The Resistance didn’t quite hit it out of the park with Christine Blasey Ford. After all, how effective for the purpose of character assassination is a claim of “attempted rape” without even a when-and-where piece of the story? So the DC Dem-Progs have gone to their bench and found a real thumper in Deborah Ramirez who steps forward now with the ultimate giant-killer story of Brett Kavanaugh “thrusting his penis in her face and causing her to touch it without her consent,” (as reported in The New Yorker Magazine by Ronan Farrow, America’s self-appointed great white penis-hunter, and estranged son of filmmaker Woody Allen, infamous, reputed penis-mishandler).

The charge was obviously crafted to prompt the news media to repeat the word “penis” as many times possible because the word itself has terrifying powers to shock women’s sensibilities. And understandably so. It’s not for nothing that the rakes of merry old England referred to the male generative organ as “the frightful hog.” In our time, a better analog might be the ghastly interloper aboard the space-tug Nostromo in the classic sci-fi shocker Alien. Remember how it burst out of astronaut John Hurt’s chest, all slimy, drippy, and goopy, and sort of water-skied out of the sick bay to hide in the bilges? Dear me! Almost gave me a heart attack at the time and I was barely into my thirties.

Fast forward about seventy minutes to the climactic third reel where Warrant Officer Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) is preparing desperately to escape the wrecked Nostromo in her space lifeboat… and look who’s aboard staring her right in the face: the now full-grown alien beast, all goopy and tumescent, a veritable penis-of-death from another world. The movie came out in 1979, just a few years before the alleged facial penis-thrusting in the Yale freshman dorm. One wonders if Deborah Ramirez had seen the film and was possibly suffering from post-Alien-shock syndrome (PASS).

Here the Resistance has come up with a story so vivid and awful that it almost guarantees conviction without any necessary proof. I’m sure it will do the trick. It’s certainly an improvement over the old Anita Hill tale of Clarence Thomas noticing a pubic hair on his Coke can. A mere hair! The proto-Resistance of 1991 was far too timid in that case, and Mr. Thomas actually landed on the supreme court! Apparently, they learned their lesson on that one: When swinging for the fences, haul out the heavy lumber.

The part that I find interesting in the New Deborah Ramirez accusation is this:

After six days of carefully assessing her memories and consulting with her attorney, Ramirez said that she felt confident enough of her recollections to say that she remembers Kavanaugh had exposed himself at a drunken dormitory party, thrust his penis in her face, and caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away.

Six days of meditation, prayer, memory-wracking, attorney-prompting, and — no doubt — earnest and heartfelt coaching by Resistance memory-recovery shamans, overcame the effects of 35 years and, say, seven Jello-shots to retrieve the details of that long-ago encounter. (No one mentioned bong-hits, at least not yet, but how could there not have been, on top of the drinking games?) But the real gold in the story comes in this revelation:

Ramirez, who was raised a devout Catholic, in Connecticut, said that she was shaken. “I wasn’t going to touch a penis until I was married.”

Really? Maybe she should have gone to the weekly meeting of the Yale Freshman Women’s Math and Physics Circle instead of an apparently mostly male dorm party convened for the purpose of getting shitfaced drunk with the greatest possible efficiency. Did she not know what was going on there? Was she forced to stick around? Did the boys make her down those shots?

Now that all American womanhood has been faced, shall we say, with the image of the looming universal horrifying penis, all bets on the Kavanaugh nomination are off. But the gambit does raise the possibility that it will be answered by some rough justice from the conservative side of the field. It will be interesting to see in the weeks and months ahead how many Democratic house and senate members will be revealed as would-be rapists and sluts. I can’t imagine that none of them have secrets to hide. In fact, I would take the Ramirez accusation as tantamount to a declaration of war by the Resistance. And as the old saying goes, all’s fair in love and war.

On the other hand, the women could be telling the truth. If only we had a bureau, a federal bureau, one that specializes in investigation, to get to the bottom of the accusations, to determine the truth.

    • BackRowHeckler September 24, 2018 at 10:01 am #

Instead we have a Bureau that tries to bring down a duly elected President.

Please, please, please explain how any investigative body can confirm or disprove Mrs. Ford’s claims – that she was sexually assaulted at an unknown time, in an unknown place, in a room with three people present – one of whom denies it ever happened, the other who states he has no recollection of any such event – The Federal Bureau of Clairvoyance, perhaps?

“On the other hand, the women could be telling the truth.”

Just like those women were telling the truth who made up those accusations against Trump during the election. In the first class in a plane but nobody saw anything. (Who was that other man who could do all these things In Plain Sight yet nobody ever saw anything? What’s his name? Jimmy something or other.) Or the lady who was so upset she later begged to join his election campaign.

And on the subject of telling the truth are you still giving a false email address?

      • Janos Skorenzy September 24, 2018 at 12:22 pm #

Or Anita Hill who followed Clarence Thomas to another job after the supposed incident.

    • K-Dog September 24, 2018 at 12:07 pm #

Telling the truth or not, does not matter. Lets take these pathetic allegations for what they are. Pathetic!

I logged on looked around thought to myself, not again. logged off.

Then it hit me, since mention of Cretaceous sexual exploits is part of the qualification ritual then I am way way way more qualified to be on the Supreme Court than Kavanaugh is. My past is far more colored that this white bread shapeless mushroom headed dweeb. My past is far more interesting And having to look at my pic in the news would be far more pleasant.

The problem would be finding bitches who would actually complain and say they were offended. Most would smile and say it was memorable.

      I’d also make fine decisions.

      • Janos Skorenzy September 24, 2018 at 12:25 pm #

You’re a liberal Democratic Socialist who believes exactly what they believe and have served feminist agenda all your life in various capacities. In other words, you have nothing to worry about.

Just keep some of your dissident views to yourself, say about homosexuality. You’re old enough to have imbibed a bit of the Old America after all, the only real America that ever was or will be.

        • K-Dog September 24, 2018 at 11:49 pm #

I don’t appreciate the label and I don’t claim it. Your advice to not bitch about people who must at all cost advertise themselves in a parade however is sound. For the best anyway. I’m a live-and-let-live guy so ranting about esoteric fine points and the tyranny of ego freaks would give the wrong impression.

    • draupnir September 24, 2018 at 2:35 pm #

Janet, I think I’ve told you before that truth is an elusive beast. One can, with confidence, place as much trust in this tale as an account of alien abduction. If you actually believe that investigating the fuzzy memories of menopausal women regarding outrages possibly perpetrated on them during their teenaged years is a good use of government time and resources, I seem to recall that some guy stuck his uninvited hand down my pants at a kegger. I would now like the FBI to hunt him down and ruin him for that outrage.

    • ccm989 September 24, 2018 at 2:47 pm #

You’d think that Mr. Kavanaugh would want the FBI to investigate and prove his innocence. You’d think that he’d want his buddy, Mark Judge, to testify and prove his innocence. Instead Kav is avoiding both and Mitch McConnell is desperately trying to hurry this up. Why?

If this was so life destroying an event I would think that a police report or maybe a complaint filed with the school guidance counsellor might be called for. Is shit stains on toilet paper the best that they can do? Wow, our system has certainly degraded, hasn’t it? It’s a damned shame that Bill Clinton’s victims did not have such an opportunity.

  2. thwack September 24, 2018 at 9:56 am #

Maybe every male should be falsely accused of sexual assault?

Because when you falsely accuse a man of sexual assault, it functions as a tool to find and help any women he may have sexually assaulted to come forward.

    Just sayin.

Apparently this Kavanaugh chap, a federal judge and distinguished jurist for the past 20 years, has been a mad rapist all along! Well, good thing he has been unmasked by ‘The Resistance”. Phew, it was a close one! This madman was about to be confirmed to the US Supreme Court! Caligula and L. Beria, Stalins Henchman who cruised the streets of Moscow with NKVD Colonels kidnapping young girls, raping then murdering, certainly have nothing on Judge Kavanaugh, who seems to be one of the worst people in history.

I think his daughters are in danger, and should be removed from the home.

    brh

    • Majella September 24, 2018 at 6:16 pm #

“Apparently this Kavanaugh chap, a federal judge and distinguished jurist for the past 20 years, has been a mad rapist all along!”

Yes, probably. He was cosy with Kozinski but denied him when his shit hit the fan, and the Kennedy/Kavanaugh/Kosinski triad has been exposed:

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WA8J4jxkg0Q

    • K-Dog September 25, 2018 at 12:04 am #

‘Beria, who went on to run the Soviet network of slave-labour camps, was notorious for his sadistic enjoyment of torture and his taste for beating and raping women and violating young girls. Bald and bespectacled, by the time of Stalin’s death in 1953 he was one of the most hated men in the country.

When the death sentence was passed, according to General Moskalenko, Beria fell to the floor and begged on his knees for mercy. It was not a quality he had shown to others, and it was not now shown to him. He and his confederates were taken away and promptly shot. His wife and son were sent to a Siberian labour camp.

Beria was 54, if it was really him. Alternative versions have him shot or strangled months before, with a double standing trial in December. Beria’s son Sergo believed this and says he was told of his father’s death on June 26th. Presumably the point would have been to make certain of the sinister police chief’s demise, while putting a varnish of legality on it later on. It may have happened that way, but it seems unlikely.

the next part is from wikipaedia

‘Beria’s sexually predatory nature was well known to the Politburo, and though Stalin took an indulgent viewpoint (considering Beria’s wartime importance), he said, “I don’t trust Beria.” In one instance, when Stalin learned his daughter was alone with Beria at his house, he telephoned her and told her to leave immediately. When Beria complimented Alexander Poskrebyshev’s daughter on her beauty, Poskrebyshev quickly pulled her aside and instructed her, “Don’t ever accept a lift from Beria.”After taking an interest in Marshal Kliment Voroshilov’s daughter-in-law during a party at their summer dacha, Beria shadowed their car closely all the way back to the Kremlin, terrifying Voroshilov’s wife.

Lets be clear what perversion is.

Penis in a face and possibly groping at what is under a swimsuit ain’t it. Especially since all that resulted was nothing.

This is perversion, taken from the link:

It wasn’t just his enemies that had to fear him as he used to cruise the streets of Moscow looking for young girls to bring back to his house so he could rape them. If they resisted they were raped and killed with many of their bodies buried in the grounds of his house. He even had one of his body guards compile a list of all the girls he raped and killed and this was used against him during his downfall from power.

There is a point in focusing on this gruesomeness. People calling Kavanaugh disgusting don’t know what disgusting is. America seems to be like a doomed passenger liner of a century ago.

Blithely guests party the night away while an iceberg looms in the darkness ahead. Trivial pursuits of a hundred kinds distract all from danger while hubris pushes them at twenty knots into a blind and misty black into which they cannot see.

  4. Paulo September 24, 2018 at 10:00 am #

Somehow, it all just seems so damn fitting to this Presidency, regardless of truth.

A presidential victory based on accusation against others, (Cruz senior being a JHK assasin just one example), crude and demeaning nick-names, sexual malfeasance and lies, a lack of congressional oversight for quick gains, the endorsement of evangelicals (known for their own dick wielding television con men), and a series of shoot-in-foot tweets too numerous to count on a weekly basis by a truly horrible and base human being, payoffs and threats, leaves me to ask this one simple question. How could it had ever turned out any different than a golden Supreme Court nominee splashing shot spots on a rushed and desperate process. “Oh, but he is such a good family man, devoted, pious, supremely qualified to fulfill this life ambition”.

Maybe Kavenaugh will be included on this list…..if he gets lucky.

Presumably they went to save their marriage would be my guess as to why. However they did go in 2012 and she told the therapist and her husband about Kav’s antics. He held her down, covered her mouth and turned up the music so no one could hear her screaming. She was 15 years old. Now we have learned that Kav’s buddy Mark Judge was quite the instigator — had a whole routine of getting girls very drunk and then having some “fun” — kinda like Bill Cosby drugging women and then have his “fun” too.

Kavanaugh has been convicted in the court of public opinion. He’s done, stick him with a fork. Brilliant job by the Democrats.
It’s interesting how the Republicans seem to lack an instinct for the jugular. overfed, overconfident, overstupid?

    • DrTomSchmidt September 24, 2018 at 10:23 am #

It was Jesse Marvin Unruh, California Democrat, who was known for the expression: “If you can’t eat their food, drink their booze, screw their women, and then be prepared to get up in the morning and go vote against them, son you don’t belong in politics.”

You never hear that from the Republicans, maybe because there are few machine politicians amongst them anymore. The Democrats are likewise lifeless. I miss Tip O’Neill.

    • Georges1202 September 24, 2018 at 10:23 am #

That’s what comes of “chivalry” and giving women too much slack: they use it to hang men. People repeat what works. If this flies, they’re going to use it again and again – and America is finished.

Maybe Mohammad was right and their testimony shouldn’t be equal to that of a man’s. And since the Left loves Islam, it is poetic justice indeed on many levels

      • lbs September 24, 2018 at 12:50 pm #

One thing I haven’t seen pointed out so far. If false accusation of sexual assault is rare, it sure won’t remain that way if women learn that they can wield political power by making accusations lacking evidence with it being immaterial whether the accusation is true.

  8. DrTomSchmidt September 24, 2018 at 10:19 am #

But the gambit does raise the possibility that it will be answered by some rough justice from the conservative side of the field. It will be interesting to see in the weeks and months ahead how many Democratic house and senate members will be revealed as would-be rapists and sluts.

It’s just prudery on the part of Republicans. Bill Clinton was shown with irrefutable evidence to have, uh, enjoyed the usufructs of power. But then we knew that about him when we elected him. The charge of being a “slut” (wow, JHK; the Dems will demand you quit the part) or rapist only carries water when your image is Boy Scout or Madonna. So the Republicans cannot load this particular weapon.

    • Elrond Hubbard September 24, 2018 at 2:51 pm #

Tribalism has overwhelmed all other considerations. The concept of addressing questions like this on their merits, and in light of law and principle, has been hopelessly compromised.

The Republicans see their long-pursued project of restoring a right-wing Supreme Court and overturning the New Deal within a hair of being achieved. This, in an atmosphere where their party is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of an idiot-savant demagogue, for whom controversy and destruction of the machinery of government are not impediments, but fuel.

The Democrats, meanwhile, are still smarting from the spanking they took over their failure to seat their own previous candidate. They’re a party of milquetoast second-raters and careerists, but it’s finally beginning to dawn on them that their oppponents play to win, no matter what, while they themselves have persisted in bringing ‘norms’ to a gunfight. But they still hold to their own tribal commitments, including a round and heartfelt hatred for the working people (‘deplorables’) they have driven into the demagogue’s camp with their fecklessness.

Meanwhile, every commenter on here (starting with JHK) seems keen to insist that in cases where women make accusations against powerful men, the rejoinder “She was there too!” establishes not only the innocence of the accused, but the guilt of the accuser. In a healthy U.S. polity, the FBI could be called on to investigate and establish a factual basis for judicious action. But we all know what Trump and his supporters will say about that. It’s tribalism everywhere, all roads seem to lead deeper, and meanwhile the countdown to the next financial meltdown (the one that can’t be papered over) keeps ticking. Bad, bad, bad all around.

      • Walter B September 24, 2018 at 4:42 pm #

Well not EVERY commenter here has so stated Herr Elrond, certainly not I. I in fact, have a humongous problem with such hearsay, no evidence accusations cast about in the political arena carrying any weight or having any value at all. In my day I have been before the county prosecutor and even once in the office of the FBI presenting evidence files for cases that I have put together for prosecution that included a mountain of hard evidence and have been told, forget about it. For an out of the blue 37 year ago drunken maybe memory to carry any ability to stand on its own and take things this far is evidence to me that the Mainstream Media has either replaced the justice department or that the inhabitants of this place are more interested in entertainment than in functional life. .

        • Majella September 24, 2018 at 6:36 pm #

The larger question, Walter, is why Kavanaugh hasn’t invited an investigation? Why has McConnell et al likewise declined to have it looked at?

While the historical trust in the FBI has been undermined these last few years, it’d be a long bow to pull to take a position that there’s NO-ONE at the FBI that can’t do a simple non-partisan investigation.

If, as you say, there’s no evidence, then any investigation would bear that out, and Kavanaugh would be ‘cleared’ and can then take his seat without a cloud of suspicion over him.

If there IS any substance, then likewise, it would be found and the matter cleared entirely, and this man sent packing.

The Circus we’ll see on Thursday will be a doozy. Get the popcorn.

You are correct, the FBI has NO credibility anymore and apparently works for the Dark Side so no, I would not want them investigating anything that I was accused of, but surely there must be one damned agency that can do it. How about the Department of the Treasury? They made the FIN look as useless as they are for the Capone gig, didn’t they?

But yes, follow the procedure that we all pay so exorbitantly to maintain and be done with it. This Trial by CNN or j-nut is mind-numbing.

            FBI that is.

      • K-Dog September 25, 2018 at 1:18 am #

In a healthy U.S. polity, the FBI could be called on to investigate and establish a factual basis for judicious action. But we all know what Trump and his supporters will say about that.

All the kings horses and all the kings men are not going to find out what happened at a pig rich boy frat party thirty years ago.

        **********************

To make accusations which can’t be proved is irresponsible and reflects bad character. Good character reports crime when it happens and women have been able and willing to report sexual misconduct for fifty years in my America.

Is it something in the water that has made everyone so stupid?

Women are not the equal of men physically. Most men can kick the ass of most women From that fact it has been true of the feminine gender for countless millennia that women instead hone the weapon that they do have, rather than cultivate muscles they don’t have.

That weapon is their mouths. Men can’t hold a candle to a bitching woman when she gets on a roll. Regarding Kavanaugh we are supposed to believe that women were highly offended said nothing.

Women who are highly offended tell everyone they can about it. It is a fact of life and truth be told this farce is made more ridiculous by knowing that back in the seventies and eighties women were far more vocal then than they are today! 9-11 turned the sexual repression clock back quite a few years and current American sexual awareness is more like it was in the early 60’s than the later 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, or 90’s.

I remember a buddy in high school put his hand on the leg of a waitress once. It was at a lunch place in a strip mall where we both worked. Doug wore thick black Buddy Holly glasses. We were sixteen and she was eighteen or so; straight blonde hair and tall. Midwest Norwegian, nice cute nose, turned up just a bit. I don’t know what came over the fool. She backhanded him so hard his glasses flew off and hit the wall a dozen feet away. He never got his toast.

Doug managed to get a girlfriend and got laid a few months later.

        • Elrond Hubbard September 25, 2018 at 1:39 pm #

K-Dog: “Good character reports crime when it happens and women have been able and willing to report sexual misconduct for fifty years in my America.”

There it is again, that strange phenomenon: making the accusation a matter of the accuser’s ‘character’, instead of a question of actual deeds done in actual fact. This is the same phenomenon that’s been scribbled all over this comments section like graffiti since the first accusation against Kavanaugh was made.

Here’s a very timely article about a young woman who reported an alleged crime when it happened (thus earning your ‘good character’ seal of approval, surely?), and what she suffered as a result:

She reported her 2006 rape. Then nothing happened. In the #metoo era, what do we owe her?

You should read the article in full, but to hit the highlights, a high-school girl alleged an attempted rape by two popular athletes while they were attending a house party. There was a police investigation, but ultimately no prosecution despite her testimony and the presence of semen from at least one of the boys. Meanwhile, the female student was subjected to a hate campaign by her schoolmates that drove her from her school for the remainder of her high school career.

As the writer relates: “As a teenager in 2006, I saw the word ‘FAITH’ chalk-painted across the rear windshields of several cars in the parking lot of my north Texas high school and assumed I was seeing some kind of youth group slogan issuing from the local Christian club. I would learn in due course that I was actually looking at an acronym: ‘F— Amber in the Head,’ or ‘F— Amber in Three Holes.'” Amber being the accuser, you see.

Maybe good character does report crime when it happens. And what does good character get for its trouble, besides blame and denunciation for being in the exact same situation as the accused (even though only one of them stands accused of actually, you know, committing rape)? All too often women who are indeed “able and willing to report sexual misconduct” refrain from doing so from a well-founded fear of exactly this reaction. K-Dog, I’m afraid your America does not resemble our Earth America.

To hear JHK tell it, you’d have to be balls deep and ignoring desperate screams of protest for there to be impropriety. Come on, where’s the harm in a little surprise finger banging? And whom among us hasn’t pulled an Al Franken and copped a feel on a passed-out coed?

I think it’s one of the dangers of romanticizing a bygone era when women were a bit more like property.

Did you ever investigate the Mattress Girl case? The young man never called back and she Later cried rape, but only after trying to contact his numerous times in the interim, once asking for anal sex.

Her case was dismissed by the university so she took to carrying a mattress around like it was a cross and she a fem Christ. The young man was so reviled by his accusers – the entire university – that he sued. He won.

No, his ‘reputation’ is gone because he put himself out for public scrutiny and his ‘legend’ of upstanding family guy couldn’t stand up to that scrutiny.

“…spend his whole life building a reputation…” His high school & college reputations aren’t so shiny.

You know, when you’re caught drunk driving, or with fingers in the till for example, the judge KNOWS this wasn’t your first time, just the first time you were caught. How many years did he have in Kozinski’s orbit – initially as a clerk, then as a fellow Circuit Court judge? And through all that time, he was sweet & clean? a perfect gentleman?

Check this interview with reporter Ryan Grim of The Intercept for some of the actual facts around those years and how Kavanaugh simply lies to preserve his ‘reputation’…a play straight of of Trump’s playbook:

This strategy of trying to establishing a pattern with multiple accusations could backfire.

Dr. Ford’s allegation was at least credible.

But if we are to believe Deborah Ramirez, then we must believe that this incident happened at a party, not in a secluded upstairs room but in full view of many, without a single corroborating witness who was also there and actually saw it happen. We must also believe that someone who apparently knew both Ramirez and Kavanaugh shouted…

“Brett Kavanaugh just put his penis in Debbie’s face!”

First AND last name when referring to Brett; first name only when refering to Debbie. I’m surprised she doesn’t recall this not-so-silent witness calling out Brett’s SSN number and date of birth—you know—just to fully qualify which Brett Kavanaugh we’re talking about.

We must also believe that Ramirez remember’s Brett, but doesn’t remember this nameless faceless witness who exists as little more than a disembodied voice to establish Brett’s complete first AND last name identity, even though this person appears to have known both her and Brett.

It simply strains credulity that such an act happened with only one witness. It’s also remarkable that all the alleged witnesses thus far are liberal women in the “mental” sciences, Never Trumpers, etc.

Not only are there no other eye witnessess to corroborate the story, but…

“Deborah Ramirez’s best friend says Ramirez never told her about this incident and “suggested that Ramirez may have been politically motivated.”

So even Ramirez’s best friend doesn’t buy it.

And this is why I believe it may backfire. It casts doubt on Dr. Ford’s more credible allegation.

    • Thank God you are here to get to the bottom of this

This whole campaign against Kavanaugh has the smell of an obviously choreographed and paced event. A few more left wing accusers and the man’s loathsomeness becomes an undeniable fact.

There may be more crisis actresses waiting in the wings to tell of that dreadful day when Kavanaugh waved his fearsome penis in their faces. Anderson Cooper will host a 30 minute special on the penis alone.

    • pyrrhus September 24, 2018 at 1:08 pm #

“Dr. Ford’s allegation was at least credible.”

There was, and is, nothing remotely credible about it. No time, no place, shitfaced drunk when “it” occurred, no corroboration from friends, not a peep as Kavanaugh was made a Circuit Court Judge, nothing until Kavanaugh was nominated for the Supreme Court, and now one excuse after another to avoid testifying….She’s a liar and everyone knows it, but Ford isn’t dumb enough to testofy under oath.

The Kavanaugh situation has shown what really is behind the curtain: America’s war between the sexes (all 294 of them). It has been a forgone conclusion since the 1960’s. Changing times always raise stress levels, resulting in conflict. As a bonus, trial by media advances the Sexual Revolution II to its ultimate end point, aided by the incredibly dimwitted public. The whole matter seems especially contrived. The plan is working.

Porno Apocalypse of Deep Throat Hillary

Deborah Ramirez, a Yale classmate of Brett Kavanaugh’s, has described a dormitory party gone awry and a drunken incident that she wants the F.B.I. to investigate.

    https://www.newyorker.com/news/news-desk/senate-democrats-investigate-a-new-allegation-of-sexual-misconduct-from-the-supreme-court-nominee-brett-kavanaughs-college-years-deborah-ramirez

In the United States, the strategic offensive of Trump’s America against America of Hillary Clinton is getting strength.

On the side of Hillary fight Saudi Arabia and Germany who have invested very large sums in her election campaign, the anti-Brexit Great Britain, and also Eastern Europe, torn by the old scores between Poland and Ukraine, but still provoking a nuclear war at the behest of Hillary because of the Suwalki Gap.

The reason for this war is the desire of Trump America to put the remaining economic power of the United States and its status of a winner in the Cold War at the service of US national interests, which is often contrary to the interests of the “globalist” elite wishing to establish a world government.

Moreover, during the course of this war it became clear that the Army and the US state apparatus, with the exception of the top bureaucrats of the secret services, after a two years of infighting, finally recognized the results of the elections and largely took Trump’s side, and at the core of the Deep State, which it would be more correct to call a globalist state, are the Fourth Estate and University America.

And the applause that greeted Deep Throat Killary in Yale, forgetting about the millions of victims of her policies in Libya, Syria, Iraq, Pakistan, Ukraine, Yugoslavia and Russia, suggests that the “globalist” elite will have to be reckon with despite their relative small numbers.

The question arises how the globalist elite, which adopted as a program of actions what I call a Black Project, managed to recruit University America, which during the Cold War was considered a dovecote, and now turned into a hawk’s nest.

Moreover, the working-class America and the national bourgeoisie, including a significant part of the notorious Financial International (FinIntern) and the Israeli lobby, were able to withstand Clinton Deep Throat propaganda, while students of schools and universities led by the liberal professors almost unconditionally support the war criminal who thrice brought humanity to the very edge of the nuclear abyss at the time as the most educated part of the population diligently looked the other way.

Why the Yale students who are amicably defending all that ice of Antarctica, various furry animals in the nurseries and the rain forest with enthusiasm greet the bloodthirsty old woman who in her old age on camera was having an orgasm watching the murder of the unfortunate Gaddafi?

I’m struck by how Trump apologists can’t allow a millimeter of sunlight to creep in for fear of the floodgates being opened. Could these women, or at least one of them, possibly, maybe, *conceivably* be telling the truth? “ABSOLUTELY NOT, IN NO POSSIBLE UNIVERSE IS SUCH A THING REMOTELY CLOSE TO BEING EVEN PARTIALLY TRUE IN ANY WAY.” Really?

The eagerness with which some are playing Whack-a-Mole seems to reek of desperation. Might there be some truth to it you’re afraid of getting out?

If he’s such a stand-up guy, he will be fine. And if these women are liars willing to endure death threats because they are politically or monetarily motivated to torpedo this nomination, won’t a full hearing expose them?

    • FincaInTheMountains September 24, 2018 at 11:26 am #

monetarily motivated to torpedo this nomination

depends how much money are we talking about. Clintonoids are desperate, stakes are extremely high, so it could be in hundreds of millions.

    • Exscotticus September 24, 2018 at 11:27 am #

Did a full hearing expose Anita Hill? Or Justice Thomas for that matter? Did it establish truth one way or the other? Or was it all just political theater?

Definitely give them a hearing. One hour for Dr. Ford, one hour for Deborah Ramirez, one hour each for any additional witnesses that suddenly remember things they never remembered before, wrapping it all up by the end of the day, followed immediately by an up-or-down confirmation vote.

“If he’s such a stand-up guy, he will be fine. And if these women are liars willing to endure death threats because they are politically or monetarily motivated to torpedo this nomination, won’t a full hearing expose them?”

Exactly cj. Are you as flummoxed as I am that so many of this blog’s regular posters are starting to sound like classic Trump apologists? Including the venerable JHK?

The focus seems to be on whether the accusation is true or not – no-one can know that before we hear directly from the named parties on Thursday, though if Senators Ghastley & Snatch get to ask direct questions, it’s not difficult to predict the softballs for Kavanaugh & the hard balls for Ford already.

But underlying all this is the proven fact that Kavanaugh has already lied to the Senate, under oath – is there NO CRIME that disqualifies any more?

These accusations of sexual impropriety are not criminal, but they certainly highlight his disqualifying character flaws. Still, what’s to be surprised at? A Dyed-in-the-Wool Republican who is demonstrably a hypocritical two-faced lying scumbag living up to his reputation? Huh.

      • Exscotticus September 24, 2018 at 8:37 pm #

        >>> The focus seems to be on whether the accusation is true or not

Heaven forbid! Clearly something other than truth should eb the standard of measure!

        >>> it’s not difficult to predict the softballs for Kavanaugh & the hard balls for Ford already

And vice-versa. But please feel free to prove us wrong by posting links to Sen. Cory Booker (admitted groper of a 15-year-old) decimating Kav’s accusers with the skepticism that last-minute uncorroborated claims deserve.

        >>> These accusations of sexual impropriety are not criminal, but they certainly highlight his disqualifying character flaws

You mean assuming they’re true? Cuz—you know—that “if they’re true” part actually matters.

Sexual impropriety didn’t seem to stop our aforementioned 15-year-old groping Cory Booker from assuming office. No doubt you’ve posted extensively demanding that Cory resign for his “sexual impropriety” yes? Links or it didn’t happen, and you’re just another double-standard hyprocrite.

A long, long time ago, in a country that bears scant resemblance to the present one, mommies and grannies told their daughters and grand-daughters to dress modestly and behave with decorum and in a circumspect fashion around men because you just never knew.

Especially don’t go gettin’ shit-faced at frat parties. And don’t find yourself alone with a man in his apartment, or alternatively, don’t find yourself alone with a man in your own apartment. If you accept an invitation to his place or if you invite him to yours, for – cough – coffee, it’s tantamount to accepting or giving an invitation for sex.

Ladies, you may not like it, but that’s how men are wired, we’re all Turks underneath the washed and shaven exterior, and, to a significant percentage of men, women have got the word “slut” written on their foreheads in invisible ink that only he can read.

Do yourselves a big favor, stop bein’ stoopit, use some common sense, keep yourselves safe, do NOT go to places where a lot of young, drunken, unmarried men are partying. Because if you go to such places you are looking for trouble, and if you look for it, you will surely find it.

    End of sermon.

      Volodya,

What you say is an unavoidable truth, but there are women who might disagree and suggest that any untoward behavior or dress on their part should not bring opprobrium nor unwanted advance….

      • volodya September 24, 2018 at 12:24 pm #

Elysian, it’s an interesting thing, often the ones that fling opprobrium on women that behave or dress untowardly (is that a word?) are women.

Ever seen a chick wearing her hemline up near the tree-line?

Ever see the facial expression or hear the comments coming from your own wife or girlfriend about aforesaid chick and her elevated hem-line? Don’t know about you but I’ve seen this happen a number of times.

That said, yes, you are right, there will be what you say, from a great height.

        • Janos Skorenzy September 24, 2018 at 12:53 pm #

Yes, once we take back power, women will control other women for the most part – our first line of defense. But first Feminism has to be smashed to smithereens. Thank God we have the FEMA Camps all ready to go. Those who refuse to agree to the New Way and sign on the dotted line will be invited to go abroad, perhaps to Muslim Europe!

This is in the context of Bill Ayers dreaming aloud of fifty million White Americans going to Summer Camp and only half ever returning. Very gentle compared to that, eh?

Reminds me of a rule that I learned very early in my high school edumacation career. Never ever find yourself alone in a room with a kid of either sex. It became a reflex action for me to open the door and step out in the hallway in full view of the surveillance cameras. That being said, I knew several teachers who were falsely accused, and it nearly ruined their lives. The one that I knew where the charges were proved was a real piece of drek. He started a relationship with a student’s mother, then moved on to the daughter. When the story broke it made the NY post.

  19. Walter B September 24, 2018 at 11:33 am #

There are three questions that anyone who has lived through the past 60 or 70 years should ask themselves. I am halfway through Robert Kennedy’s book, The Enemy Within, which he wrote after spending three years as lead legal council for the McMillian Committee, investigating crime and corruption in America’s workplace for the Congressional Committee, along with his brother Jack, a US Senator at the time. In this work by the soon to be US Attorney General, RFK documents in great detail the corruption, control and misuse and murder of the American working men and women by what he called “the most powerful force in America next to the US government itself”. The Kennedy brothers feared so strongly that organized crime, “was becoming intertwined with government and business and threatening to corrupt the social contract that held together American democracy”, that they continued to fight the battle until it cost them both their lives.

With that in mind, my point is this: If both the President of the United States and the Attorney General fought this force to the death and lost, did that evil force 2nd in power only to the government itself, grow stronger or weaker after their deaths? How far do you think that power may have moved up the ladder since 1963? All the way to the top perhaps?

So if they have, and I am certain that they have, we no longer exist in a Free Society but are now living in Don Corleone’s Godfather World. If you are a friend of the family and you want your daughter’s old boyfriend killed, all you have to do is tell the Don that he showed her his Pocket Weasel and it will be done.

Looks like Lady Justice has not only removed her blindfold but is now flipping us all the bird as well. And from what I am hearing out of Trenton, she will soon be utilizing her scales to weigh out o-z’s soon so she has certainly had a serious change of careers hasn’t she? I wonder if she too drinks herself into oblivion. She should.

A comprehensive CONgresssional review of Ms. Ramirez’s background, and her allegations, should include all of Playboy’s, Penthouse’s, Larry Flynt’s Huster internet sites, plus XHamster, XNXX, Pornhub sites for evidence of both her chastity and good solid morals. That should take the Senate a while to tease out all the appropriate intel. Also, it would provide an opportunity for the aides and lawyers to look for more incriminating evidence of Judge Kavanaugh’s member. Such libertine activities must show up somewhere in the Porndom’s panoptic.

Then, immediately after the probabatory hiatus, and the judge is brought before the august body once again for the interrogative, he should peremptorily state that he never called his generative organ a penis but instead called the famly jewels a “choad”. Ms. Ramirez, not being able to recall the proper nomenclature of the famous, sexist (by nature) object in question would immediately be dismissed from the hearing as suffering from false memory syndrome triggered by this years bumper zucchini harvest at her local farmer’s market.

Where is John “The Wad” Holmes when we need him to provide Ms. Ramirez, and the Senate, a reminder of what a memorable penis thrusting-in-the-face would actually look like?

The real subtext of all of these allegations is that Kavanaugh not only did these acts 35+ years ago, but that he will do them again. That’s what this is all about. It’s about the fact that he is male. In the progressive ideology, ideas don’t matter. It’s all about identity. So, because he is male, he will assault women. Doesn’t matter if it’s true. The one over riding factor, is his gender. There is no “progression” for human beings for progressives. It’s all a struggle for control among identities.

    • No one was clamoring for Kavanaugh to begin with. I’m convinced he’s some sort of benchwarmer to absorb punishment and whip up public sentiment ahead of the midterms.

Their real candidate will come after midterms, and they hope, with a mandate. And then the shit can really hit the fan.

Sorry Don but the Republicans may or may not have tiny peckers to wave around in everyone’s faces, but they certainly do not have any balls for fighting anything! Apparently they have all gone so decadent, so soft, and so useless that they have even forgotten that it was a “two party” system and not simply a Sellout’s Club. Gentlemen, I would like to clear up a couple of misconceptions.

One, a misconception that this sordid episode tells us something about “women”.
    It does not.
Women are more likely than men to see this for what it is, a politically motivated smear attempt.

Two, about that attempt. Of course the story isn’t believable, because it isn’t meant to be believed. It is meant for one purpose only- to delay. What’s left of the Democratic Party wants to delay the confirmation of Judge Kavanaugh until after the midterms. Why? Because they think there is going to be a “red wave”, and then he will not be seated at all.
Senator Feinstein’s role in all this? She has to pretend to care, really care, about Women. She could not care less about Mr. Kavanaugh personally, and whether he gets on the court or not.

Why does she have to pretend to care? There is a movement afoot, if you haven’t noticed. It’s called Walk Away. An awful lot of Democratic voters are not stupid; they know that this is not what they signed up for, this Democratic Party of today. Old relics like Feinstein, who have already gotten theirs, who have enriched themselves, while in office beyond the wildest dreams of their average constituents, have to keep the charade going for those that follow, or risk perhaps having someone look a little too closely at exactly how they got so stinking rich while serving the public. They can’t afford to let the Party founder.

She wants the FBI investigating an alleged teenage party, without the slightest bit of evidence to go on?
Better they spend their time investigating where some of her household income came from, while she employed a Chinese spy.

Oh, and one more thing, I believe the term for men like Mr. Kunstler, is misanthropist, not misogynist.

    • Janos Skorenzy September 24, 2018 at 3:05 pm #

Misanthrope (hatred of mankind) is the singular noun. Misanthropy would be the general noun I suppose, though I’ve never seen it until spell check just endorsed it.

Misandry is hatred of men. Misandrist (not accepted) should be the singular.

“She wants the FBI investigating an alleged teenage party, without the slightest bit of evidence to go on? Better they spend their time investigating where some of her household income came from, while she employed a Chinese spy”

Most of them screamed (some with laugher). After he left, I said we had to call the police. Everyone else said why bother. I did anyway. The cop said I was right to call. The guy who starts out exposing himself and gets away with it will try again but the next time it will be a little worse — from exposing himself — to touching — on to rape, etc. Ford may have been Kav’s first time but it probably wasn’t his last.

    TRICKS OF THE TRADE

    GISH GALLOP:

The Gish gallop is a technique used during debating that focuses on overwhelming an opponent with as many arguments as possible, without regard for accuracy or strength of the arguments. The term was coined by Eugenie C. Scott and named after the creationist Duane T. Gish, who used the technique frequently against proponents of evolution

    ARGUMENTUM AD POPULUM:

In argumentation theory, an argumentum ad populum (Latin for “argument to the people”) is a fallacious argument that concludes that a proposition must be true because many or most people believe it, often concisely encapsulated as: “If many believe so, it is so.”

    BURDEN OF PROOF:

The burden of proof (Latin: onus probandi) is the obligation of a party in a trial to produce the evidence that will prove the claims they have made against the other party. In a legal dispute, one party is initially presumed to be correct and gets the benefit of the doubt, while the other side bears the burden of proof. When a party bearing the burden of proof meets its burden, the burden of proof switches to the other side.

ATTEMPTING TO SHIFT THE BURDEN OF PROOF:

One way in which one would attempt to shift the burden of proof is by committing a logical fallacy known as the argument from ignorance. It occurs when either a proposition is assumed to be true because it has not yet been proved false or a proposition is assumed to be false because it has not yet been proved true.[8][9]

    ARGUMENT FROM IGNORANCE:

Argument from ignorance (from Latin: argumentum ad ignorantiam), also known as appeal to ignorance (in which ignorancerepresents “a lack of contrary evidence”) is a fallacy in informal logic. It asserts that a proposition is true because it has not yet been proven false or a proposition is false because it has not yet been proven true. This represents a type of false dichotomy in that it excludes a third option, which is that there may have been an insufficient investigation, and therefore there is insufficient information to prove the proposition be either true or false. Nor does it allow the admission that the choices may in fact not be two (true or false), but may be as many as four,
    1. true
    2. false
    3. unknown between true or false
    4. being unknowable (among the first three)

    AD HOMINEM:

Ad hominem (Latin for “to the person”[1]), short for argumentum ad hominem, is a fallacious argumentative strategy whereby genuine discussion of the topic at hand is avoided by instead attacking the character, motive, or other attribute of the person making the argument, or persons associated with the argument, rather than attacking the substance of the argument itself.[2]The terms ad mulierem[3] and ad feminam[4] have been used specifically when the person receiving the criticism is female.

    • Janos Skorenzy September 24, 2018 at 10:07 pm #

I find many female posters, lets call them Fish in honor of Gish, will throw everything but the kitchen sink at their opponents without caring that the many arguments contradict each other. The only objective is to “win” by defeating their opponent – without ever having to defend their own thesis.

Chronicles of the World Civil War in the USA

    Bad News: Hillary Triumphs

Trump at some point seemingly becoming demoralized, Alex Jones was cut off from Paypal and cut off from all other sources of funding, the Republican FOX-5 spiels anti-Trump propaganda, compared to which Clinton’s channel 7 is an example of objectivity, but the most important thing that Hillary and her flying monkeys are clearly celebrating a major victory and I see no other grounds for this celebration, except for the downed Russian IL-20 plane in Syria and the resulting deterioration in Russian-Israeli relations.

This can be seen primarily from an interview with Stephen Colbert, who became famous for the question to President Trump: “So how Vladimir Putin’s ass tastes like?”

And since officially she is not the head of the Deep State of the USA, she came to this show in civilian clothes, but this time she did not try to look her usual beauty of Balzac’s age, but appeared before her followers, whom it would be more correct to call her soldiers, like wise and experienced and wrinkled commander-in-chief, who, like Churchill, seemed to be about to pull out and light a cigar.

And this interview is actually a speech of this commander-in-chief before her army’s transition to an offensive in connection with the changed military disposition and the transition to a strategic offensive.

It consists of several clips, and in this clip Clinton describes the deadly danger that the present crisis poses for the United States thanks to certain criminals who used Trump for this:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=joy3X_GJavY

In this video, she explains that this is a constitutional crisis and it can not be resolved by the November elections, and only the impeachment or the removal of Trump by Mueller’s commission with the help of the 25th amendment can save the US.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U7vOB2kcr9c

And in this clip she openly said that these scoundrels who attacked America in 2016, like the Japanese attacking Pearl Harbor, are Russians, and that Russia and the United States are at war.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hxbJIpCbLY4

As you understand, she could’ve prepared such a speech only if she knew in advance about an event that changed the strategic balance and allowed her to go on the offensive.

And its success is determined not only by the conflict between the defense ministries of Russia and Israel, who can not come to a common opinion about what actually happened, but also an outbreak of almost Nuremberg-style anti-Semitism in the Russian Internet(RuNet), a residue from which remains even if the defense ministries settle their differences.

She could have pulled a cigar out of her ass and they would have frolicked and cheered. Her troops are mesmerized.

She’s a dangerous old frump, making accusations and claims against this administration that are certainly more applicable to her.

Some say the Russians should take her out. Give Mueller a real investigation.

Speaking of Churchill, it was he who said of John Foster Dulles what could very well be applied to Trump; “he’s a bull who carries his China shop with him”.

Many years ago I lived for quite some years in Europe, mostly France and Italy. Citizens there of both sexes were always utterly nonplussed by American women who were offended and outraged when they accepted an invitation from a guy to visit his residence and were then subjected to sexual advances. French and Italian women of the time simply understood that such an invitation was an invitation to have sex and, knowing that, they would not accept unless they were prepared to get it on. This was a good thing. It kept things much clearer.

I honestly believe that today’s Democrats are so desperate to avoid the court going they way it will go, that they will resort to anything. I don’t really think this shit came from the top down though. Instead I think Individual women who are so thoroughly imbued with the “resist” movement’s ideology, that the idea germinates in their heads and they think : “I went to school with this guy (or I grew up in the same town with him) and I knew who he was. I can cook up a story about him assaulting me. He’ll have to deny it in public and that’ll derail his appointment. I can be a heroine of the resistance and years later I can brag on it about how I pulled off the disinformation coup of the year”.
In Britain, libel laws apply to these cases, but here if a person is a “public figure” any sort of defamatory things can be said or published and the person doing it faces neither criminal nor civil liability. This is a serious lapse in the law.
I think these unsubstantiated stories people dredge up from the distant past should be dismissed out of hand and there should be a statute of limitations, both civil and criminal that should apply. The attitude really should be that if you were that upset about something that happened 36 years ago, you should have said something about it at the time or soon thereafter.

    • Sean Coleman September 26, 2018 at 9:03 am #

I think you are right about it being more bottom-up than top-down.

A good comparison would be Wikipedia, which almost always takes the pc line. For example it is dismissive of critics of AGW and there is room to believe that some of this censorship might be organized. Wiki cannot even bring itself to describe Rupert Sheldrake as a scientist and his blog contains an interesting section about the Guerrilla Skeptics group, which patrols Wikipedia for the merest hint of ‘pseudoscience’ heresy. However my feeling is that Wikipedia, just like the media, is self-censoring. The media were subjected to organized intimidation over Trump but they ended up going for him all by themselves. And the women who step forward in accusations like this do it all by themselves too.

when this incident is swept behind and the court is packed and your campaign against social justice complete, you will have won the same type of victory as won in Viet Nam.

      wm,
I’ve also tried to warn of the same, but it seems that all due diligence and calm appraisal engendered by dispassionate patience must fall before the mighty sword* of pinheaded ideological fevers uncooled or tempered on ANY “side”. Goldwater’s fateful maxim has come back to claim the republic (and slay it for good and all) in the name of fear and the dreadful power of hate; the whirlwind is nearly ripe for the reaping. The authoritarians march and the smell of hypocritical rot is on the wind. May they take the ascendant and be damned by their inflexibility.

      “Today we will be married, and all the people from the village will be there;
And all the freaks and sailors that she knows will be there,

      …I will carry her across the threshold, and I will make dim the light;
I will attempt to spend my love within her, I will try with all my might.
She’ll laugh at my *mighty sword, she’ll laugh at my *mighty sword…
Why must everybody laugh at my *mighty sword…

      Maybe we’re both crazy, I just don’t know;

Hmm, that settles it– Kavanaugh IS the most virtuous of all political figures within the last 100 years.

I seem to remember that, long before Monica and the debasement of cigars of one sort and another in the Oval Office, a drunken Arkansas Governor by the name of William Jefferson Clinton had a female supporter brought into his hotel room by the Ark. State Police. He showed her the red face of his “frightful hog,” very much against her will.
This same politician is still traveling the land making speeches that are well-received by Democrats. Does anyone remember HER name? Or the names of the many other women that received this treatment from an adult in political office, who was never charged for these crimes, and never brought to court??

Apparently, after the Emancipation Proclamation, there were draft riots in the North, particularly among the Irish in New York City; Union recruitment plummeted as people dodged en mass the draft out of protest of Emancipation. Lincoln and Grant compensated by recruiting former slaves into the Union armies. The negro soldiers in Mississippi would have been poorly trained and would have been witness to the Yankee soldiers depredations and raping, pillaging, and despoiling of white farms. The South capitulates in the face of the threat of a negro occupation. Lincoln and Grant’s quid pro quo: The Confederacy capitulates and in exchange the Yankees allow the Southern whites to disarm the negroes and restore order? Pure political expediency; very nasty?

“Four sorrows are certain to be visited on the United States.

First, there will be a state of perpetual war.

Second is a loss of democracy and Constitutional rights as the presidency eclipses Congress and is itself transformed from a co-equal ‘executive branch’ of government into a military junta.

Third is the replacement of truth by propaganda, disinformation, and the glorification of war, power, and the military legions.

Lastly, there is bankruptcy, as the United States pours its economic resources into ever more grandiose military projects and shortchanges the education, health, and safety of its citizens.”

      • hmuller September 25, 2018 at 12:32 am #

All this talk of teenage drinking, kissing, and penis waving is very amusing and distracting. But here’s what I think is important.

Sooner or later, Trump will get his loyal man on to the Supreme Court, if not Kavanaugh, the next guy. And when he does, look out!

52,000 sealed federal indictments will get unsealed and the bad guys will get rounded up and tried by military tribunals for sedition, corruption, racketeering, murder, pedophilia, human trafficking, narcotics, money laundering, the list goes on and on.

It will look like a martial law coup (or counter coup) and be very disruptive – but necessary. We’ll finally purge the bastards from power. And who are they, you may ask? They go by many names – deep state, globalists, new world order, cabal, illuminati, Luciferians, oligarchy, kleptocracy, etc.

        • SoftStarLight September 25, 2018 at 1:06 am #

        • If they are sealed, how do you know?

          • hmuller September 25, 2018 at 10:44 am #

            SnackCake,

First, a paid service for lawyers “Pacer.gov” keeps track of many judicial matters including how many sealed indictments have been filed in federal courts. So I’m not just imagining all this (lest you were wondering)

Secondly, you could be right; maybe the indictments are to go after gangs of illegal alien nannies, or jaywalkers on federal grazing land.

Thirdly, by way of comparison, typically 1,000 sealed indictments are filed in federal courts during a year. 52,000 in the last nine months is off the charts unusual.

So believe what you will, I suspect the enemies of Trump are being targeted.

Could it be that maybe they can’t and the supply limits are being reached that the Peak oilers have predicted. Unless you really are the Virgin Mary , in which case the issue doesn’t concern you in any way , anyway ,

The best protection for any sexual proclivity , whether getting it on with cattle and horses is your thing , or you are a high dollar escort ,

is privacy and the status qou.

    Simple as that.

Be you perpetrator who will become victim , victim , sort of — victim , or hapless bystander who was standing in the wrong spot when the piano fell out of the sky.

Sexual revolutions always have ugly endings.

This isn’t the first time things have played out this way , and the result has always been the same.

Anyone here old enough to remember free love , open marriage , orgies , and all that sort of thing back in 1975 ?

Or , are we still pretending it is still like that now ?

The Middle Ages , with its monasteries , convents , flagellants , and ascetics , in comparison to this , looks like the great age of the libertines.

in the supposedly prim , white bread 19th to mid – 20th century , any town that was more than a village had its red light district.

The situation now , 50 years after the vaunted sexual revolution ?

Left-wing or right-wing , gay activist or Evangelical , you are all a bunch of hysterical pussies who see a pervert behind every tree , and you are all miserable celibates who , more often than not , aren’t getting any .

Common sense — and hypocrisy , will prevail in the end.

Because all of this misery and suffering is just so much futile running around in circles.

The revolution , like so many revolutions before it , is going nowhere.

    The problem of over-population —

    There is no such problem.

    the problem is the same as it was 2,000 years ago ;

The people you like and value the least , and being consequently the people with the fewest resources , have lots and lots of children

    — and rightly so , because , failing all else , your children will be your allies and your social safety net.

Death and taxes are inevitable the aristocrats say.

    — Also inevitable is the fact that any promise made by the aristocracy to the peasantry cannot be depended on.

Again , your best bet is to ignore the horse shit the aristocracy tries to peddle to you , and have children.

The people you like and value the most , who have had every advantage and have drunk to full measure the bounty of civilization , have few or no children.

Birth control and abortion has always been the fetish of the well – heeled .

You are in trouble because you are out-numbered , and you will lose because you are out-numbered .

    THAT is your , ” over-population ” .

Over-population is a huge problem. Catholic Theology, so beautiful and profound anent the Way of Christ to Heaven, is simply not competent in this matter. Christ said he would send the Holy Spirit to teach us things he didn’t have time to teach us. This is obviously just such a matter. But the Holy Spirit can’t teach us if we won’t even acknowledge a problem and ask for help.

I’m confused. Does JHK support the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh? Because I’ve only seen him attack the women who are accusing Kavanaugh of sexual assault. It seems that JHK like many others has fallen for the bait, while the fact remains that Kavanaugh is not fit to serve a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court. Kavenaugh has lied under oath multiple times, and Republicans have kept nearly all information about him under wraps.

The real question JHK and the rest of us should be concerned about, is that if Kavenaugh is not a sexual predator, then what are Republicans hiding? Surely it must be worse. After all, Republicans are trying to ram through Kavanaugh’s appointment ASAP without proper vetting. These same Republicans obstructed Obama’s Supreme Court pick for an unprecedented 293 days because it was “too important” of a decision to make in an election year. We are currently in another election year; why the rush now? How is Republican obstructionism of Obama’s pick any less despicable than what Democrats are now accused of doing with Kavanaugh?

I don’t know anyone who regards themselves as liberal or progressive who isn’t alarmed at the prospect of the Supreme Court going to the extreme right for at least a generation. Women deserve to know what Kavanaugh is about, because their reproductive rights are at stake. Why are Dr. Christine Ford and Deborah Ramirez being summarily dismissed by people such as JHK before a proper hearing has even taken place? Why is it hard to believe these women’s stories even if they happened 30 years ago, while the credibility of men who who accuse Catholic priests of sexually abusing them 30 years prior is never questioned?

JHK implies that if any sexual impropriety did in fact occur, the woman had it coming because she had been drinking. This is exactly why women don’t come forward when they are sexually assaulted: they are blamed, shamed, discounted and seldom believed. Christine Ford should not have to move out of her own home and go into hiding because there have been threats on her and her family’s life. Despite this, she is still willing to testify. Someone who is lying is not going to risk all of that, not to mention their career.

If you are a man, you simply do not understand the rape culture and the power that men wield over women on a daily basis.

I think it is because the narrative lacks believability, and Democrats have used this exact same tactic for too long. Diane Feinstein is the real culprit. If she really believed Ms. Ford’s story and was committed to justice she would have come forward with the letter in July. If we as a country want to go down this path then any allegation can bring a man down. It’s all a sham. Meanwhile, just like feminists are perfect for…they have made the lives of real victims and every day women that much harder.

      • What about the 100,000 pages of documents from the candidate’s tenure that remain unreleased?

Its like they don’t want a thorough and public vetting of this candidate… probably because most rational people find anti-choice fascism abhorrent.

They tried to pull a fast one on Americans… and failed.

What’s the deal about Obama’s academic records and transcripts being sealed? Are they hiding something besides poor grades? Like foreign student status.

When Sheriff Arpaio showed the Obama birth certificate to be a poorly executed computer cut and paste fraud, why did no loyal left-wingers challenge those findings?

Why can no professor or student remember Obama during the two years he supposedly attended Columbia (other than his Pakistani boyfriend)?

    Cultural News

Marina Abramovich got a blow over her head with a picture in the courtyard of the Florentine Museum, where her exposition takes place.

    Viva mia amata Italia!

I don’t want to write about this muck (I’m talking about Abramovich). About her and her “art” is written enough from the very beginning of the so-called pizza-gate.

If you want to understand anything: study pizza-gate, study the Iranian deal, study the Clinton cash, study the Hilly’s servers and emails. These are the cornerstones of what is happening.

Modern art is often an accomplice in crimes. Here is this favorite of Podestas and Hollywood sissy woman – a splendid example of the impact on the brain with her occultism and pseudo-cannibalism and is generally unknown what they actually do in her sessions of spirit cooking.

Of course, a man who smacked her with his portrait of her is imputed insanity.

But not far off is the time when all these celebrities will not be able to reach their car in time, so that they are not smeared in shit for their participation in all their abominations, especially against children.

The people are on the edge, not so long ago in Texas ?, I do not remember exactly in which state, the judge found on his porch the corpse of the pedophile, whom he dismissed from the courtroom.

The civil war is on the increase.

Until Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the US Supreme Court, nothing will move.

This confirmation has long turned into a shameful circus. The scenario involving allegedly almost victim of sexual violence who is weak in memory department, weak in booze department, and weak in down there department, according to the recollections of classmates, a hereditary clown-ess, is even dumber than the scenarios of British poisonings.

On Thursday, there will be another circus with Kavanaugh.

He’ll be confirmed, sooner or later, FISA warrants will be made public, and on October 3, the presidential warning service is scheduled for testing.

When voters will receive SMS messages:

“Dear voter, I declare a state of emergency. With love, President Trump.”

    https://www.theepochtimes.com/president-trump-declares-national-emergency-over-global-rights-abuses-and-corruption_2393803.html

Legally, US have a state of emergency since 12/21 of the last year. Because of crime. But the system of warning should be tested in case of introduction of the National Guard on the subject straightening up the brains of paid and voluntary radicals – like AntiFa.

So maybe the election will be held under a watchful eye of man with a rifle. With National Guard. To save citizens, elections and the Republic.

For the clowns nominated too many candidates whose place is in prison, and not in the Congress.

The Republicans indeed are trying to ram through Kavanaugh’s confirmation. They are obviously concerned about the November elections. Why wait until after the elections, thus opening up a chance to block Kavanaugh, when right now they have a Congressional majority. If I was a Repug, I’d push for a hearing and vote this week; it’s thoroughly understandable.

Yes, there’s a difference between contest and combat. Contest is a boxing match, with rules, rounds, doctors, and titles. Combat has none of those but it’s more important: for you life. Combat is when some madman is trying to kill you. Now many ordinary Americans have realized how deeply the Democrats hate us and realize that they have been practicing combat against us for many years. And that means Roberts Rules are out and It’s Victory by any means necessary. No guilt since the other side are savages and have no rights. So needless to say, we have adopted the same mindset.

But yes, the Right and Center are still full of bozos who think that the rules matter more than the result – as if this was still a contest and not combat. There are no Leftists like this and since the Left has taken over the Democratic Party – I’ll leave you to supply the conclusion to the syllogism. And from here? Well War is the extension of politics by other means. No guilt: the Left destroyed civil politics in America. It only takes one. If someone is practicing combat against you, you can’t stick to the rules. Only a bozo would do that.

Might I suggest more proposed soundtrack for the Supreme’s Senate hearings:

    Sylvia’s “Pillow Talk”.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qefR9IimWmQ

Make it like at a boxing or wrestling match where the music is played as the star witness or candidate enters the room.

Probably too erotic or at minimum suggestive (were not the 70’s great – pure Disco – one-night stands before AIDS!) and certainly not raw, disgusting or rough enough for either The Resistance or The Republicans.

However, his would make fabulous intro, bumper and outro (closing credits) music for a Baghdad-on-the-Potomac TeeVee or radio show appropriately titled “Pillow Talk”. Think of the parade of political pecadilloes and perversions provided by persons-of-interest, playas, Pinkos, pornographers, pikers, presstitutes, power brokers….career civil servants probably being the most wicked. Wink wink.

Now contemplate the most appropriate host for such a program — my head is spinning.

Motive, motive, motive. I suggest Ford’s motive for her very belated
accusation is based on Kavanaugh’s supposed opposition to
abortion. For 5 years (2006-2011) Ford was Director of Biostatistics
for Corcept, a pharmaceutical company whose only product is the abortion pill Korlym. If Ford is a dedicated supporter of abortion rights, then her intention to destroy Kavanaugh before he becomes an SC judge is perfectly logical in my opinion. Christine Blasey Ford, willing to risk everything as the self-anointed defender of women’s abortion rights and an unmitigated liar who believes the end justifies the means.

And now we learn that Ford may not appear before the senate
at all. She should be subpoenaed and brought before that body in shackles if necessary.

    • “supposed opposition”? His prior rulings pretty much amount to significant interference with the medical choice of women to obtain legal abortions.

As for your other fake news claims,

“Korlym is a glucocorticoid receptor antagonist that is indicated to control hyperglycemia associated with Cushing’s syndrome, a rare, debilitating endocrine disorder.”

Shes scheduled to appear and testify on Thursday.

        • Ah, I see, a progesterone blocker that works against Cushing’s disease with a side effect of stopping pregnancy.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t recall God ever stating, “Thou shalt not abort”. Of course there’s a prohibition against murder, but it is an open question if a 1st trimester fetus is a human being. To date, God hasn’t made a decree stating abortion is murder, so until he does, I guess I’m a wholehearted supporter of terminating pregnancy if a woman so desires.

The Hippocratic Oath forbids abortion. Now since the Medical Establishment is for abortion, why didn’t they just scrap the Oath and create their own? Ah, but that’s not how evil operates: it is a parasite on the Good. So they keep the name Hippocratic and just deleted the part they didn’t like. What hypocrisy, eh? The Devil is ever the Ape of God. Or as Tolkien said, Evil cannot create, it can only imitate.

            http://www.arcc-cdac.ca/postionpapers/71-Abortion-Hippocratic-Oath.PDF

“No… Other texts in the Hippocratic corpus discuss abortion as if there were no prohibitions, describing it as something women were “always doing”. In one section of Diseases
of Women, a text attributed to Hippocrates, a pregnant slave is advised to jump up and down repeatedly, touching her heels to her buttocks, in order to expel the seed. A range of abortion methods were routinely used in the ancient world, including herbs, drugs, and physical techniques”.

It is in any case not very relevant, as the Hippocratic Oath has been superseded in both the US and the UK by updated codes of professional ethics.

I am for Society’s right to choose – I just hope as many Societies as possible will make the choice that makes them better than the criminals they might consider judicially killing.

Apparently babies do sometimes survive abortion. The are usually left to die in a bucket or something. Some abortionists probably notice the possibility and kill the baby surreptitiously while still in the birth canal with a quick scissors thru the skull.

      • GreenAlba September 25, 2018 at 2:39 pm #

As you pointed out to me yourself, Exscotticus, you can’t even be convicted of the murder of the woman if you’re ‘just’ a drunk driver and not a driver on a premeditated mission to kill someone. So it’s odd that two days later you find it an interesting point. It’s a wrong point.

        • Exscotticus September 25, 2018 at 2:48 pm #

I said no such thing; I said society recognizes context and intent as mitigating circumstances—both morally and legally.

A drunk driver would be charged with vehicular manslaughter and DWI.

You apparently see no difference between this hypothetical and one in which the man plotted to kill the woman over a period of months (i.e., not a crime of passion).

          • GreenAlba September 25, 2018 at 2:52 pm #

Let’s say the drunk driver was in fact the father. He and the baby survive but the mother does not. He wants to keep the child…

Or let’s say everyone survives but the mother is in a long-lasting coma. The continued pregnancy poses no health risk to the mother, and the father wants to keep the child…

It was Janos’s scenario. He was pointing out the double standard. That’s what makes it interesting. I think he’s right; the man would be charged with a double homicide even though the woman was on her way to abort…

          • GreenAlba September 25, 2018 at 3:19 pm #

It seems to depend on the State, over your way. Fetal homicide doesn’t exist in every State, although he’d obviously be charged with something.

In the UK, it would be ‘child destruction’ as per the case I linked to. I’m not actually sure it really would be the same if the mother had arranged an abortion, but I don’t know.

Most early abortions are done medically, not surgically. You take two pills with an interval in between – and in the UK you can take the second one at home. Most women don’t have late abortions.

          • Exscotticus September 25, 2018 at 3:34 pm #

And so to Janos’s obvious point: if the crime is “child destruction”, then that means you’re dealing with a child. But if you’re dealing with a child, then how can the abortion be legal?

When the woman aborts, it’s not a child; when the man commits an unintended homcide, it is a child.

            Double standard.

          • GreenAlba September 26, 2018 at 5:55 am #

            Exscotticus

I didn’t make the law. A woman can also be charged with ‘child destruction’ if she has an abortion beyond the dates prescribed by the law.

If a man committed an ‘unintentional homicide’, I’m assuming it would possibly be something like ‘causing child destruction by dangerous driving’. It would not be ‘murder or even manslaughter’ as far as I know.

            http://www.brake.org.uk/donate/15-facts-a-resources/facts/497-inadequate-criminal-charges-for-drivers-who-kill-and-maim-through-bad-driving-in-the-uk

The example I linked to where the man was convicted of ‘child destruction’ was a case where the man kicked his ex-girlfriend in the stomach in order to kill the foetus. She was eight months pregnant.

“A teaching assistant has been convicted of killing his unborn baby by kicking and stamping on his heavily pregnant ex-girlfriend after she refused to have an abortion.

Charles “Chuck” Stuart was an American suspect in a 1989 Boston area murder that generated national headlines. Stuart falsely alleged that his wife and unborn child were shot and killed by an African-American assailant. Stuart’s brother confessed to police that Stuart himself killed them to collect life insurance, and Stuart subsequently committed suicide

      • These laws were established to bolster the whole foetus-as-person rubbish argument.

Liberals thought they were being generous to accede to the compromise of “viability” arguments and allow for limitations to abortion in the third trimester, and look what happened…. clamoring calls to extend it into the second, with the goal being, of course, all the way past the first to conception.

A steady, universal assault on Roe v. Wade in every state, across the country. Including, of course, Kavanaugh’s decision leading to a refusal of abortion access to a young woman.

It is genuine religion- an irrational, fascist effort to impose arbitrary and binding authority over sovereign bodies. It is a medieval relic and certainly barbaric and stupid. Wherever it exists evinces authoritarian and arbitrary rule and lower standards of living and civil rights.

Beantown Bill has a closer relationship to God than the rest of us.

‘Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t recall God ever stating,
    “Thou shalt not abort”’

I correct you and you are wrong.

    • beantownbill. September 25, 2018 at 3:14 pm #

Where and when did God state this? Or are you bloviating again?

      • B-bill is correct. In the past, pregnancy was a total mystery.

Sometimes the kid squirted out deader than a doornail. Sometimes with two heads, sometimes none at all.

It was very much a “wait and see” type of operation.

And when it arrived, it was still ambiguous- if it didn’t stand a chance it would be known within 5 years- as infant and childhood mortality were sky-high.

Today, we consider infanticide a crime- the original abortion. As the fetus is separated from it mother’s body and breathes on its own (perhaps in the absence of a brain- God sure has a sick sense of humor) the ambiguity breaks down. Society generously allows for this creature of no thoughts and a bare minimum of awareness the privilege of citizenship and nascent personhood.

It is only within the last 100 years that the ridiculousness of bestowing “personhood” on the foetus emerged.

This endowment is simply the logical result of having to maintain the doctrine of the immortal soul coherent in its (fallacious) logic.

If you are who you are after you die, as the soul is immortal, then it must have been who you are before you were. Generally this was not much of a problem when babies came out of vaginas and not much was inferred as to its incubation. But as medical science improved, the argumentation had to adapt.

Basically the rhetorical device employed to defend almighty God against undergraduates is that abortion ends a human life. Slyly, the uninitiated will be fooled that it ever was one and end up in a poor debating position. Since undergrads today aren’t taught logic they quickly find themselves at a loss against these simplistic, sentimental arguments.

The reality is quite obvious though- the Foetus doesn’t have a functioning brain. Why would it? Its floating in a zero-gravity environment totally dedicated to almost vegetative growth. Does it have “person-thoughts”? Certainly not. Does it have thoughts at all? In what context could those realistically arise?

The fact of the matter is there is no such thing as a “potential person”, it is just no person at all. As for the immortal soul and God’s so-called plan- a very queer set of causes and effects comprising a completely absurd circularity.

The dark ages ain’t where its at and never will be.

“‘Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t recall God ever stating,
      “Thou shalt not abort”’

I correct you and you are wrong.”

I believe it’s also known technically/medically as an ‘abortion’ when ‘God’ does it, usually in the first three months, and usually because the embryo has problems and wouldn’t be viable in the long term (‘He’ clearly doesn’t get them all).

Laypersons, preferring not to implicate ‘God’, call it a ‘miscarriage’. It never even occurred to me before I wrote that, but they’ve even managed to coin a word that suggests it’s the woman’s fault in some way for ‘miscarrying’, rather than ‘God’s’ fault for ‘aborting’.

But If you don’t believe God exists you don’t have to implicate God in it, you can just accept that not all foetuses are viable and some will be spontaneously aborted, mostly in the first trimester.

The Hippocratic Oath forbidding abortion. Other ancient Greek doctors did allow abortion. Hippocrates didn’t. Our Civilization chose to follow Hippocrates himself, and not others or others who followed him but not in this:

I swear by Apollo the Healer, by Asclepius, by Hygieia, by Panacea, and by all the gods and goddesses, making them my witnesses, that I will carry out, according to my ability and judgment, this oath and this indenture.

To hold my teacher in this art equal to my own parents; to make him partner in my livelihood; when he is in need of money to share mine with him; to consider his family as my own brothers, and to teach them this art, if they want to learn it, without fee or indenture; to impart precept, oral instruction, and all other instruction to my own sons, the sons of my teacher, and to indentured pupils who have taken the physician’s oath, but to nobody else.

I will use treatment to help the sick according to my ability and judgment, but never with a view to injury and wrong-doing. Neither will I administer a poison to anybody when asked to do so, nor will I suggest such a course. Similarly I will not give to a woman a pessary to cause abortion. But I will keep pure and holy both my life and my art. I will not use the knife, not even, verily, on sufferers from stone, but I will give place to such as are craftsmen therein.

Into whatsoever houses I enter, I will enter to help the sick, and I will abstain from all intentional wrong-doing and harm, especially from abusing the bodies of man or woman, bond or free. And whatsoever I shall see or hear in the course of my profession, as well as outside my profession in my intercourse with men, if it be what should not be published abroad, I will never divulge, holding such things to be holy secrets.

Now if I carry out this oath, and break it not, may I gain for ever reputation among all men for my life and for my art; but if I break it and forswear myself, may the opposite befall me.[4] – Translation by James Loeb

Always go to original texts. The trickery of Alba is thus circumvented. Darkness vanishes in the Light. And its devotees are vanquished.

      • Forcing the medical establishment to take certain oaths is problematic in many ways, not the least of which is putting them into a position of absolute servility.

The last thing we need is a priest class lording over everyone.

Of course this is exactly what some think we need; there are many examples in the world today of such arrangements. I invite anyone to inspect their facilities.

      • GreenAlba September 26, 2018 at 6:18 am #

No trickery involved, Janos. It was just the first link that came up when I Googled the question.

I didn’t spend much time on it because, as I pointed out, it’s irrelevant, since doctors no longer use the Hippocratic oath, certainly not in my country and generally a much updated form in other countries/states where it is used.

There have been times and places where women were actually allowed to die and leave their existing children motherless in order not to risk damage to a foetus. That’s what happens when you stick to the literal ‘truths’ of people who believe in things for which there is no evidence.

        • GreenAlba September 26, 2018 at 7:40 am #

And I’m not even a fan of abortion – never had one and never wanted one. But I’m not a fan of the state interfering in women’s wombs either. And certainly not a fan of bringing up the specious arguments of the dogmatically inclined to back them up in that endeavour.

And for those who believe a little bundle of cells has a soul, they’ll presumably also have an idea of exactly when the first soul slipped into the first human or pre-human on its very long and non-linear journey from hairy apehood.

    • Janos Skorenzy September 25, 2018 at 5:30 pm #

Interesting: “I will not use the knife” – his school weren’t surgeons. That’s another big difference between them and us: our doctors love the knife. But he respected masters of craftsmen of the knife – as do the great Oriental physicians who are like Hippocrates in general attitude.

Sometimes the knife is best. Steve Jobs might have lived if he had early surgery on his throat cancer instead of waiting while he tried herbal remedies.

My understanding, Malthuss, is that doctors are not obliged to perform abortions if they do not wish to. They are only obliged to provide information to women who want one. It may be different over your way.

Also, you should avoid egregious exaggeration – it lessens the impact of your argument.

Famed retreat master Father Thomas Dubay on “choice”:

“You will notice that the secular world is full of slogans about freedom and choice, while it says precious little about duties. Pro-choice jargon assumes that individual people are laws unto themselves. Without reference to objective reality, pro-choice becomes a pseudo ‘right’. This extraordinary superficiality loses sight of the fact that the Nazis were pro-choice in exterminating millions of Christians and Jews on the basis of religion and nationality. Choice and conscience are assumed to be self justifying, yet the idea is absurd. Murderers are pro-choice when they decide who is and who is not worthy of living. Rapists are pro-choice in their lustful pursuits. Thieves are pro-choice when it comes to disposing of your property. Mothers are pro-choice when they decide to destroy their own babies. Often these barbarities are justified by appeals to conscience. If one has any doubt about this, one need only read statements of hardened criminals and those whom have a long history of procuring and promoting abortions.”

JS: Thus speaketh a Man, one who has kept the Faith and kept faith with Christ when it was no longer popular or profitable to do so – even within the Church itself. The so called current Pope is great friends with a famous Italian abortion advocate.

    • Everyone is certainly etitled to their feelings, but this transgresses mere conscience. This involved the right to one’s own body. And the foetus is one with the mother’s body.

Remember, even Charles Manson’s mother loved him- they all stared adoringly into the ultrasound. What came next? For the rest, a lifetime of utter banality. You’re born, celebrated, and usually downgraded for the rest of your life. Before that, a cossetting form of baby-worship. A full blown Ego explosion in anticipation of self-realization, and pleasure. Many mothers are monsters, as are fathers. The community? A bunch of raving cult members clamoring to be involved in every intimate moment.

Our society, which consumes the world, surely consumes its own children. Infanticide in the old days was straightforward. Now, it is merely a medical and biological issue- scientific. There is simply no place for sentimentalism in the operating room as there is none in the Core of a Nuclear Reactor.

There is no place that sentimentality leads which is not darkness. In its dim embrace, come demonic faux morality, epic blindness, boundless hubris and unimaginable cruelty.

There can be no morality without logic, no ethics without reason.

      • Janos Skorenzy September 25, 2018 at 11:27 pm #

A fine post…a definition of the human condition without empathy.

“There can be no morality without logic…

Morality and logic are two concepts that are utopian in scope. Charles Manson had a sense of morality, as well as logic…all predators see themselves as logical beings, with a morality that reinforces their outrages.

Their logic and morality is simply not your morality and logic.

        …no ethics without reason

        Again, a nebulous concept…ethics. Who’s ethics? A cultural norm…but who’s culture?

Humanity has the infinite ability to justify actions however cruel, destructive or wanton. You can see this every day, on almost every street, and you don’t need to read the print edition of the New York Times to understand this.

What is the solution? Religion? …Who’s religion? Education? Who’s curriculum? Cultural norms? Who’s culture?

No, I believe that the key to human civilization is…empathy. Simple empathy. Lose the concept, and any outrage is possible.. Religion can teach it…or not. Parents can teach it…or not. The “wisdom” of old age can provide a sense of empathy over decades…or not.

If one does not feel a bit of empathy for others, there is no limit to the evil that humans are capable.

Abortion, a subject not much discussed in the CFNation.

I was always nuetral on the subject … until last year when my wifes cousin in San Sabastian Spain sent an ultra sound pic of her daughters baby at 5 months. It was so detailed; you could see his little face, he was actually smiling in there.

I’m not for murder. I feel confident that a first trimester fetus is not developed enough to be considered human. I’d you ever see any living human born with most of its brain missing? I haven’t either, but I imagine it would have a human-shaped body with four limbs. If it were just sitting there, anyone watching it might think it’s a typical person, whereas in reality it really isn’t, it is just a shell. Looks can be deceiving, so when someone sees an ultrasound of a fetus with a head and body it can easily be taken for a person, but it most likely isn’t viable.

The issue isn’t whether or not to call a fetus human, but rather
can it live on its own outside the womb. I may have placed too much emphasis on the word “human” and not enough on the word “viable”. As I said before, let God decide if a fetus is human. God? God? Anyone?

I have a niece who was born ‘early term’ – about 28 weeks I think. She had to be whipped off by ambulance from Birmingham, where my brother and his family lived, to intensive care in the Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital in London, for several months.

She was one of the lucky ones. She’s pretty much fine, although in her early years she was small and easily exhausted. She now finds it difficult to keep weight off (her sister is annoyingly skinny), possibly because very premature babies can be born in a sort of ‘starvation mode’ which means they can eat too much even in adulthood. Or so I heard – my own grandson was voluntarily involved (well not by his own acquiescence, obviously) in a 3- or 6-month study monitoring biological markers in premature and full-term babies, that was being done through the hospital when he was born.

We watched an interesting programme a few years ago on premature babies. (I’m not making any kind of partisan point here, just passing it on – it’s nothing to do with the abortion debate except where it overlaps with the idea of a very late-term abortion at a time when a baby COULD possibly be kept alive – late-term abortions being something I think everyone of every opinion would want to avoid).

The programme was looking at the outcomes for very premature babies and the protocols in the UK and in the Netherlands. In the Netherlands they have a much earlier cut-off point for when they will attempt – or not – to keep a naturally premature baby alive than they do in the UK, where I think they make valiant attempts to keep any baby alive, unless it is clearly suffering or is otherwise clearly not viable.

What came out of the programme was the percentages of babies that would grow into problem-free children and adults. I don’t remember the ‘middling’ percentages, but only the last one. So they said what percentage of children would be left with minor problems and what percentage would be left with major problems. The percentage that were left with no significant problems at all was one percent. So my niece really was lucky.

There was one girl whose disabilities, caused by premature birth, had not bothered her much as a child, but once she reached puberty, she became more aware of them and she said she could not forgive her mother for letting them keep her alive. Life is more complicated than some people would like to admit and we have added to its complications by making it possible for people (not just babies) to survive in situations where nature would otherwise take its course and they would not.

Individuals are a law onto themselves. An individual may live in China, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, or the US, obliged to follow their laws. These are not rules formulated by the person who has an ethical system of its own, formulated by the life experience, not religious systems. Does a woman have a right to choose? It is not a right but a given: she will do as she deems best for herself, with the government’s approval or choose a clandestine course otherwise. Bringing unwanted children in the world is not an answer. Does Father Thomas want to take in all the abused, violated children of the world? Medical abortion, as Janos states, is a horror which leaves women with deep psychological scars.

The morning after pill seems a better route, especially if taken the morning after or as soon as possible — in France one doesn’t need a doctor’s prescription to obtain them — I don’t think it’s the end-all solution, but it’s the best at this point.

    • GreenAlba September 26, 2018 at 9:06 am #

“The morning after pill seems a better route, especially if taken the morning after or as soon as possible — in France one doesn’t need a doctor’s prescription to obtain them — I don’t think it’s the end-all solution, but it’s the best at this point.”

I’d agree with that. You don’t need to see a doctor here either if 16 or over – under 16s need a doctor’s prescription. The pill is available from pharmacies for about £25.

The problem is presumably with women not immediately realising they are pregnant – and of course women finding out after tests that the baby has abnormalities. Having said that, I knew someone who didn’t know she was pregnant at all until she was five months gone. She was breastfeeding her first baby, so the normal signs weren’t there. Abortion wasn’t an issue in her case, but these things do happen.

Its tiring to debate the sentimental, they see nothing but feel something. And for that, they’ll overturn a woman’s right to do whatever they wish with a non-person attached to their circulatory system. The compromise of the third trimester was a concession to sentimentalism. Somehow America thought being reasonable was an effective response. Obviously that failed.

Today, the ranks of the anti-abortionists grow ever stronger, the state, authorized to sanction and cajole and block the practice, become emboldened by ruling after ruling in absence of a defining restatement of the original ruling.

I do in fact, hold women responsible for this erosion. Activism on this issue has been in retreat for decades. A squishy squeamishness prevails in the soft headed underbelly of the electorate. But- what can you do, they are the sentimental sex.

UPDATE ON THE “EYESORE OF THE MONTH”

Breaking news today in San Francisco–our two week old transit center, has developed a crack in a “6 1/2 foot steel beam on the third floor.” So they closed off the floor to bus traffic.

Also of note, the rooftop garden has a path of crushed granite, they are developing pot holes, and you risk tripping. Oh well.

Gas jumped up 0.12, to 2.899 from Tuesday to Wednesday this week for the cheapest grade, which is 10% ethanol, 87 octane, here in Des Moines. This is the cheapest grade because of a tax subsidy intended to help Iowa corn farmers. The octane for the pure lead-free regular (no ethanol) is also 87, but the price is closer to $3.00.

You may think that no one has a right to your body but the government thinks otherwise. It still reserves the right to draft able-bodied men into military service during time of war, war being an existential threat to the nation.

If the birth-rate within a nation falls below replacement level, shouldn’t the government have the power to impregnate sufficient numbers of young fertile women in order to increase the birth rate of the nation up to population replacement levels? Again, this is an existential threat to the nation.

Allowing a substitute population through immigration to supply the population deficit seems a foolish thing to do. Only an elite hostile to the ordinary folks could be behind this policy.

    • SoftStarLight September 26, 2018 at 12:37 am #

That could be an approach. Other methods could work such as getting rid of Hollywood and it’s influence on society. Encourage family formation instead of demonizing it, and provide financial incentives for each new birth. They’re doing that in Russia, and China is changing the one child policy now. Sometimes sacrifice sucks but civilzation is on the line.

And many or most women really don’t care as long as someone tall, dark, and handsome is taking care of them on all levels. Look at how European women opened their arms to embrace the Muslim immigrants.

White men have shown criminal weakness. Nature does not long abide that. Women, being closer to Nature, naturally want an alternative – unless White Men step up and shut down the borders, deal with the immigrants, and deal with the women.

Yes, they have killed upwards of 60 million in America alone. It’s all part of their plan. –softstarlight

Only 60 million? There are up to 100 million sperm cells per milliliter of ejaculate. Healthy guys produce from 1.5 ml to 5 ml of semen each time they ejaculate. One male masturbation could murder 500 million potential human beings! Just one!

If killing an embryo is the same as murder, then so is killing sperm. If women are not allowed to have an abortion, then men shouldn’t be allowed to spill their seed. Male masturbation is mass murder and obviously deserves severe punishment, perhaps life imprisonment without parole.

Masturbatory emissions, in which millions of sperm are murdered, is an act against an unborn child… failing to preserve the sanctity of life. How long will we permit men to perpetrate mass murder with impunity?

In Texas, House Bill 4260, called the “Man’s Right to Know Act,” would punish male masturbation with a $100 fine, and require men who want Viagra to be subject to a rectal exam.

The bill, filed earlier this year by Texas legislator Rep. Jessica Farrar (D), was referred to the House State Affairs Committee on Tuesday.

The bill also contains provisions that would also put restrictions on vasectomies, Viagra prescriptions and colonoscopies, including:

**The state must create an informational booklet called “A Man’s Right to Know” that contains information and illustrations on the benefits of and concerns about those three treatments. A man must review the booklet before going through with any of them.

**A man must receive a rectal exam and an MRI of his rectum before any of the three treatments.

**A man would not be able sue a doctor for refusing to provide those treatments or another procedure if the procedure violates the doctor’s “personal, moralistic, or religious beliefs.”

**A doctor must obtain consent from the man before providing the treatment, and the man may give it only if he waits at least 24 hours after the doctor’s visit.

**The state must establish a registry of nonprofit organizations and hospitals that provide abstinence counseling, a supervising physician for “masturbatory emissions,” and semen storage.

**“Masturbatory emissions” must be stored for the wife for conception.

Current state law “requires that doctors distribute to women considering an abortion the ‘A Woman’s Right to Know’ booklet, which contains illustrations of gestational periods and the risks and side effects of abortions. Women also must wait 24 hours after receiving the booklet and must undergo an ultrasound before the procedure. Abortion of a viable fetus can bring a penalty of at least five years in prison.”

Bottom line: Turnabout is fair play. By focusing on male masturbation House Bill 4260 demonstrates the absurdity and cruelty of the constant and ongoing effort by Republicans to demean and stigmatize women in their pursuit of reproductive health care.

It is mildly amusing, until you realize that gametes are not fully autonomous organisms. As soon as they are joined into one, they become such. It only takes a high-school education to know this.

With modern medical technology, an advanced race whose adult females are unwilling to carry their young to term can easily reproduce itself with force of numbers through the capture of female slaves of other races, who are then impregnated with the fertilized eggs of its own kind. Just a thought.

    Multistorey Humanity

Stalingrad was the decisive battle of the Great Patriotic War and the Second World War, respectively, when the spirit of Nazism, which seemed so invincible before, was broken.

And I am personally very glad that the name Stalingrad again appeared on the map. Rename or not rename it, all the same it was Stalingrad that broke the neck of Hitlerism. And the name Stalingrad is increasingly separated from the man in whose honor this city was named and begins to acquire an independent meaning, although, probably, will never separate from him entirely.

Lately the Russian Orthodox Church, including in the person of its Patriarch, is beginning to treat the Great Patriotic War as a Sacred War, that is, a Christian War, as originally interpreted by the Church of England and the Episcopal Church of America.

And from this point of view, it is necessary to think about the question of who we actually defeated.

The diagnosis of “occultism” is not new, but in application to Nazism is little understood and not sufficiently rooted in history. A much more adequate term for Christians of different denominations is the word “Gnosticism”, which makes us recall one of the greatest apologists of Christianity – presbyter Quintus Quintus Septimius Florens Tertullianus, author of the statement Credo Quia Absurdum – I believe because it is absurd and famous He was made human so that he might make us gods which became the basis for understanding the ontological unity of mankind.

He lived in the third century AD, over 1,500 years ago, but his work in connection with the above is particularly relevant today. And it seems to me appropriate to present to the attention of the esteemed community an excerpt from the article “The Works and Days of Tertullian”, which served as a preface to Tertullian’s book “Against Marcion,” by a remarkable philologist, translator from Latin and professor of Perm University A. Bratukhin.

Marcion, a representative of Syrian gnosis, was born in the end of the first century AD in the Asia Minor city of Sinope. Through his ascetic life, he achieved ordination to the presbyter. However, later for his non-Orthodox teaching he was excommunicated by his father, Bishop of Sinop.

Marcion tried to enlist the support of the Christians in Ephesus, Smyrna, Rome, but after his rejection in the capital of the Empire in 144, he created his own “church” in alliance with the heretic Cerdo, which existed in various parts of the Mediterranean to the tenth century. Marcion died between 177 and 190. His “literary heritage” includes the ten messages of the apostle Paul distorted by him and the Gospel of Luke, from which he excluded everything that contradicts his teaching, declaring it as the later insertions by the apostles-Judaists. In addition, Marcion wrote “Antithesis”, in which he tried to prove the contradiction between the Old and New Testaments.

After the death of its founder, his sect split. Later, Marcionism manifested itself in Bogomilism, Catharism, Albigensianism.

The Marcion system is dualistic. There is a Blessed God and eternal evil matter controlled by Satan. According to Marcion, world and man, without the knowledge of a Blessed God, was created by a severe, warlike and just Demiurge or Creator (a creature of incomprehensible origin) from the eternal matter over which Satan ruled.

Matter tried to regain the human soul, which, in the end, it succeeded: man sinned, and paganism arose. The only lot of the Creator was the Jewish people, who received from Him the Law according to which sinners were sent to hell, and the righteous to the “bosom of Abraham.” In order to cope with the evolving evil, the Creator promised the Jews the coming of Christ, who will defeat the sinners and to give the kingdom to the chosen people, and at the same time to make a court fraught with condemnation for eternal agony the majority of mankind; this Christ, according to Marcion, is the Antichrist.

For the salvation of people who, from the point of view of the Creator, were sinners, the Blessed God sent to the world his son – the real Christ. He took the virtual flesh of Jesus, unexpectedly appeared in Capernaum in the fifteenth year of the reign of the emperor Tiberius and pretended to be the Christ of the Creator, so as to attract the Jews to himself.

The Creator, the jealous God, envied Jesus, of whom he knew nothing, and prompted the Jews to destroy him, and Satan, for his part, inspired the Gentiles to this. Jesus Christ was not born and did not really die: his death on the cross was only pretend.

Having learned the secret of the supreme god and leading a strictly ascetic life, the Marcionites, they believed, saved their souls; but they denied the resurrection of the flesh. At baptism they gave a vow of chastity and refused to eat meat and drink wine. Their readiness for martyrdom turned into a desire for death for Christ.

Tertullian work of five books “Against Marcion” – the most extensive of the works of the Carthaginian author. This is not just another treatise against a heretic, it is simultaneously a kind of “symphony”, “concordance” – where Tertullian selects correspondences in the Septuagint for virtually every passage from the Gospel of Luke and the epistles of the apostle Paul – and the theodicy of the Creator, and the proof of the organic connection between Old and New Testaments, and the interpretation of a huge number of biblical texts, and a comment on them. The work “Against Marcion” contains almost all the basic provisions of Christianity, serves as a kind of textbook on sectology and the Holy Scriptures of both Covenants.

Before us is not a document that is interesting only for historians of heresies, but “old and formidable weapon” according to V. Mayakovsky. Tertullian’s language is complex enough, his sentences sometimes take half a page, his thought is tortuous.

This somewhat complicates the reading, but it helps to get to know more closely the man Quintus Quintus Septimius Florens Tertullianus, whose passion, conviction in his rightness and desire at any cost to turn readers away from dangerous delusion inspire respect and make you wonder whether the fire of living faith has not weakened in people for the last 18 centuries, have not we mastered indifference and conformism, now proudly called tolerance.

    To be continued…

This is the last battle with AntiFa at Berkeley last spring. They began physical attacks, both against women and the elderly.

Especially distinguished himself professor of ethics and philosophy.

Wearing a bicycle lock in a kerchief, waved it like a sling, breaking the heads of several of Trump’s supporters. He was quickly figured out and the victims brought him up on charges. Here is the process of facial recognition and one of the victims:

    https://ic.pics.livejournal.com/profiless/49482765/96838/96838_300.jpg

If I recall correctly, he either got a suspended sentence or simply released, which is expected for California. Also, the AntiFa puts heavy weight in gloves and tape wrenches with scotch tape to their hands, under the sleeves of jackets can not be seen, and the impact is extremely painful. And stab wounds, classic flag poles and bottles.

They also train, prepare, getting paid. Of course, the shocks were widespread last year that nothing is being done with them and this is internal terrorism.

And now it is clear that they were then tracked: their contacts, curators, payment funds. Soros has heaps of funds and indirect connections. And Berkeley was directly supervised by his son Alex. This is his alma mater.

In general, the people themselves began to beat them, as you can see.

The fight was on the street, and this feminist with a friend threw bottles from around the corner.

And she got it on equal terms.

Of course, immediately outrage began, how could you beat up a girl?!

I have a neutral position here. I frankly do not understand how you can fight for equality, which you already have a plenty of. And as soon as this equality bites you up your ass, you roll into a victim’s position.

Of course, the money was collected through gofundme. And in her free time from AntiFa she was engaged in porn-modeling, style natural (unshaven that is).

This was the last battle in Berkeley. One more was planned, but it did not take place. There was a leak that one of the donors, guess who – NAMBLA (North American Man Boy Love Association), pedo-sexuals, as they call themselves. Just one more sexual preference on a long list.

The battle continues on and on. Mainly in the state of Washington. The hearth of liberalism no worse than California. Apparently infiltration into their groups and supervision continues.

      Interesting post, Fincain.

Just honking. The training that seems to be done to these punks sounds like what was happening in Afghanistan with ISIS and al-Queda. Seems to me that just as we did after 9/11′ we should find the source of the funds financing the antifa group and cut them off. When things turn violent or impinge on others rights, see Ted Cruz, protestors lose their right of protest and should be prosecuted, political discourse be damned.

John Adams defended the British troops during the Boston Massacre and won, because the patriots turned violent. That precedent should continue today.

What do you think, if we jail the domestic leader of the New World Order, would this stuff stop? Put HER in jail.

If I may make offer a thought about your current Kavanaugh circus, the circus aspects of it seem to me to be a consequence of what is actually wrong with the system.

I find it odd that Supreme Court judge should be a politically partisan appointment in the first place. The value of a judge is in his/her lack of partisan thinking. Having strong partisan views – in any direction – should be a disqualifier in a safe and sane system of justice.

In the UK new SC judges are selected by a commission of existing judges (although nominally appointed by the Queen).

I’m sure 99.9% of people in the UK would not be able to name a Supreme Court judge. I only remember Jonathan Sumption because he’s also a medieval historian and I have his book on the Cathars. I know nothing about the others, although I’ve seen a few names.

The Supreme Court should not operate like a football match. it’s too important.

What is it about the word ‘nominally’ that you don’t understand?

When I was at school, we used to get prizes (books) for achievements in class. They were handed out by some august guest invited to hand them out, shake out hand, and give a supposedly motivational speech.

They did not choose the recipients – the class teachers did.

Likewise, as I already stated quite unambiguously, a commission of judges selects a new Supreme Court judge. The name is passed on to the Prime Minister, who passes it on to the Queen. The Queen has nothing more to do with the appointment than the guest speaker at my old Speech Days had to do with the selection of pupils who were to get prizes.

English humor – it is when a Constitutional Monarchy means that they do have a Queen, but do not have a Constitution.

Similarly, Democracy according to English is when the Demos votes on Brexit exactly the same way as the Privy Council of Her Majesty voted the day before.

I know it’s difficult to imagine a country having a body of constitutional law that’s not written, for your convenience, on a single piece of paper, but alas, that’s what we have.

If you can’t wrap your mind round that, you should stick to colouring everything in sight red, white or black. Or brighten up your world with some sunny yellow.

And the Privy Council didn’t vote on Brexit. As Exscotticus is fond of saying: link, or it didn’t happen.

    • JohnAZ September 26, 2018 at 12:04 pm #

The Supremme Court has the function of judicial revew, developed independent of the Constitution. This is the political side of the court. Is a law passed by Congress and signed by the President constitutional? And the main question of course is, what does that mean? Strict Constitutional judges interpret the gist of the Constitution literally as they think the Founding Fathers intended. Liberal judges believe that the Constitution is a living constantly changeable document according to the whims of the moment. Both are needed. I would imagine that even with the U.K. System, judicial decision making depends the outlook of a judge and balance in the court makes it operate well. I, for one, think the next judge appointed should be more liberal, like Merritt Garland, as too much bias cripples any political system.

      • Tate September 26, 2018 at 12:28 pm #

“I, for one, think the next judge appointed should be more liberal, like Merritt Garland, as too much bias cripples any political system.”

        • JohnAZ September 26, 2018 at 5:01 pm #

Definitely not a RINO.. But a strict Constitutionalist who understands that it only works with a balance of powers. One way politics like we have seen from the Clinton administration on, distorts the system so badly. The liberals got into power so completely that they now feel they have the right to be in power. Trump will take care of rebalancing D.C. If he can get past the Deep State logjam. D.C. Works best when it drifts from moderate liberal to moderate conservative on a regular basis. I take your point, JohnAZ. Maybe what is needed is the avoidance of rigid extremists on either side. Even changeability can have its rigid proponents. Still perhaps best not appointed by a President, who is necessarily a representative of one political polarity.

        • Exscotticus September 26, 2018 at 11:36 pm #

@GreenAlba, there’s nothing sacred in the USA that hasn’t been politicized. Here, for example, is Dem socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez trying to convert school children.

          >>> Still perhaps best not appointed by a President, who is necessarily a representative of one political polarity.

Not necessarily. Trump, for example, is not representative of Republicans. Most RINOs despise him, and vice-versa. Trump is a populist billionaire who draws his support directly from those who voted for him. Hence his frequent rallies that are uncharacteristic of other presidents. It’s his way of saying, “I can land in any major city and fill a venue to capacity with 24 hours notice. Can you?”

And of course even these rallies are a source of contention. The MSM routinely lies about how many show up. I personally witnessed it when Trump came to my area. The line to get in wrapped around blocks for miles; they had to turn people away. The MSM reported that Trump failed to fill the venue. It was fake news. Here’s a story proving that the NYT underestimated a recent event by 5x. The truth is that Trump can even land in liberal cities like NY, NJ, CT, and draw more people than any other elected officials in those states.

    • Elrond Hubbard September 26, 2018 at 3:13 pm #

GreenAlba, the U.S. Supreme Court has always been a political institution at least as much as a juridical one. For its first 150 years or so, the court represented the views of those who made appointments to it (the President) and of the unelected senators who advised and consented/withheld consent to the president’s appointments. This ensured that the court would always side with the money power that actually governed the country.

This changed in the 1930s, when Franklin Delano Roosevelt found his New Deal policies being overturned continually by the court of the day. He resolved to get his way by packing the court with more sympathetic appointees, and even proposed adding more judges to the panel to make this possible. (The constitution doesn’t actually specify the number of justices, so there would have been nothing to stop him given that Congress was on his side.)

In end the FDR got his way. Afterward the Supreme Court went uncharacteristically liberal for several decades following WWII, which were the high tide of American liberalism. These years saw landmarks like the Miranda decision, which required police officers to ensure that people under arrest were informed of their rights (hence the famous litany from every TV show and movie when someone gets arrested), and of course the ever-controversial Roe v. Wade.

The conservative movement has been angling to reclaim the Supreme Court for a quarter century or more. A lot of effort and money has gone into training up a generation of candidates that Republican presidents can appoint as the opportunity arises. Hearings are conducted under the pretense that the candidate is not a political operative who is being positioned to spend the rest of their lifetime appointment doing the party’s bidding. The ultimate aim is to dismantle the New Deal and progressive policies generally, and return the United States to the Gilded Age — when the country lay naked and helpless before the depredations of the wealthy. Social issues like abortion are useful provocations for herding people into doing what the power players want.

“Trump’s boast at the UN prompts laughter from world leaders…”

    USA Today Sept 25, 2018

  94. janet September 26, 2018 at 11:08 am #

Among Republicans Trump’s approval rating is at 82%. If you take that approval rating number and factor in party identification numbers and break it up into segments of the total population, only 20% of the US population over the age of 18 are Republicans who approve of Trump.

82% of the Republicans who approve of the job Trump is doing only translates to 20% of the country, overall. I feel better. In my country immigrants and refugees are welcome. A Blue/Independent wave is coming. It is a little over a month away.

    • Exscotticus September 26, 2018 at 11:56 am #

Even if this poll was, say, more accurate than those that predicted Trump had no chance of winning the presidency, the problem with your calculus is that Trump supporters aren’t really Republicans. In fact they despise RINO Republicans, which is why they rejected all the established swamp Republicans for POTUS.

You keep thinking the deplorables have been polled but they haven’t. Then as now, unhinged liberal violence and intimidation has taught deplorables to quietly go about their lives while liberals have their daily meltdowns.

The Left has learned nothing these past few years. Same leaders, same identity politics, same belief that Trump is unpopular because their fake news polls tell them so. Your blue wave is a sure thing—just like Hillary was…

“Even if this poll was, say, more accurate than those that predicted Trump had no chance of winning the presidency” –exscotticus

Once again you falsely represent the polls. THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE POLL that predicted Trump had no chance of winning. Name one if you can. None exists. ALL THE POLLS gave Trump a chance of winning.

But Trump did not win the popular vote. Trump lost to Hillary by 3 million votes. If you add in the other 7 million non-Trump/non-Hillary votes, Trump lost by 10 million votes. That is not counting the non-Trump supporters who do not believe in voting for anyone.

Trump has support of 20% of the country.

      • Tate September 26, 2018 at 12:33 pm #

      • cbeard September 27, 2018 at 9:19 am #

Most pollsters have no integrity. I was polled once by phone about an election and I can’t remember specifically which one. When asked for my preference between a Dem. and a Rep. candidate, I replied that I was neither and would cast my ballot for any third party candidate in the running. The pollster wouldn’t accept it and said If there were no third parties involved, who would you vote for? I again told him if the only choice I had was from bad to worst, then I would not vote. He then said I’ll put you down as undecided. I was and am not undecided. I will not vote for a status quo candidate of any stripe.

“In a month the arrests will be complete and the military tribunals will begin.” –messianicdruid

MD, the military swears an oath of allegiance to the Constitution, not to the President. Even the UCMJ dictates that members of the military are obligated to refuse to follow illegal orders from Trump, under penalty of court-martial.

Trump cannot count on the military to carry out any illegal order issued by Trump.

“I, Janet, do solemnly affirm that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”

Not only should an unlawful order not be obeyed, obeying such an order can result in criminal prosecution. Military courts have long held that military members are accountable for their actions even while following orders.

“I was only following orders,” has been unsuccessfully used as a legal defense in hundreds of cases (probably most notably by Nazi leaders at the Nuremberg tribunals following World War II).

They will follow the President’s orders when they are legal and constitutional and even if they are questionable. People don’t sit around engaged in constitutional debate and then everyone does what he thinks right. It’s more like “where we go one, we go all.”

  96. volodya September 26, 2018 at 12:30 pm #

Yes, there’s the fictional penis-of-death from another world up on the big screen giving women movie-goers deliriums. Fortunately it’s merely a figment of a tormented creative mind, one that people willingly subject themselves to and pay money to be traumatized by.

But there’s the non-fictional, penis-of-fate from this world, extant on the landscape, unacknowledged, swelling year-by-year to globe-fucking proportions.

You can imagine a young person, relatively new to this life, not yet having learned the habits of willful blindness, not yet having put on cognitive fetters, and therefore not yet knowing what’s NOT ok to see and what’s NOT ok to point out.

“Mom, Dad, what’s that?” the child innocently asks, pointing to what looks gigantic and life-threatening.

And you can imagine Mommy and Daddy gasping and putting their hands over the child’s eyes to shield them from what must not be recognized and must not be spoken of.

In the real world Mommy and Daddy are of course the educational establishment and especially bastions of higher learning, whose self-appointed task it is not to illuminate, but rather the opposite, to draw the blinds, to envelope the mind of the young and impressionable student in ignorance.

Of course, ignorance has as its root the term “ignore” and that’s the task of the educator, to train the youngster to not see what’s there, to ignore, and to do it all on their own without supervision. I mean, the teacher and professor can’t be a constant presence.

It’s this penis-of-fate that the student is trained to not see, to blithely walk past. For their own temporary benefit, certain societal and class interests dictate that it not be seen, that it not be spoken of, never mind dealt with.

As anyone who has a penis can tell you, the penis has imperatives that will not be ignored, that for the good of all, MUST not be ignored, and the penis-of-fate is no different in this regard.

If we ignore it, we risk getting fucked by it.

    • janet September 26, 2018 at 12:55 pm #

“that’s the task of the educator, to train the youngster to not see what’s there, to ignore…” –volodya

Nonsense. How much exposure have you had to the educational system? Universities? Community colleges?

The educational system, volodya, is a system which is part of the real world. In fact, 21st century education is focused on real-world connections.

Real-world connections draw from actual objects and situations to effectively address problems or issues; learning that allows students to actually experience or practice concepts and skills, as opposed to learning that is theoretical or idealistic. Today education features learning projects that are relevant to or provide benefit to students, their families or the community.

These real-world learning experiences happen at high schools, community colleges (in both academic and vocational programs), and in universities. They take myriad forms.

Your broad brush contempt for “elites” and “ivory towers” is more of a 20th century criticism, which you have failed to update. Perhaps you are a bit out of touch with real world education nowadays?

Introduction to the Theory of Three Hurricanes

As I wrote, the IL-20 crash in Syria changed the geopolitical situation to such an extent that in my opinion even Hillary, who organized that change, was confused and began to act chaotically.

Worst of all in my opinion this situation is for the Netanyahu government in Israel, as evidenced by the unprecedented humiliation that they experienced when they wanted to come to Moscow, apparently in order to offer some kind of compensation deal, and Moscow refused to accept them.

And the prospects for Israel in this situation, to put it mildly, are not good. And I do not even mean the appearance of the S-300 in Syria in the hands of the Syrian air defense shitheads – I think that without regard to their “provocation”, they honestly earned this title by knocking down the Russian plane instead of Israeli, and I think that the Israeli taking offense at Russians is connected not so much with the accusations of Israel, as with the lack of accusations of the Syrians in this catastrophe.

As far as I understand, Eskin says quite frankly that Israel does not care about the S-300, and I personally do not understand it, but in my opinion the S-300 scared the Americans, and that is Clintonoids, and not the Trumpistas. Very important information on this topic is often provided by advertising – in particular when PBS laid down under Clinton the ads there were placed by BAE Systems, allegedly then creating a railgun for the infamous destroyer Zumvalt and I asked my friends in the US to record who is advertising in the programs about the Israeli conflict and Russia in Syria.

And judging by these ads, the whole story may turn out to be a hidden advertisement of Lockheed Martin.

They somehow got too nervous when Turkey was going to buy the S-400, and they urgently need to rebuild the myth of the invincibility of their planes, and Israel is the most suitable performer for this.

The fact is that in the Israeli F-16I is staffed with special Israeli-made avionics, densely packed in the cockpit of the Israeli F -16I and creating a pleasant tightness in the cockpit of the Israeli pilot, and given the large number of Soviet specialists working in the Israel Technion and other places, does not help the successful operation of the S-300, to put it mildly.

And I have no doubt that the successful evasion of the F-16I from the S-300 will be advertised as the invincibility of the F-16 and even more so the F-35. Moreover, they have already begun to advertise the F-35 in the Pro-Trump press as an excellent means of destroying the S-300 installations, and I have no doubt that in the near future they will try to present these flying steam irons as a means of suppressing the S-400, although as you understand, the Israeli F-35 has the same relation to the American F-35, as the Sufa F-16I to the F-16.

Despite all that, Israel’s situation is extremely sad. Even if it manages to suppress the Syrian air defense without entering into direct conflict with Russia and without suppressing the S-400, still the Russian crews of the S-300, established to prevent further manifestations of the Syrian shit-headiness, will start dying and relations with Russia will deteriorate, even if it is will not be announced.

But the most important thing that on September 18 the notorious copper pan, was hit not only by the Russian-Israeli agreement on the prevention of dangerous incidents in the sky of Syria, but also a strategic secret agreement between Putin’s Russia, Israel Netanyahu and the US Trump about the joint struggle against the globalist Europe and Clinton America.

I do not mention a certain part of Israel, which I do not yet know how to name, because until September 18 it behaved comparatively well, and in this alliance of Deep Staters with whom the legitimate governments of Russia, Israel and the United States were fighting, was not included.

And this union has supposedly hit the copper pan and now the main threat for Russia is not attacks of Israeli F-35 and F-16I Sufa on the S-300 or even the S-400, but the impeachment of Trump in December and the New Year’s salute to Hillary Clinton, her hands on a button with the inscription “Overload”.

Well, the fate of the US is clear (and sad) in this case, and if it escapes us all, then there remains a copper pan, which has already hit Trump’s plan to force Iran to voluntarily refuse to develop its own nuclear weapons, establish diplomatic relations with Israel and renounce statements that threatens Israel with destruction. And in combination with Hezbollah’s support, all this together will force Israel to launch a nuclear strike against the Iranian nuclear center.

Nuclear strike against the Islamic country!!! You understand the consequences.

Thus, the theory of world projects that underlies this analysis leads for the first time to conclusions and recommendations for prayers, essentially different from those that you want to say after watching the official American media.

And the attack of a French frigate or a missile launched by an Israeli fighter confirms my theory just perfectly, and in this situation my theory can again become interesting and optimistic again only in the event of intervention by the higher forces.

And it seems that they have already intervened, putting before the mankind the question of the three hurricanes, about which I wrote in the previous post, supplemented by one air crash, McCain’s funeral and the gubernatorial elections in Russia and Trump’s speech to the UN yesterday, but the explanation of the connection of these events will be presented in the next post , and here the mention of it is the same white dot in the picture depicting the absolute haze, about which El Greco wrote.

Hillary Clinton became severely confused from her unexpected success in destroying Russo-American-Israeli coalition that she began to act erratically and chaotically, which was immediately noticed by Michael Avenatti, who took the reins of the Flying Monkeys into his own greedy hands, losing all pretenses at decency, already seeing himself a Prince-consort of Her Majesty Hillary after taking care of old Bill with the help of Russian Novichok – killing two birds with one stone – provided to him by his secret mistress and admirer Theresa May.

To this end, Michael Avenatti seized control of the FED, ordered printing several gazillion dollars in order to hire a swarming bunch of American women of Balzac’s age with unfulfilled girlish dreams and with help of little LSD and his charming personality, as well as payoff of untold truckloads of dollars, having them sing from his scripts which are urgently being written for him by the best script writers of Hollywood snuff movies.

    Time for Kav/Ford hearing predictions!

I predict that Ford’s tesimony will be thoroughly punctuated by tearful weeping emotionalism. The more probing the questions, the more the tears will flow, and the more Dems will portray the questioner as a bully and skilled manipulator of truth. Sniffles, kleenex breaks, and emotional hugs will run down the clock, and break up the tempo and momentum of the proceedings. Answers will be meek and muddled behind yet more tears and squeaking sounds like those from an infant or perhaps a dying baby mouse. “Was that a yes or a no?” the quizzical audience will ponder in unison. No matter. This poor woman has clearly suffered enough. Let the allegations stand unchallenged…

James Howard Kunstler has stated the following: “If interest rates go up, the industry will choke on the debt it has already accumulated and lose access to new loans.” He also emphatically stated the US economy will NEVER EVER recover from the Bush 2007-2008 recession.

Yet Fed officials have upped their outlook for U.S. economic growth this year and next. They now expect the U.S. economy to grow by 3.1 percent in 2018, up from 2.8 percent. They also see the economy expanding 2.5 percent in 2019, up from 2.4 percent.

The Fed also raised its target overnight rate to a range of 2 percent to 2.25 percent, up from 1.75 percent to 2 percent. This marks the central bank’s eighth rate hike since 2015…. something JHK has maintained the economy cannot sustain.

So, according to JHK’s prediction we are on the very verge of collapse as industry chokes on its debt load and loses access to new loans. Any day now our house of cards economy could collapse. Or…

Sometimes the short-sightedness on this comment section is a bit shocking……… but mostly, not.

What most of youse assholes don’t realize is that when Kavanaugh (or some other yet-unnamed bagman) is warming the “bench” with their well-greased coulo, that’s when the fun really starts. Exchanging your birthright for corporate control (and the accelerated poisoning of the earth) because you happen to be scared shitless of women having control over their reproductive parts ain’t the brightest bit of “reasoning” I’ve ever witnessed. What I *am* pleased to see, is that you don’t mind dynamiting yet another “cherished institution” and annihilating its credibility. (They were already doing a fine job of that thanks to the current crop of meatwads driving the bus of political favoritism into one ditch after the next. You can now proudly say its exactly what “da cuntry” needs and what you wished even harder for than a pony.)

And, mark my words, such a bagman will occupy that bench and bring it out of [a slight and very mild] enlightenment into a darkness that even the finger-in-the-wind, Collins & Murkowski will one day rue.

Don’t forget to go fuck yourselves; do it today!

Nobody paid attention to the most shocking part of tonight’s Trump press conference: regarding how close US and Russia were to a nuclear war before he got elected.

Of course, President Trump did not say “Russia”, but he did not say “North Korea” either, as was lied by mainstream media.

    That’s what he said exactly:

‘They said, “Oh, Trump is saying these horrible things. He’s going to get us into a war. You were going to have a war – if I wasn’t elected, you’d be in a war,’ he asserted. ‘And President Obama essentially said the same thing. He was ready to go to war. You would have had a war and you would have lost millions, not thousands.’

In another example of the frenzy surrounding Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination, the transcripts showed that committee staff also questioned him about a constituent of Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, Democrat of Rhode Island, who charged — and then recanted Wednesday night — that Judge Kavanaugh had raped a woman on a boat in 1985 in Newport, R.I.

What the hell was a group of testosterone charged males and a group of estrogen charged females doing partying without supervision, anyway. Another example of adult America ignoring its responsibility.

If someone is at fault for an occurance like this, maybe it should be the management of the two schools, who the parents of those kids paid big bucks to supervise the behavior of their children..

Also, at what age is 100% of kids mature enough to take on adult responsibility and reasoning. Just another liberal attempt to acquire votes, giving the vote to 18 year olds.

Yessir, mommies and daddies, it’s the end of the beginning. The blatant political hackery is inadvertently cracking open a lot of closet doors and credibility is bleeding out of severely corrupt institutions. (To those with the wit to notice.)

The Supreme Court is now being exposed for what it has always been: A claque of political and corporate operatives, giving legal cover for amoral practices.

I’m neither surprised or particularly concerned at such a development. False hope is detrimental to the common weal.

To those of you applauding present and future enslavements and violence: May you live long.

Janet, Trump is not going to issue any illegal orders to the U. S. military. If martial law is declared, he has broad powers to maintain public order but it’s doubtful even then he will go commando in the public arena.

    • JohnAZ September 27, 2018 at 1:02 pm #

      Ozone

You bring up an interesting point I want to expand on. As you said, the Supreme Court is the top court of the land. A lot of agencies in DC are the ultimate whatever’s of their areas. The DOJ for example is the ultimate law enforcement institution.

What happens when these institutions become corrupted? Who is the watchdog to prevent the corruption? The Congress as the representatives of the people are SUPPOSED to fulfill this role. The problem today is that political pressures are preventing this activity from happening. Trump should not have to remove corruption from the DOJ, Congress should impeach them. Period.

      Nice wishful thinking, huh?

“Time for Kav/Ford hearing predictions! Answers will be meek and muddled behind yet more tears and squeaking sounds like those from an infant or perhaps a dying baby mouse.” –exscotticus

All the polls said Trump had a chance of winning the 2016 election. No tears flowed at the hearing. You are batting zero, Exscotticus.

On the other hand, the tempo has been continually broken up, but not by tears. The Republicans on the committee hired an “expert” prosecutor and they are hiding behind her… every other five minutes… when they hand over the males’ right to question to the professional hit woman.

janet I watched the entire thing. And then I watched sad pundits like yourself try to spin reality.

Ford started off with the emotionalism that I predicted. Mere minutes later she’s smiling and laughing and even cracking jokes.

She was caught lying about her inability to travel. She claimed she couldn’t travel to DC to make a Monday hearing because she’s claustrophobic. She managed to have the hearing delayed for three days just to accomodate this fear. Then it turns out that she flies here, she flies there, she flies everywhere. She even flew to have her fake polygraph.

Her lies about flying totally undermine her credibility.

I knew a lot of white sluts back in the 80s.

My suspicion is that Christine Blasey Ford WAS sexually assaulted like she describes; but it was by some other guy and she was too drunk to remember who it was?

So she is projecting it onto Kavanaugh because he is a convenient target?

This scenario would explain all the details of the event she recalls; and to the contrary, why Kavanaugh has no memory of the event?

I lived in a “frat house” with a bunch of white guys and one day a friend of mine pointed out that some of the girls would park around the corner when they came over to party.

“Sweden turns Pippi Longstocking into homeless Roma migrant living in Stockholm ghetto”

“In a new version of the children’s story, to be broadcast despite initial objections from the creator’s family, the naughty ginger heroine will become a Roma “warrior against injustice” living in a troubled immigrant suburb.

Pippi in Rinkeby is to be transmitted as a radio series on state-funded Radio Sweden not just in Swedish, but popular minority languages, including Romanian and Arabic. The story, in which Pippi is a homeless migrant, who inhabits a car wreck, will then be published as a book.

“She is the world’s strongest and most self-sufficient girl and takes total care of herself. Everything is as in the original, but we have made it our own version,” 12-year-old Felicia Di Fransesco, who helped develop the story in a children’s writing workshop, told Sweden Radio.” [More]

And so many fell for it, just inciting feminine contempt. Meanwhile they dreamed of being kidnapped by Arabs and Turks in Old Europe. Dagos, then PRs, then Blacks and Mexicans now here in America. “They’ll want us again once we crush all these groups by being as savage as they are”

        *******************

But thats where you are wrong Janos. Black guys get way more white pussy by being a gentleman, than by being a savage.

Im not exactly sure what that means?

but I can safely engage in all kinds of gay ass behaviors with no fear of white women thinking Im a faggot.

        Just sayin

        • Janos Skorenzy September 27, 2018 at 5:21 pm #

I’ll give you that – you guys are good actors, hiding the beast within until you have her in your grasp. You’re better with women – including our women – than we are ourselves. And it’s killing us, metaphorically, in terms of the future of our race, and in some cases, literally. And you love it – just more proof of your malice and barbarism.

And Black Women? Who wants one of those if you can have a White one? East Asian women see thru you and want nothing to do with you – and meanwhile, they go for White Men. And East Asian Men are left out in the cold on the other end of the IQ/Testosterone (which vary inversely) spectrum.

          • thwack September 27, 2018 at 6:04 pm #

And Black Women? Who wants one of those if you can have a White one?

            ***************************

Janos, you obviously don’t know any black women?

If you talk to black women they will tell you about all the sloppy hits white men make on them.

Or just look at the porn sites; black women are very popular with white men.

Whats that old saying white men have?

“you’re not a man until you split some dark oak”

            To sum up,

white women are yin on the outside and yang on the inside.

Black women are yang on the outside and yin on the inside.

So the key to black women is busting through that outer “yang” wall to get access to that juicy inner yin section.

If you can do that they are great.

They will hide a gun for you no questions asked.

            Just sayin

Having just watched Judge Kavanaugh’s powerful opening statement before today’s resumed Senate’s Judiciary Committee hearing on the Supreme Court nominee, I can unequivocally state he has a new song:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2H5uWRjFsGc

Obviously emotionally moved by this experience (being dragged through the raw, toxic, disgusting sewage of politics and the Deep State) Brett Kavanaugh has told the truth– these hearings have been, and are, a circus, an embarrassment, and portend deeper danger to an already imperilled nation.

Old white sluts are being weaponized with the ability to retroactively claim they were raped or sexually assaulted….

I feel so bad for the simps and manginas that married these whores; because they have no idea what their wives were up to when they were 20?

In their 20s these white girls dropped their panties immediately for all kinds of strange cock; then when they met their beta husbands, they made them wait 6 months for sex, take them on dates, buy them expensive gifts…

    *vomit*

I fucked one of these white girl on a pile of dirty clothes on the floor because I was so broke I didn’t even own a mattress?

I smelled like Vienna sausages and burnt ass hair.

“I was so broke I didn’t even own a mattress.”

This sounds like one of those Horatio Alger stories, like “Ragged Dick”?

Horatio Alger Jr. (/?æld??r/; January 13, 1832 – July 18, 1899) was an American writer, best known for his many young adult novels about impoverished boys and their rise from humble backgrounds to lives of middle-class security and comfort through hard work, determination, courage, and honesty. His writings were characterized by the “rags-to-riches” narrative, which had a formative effect on America during the Gilded Age.

Everyone is “part Black” janos because we all originated in Africa. Almost all living people outside of Africa trace back to a single migration more than 50,000 years ago. A team led by population geneticist David Reich of Harvard University examined 300 genomes from 142 populations. “The take-home message is that modern human people today outside of Africa are descended from a single founding population almost completely.”

Elves don’t rape. They can be arrogant or even evil – but never crude. They are better than Man. We are held back by the weird conflation of the animal and the spiritual, leading us to try and transcend ourselves by self indulgence of the natural appetites. Going down instead of up. The wrong way.

But if we can master this, we will be the equal of the Elves, maybe even their superiors in some moral way, just Because of the former struggle. Substitute Angels for Elves if you wish.

The animals are innocent, just obeying natural law. Some of the higher animals do show unnecessary cruelty at times, like cats playing with mice, or dolphins killing porpoises for fun. But they are still innocent since they don’t have a moral nature that would allow them to combat these impulses.

    • hmuller September 27, 2018 at 10:32 pm #

Dolphins kill porpoises for fun?! I always suspected that grin on Flipper was maniacal and malicious.

One of the followers of Lovecraft wrote a great story about that. They are basically Servants of the Deep Ones at this point. But back in Atlantis they hunted the seas with us. Cthulu took them away.

Brett Kavanaugh, nominated by the US president for the post of US Supreme Court Justice, was involved in the investigation of Monica Lewinsky and Bill Clinton in the 1990s, but most importantly he was the most active investigator of the “suicide” of Vincent Foster, who was assistant adviser to the White House and key witness in the case of the Clintons in Arkansas (White Water) and kindly spared his mistress his testimony, thrice shooting himself in the back of his head.

There were active rumors that Brett Kavanaugh on his own skin experienced the ways and means Hillary is ready to resort to in order to protect her political career.

If, God willing, Judge Kavanaugh will become Justice Kavanaugh it will tremendously complicate Deep State ability to falsify midterm elections.

Search & Destroy has been the Democrat party modus operandi ever since the 2016 election.

Maxine Waters: “Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up. And if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere.

They drove Sarah Sanders out of the Red Hen restaurant. Few days ago they drove Ted Cruz & wife out of a D.C. restaurant (they say he sneaked back in later to finish his meal.)

They’re trying to drive out Brett Kavanaugh through even more deceptive & conniving Search & Destroy tactics.

    Where will it end?

    Free Bill Cosby!

    • Ricechex September 27, 2018 at 11:24 pm #

      The hearing was an abomination.

Ford is not credible. I think they coached her to talk in a little voice because child like voices can be heard with sexual assault victims. She also knew to “recollect” memories such as laughing, the stairway, etc. Also seen with sexual assault victims. Ford knows this as Psych Professor. It was all very orchestrated.

Furthermore, marital counseling because of a house remodel? Because she wanted a second door? By the time couples get to counseling it is not due to a house remodel. Second doors don’t fly either…..due to an incident that occurred 30+ years ago? I don’t buy it.

I can hardly believe that based on her allegations that it would have traumatized her for her entire life. Clearly, she is quite high functioning as she was able to obtain degrees, high end job and raise a family. It did not impact her functioning.

Her story of having to do her “civic duty” also was questionable. Hmmm. Civic duty now? Thought she was going to be all that by tipping off Feinstein. Narcissism? I doubt that she intended for this to go the way it did. The Deep State sold her down the river. By that time, she had to lie under oath, there was no going back.

If it wasn’t bad enough that the Deep State is using children to maintain the Deep State (ie: gun control) now they are abusing women to do it.

      • Exscotticus September 27, 2018 at 11:45 pm #

        Here’s Ford crying.

Here’s Ford minutes later enjoying her 15 minutes of fame.

She admitted she came forward out of “a sense of urgency” as Kav’s nomination was proceeding without a hitch. She admitted she was running out of time to affect the outcome of Kav’s confirmation. Clearly it was not the alleged event itself, but Kav’s confirmation, that motivated her.

She also unequivocally lied about her fear of flying. The entire committee delayed the hearing for three days to allow her handlers to drive her to DC—prepping her along the way. Subsequently, we learned she flies all over the place. She even flew for her fake polygraph.

        • SoftStarLight September 28, 2018 at 12:03 am #

The more I look at different takes of her from the hearing I see a total and complete fraud. Being a psychologist she knew exactly how to act through the whole thing. A grown woman does not speak like that. She actually lowered herself and sold her soul.

      • SoftStarLight September 28, 2018 at 12:05 am #

There isn’t anything the Deep State won’t do to keep power.

        • Ricechex September 28, 2018 at 12:31 am #

She may have lied about her fear of flying because she knew she went down the rabbit hole and wanted out. OR, she was strong armed by the deep state and they needed more time to prepare her false statement.

I actually didn’t care too much about Kavanaugh either way, but now I want him confirmed!

For the record, I am an educated white female. Not in a “flyover” state.

          • SoftStarLight September 28, 2018 at 12:44 am #

I agree with you about Kavanaugh. When President Trump first nominated him I wasn’t excited. However, now he must be confirmed. I think she has a potential liability going forward because she was deceptive under oath. And also for the record – same here – but I do live in a flyover state. Nice to meet you!

Late night confession – I used to be a democrat. But now I SEE.

    • Ricechex September 28, 2018 at 12:57 am #

The MSM is portraying this that the public (Americans!) saw Ford as credible. No different than the run up to the last election. HRC was going to win hands down. Just as Trump won the election, this spectacle will only convince people that the Democrats are not to be trusted. It is yet another media blitz that will backfire. They are so stupid it is really hard to believe.

Wait until HRC comes out with it is deplorables that do not recognize Ford’s pain and suffering. Just a whole bunch of bad to the bone folks.

And Soft Light–back in the day I was a Democrat too. But for a REALLY long time I realized that it was the fox guarding the hen house. They are all beholden.

      • SoftStarLight September 28, 2018 at 8:54 am #

I totally agree! And just recently, Joe Biden had his “deplorables” moment when he referred to conservatives (generally) as the dregs of society. The Democrat party platform has become a big liability for them since they have nothing but smears and name calling and they are being exposed to represent interests that are not even American. Why doesn’t real policy ever come up, and what happened to the dedication to the working and middle classes and country?

Who is your favorite over-the-hill, burned out, self-proclaimed Rape victim who claims that she was gang raped at a keg party 40 years ago?

Captain Kirk’s “Drill Thrall”, Shahna, from the episode “Gamesters of Triskilion”, now purports that Kirk pushed her down and was grinding his nuts into her and that Spock and Sulu did nothing.

    • K-Dog September 28, 2018 at 4:45 am #

      Well yeah, like duh!

She liked it that way. Shahna was a female gladiator, remember?! Of course she like it rough!

If Shahna claims this abuse happened now it is because she is a lover scorned. The fury of her amazonian anger quickens her spirit in delusion and madness.

At the close of the episode at that star-date so long ago, Shahna wanted to follow Kirk into the sky.

      Shahna wanted Kirks baby.

Kirk’s failure to commit broke her heart when he walked out on her. The warm moistness in her shiny silver small cloth pantie costume bottoms suddenly felt cold when he told her no. Now so many years later Shahna is a broken woman.

Hardly a case of gang rape, Kirk had her all to himself. Kirk used Shahna and kicked her to the curb. Kirk told Shahna she had to live in her new freedom and learn many things before she could be worthy of hooking up with him again. For Shahna it was dear Jane. Kirk had already milked the cow.
