a communist nest and, from McCarthy’s pitch, was subjected to a purge, after which it became the main anti-communist nest, which in the 1990s without any phase transition turned into the main anti-Russian nest and remains such to this day.

Moreover, the semantic skill of Hillary Clinton, under whom the transformation of the anti-Soviet policy into an anti-Russian one took place, is particularly noteworthy, despite the fact that she was forced to pretend to be the first lady of the USA in the 90s instead of ruling openly as the First Gentleman or if you prefer the First Man of the USA (which obviously explains some obsession with the female theme during her reign).

She turned everything upside down so that the results of the Cold War took the place of the results of the Second World War, and the American isolationism with which Roosevelt fought, since it did not allow him to declare war on Nazi Germany and conclude a treaty of alliance with Russia, turned out to be the chief enemy of Hillary, because it did not give her the opportunity to declare Russia an enemy and Germany a friend.

The appearance and subsequent disappearance of this article in Forbes means that Hillary understands: in America she is losing the war.

Janos the global caucasian population peaked in the early 1950s at around 28% and has been in decline since that point. One point to remember is that the black or sub-saharan population was about 9% of the global population, the caucasian – black dichotomy only accounts for about 35% of the total population. (a composite of Duck Duck Go searches) You are correct that the caucasian population is in decline and the black and sub-saharan population will have essentially reached the antithesis of the 1950′ distribution.

From 1950 – 1960 the global caucasion population was in the cat bird seat. Let us use 1963 as a marker and note that the decline of the west was already evident by that time. I use 1963 to note that by that time it was made clear there would be no dissent or discourse allowed that would challenge the trajectory of the western world.

I do not forget the rhetoric of love it or leave it, or labeling any disagreement as being “red”, calling out “pinko” and any other such language that was used to maintain the adherence to the chosen course. There are those who claim that this path was concieved and promulgated by a particular demographic of the world population, a view that is not without merit. At the end of the day the western caucasian populations had cemented the course we have followed for almost seventy years. This path was accepted by the majority of those poplations and dissent was punished, this is not conjecture it is fact.

What you and the Make It Great sector have is buyers remorse. The interest free period on that shiny convertible in the driveway is over and the payment book has arrived in the mail. There was no force on the planet that coerced the west to take the path it chose and the caucasian majority population would have it no other way.

As far as your “Hate Whitey” observations, that is just a subset of “Hate Everything” that was the empowering force behind western imperialism. What you see is accurate, however you are right for all of the wrong reasons. No has done or is doing this to the caucasian populations, we have done and are doing it to ourselves.

The crown of creation has turned out to be styrofoam wrapped in gold hued mylar. Please do not use your “hate yourself” bullshit on me, there is too much beauty and mystery in this experience to waste any energy on hate.

    • ozone August 7, 2018 at 11:25 am #

      wm5135,
Please keep in mind that Hate is THE prime directive in the divide… and divide again business. Manufacturing an image of personal invective is simply a tactic, but really, it’s nothing personal, just the business of the war business.

Full Spectrum Dominance via confusion and disguised agendas. Bad faith? Oh, yes indeedy, it’s the stock in trade!

(And yes, we’ve gotten exactly what we were told/convinced that we wanted. Too bad about that.)

      • Janos Skorenzy August 7, 2018 at 12:44 pm #

And do Korean Ladies with Pink Hair have moral agency or not? How bout Blacks? Or is that only a “thing” for Whites?

Neutrality? Egging on both sides? No, the Elite have taken the sides of the minorities against us – else they would have fired her or never hired her. Do you not think that a White with such a twitter record would have been fired in a heart beat once discovered?

Thus I’m fighting the System. And your idea that we were all ever going to get along is just fatuous, indicative of your brainwashing from the System. No educated person before 1950 would have ever believed such pablum. How can you resist if they still have your brain? Your very resistance is just doing their will….

    • Janos Skorenzy August 7, 2018 at 12:54 pm #

I don’t get you pov, wm, not completely at any rate. I get that we’ve been foolish or fooled by our utterly evil Elite, but do you want our destruction as well? If we would survive, we have to start resisting and that means calling out those whom have the lies of the System in their system. That we would have faced blow back from the rest of the world is one thing – but why do our own Leaders want us dead? Why do they support Islam over the West? Or Blacks over Whites? Why are the giving little kids over to Drag Queens?

Do you love yourself? In the sense of loving your extended self or People and Culture? Or do you love yourself in opposition to those? That’s the Liberal position. The People are fools? Well, that’s always the case. They are to be lead. Democracy is a Lie and leads to utter disillusionment. You may be suffering from that. The problem isn’t that Leaders are totalitarians then, but they are loveless, evil totalitarians, who encourage their children to play in traffic and favor other people’s children over their own.

Hatred is bad? More liberal lies! You have to hate the right people, the alien, the seducers, the worm in the heart of the rose. Google Sir Arthur Keith and study his Law of Amity and Enmity if you would fain understand. One if for your own People and the other is for Other People. This is the Law of Civilization, Kipling’s Law of the Pack. If you are against this – as Liberalism is – then you have chosen the Downward Path.

I am very interested to know why you pick 1963 of all years. Can you say a bit more?

Peter Hitchens argues that 1964 was the turning point in Britain while fellow conservative journalist Christopher Booker says it is 1963.

I have actually have found the missing on Forbes link to that article by Michael Shellenberger:

Who Are We To Deny Weak Nations The Nuclear Weapons They Need For Self-Defense?

    Yeah, right.

Colin Flaherty covered this story too. Until I read this article I didn’t know if it was a re-posted old video of his I had watched or a recent re-posted video. (All of his videos are re-posted since YT threw him off yet again, on specious grounds yet again.)

Fake news is now so widespread it is surreal. I discovered Sharyl Attskisson recently and have ordered one of her books, Stonewalling. She seems to be a very good journalist, one of the exceptional few. However she also seems to attribute most of the deficiencies in the media to corporate power and the incestual closeness between the upper levels of media and government (Obama’s administration I should say).

This follow-the-money explanation is only partially true at best. Media, academia, politicians and the rest (including those who ‘contribute’ to Wiki, another of Attkisson’s bete noires) hold the incredibly stupid views they hold because they share a mass delusion (or as Richard Webster liked to put it, ‘a very powerful mass fantasy’).

I guess (as someone who does not drink) they know they are lying in much the same way as a drunk knows he is drinking: they all deny it. Put it this way: while they know they are deceitful, that their pretensions of ‘speaking truth to power’ are pathetic and their children’s crusades are destroying the world, they won’t admit it. And if they are forced to admit it they have their excuses ready.

An example of this deluded journalism is the Me Too coverage. Thanks to the fearless men and women of the press everyone knows that Weinstein is a monster. But what’s this I just came across on Politics.ie?

      “Rule of Law indeed
      https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-45061114
Harvey Weinstein seeks to dismiss case based on accuser’s emails

‘Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein is seeking to get the criminal case against him thrown out of court. On Friday, his lawyers filed a defence motion citing dozens of “warm” emails they say Mr Weinstein received from one of his accusers after an alleged rape. His team argue prosecutors should have shared the evidence with the Grand Jury that indicted him……’

“[It seems to me also that would have been a good idea. Did the prosecutors think the emails were irrelevant?]”

‘In their motion, they included “dozens of emails written by the anonymous accuser, who sent extensive warm, complimentary and solicitous messages to Mr Weinstein immediately following the now claimed event and over the next four-year period. “These communications irrefutably reflect the true nature of this consensual intimate friendship, which never at any time included a forcible rape.”‘

‘159-page motion presents details from more than 400 emails between Mr Weinstein and the accuser, sent between April 2013 and February 2017, the lawyers say. The alleged rape took place on 18 March 2013. The woman alleges Mr Weinstein trapped her in a New York City hotel room and forced himself on her.’

‘His defence says the emails continued after this date. “I hope to see you sooner rather than later,” she wrote on 11 April 2013, followed by “I appreciate all you do for me”, sent the next day. “I love you, always do,” she wrote on February 8, 2017. “But I hate feeling like a booty call. “….’

“Harvey Weinstein is the poster boy of the #MeToo movement. Will this cause any feminists to understand the importance of Due Process and Presumption of Innocence?”

      And this too:

Harvey Weinstein Gets Approval to Disclose Rape Accuser’s Emails’

‘….[Weinstein’s lawyer Benjamin]Brafman said he intended to accuse the Manhattan District Attorney’s office of prosecutorial misconduct for not sharing the emails with the grand jury. He intends to file a motion to dismiss the indictment on Friday morning. He has repeatedly stated that Weinstein had a 10-year consensual affair with the victim…..’

“Will any action be taken against the Manhattan DA for concealing evidence?”

These two posts are by ‘Kilbarry1’, alias Rory Connor, who put together the devastating irishsalem website about Ireland’s hallucinatory church witch hunt. It is good to see he is still digging into the compost heap. He is a retired civil servant. Why aren’t the fearless know-alls of the media doing this instead of talking rubbish about ‘white privilege’?

Harvey Weinstein was the producer of the best American movies, until he decided to film Omen 5, in which the biography of the matured Delia correlates to my posts on Hillary Clinton.

And then all these wonderful actresses immediately recalled how they got the roles that made them famous!

    NOW this is the Law of the Jungle — as old and as true as the sky;
And the Wolf that shall keep it may prosper, but the Wolf that shall break it must die.

As the creeper that girdles the tree-trunk the Law runneth forward and back —
For the strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the Pack.

    Wash daily from nose-tip to tail-tip; drink deeply, but never too deep;
And remember the night is for hunting, and forget not the day is for sleep.

The Jackal may follow the Tiger, but, Cub, when thy whiskers are grown,
Remember the Wolf is a Hunter — go forth and get food of thine own.

Keep peace withe Lords of the Jungle — the Tiger, the Panther, and Bear.
And trouble not Hathi the Silent, and mock not the Boar in his lair.

When Pack meets with Pack in the Jungle, and neither will go from the trail,
Lie down till the leaders have spoken — it may be fair words shall prevail.

When ye fight with a Wolf of the Pack, ye must fight him alone and afar,
Lest others take part in the quarrel, and the Pack be diminished by war.

The Lair of the Wolf is his refuge, and where he has made him his home,
Not even the Head Wolf may enter, not even the Council may come.

The Lair of the Wolf is his refuge, but where he has digged it too plain,
The Council shall send him a message, and so he shall change it again.

If ye kill before midnight, be silent, and wake not the woods with your bay,
Lest ye frighten the deer from the crop, and your brothers go empty away.

    Ye may kill for yourselves, and your mates, and your cubs as they need, and ye can;
But kill not for pleasure of killing, and seven times never kill Man!

    If ye plunder his Kill from a weaker, devour not all in thy pride;
Pack-Right is the right of the meanest; so leave him the head and the hide.

    The Kill of the Pack is the meat of the Pack. Ye must eat where it lies;
And no one may carry away of that meat to his lair, or he dies.

    The Kill of the Wolf is the meat of the Wolf. He may do what he will;
But, till he has given permission, the Pack may not eat of that Kill.

Cub-Right is the right of the Yearling. From all of his Pack he may claim
Full-gorge when the killer has eaten; and none may refuse him the same.

Lair-Right is the right of the Mother. From all of her year she may claim
One haunch of each kill for her litter, and none may deny her the same.

Cave-Right is the right of the Father — to hunt by himself for his own:
He is freed of all calls to the Pack; he is judged by the Council alone.

Because of his age and his cunning, because of his gripe and his paw,
In all that the Law leaveth open, the word of your Head Wolf is Law.

    Now these are the Laws of the Jungle, and many and mighty are they;
But the head and the hoof of the Law and the haunch and the hump is — Obey!

    • Janos Skorenzy August 7, 2018 at 1:10 pm #

The first verse is Socialism. The second is Capitalism Thus combined we have National Socialism. The verses after that delineate the rights of the Mother, the Children, and the rights of Fathers. No wolf or person can ignore of flout any of these Laws, either the Laws of the Jungle (Nature) or the Laws of the Pack – or “he dies”. Severe? Welcome to the Jungle! Welcome to reality! We suffer because we have forgotten. We either learn quickly or “we die”.

    Guest post written by
    Dr. Christian Hacke
Professor of Political Science at the University of Bonn.

The liberal internationalism of the United States during the Cold War was an exception to the rule.

And after 17 years of unsuccessful anti-terrorist wars, the American people are exhausted. As such, more of them support Trump’s reversion to isolationism than many Germans are willing to admit.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel has countered by pointing to Trump’s failures, but moralizing is no substitute for wise politics. In the end, Germany needs the U.S. more than the other way around.

And Trump is right when he complains that Germany has become an ungrateful free-rider — one which denies solidarity in military affairs when things get hot.

The ritualized idealization of European integration, and the demonization of national interests, have led the European Union (EU) to an impasse — indeed, plunged it into crisis.

A new balance between community ideals and national considerations is needed. National defense, based on nuclear deterrence, must be given priority in the face of new transatlantic uncertainties and potential confrontations.
    German Military’s Catastrophic Condition

Trump’s criticism of Germany isn’t just of our inadequate contribution to NATO but also of the catastrophic condition of our military. Our army is unable to defend itself, and attempts at reforming the military have been half-hearted.

When international crises occur, Germany experiences a short-term alarmism which soon turns into disinterest. Political Berlin keeps its eyes shut and hopes for the best.

Meanwhile, Germany’s political elites are preoccupied with idealistic concerns such as nuclear non-proliferation, the phase-out of nuclear power, and the elimination of nuclear weapons.

This escapist approach to national security could prove fatal. Berlin is trying to muddle through while hoping for better times after Trump leaves office.

Germany’s Trump-bashing will only further undermine the U.S. commitment to “extended deterrence” — its promise to protect Europe, if needed, with nuclear weapons.

In the past, Germany has been able to do away with weapons of mass destruction because its security was guaranteed by others. This seems very doubtful today.

There is new talk in Berlin of France or England providing a nuclear deterrent for Germany, but neither will do so because it is not in their interest or ours.

Extended deterrence is simply not reliable for the weaker partner. French President Charles de Gaulle’s maxim — “Nuclear violence is bad to share” — holds true.

Meanwhile, the Russian military is carrying out tests of new weapons including high-power laser weapons and a nuclear-powered cruise missile with unlimited range.

These threats need to be discussed without resorting to hysteria or alarmism. What I’m raising is the need for a new, long-term national security strategy in an increasingly confusing world.

Germany is, for the first time since 1949, without nuclear protection provided by the United States, and thus defenseless in an extreme crisis. As such, Germany has no alternative but to rely on itself. A nuclear-armed Germany would be for deterrence only.

A nuclear Germany would stabilize NATO and the security of the Western World, but if we cannot persuade our allies then Germany should go it alone.

Optimally speaking, every potential attacker must be deterred. The crises of the past few years have taught us that the impossible can become reality very quickly. It may be that just six to eight submarines would insure the security of the German people.

Nuclear weapons would also serve a political function: to protect Germany against blackmail. The crisis diplomacy of a country is only successful if it is supported militarily powerful. Had NATO had a credible deterrent, then it may have been able to prevent Russia from escalating its aggression.

The loss of extended nuclear deterrence provided by the U.S., the lack of a combined European nuclear deterrent, the dwindling importance of Western European institutions including NATO and the European Union, and Germany’s deficient defense culture all demand a realistic new view.

    1. Germany needs a more sophisticated view of its national security, one that takes into account its role in the NATO alliance, but does not hide behind it.
    2. Germany must actively and constructively engage new nuclear threats, not trivialize them as relics of the Cold War.
    3. German defense spending must increase. The half-hearted approaches to do so in the past won’t be enough.
    4. Germany must modernize and improve the quality of its armed forces, and reconsider its admission of foreign citizens into it.
    5. Germany must reconsider its exit from civilian nuclear power, where it has long played an exemplary role in the world.

President Trump is not the cause of the break-up of the West, but he exposes the weakness of its institutions — and the need for Germany to change.

    • FincaInTheMountains August 7, 2018 at 7:32 pm #

Mazerfuka professor just conveniently forgets how Germany fomented a Nazi coup in Ukraine, or how Germany now insists that all European countries, members of EU, accept the large numbers of Islamist Terrorist Enforcers of the Fourth Reich under the guise of “poor Syrian refugees”.

      Something really never change!

      • Exscotticus August 7, 2018 at 9:00 pm #

Even now, Merkel has no regrets whatsoever over her unilateral decision to seed over one million Muslim refugees in Germany. As refugees, all are provided with free everything at German taxpayer expense. Many tax-paying Germans can’t afford to have children of their own, yet they’re subsidizing these refugees and their children, and encouraging refugees to have even more children. Childless German families can take comfort in knowing that, in the words of Merkel, “it was the right thing to do.”

What’s next for Germany? There are so many needy refugees to choose from! Will it be Africans? Haitians? Or how about those Rohingya we’ve been hearing about?

Along with their hatred of white men, western civilization, individualism and critical thinking, I add one more defining feature of the whole SJW movement: anti-Semitism. The irrational hatred that SJW’s have for Israel, and Jews by extension, makes them poor choices to lead America into the future. I’m sure JHK could write a whole book on the idiot left and their wholesale embrace of anti-Israel and anti-Jewish thought. If you don’t believe me just look at what’s happening to the British Labor party. Their leader, Jeremy Corbyn, has invoked the wrath of the every thinking person in the UK by his inflammatory anti-Israel, pro-Palestinian rhetoric and his abject refusal to condemn anti-Semitic statements from members of his own party. You are witnessing the same thing occurring on American college campuses as SJW’s and Black Lives Matter advocates lead cause for disinvestment in Israel while keeping mum or applauding terrorist acts against Israel by its’ enemies.

    • janet August 7, 2018 at 8:59 pm #

“applauding terrorist acts against Israel by its’ enemies.” –hortonz

More fake news. Nobody who is an SJW applauds terrorism. SJWs do not hate old white men. More fake news. Their heroes are old white men like Henry David Thoreau, Howard Zinn, Saul Alinsky, Woody Guthrie, Bernie Sanders, and hundreds more.

SJWs oppose anti-semitism. I challenge you to find examples of SJWs applauding terrorism against Israel.

When you say “and Jews by extension” you show a lack of critical thinking … replaced by smearing ad hominem generalization not based on any actual “applauding.”

Would you not agree that Harvard Law Professor and legal scholar Alan Dershowitz is a better judge of human behavior than you or I? He makes the point that the hard left, which he argues encompasses everyone from SJW’s to old-fashioned Marxists, and the hard right, which includes everyone from the white nationalists to old-fashioned isolationists, have one thing in common. They both hate America and Israel. And did you know that the same Professor Dershowitz quit his association with Black Lives Matter over the anti-Israel stand taken by many of its’ leaders? The failure of SJW’s to condemn intolerance within their ranks is one of the most shameful examples of their hypocrisy. As far as examples of SJW’s exhibiting anti-Semitic behavior or applauding terrorist acts against Israel, just hit Google.

I had not encountered, to the best of my recollection, examples of hatred by whites of white males until about a year ago, when I was watching the Bill Press Show on Free Speech TV. Bill had the day off, and his assistant, a young white man, was running the show.

The young white man, whose name I do not know, was complaining about how many white men there were on a congressional committee that had been in the news at. the time.

He said he had never seen so much “white beef”.

    I rarely watch FSTV anymore.

Why the doleful Republican clouds and the dreary outlook?

It’s the erosion being caused by the MSM, the malodorous Manafort, the muckraking Mueller, slutty Stormy, the conniving Cohen, the lambasting of LeBron and all of the other often needless, needling tweets that are grinding down the public’s tolerance and patience.

The sad thing is that Trump has done or tried to do all that he promised. I think that Melania supporting LeBron is more important than most realize. Now the discord becomes familial. Discord inside and out. Supporters fall out.

All of these clouds lay above the dense, dolorous, dark gray clouds of Russia. Trump’s bad performance at Helsinki and the pathetic attempt at damage control afterwards made him look like a small, bumbling, lying buffoon. Defections in droves.

Yeah, he’s the Grandstanding Gargoyle of Gotham. A money made megalomaniac imbuing his inherited sense of mercantilism with a nitroglycerine narcissism.

But he stopped Hillary. And for that, “if he tells me to shit on the deck of the Queen Mary, five minutes later they’re hosing it down with disinfectant”.

It’s Looking Extremely Likely That QAnon Is A Leftist Prank On Trump Supporters
“What the fuck is wrong with boomers?”

    https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/ryanhatesthis/its-looking-extremely-likely-that-qanon-is-probably-a

“There’s a growing group of Trump supporters who are convinced that the president is secretly trying to save the world from a global pedophilia ring.

“They call the conspiracy ‘QAnon,’ and last week its believers ended up on national television.

“The QAnon conspiracy theory is vague, complicated, and nonsensical, and it’s been building support online since October 2017. It started with a post on 4chan’s ‘Politically Incorrect’ messageboard called ‘Bread Crumbs.’ …

“While it’s almost impossible to prove who started QAnon, there is some evidence that it was meant to be a prank all along. And more importantly, it’s looking more and more likely that QAnon is actually a prank by leftists or anarchists to make the far-right look deranged.

“Last month, an Italian leftist activist collective called the Wu Ming Foundation pointed to a book they published in the ’90s that is shockingly similar to QAnon. …

“The plot of their novel Q is pretty similar in structure to the basics of the QAnon conspiracy theory.”

Welcome to bad faith? No, bad judgment.

At 19, Joel Davis has been nominated for the prestigious Nobel award.

Davis was recently named to the board of directors for the International Campaign to Stop Rape and Gender Conflict. He was noticed after he started his own group called “Youth to End Sexual Violence.”

“I feel like I lead a bit of a double life, college student by day type of thing,” Davis said.

As an American University student, he frequently travels from Washington, D.C. to New York to work with the United Nations. He has been to several countries and has even worked alongside well-known activist, Angelina Jolie.

While he is honored by the nomination, he says there is a lot of work to be done.

Phew! 72 people shot in Chicago last weekend, 8 dead! The relatively low number of fatalities could mean these street warriors are deploying small caliber weapons, .22 cal.or less likely .25s. That .22 LR is a hot little round tho, don’t kid yourself. 72 incurred casualties in just a few days is equal to a small foreign war, say the Philippines on 1900 or Afghanistan in 2004.

Odd thing, Chicago has very strict gun control laws in effect. Where is David Hogg when you need him? Oh that’s right he’s here in CT this weekend leading some sort of gun ban march. The question is, why is he here, and not in Chicago? I wonder what Chi gangbangers would make of Hogg and his lily white teenage protesters marching thru the Southside of the city? He probably wouldn’t make it too far.

Hey the Republicans hold Ohio! Little Jane, what happened to the irrepressible blue wave?

      Long hot summer.

      Baltimore,

“In February, the group said the city went 11 days without a murder, adding it was the longest stretch of time with no murders since May 2014.”

      Simple physiology.

Look at the temperatures in Baltimore during that streak (February 2-12):

      https://www.accuweather.com/en/us/baltimore-md/21202/february-weather/348707

You had a stretch of the coldest days of the year with the temperatures dipping into the 30’s.

Of course, when the temperatures popped back up into the 60’s, it was only a matter of days before the killing started again.

I wonder how many gunshots rang out in Baltimore on February 21 when it was 83 degrees out?

Oh look, three were shot to death on that unseasonably warm February day, the deadliest of the year up to that point:

“The news situation in the USA is pretty dire. The Internet has killed off the old print media, sure enough, but it has also killed off the principles of institutional authority in reporting the events of our time — which is to say, the grounds to believe what you read and see. In July, there were 9,258 family members caught crossing the U.S.-Mexico border illegally, according to Customs and Border Protection data released today — a record high for July since at least 2012. It is easy to climb over the fence. The fence does not work. A record high number under Trump’s MAGA policy. MAGA is bad faith.

Not only does Trump’s fence not work, Trump’s family separation policy also does not work as a deterrent. The record numbers of people climbing over the wall highlight the desperation of many migrant families, risking family separation to escape their plight at home. The spending on the wall, border patrol, ICE, etc. is a waste of billions of dollars, being spent in bad faith, to give money to Trump’s friends.

Millions more of our brothers and sisters will continue to arrive. The will become citizens. We should help them to become citizens. They want safety. They want to work. They want to educate their children. They want to take care of their homes. They do not come for handouts.

    • Is it in MY best interest to have Jose and Maria genuflect and put their little ones in “jesus’ hands” and send them along a route of bandits and rapists and profiteers… so they can maybe get a green card and a job operating an air nozzle blasting the flesh off the skulls of cows 40 hours a week in some sweltering factory in the midwest so fat Americans can feed their dogs grain-free chow?

Instead of consigning your “brothers and sisters” to this madness, why not go live there, and put a bullet in the heart of every gang member and pedophile priest? Does pacifism have any use in a world overheating due to rapacious American consumerism? When this way of life basically guarantees the death of the planet within 80 years?

Where is the justice in providing a feedstock for this corporate Earth-killing machine? Who exactly benefits from adding more Americans to have big families, genuflect in form of Pope, and drive SUVs from shop to shop buying plastic wrapped crap?

How do you justify, to the 12 year olds of the world, advocacy for a system that is destroying every habitat, everything worth living for, all the life support systems, and the rest? Because that’s what migrant amnesty amounts to in real terms. Behind your compassion is a zeal for revenge and its understandable. But the long view is that there are better odds for turning America’s reprehensible state of affairs around if we can starve the Capitalist system of labor and industry. And as long as they can import obedient slaves, they will remain in power and we will be on course for the final destruction of all life on Earth.

Fixing problems in other countries would be the reasonable and logical solution if we were trying to actually fix the problem. Unfortunately for us, those who are working to flood the US with people trying to escape the chaos in the countries that they live in are not trying to solve the problem, but are working to destroy America instead. The fact that our government is so actively creating the chaos in other nations and enabling the migration is proof positive that the agenda is real. Since there is no way that the poverty stricken masses around the world can be raised up to the American standard, bringing the American standard down to that of a third world country appears to be the way it will go. It’s all above my pay grade, so what will be will be, but if you look at the bright side, once the US has degraded far enough, perhaps the flood of immigrants may stop.

        • “Unfortunately for us, those who are working to flood the US with people trying to escape the chaos in the countries that they live in are not trying to solve the problem,”

That was a mistake. Never give Blacks an inch as a group. They have to know the Truth: Nature put them on the bottom. To move them up is a sin that leads to crime. It’s Unjust, since Justice is giving to all what is owed to them. If they want to be on top, let them go back to Africa and do so amongst themselves.

Individual Blacks may be worthy, but it is best if they lead amongst their own, rather than be middling amongst Whites and thus confuse the issue.

  77. I’ve been talking to some recent migrants out of venezuela (to Peru).

How brutal it is, being subject to tyranny, and fleeing with not much more than the clothes on your back, to your fellow Catholic countries, where the overpopulation is already intense, to grovel from door to door asking for wages below which their citizens would deem worthy…

To be exploited as clean-up man, the nanny, the uniformed servant… to take a hard job from the comfortable, to be spit on and groped by the supervisor, to be second-class, to be disciplined by fear, to ape foreign behaviors, to try to blend in, to disappear…

The migrants today are not the hopeful, scrapping variety of the type arriving on Ellis Island…. they are sewn into the dashboard with a block of crack cocaine. They are here to beg pointless and valueless jobs off the economically secure classes, the profiteering “job creators” and fill the vacancies of slumlords, raising rents ever higher, to take auto loans and pump gasoline, consumer bottled water, and rove in family units through our blase and banal shopping malls.

There is no building; but maintenance, of a system. There is no productive value, but payments to the rentier class. The suburban advocates swoon compassionately, and then cash the dividend of righteous feeling when they hire the illegals to pointlessly mow their lawns, repair their roofs, or eat their cheap meat…. all economic activity ultimately resolving to a level of atmospheric carbon, climbing ever higher.

Well, I guess we’ll have to point out a few things to the almighty enlightened. Again.

First, “Jeong” sounds to me like it’s of Korean derivation. OK, so there’s been a fair bit of dumbassery from White Men in them thar hollers.

But also consider this, would places like Singapore and Hong Kong have become as successful as they are in the absence of White British rule? I say no.

Would South Korea and Japan and Taiwan have become as successful without the military protection and de-facto governance of the White United States? I say no.

Would China have been able to industrialize without White American business men and others from the west going over with money and know-how? I say no.

I don’t like to play the race card but given it’s been played – in the US, a majority White country, idiotically enough by a non-White, and in an insulting way besides, well, you have to just point out the obvious.

There’s another highly obvious issue. Perhaps because of its utter obviousness, it’s invisible to the greatly learned: there are other places to live besides the USA if the place isn’t to one’s greatly discriminating taste. So Ms Jeong should not hesitate to get the fuck out and go from whence she hailed if the presence of so many dumb-ass Whites isn’t her thing. Just get gone, bye-bye, she won’t be missed.

If there’s no other reason to seriously consider the closure of the charlatan-run New York Times, it’s because they’re fomenting racial hate in a multi-racial country. It doesn’t get much stupider than this. If you look for this kind of trouble you generally find it.

Shades of the John Birch Society. Shades of Joe McCarthy. When will we ever learn….

Jones was raving on Sunday about a big CNN Jew, insulting him and actually doing a Jewish accent. Maybe that was the straw that broke it, though this has been coming for awhile. But again, he didn’t name him as such. And later on he was doing his usual “the Chinese are taking over everything and control Hollywood” shtick. A ridiculous guy in a lot of ways – but an essential part of our landscape.

What passes for “journalism” today? Washington Post reporter Eli Rosenberg contacted my organization, the Government Accountability Institute, at midnight to comment on an incendiary piece challenging our groundbreaking work on voter fraud. For some strange reason, we were unavailable at that time.
He then promptly published the story at 5:45 a.m., noting that “GAI declined to comment on Tuesday morning.” His actions eliminate even the most charitable interpretations of anything resembling journalistic fairness.

His article is a hit piece posing as a news article. He’s clearly doing the bidding of left-wing activists who are concerned by our data-driven research that demonstrates real evidence of the threat of voter fraud.

The Washington Post’s antics shows that the very forces exposed in my book Fraud: How the Left Plans to Steal the Next Election are frightened by what we’ve uncovered.

Rosenberg cites these activists as “experts” to say voter fraud is not a problem. Who are these “disinterested” experts?

The Post cites Maine Secretary of State Matthew Dunlap as an authority. Dunlap served on President Trump’s Advisory Commission on Election Integrity and last week released documents he claimed showed no evidence of widespread voter fraud.

Case closed? Hardly. First, the story fails to identify Dunlap as a progressive Democrat. It doesn’t mention that Dunlap was accused by other commission members of leaking internal documents to friendly press associates who then favorably reported leaked emails, sometimes within the hour. The article further fails to mention that

Fellow commission member J. Christian Adams, a former Department of Justice Civil Rights attorney and president of the conservative Public Interest Legal Foundation, said Dunlap was actively sabotaging the commission.

“Anyone who was close to the matter [knew he was] on a crusade to satisfy the radical progressives who don’t want any discussion about voter fraud,” Adams said after the commission disbanded under the weight of nineteen lawsuits and legal actions from progressive groups.

Kris Kobach, the commission’s Republican vice chairman, said Dunlap was being “willfully blind to the voter fraud in front of his nose.”

Who are the Post’s other “experts”?

Rosenberg then cites The Brennan Center as an authority.

The Brennan Center is often used by the Post to deliver what’s portrayed as a nonpartisan expert opinion which just so happens to always cut against evidence of voter fraud. I actually have an entire chapter on The Brennan Center in my book. The organization is so left-wing that it thinks 49 states, including California and New York, have voter requirements that are too restrictive!

But who is behind The Brennan Center?

The Brennan Center has received millions of dollars from George Soros’ Open Society Foundations. In 2016 alone, the organization was given $3 million for “organizational support.” Its president, Michael Waldman, is a former speechwriter for President Bill Clinton.

In short, The Brennan Center is hardly a disinterested party. They have a clear political agenda, but you’d never know that from Rosenberg’s story.

The other expert Rosenberg then quotes is Paul Gronke from Reed College in Portland, Oregon.

    Is Gronke a disinterested observer?

Gronke currently works with “The Democracy Fund” which was founded by Pierre Omidyar, who has teamed with Soros to fund activist groups like The Brennan Center.

Gronke also works with The Early Voter Information Center, which has partnered with John Podesta’s liberal Center for American Progress in support of Oregon’s automatic voter registration efforts.

But again, you’d never know about any of this from the Washington Post.

My question is this: Couldn’t the Post and Rosenberg find anyone unaffiliated with the man (George Soros) actively undermining American elections to critique our study that exposes the nation’s vulnerabilities?

None of these experts offered substantive critiques of our research except for hyperbolic statements that reinforced their existing bias that voting fraud is not a problem. Nothing to see here!

In our research we used a conservative methodological approach and used Simpatico Software, a Rhode Island based firm that specializes in identifying patterns of fraud within large data systems for state and local health agencies.

But as I point out in my book, the story of voter fraud is not just academic studies, but hundreds of cases across the country, exposed by lawyers on the ground and local media outlets.

Only by looking there can you discover the story of the “granny farmer” who preys on senior citizens’ absentee ballots and was caught with notebooks detailing the systemic payments and targeting of vulnerable voters.

Or the story of of the undercover New York investigators who successfully impersonated illegal voters 61 out of 63 times, stifled only when the mother of the felon the investigator was impersonating was working the polling place.

“The Government Accountability Institute (GAI) is a conservative nonprofit investigative research organization located in Tallahassee, Florida. GAI was founded in 2012 by Peter Schweizer and Stephen Bannon with funding from Robert Mercer and family. Schweizer serves as the group’s president. The group is known for its involvement with the publication of the investigative books Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich and Bush Bucks: How Public Service and Corporations Helped Make Jeb Rich.” — Wikipedia [Emphasis added.]

Mercer-funded group accuses Washington Post of fronting for Soros-funded group? Well, that clears that up, then. Robert Mercer, BTW, is the sperglord hedge fund tycoon who financed Stephen Bannon. He’s someone who basically buys and sells politicians like pocket lint to suit his selfish purposes.

The myth that voter fraud is a serious problem in the USA is even more useful to plutocrats like Mercer than it is to bigots hungry for validation of their bigotry.

As jaded as I’ve become, it still riles me that no one sees voter fraud as a civil rights violation, of all legal Americans! I mean, am I wrong to assume one illegally cast vote for candidate A cancils a legal voters vote for candidate B? Why no outcry, what’s the difference in outcome of someone being intimidated not to vote at all, but imagine the outcry that would bring.

The amnesties for “illegal” immigrants like the one given by Reagan, is one of the things that makes me proud to be an American.

We are a caring and compassionate nation. Congress has passed seven amnesties to legalize immigrants. Under Trump immigrants are climbing the wall at record rates. We will get another amnesty soon.

      • Umm, yes, we are caring and compassionate… which is why we’ll offer them the jobs we don’t want to do, like, pick vegetables, mow lawns, or clean toilets. Or, get shot at as a volunteer in our Armed Forces.

It is hard to believe that you have the nerve to say that nobody has to work to make it happen when men like John Foster, Allen Dulles and all of their covert buddies were financing and training radicals to murder the citizens and leaders of countless countries around the globe. Arbenz in Guatemala, Mosaddegh in Iran decades ago. And how about today with Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya and on and on and on. You may be able to fool yourself with an “it just happens and we are here to welcome them home”, but you convince nobody , sorry. The US is fomenting this chaos and those demonic entities that are behind it, as well as the “Kill Whitey” movement, know exactly what they are doing. We knew it was coming, we are not surprised one bit, and we have no anger over it all for we know how it ends. Good luck in eternity.

Walter always focuses on the WASP aspect of the Conspiracy. Valid as far as it goes of course. But the Jews are more important now. And the WASPS basically handed control over to them on Jekyll Island with the Federal Reserve Act.

        • Walter B August 9, 2018 at 3:04 pm #

I beg to differ Janos. I would say Zionists and not Jews are behind those that do the dirty work. Real Jews understand that while they may hold a special place with the Creator, they not only are not given carte blanche to crush all that are not within their ranks, but when they screw up, they are dealt with by God accordingly. Zionists transcend religion, race, and nationalist ties and are most probably Satanic in their roots. Yes, the Beast Of Jekyll Island is their creation. We may disagree and you may insist that you are right and I am wrong, but neither point can ever really be proven, at least not in this plane of existence.

          • Janos Skorenzy August 9, 2018 at 3:34 pm #

As Professor MacDonald said, the Jews have accepted Zionism en masse. It benefits them. End of story. Even most of the Hasidic groups – with a few noble holdouts who despise the Israel that is not of God, established by force and fraud.

The Old Testament has many places where it talks about Jews gaining all the riches of the Earth and the riches of all other peoples. The Church says this is symbolism about the spiritual conquest of the Earth for Christ. But the Jews interpret these passages literally – as taking all the riches of the Earth for themselves. And they are well on their way to doing it, using the United States as their golem.

I strongly object to you trying to pin Zionism on everyone. That’s blatantly dishonest. Yes, there are lots of bad people, of all races and cultures. But let’s deal with them one at a time for the sake of clarity, fairness, and efficiency. It’s like saying (as is common) when the issue of Negro crime comes up, well there’s good and bad in all races. Yeah, but that hides the incredible level of Negro criminality – far above that of other peoples. Or in Europe they do it with the Gypsies – who are a terrible plague, multiplying in numbers because of the welfare culture.

Christians are the Chosen People now. It’s mind blowing that so many Christians accept another religion and people as superior to themselves. That certainly wasn’t the attitude of the Founders and Pioneers – they believed in themselves and loved themselves and believed God loved and smiled on them. You are a victim of Darbyism and the Scofield Bible – which may well have been written by the Jews themselves. In other words, you know they are superior to you because they told you as much. How does that square with being a Man of God or even a Man?

          • Walter B August 9, 2018 at 4:10 pm #

Nope Janos, you have still got me wrong. While it is true that I say that the Jews have a special relationship with the Creator, unless they accept Jesus (Yashua) as Savior, well they have missed the boat, at least as far as my beliefs are concerned. That is why I like people like Stephen Ben Noon of Israeli News Live, he gets it.

As far as the negro question is concerned, the past, the present and the future is so dark and without solution other than a violent end either way that I avoid the subject whenever possible. The people that brought slaves over to America, no matter what color they happened to be, have screwed us all so bad that in the end, it will probably be the downfall of this nation. It simply cannot end well.

          • Janos Skorenzy August 9, 2018 at 9:02 pm #

Yet my objection remains and you did not deal with it. If they do something great, they’re Jews. If caught doing something bad, they’re White. They already use us as cover and you fully accept this it seems.

If they accept Christ, does that mean they get to keep all the goodies because of their “special relationship”. The Early Church had to deal with this as well – and came to a very different decision than yours. No special treatment.

Since you won’t study the Fathers (too Catholic), study Luther. He learned the Truth and was enraged. Someone told him what the Jews really believed and he realized they were using him against the Catholic Church.

          • Walter B August 9, 2018 at 10:31 pm #

I have studied Luther somewhat and was impressed. I shall have to continue.

The horrific story coming out from Taos, New Mexico of the 11 abused, emaciated kids (and the body of an unidentified toddler) being raised to perform school shootings– is believable in that this is a country that allows this type of behavior to flourish.

The adults of this group are lucky they weren’t doing this on my property. Cuz, if I would of known they were abusing (and probably murdering) children like this, I woulda administered Western justice with a sniper rifle at around 500 meters.

    From Campus Reform.com

For her part, Wilson—whose email address returns an auto-reply indicating that she is not responding to messages “due to intense harassment”—would only tell Campus Reform that “I don’t want anyone to know who I am.”

In her article, Wilson claims she spent nearly 1,000 hours of “public observations of dogs and their human companions” at three dog parks around Portland, claiming that during her sojourns, there was “one dog rape/humping incident every 60 minutes.”

“Dog parks are microcosms where hegemonic masculinist norms governing queering behaviour and compulsory heterosexuality can be observed in a cross-species environment,” Wilson concludes.

Due to this, Wilson worries that dog parks remain “oppressive spaces that lock both humans and animals into hegemonic patterns of gender conformity” and that they “magnify toxic themes…intrinsic to the gender binary.”

When queried by investigators, Zemarcuis revealed that he had never flown an airplane before, & believed that flying an airplane consisted in no more than pushing buttons & pulling levers.

Yes, every test ever done shows Blacks to be among the most confident people on the planet, with Black kids being far more confident than Whites and infinitely more than Asians. Trouble come when their confidence is shown to be hollow and not commensurate with their abilities. White Explorers noted the same thing: scantily dressed savages thought they were great. We had to show them that they weren’t.

They’re not the only ones: Palestinian kids think they’re great at math. East Asian kids think it’s very challenging. Which group is better at math? The latter of course.

Some good work has been done with Black kids by older Black men using chess as the medium of instruction. The kids are eager to start, just start moving pieces. The Men say, If you didn’t know how a piece moves, why didn’t you ask? You just made a bad move.
Your Black above was doing the same thing. Yes buttons and levers – but which ones and in what order?

The biggest challenge is getting the kids to take White – their innate racism is go great…

    Regarding new anti-Russian Sanctions

One of the most powerful Trump’s weapons is to bring sanctions to the absurd limit, in particular based them on the discredited Scripal poisoning case, when they destroy the very basis of globalist policies.

For example, pushing Russia, China and Iran out of the dollar zone.

For Russia – this is a pinprick, a storm in a glass of the frail “Moscow stock exchange.”

It is important that Trump has moves to destroy the influence of the globalists, and globalists have only “Ratings” and “Forex exchange rates” in reserve.

But if half the world or more accurately half of world trade is disconnected from the dollar system, then the value of these ratings and exchange rates will fall to almost zero.

Already, the Trump instruments of trade wars – duties and quotas have a much greater impact on economics and politics than the tools of globalists from the IMF.

It remains only to squeeze the Fed into complete obedience, again by threats of external dedollarization.

Is Liberal Racism a Horse of a different color? Jason Riley

Be honest. Are you really surprised that the New York Times has stood by its decision to hire Sarah Jeong as an editorial board member even after it was revealed she spent years on social media making openly racist and sexist remarks about white men? You may be outraged, sure. But surprised?

To paraphrase a well-known political figure, Ms. Jeong could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot a white person without losing the support of liberals. It’s a safe bet she was tapped by the Times because of these racial prejudices, not despite them. Editorial board members are hired to help formulate and express the official position of a newspaper. Ms. Jeong is being hired to speak for the Times, and they like where she’s coming from.

The Grey Lady attacks President Trump as a racist and sexist on a near-daily basis, and columnists like Charles Blow write about little else. So is it hypocritical for the paper to hire and defend a new editorial board member who has made no secret of her own biases? Of course it is, but that’s considered beside the point by people who share Ms. Jeong’s worldview.

The liberals who control most major media outlets specialize in applying different standards to different groups. Like the Times, Twitter had no problem with Ms. Jeong’s repugnant observations. Scores of tweets that included offensive phrases—“#cancelwhitepeople”; “are White people genetically disposed to burn faster in the sun?”; “White people have stopped breeding. you’ll all go extinct soon. that was my plan all along”—didn’t faze Jack Dorsey’s content monitors. But when conservative activist Candace Owens decided last weekend to reproduce Ms. Jeong’s posts and replace “white” with “black” or “Jewish,” Twitter temporarily suspended her account. Following a backlash, Twitter restored the account and claimed that “we made an error.”

Of course, the Times can hire whomever it pleases. But if it’s going to give the likes of Ms. Jeong a pass while lecturing us about growing intolerance on the political right, how seriously should readers take the paper’s nonstop Trump-is-a-bigot coverage? The president’s attacks on the media are often misguided and overstated—his daughter Ivanka is right; we’re not the enemy of the people—but major news outlets are doing plenty to erode public confidence in the news without any help from Mr. Trump.

Welcome to another example of the left’s inconsistency on race. If the goal is a postracial America, why does racial identity continue to be liberalism’s overriding obsession? Why is racism viewed as something to redirect rather than end outright? If you’re situated on the progressive left, racist views are OK to harbor so long as they’re targeted at the right groups for the proper reasons?

At Harvard, Asian students are currently out of favor among administrators for the sin of taking up too many slots in the freshman class. America’s most prestigious university, a bastion of liberal thinking, is being sued by Asian students for discrimination. Harvard wants a certain racial balance on campus, and Asians are getting in the way by academically outperforming applicants from other groups. The nerve.

Harvard can no longer credibly deny that it’s engaging in systematic racial discrimination. Internal documents that the school has been forced to disclose to fight the litigation suggest that Harvard is doing what has long been rumored. Nonetheless, school officials justify these racially biased practices. They insist, like Ms. Jeong and her defenders, that such bigotry is in the service of a noble cause. Unlike you or me, Harvard knows how to discriminate the “right” way.

Prior to World War II, and long before Harvard and other Ivy League schools had an “Asian problem,” the concern was too many Jews on the quad. The parallels are instructive. “Jewish students outperformed their Gentile classmates by a considerable margin,” writes Jerome Karabel in his 2005 book, “The Chosen: The Hidden History of Admission and Exclusion at Harvard, Yale and Princeton.”

Then as now, the schools came up with ways to overcome that reality by de-emphasizing objective admissions criteria. Jews were less likely to participate in athletics or belong to social clubs other than Jewish fraternities, both of which were deemed “character” flaws for the purpose of bringing the “Jewish invasion” under control. These days, Asian applicants to Harvard receive consistently low “personal” ratings, which are then used to undercut their academic achievements under Harvard’s “holistic” assessment of their worthiness.

So long as the goal is not to level the playing field but to tilt it in a different direction, expect history to continue repeating itself.

Wonderful news! More immigrants become citizens!

Viktor and Amalija Knavs, the parents of first lady Melania Trump, were granted citizenship Thursday, their immigration attorney, Michael Wildes, announced.

“It went well and they are very grateful and appreciative of this wonderful day for their family,” he said in a statement.

Go to a citizenship ceremony if you want to be inspired and become hopeful about the future of America, a country founded by immigrants and built by immigrants.

      >>> a country founded by immigrants and built by immigrants

The USA wasn’t founded by immigrants. The vast overwhelming majority of the Founding Fathers were born here (Hamilton being a notable exception, and he was of European descent). The vast overwhelming majority of those who fought in the Revolutionary War were not immigrants, either. The Founding Fathers weren’t concerned with immigrants; the term “immigrant” doesn’t appear in the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution, The Federalist Papers, or any other founding document that I can think of. And I guarantee that if you do manage to dig up something from that era extolling the virtues of immigration, the subject will be European immigration—not people who openly want to supplant USA culture with their own.

“Hamilton being a notable exception, and he was of European descent” –exscotticus

Hamilton was born in the West Indies, and his boss there helped fund his move to the United States when he realized how intelligent and gifted our future “$10 Founding Father” was.

Immigrants from non-western countries contribute to our national make-up. America is not and has never been 100% white. The first Africans to reach the English colonies arrived in Jamestown, Virginia in 1619.

Non-whites, from non-western countries, built the United States from the time of colonization… and fought in every war from the Revolutionary War to Afghanistan.

        • Tate August 9, 2018 at 5:44 pm #

“Non-whites, from non-western countries, built the United States from the time of colonization.”

That’s like saying that horses, mules & oxen built the United States from the time of colonization. It’s a true statement as far as it goes, but it’s a pitifully incomplete truth.

          • janet August 9, 2018 at 6:31 pm #

You are disrespecting those who have fought in our wars by likening them to horses, mules and oxen.

          • janet August 9, 2018 at 6:53 pm #

“horses, mules & oxen” do not make conscious choices to fight and die as soldiers defending the nation. Non-white immigrants have made that choice in all our wars.

Hamilton was born in a British colony from European parents. He was as white and European as they come, both in race and in culture. Technically since this was a British colony, he wasn’t an immigrant, either! He moved from one part of the British empire to another.

Now that I’ve called you out on your original assertion, you’re trying to pivot and deflect.

FACT: The USA was not a country founded by immigrants and built by immigrants.

          • janet August 9, 2018 at 6:41 pm #

The early British colonists were immigrants to North America. With the exception of those of pure Native American descent, nobody is “from here.” America was founded by immigrants! Nearly half of the population of the United States can trace their roots to Ellis Island.

          • Exscotticus August 9, 2018 at 7:10 pm #

@janet, the early British colonists were not the founders of the USA; they’re descendents were. And their descendents were born in British colonies in North America, which means they weren’t immigrants. Moreover, the Founding Fathers could not have “immigrated” to the USA since they founded the USA.

            >>> With the exception of those of pure Native American descent, nobody is “from here.”

Your attempt to change the definition of “immigrant” won’t make your false assertions true.

Native Americans were once Asians that crossed over a land bridge from Siberia. So by your definition, Native Americans are immigrants.

            >>> Nearly half of the population of the United States can trace their roots to Ellis Island.

Even if it’s true it’s meaningless. None of them founded the USA, so your statement is still false.

What is an ideological sabotage, or rather an ideological virus?

Many people think that this is what liberals and Nazis are discussing on their forums, in clubs and other platforms.

    Nothing like this.

The ideological virus strikes the consciousness of quite adequate citizens, but most of all it acts on the consciousness of those who, in theory, should oppose it – patriotic journalists, teachers of ideological disciplines in universities and, of course, intelligence service employees.

The ideological virus, like the AIDS virus, acting on T-lymphocytes, acts on their consciousness so that, contrary to their own will, they turn from protectors into destroyers, and this similarity actually convinces me of the artificial, man-made origin of AIDS.

And one of the characteristics of this kind of information products, you can say the fingerprints of the creators, is the method of resonance.

And from this point of view, it is clear to me personally that in the last several months US has become the object of this kind of ideological attacks.

    • FincaInTheMountains August 9, 2018 at 6:51 pm #

In particular, if you paid any attention to the latest posts of “janet” in connection with the recent surge in anti-white propaganda, they are obviously aimed not at convincing you in “her” point of view, but rather at producing reaction similar to one produced by waving a red rag in front of the bull’s nose, which as you all know ends badly for the bull.

Will they ever be able to motivate enough of those in power to begin a “Whitey Roundup, and asset seizure party” for redistribution to the whiners? I would think that a supernova by the Sun would be more likely, don’t you? In the end some people reach out to seek conversation and discussions while other creatures simply like to flip everybody the bird as they pass by at high speed. Full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

For those of you who’d actually like to learn/enjoy something, here’s an alternative to the non-sense that J-Bot and the Droids are spewing here at the bottom of a post on Thursday night. From a distinguished academic who came up through the ranks the old fashioned way at the nexus of the business world and the corporate oligarchic monstrosity, a man who understands both capitalism and socialism better than perhaps any single man currently alive.

    The NakCap article and video:

    https://www.nakedcapitalism.com/2018/08/michael-hudson-life-thought-autobiography.html

    An excerpt:

I worked at Chase Manhattan until 1967, then finally I had to quit to finish the dissertation. I spent a year on that. At Chase I had become the specialist in the oil industry’s balance of payments. When the Vietnam War began and escalated, President Johnson in January 1965, right after I joined the bank in December 1964, passed the voluntary – in reality, compulsory – foreign investment rules blocking American companies from investing more than 5% of the growth of the previous year’s investment. The oil industry objected to that. They came to David Rockefeller and said we’ve got to convince the government that we’re ripping off other countries so fast, we’re able to exploit them so rapidly, that it really helps the US balance of payments to let us continue investing more abroad. Can you help us show this statistically?

So David Rockefeller asked me to do a study of the balance of payments of the oil industry. Rockefeller said, “We don’t want to have Chase’s oil and gas department do it, because they would be thought of as lobbyists. Nobody knows who you are, so you’re neutral. We want to know what the real facts are, and if they’re what we think they are, we’ll publish what you write; if we don’t like it we’ll keep it to ourselves, but please just give us the facts.” He said, “You can ask the oil companies all the questions you want. They will fill out the forms you design for a statistical accounting format. We’ll give you a year to write it all up.” To me this was wonderful. Oil was the key sector internationally. It turned out I found out that the average dollar that actually was invested abroad by oil companies was recaptured by the US economy within 18 months. The payback period was that fast.

The report that I wrote was put on the desk of every senator and every representative in the United States and I was celebrated for being the economist of the oil industry. So this taught me everything about the balance of payments which, as I said, is a topic that’s not taught in any university. So I finished that, finished the dissertation, and then I developed a methodology for the overall US balance of payments. Most of the balance of payment statistics were changed when they designed the gross national product accounts. The accounts now treat exports and imports as if they were paid for fully for cash. So if you make a million dollars worth of grain exports, you are assumed to bring a million dollars into the economy. And if you export a million dollars of arms, of military, it all comes back.
What I found out is that only a portion actually of exports actually comes back. And imports have an even lower balance-of-payment costs as compared to their nominal valuation. For instance, all of America’s oil imports are from American oil companies, so if you pay a hundred dollars for oil, maybe thirty dollars of that is profit, thirty dollars is compensation to American management, thirty dollars is the use of American exports to physical equipment, oil drilling equipment and others to produce the oil.

The closest people that I worked with for the study were at the Standard Oil Company, which was always very close to the Rockefellers, as you know. So I went over the statistics and I said, “In the balance of payments, I can’t find where Standard Oil makes the profit. Does it make the profit by producing oil at the production end? Or does it make it selling it at the gas stations, at the retail sales end?” The treasurer of Standard Oil said, “Ah I can tell you where we make them. We make them right here in my office.” I asked how. “What countries could I find this in? I don’t find it in Europe, I don’t find it in Asia, I don’t find it in Latin America or Africa.” He said, “Ah, do you see at the very end of the geography headings for international earnings, there’s something called international?”

I said, “Yes that always confused me. Where is it? I thought all these foreign countries were international.” He explained that “international” means countries that are not really countries. They’re Liberia and Panama, countries that only use the US dollar, not their own currency. So the oil industry doesn’t have a currency risk. They are flags of convenience and they don’t have any income tax. He explained to me that Standard Oil sold its oil at a very low price from the Near East to Liberia or Panama or Lagos, or wherever they have a flag of convenience and no income tax. Then they would sell it at a very high price to its refineries in Europe and America, at such a high price that these “downstream” affiliates don’t make any income. So there’s no tax to pay. For all US oil investment in Europe, there’s no tax to pay because the oil companies’ accountants price it so high, and pay so little per barrel to third world countries such as Saudi Arabia, that they only get a royalty. Standard Oil and other U.S. oil companies – and also mining companies – don’t earn an income there, because they sell it so low, all the profits are reported to be taken in Liberia or Panama. These are non-countries.

That gave me the clue about what people these days talk about money laundering. In the last few months that I worked for Chase Manhattan in 1967, I was going up to my office on the ninth floor and a man got on the elevator and said, “I was just coming to your office, Michael. Here is a report. I’m from the State Department (I assumed that this meant CIA). “We want to calculate how much money the US could get if we set up bank branches and became the bank for all the criminal capital in the world.” He said, “We figured out we can finance, (and he said this in an elevator), we can finance the Vietnam War with all the drug money coming into America, all of the criminal money. Can you make a calculation of how much that might be?”

So I spent three months figuring out how much money goes to Switzerland, from drug dealings, what’s the dollar volume of drug dealings. They helped me with all sorts of statistics on that, and said, “We can become the criminal capital of the world and it’ll finance the dollar and this will enable us to afford the spending to defeat communism in Vietnam and elsewhere. If we don’t do that, the bomb throwers will come to New York.”

So I became a specialist in money laundering! Nothing could have better prepared me to understand how the global economy works! I had all the statistics, I had the help of the government people explaining to me how the CIA worked with drug dealing and other criminals and kidnappers to raise the money so it would be off the balance sheet funding and Congress didn’t have to approve it when they would kill people and sponsor revolutions. They were completely open with me about this. I realized they’d never done a security check on me.

So I wanted to do a study of the balance of payments of the whole United States. I went to work for Arthur Andersen, which was at that time was one of the Big Five accounting firms in the United States. Later it was convicted of fraud when it got involved in the Enron scandal and was closed down. But I was working before the other people went to jail, before they closed down Arthur Andersen. So I spent a year applying my balance of payments analysis to the US balance of payments. When I finally finished, I found that the entire US balance of payments deficit in the 1960s, since the Vietnam War, the entire balance of payments deficit was military spending abroad. The private sector’s trade and investment was exactly in balance; tourism, trade and investment were exactly in balance. All the deficit was military.

Great find Scratch! You know, anyone with a high school education that was pretty good at math could easily do well as an accountant, yet in order to be considered a professional or a CPA, much, much more schooling is required. Anyone that might wonder why this is might question why the extra schooling is required. If you ask me, it is all about “creative accounting” and cooking the books. The fiat currency and credit systems are all designed around the idea of manipulating the masses while giving extreme advantage to those with deep pockets. Money goes to money. Always has, always will. The real shame is that those who create the excess wealth (the workers) are so easily distracted by racial, sexual and entertainment diversions. Looks like the bots and whiners are doing their jobs well.

        Blam! Blam! and Blammo!

Youse guys have now got it dialed in…….. and that’s why you’ll never hear this kind of concentrated nefarious reality on any of the [deep state] media.

This is the waste dump that the shining city on the hill has become. There are no excuses that can moderate/mitigate this kind of knowing and considered evil.

Woe betide the slavemasters. (And it’s exactly why they’re trying to control *all* the forms of media and outlets of information. Exposure of this kind is their ending — figuratively and literally.

        Beware and prepare.

I skipped about for a quick look at the interview and found it very interesting and informative. I was especially impressed with the comment he made near the end regarding the prevention of the polarization of wealth being important to keep the wealthy from being able to fight with the state for control of resources. And yes, it is all about debt, for debt is control. The only new idea today would appear to be the trolls and bots that are tasked with keeping those of us who understand from going after the Gates’, Zuckerbergs’, and Clintons’ as they vie for control of the power, and keep us fighting against each other instead.

      Nick-O-Demus,
I would rather not accept this article as the truth….

“Party on Lil J and do keep up the “good” fight…” –Ol’ Scratch

Welcome to bad faith. Speaking to the donors, Nunes said: “if Sessions won’t unrecuse and Mueller won’t clear the President, we’re the only ones. Which is really the danger … I mean we have to keep all those seats. We have to keep the majority. If we do not keep the majority, all of this goes away.” Nunes’ words made clear that the House’s investigation has been a bad faith charade designed to protect Trump rather than to reveal the truth.

Saying anything negative about Sarah Jeong was unfair.

    It was Bad Faith.

Unfair is disingenuous. Cruel and wrong is more correct.
