If only abortion were retroactive, we could suitably deal with monsters like Senator Al Franken (D – MN), who apparently ventured to apply a breast adjustment to a female colleague asleep on the military airplane winging them home from USO duty in Afghanistan. This was back in the day when Senator Franken was a professional entertainer, a clown to be precise, but his career shift to politics has rendered all his prior clowning anathema.

Will he slink out of the senate in disgrace with (ahem) his tail between his legs? Or will he bunker in and wait until the mega-storm of sexual accusation roars on to strand some bigger, flashier fish on the shoals of ignominy? Perhaps we’ll soon learn that Warren Buffet repeatedly shagged his notoriously over-taxed secretary in the Berkshire Hathaway janitor’s closet. Or that Mike Pence once bought a diet Dr. Pepper for a woman who was not his wife!

Seems to me this storm could roar and roil on until ninety-plus percent of the men in America are exposed as sex monsters and expelled from every workplace in the land. And then America can feel good about itself again. At least until the bond market blows up, or Kim Jung Fatboy sends a rocket over Rancho Cuckamonga.

But in the meantime, this scourging of male wickedness raises some interesting questions about human dynamics vis-a-vis workplace dynamics. I (for one, apparently) find it amusing that people are shocked to learn that sexual favors are swapped for career advancement in show business, where sheer narcissism buys more than Bitcoin. The remedy, I suppose, will be to put an end to show business — except its doing a pretty good job of accomplishing that itself, especially the art-form formerly known as the movies. But what about the gazillion other less-glamorous business activities out there: the actuarial suites, the dental offices, the WalMart middle management departments?

I would begin with the recognition that human sexuality is a pretty potent and mischievous component of basic biology. In, say, the much maligned “cis” world of gender relations, people in the workplace surely feel a fairly constant cognitive tug of awareness that they are in the presence of the opposite sex. If nothing else, there is the pheromone thing: the involuntary wafting about of hormonal chemicals that signal sexual possibility, though not necessarily opportunity. It may be considered primitive and inconvenient, but it’s there anyway.

That being so, one obvious question is: what happened to manners, the once-conventional device for managing impulse control. Narcissism does explain a lot, since that mental state prompts the treatment of other people as mere objects of utility rather than persons on a transect of mutual respect. But in the new sexual harassment workplace regime, a mere polite inquiry of romantic interest might provoke punishment, so that even an unmarried true gentleman asking a female co-worker out for a drink after work might be construed as a firing offense.

Offendedness has gone viral in America these days. The rewards are a pretty sure thing for the offendee, ranging from simple brownie points to the offendedness powerball lottery of a $32 million payoff for getting seriously roughed up by a wealthy mug such as Bill O’Reilly. My guess is that the suppression of even gentlemanly approaches to women only pushes things to that darker and harsher edge of the gradient of male behavior, where the latent chimpanzee lurks.

It’s inconceivable to me that we are going to eliminate sexual mischief on-the-job as long as men and women are mixed together in work that can be done by anybody. The situation would be less toxic if genuine misbehavior was reported to bosses or to the police directly, instead of waiting twenty years to call up MSNBC, and if asking for a date, or proffering a compliment, were not treated as vile and inexcusable.

Of course, once all the predators are cleaned out of the corporate C-suites, we’ll still be stuck with a spectacularly trashy contemporary culture, saturated with inducements for all kinds of theoretically decent people to behave badly. Mainly what’s being accomplished in the current hysteria is reinforcement of the idea that the weaker sex is just that, but with a raging denial that they require some kind of protection.

What is even more amusing is watching the talking heads on the fake news networks toss the issue of sexual misconduct around like a fresh steaming pile of dog shit. Like it or not, straight men like pussy and this is not going to change through the SJW’s attempts of educating the masses. it reminds me of the stupidity that the religious zealots trying to change a homosexual to being a heterosexual.

I really liked Kunstler’s chimpanzee comment made me laugh more than usual. We humans are a product of many billions of years of evolution. These behaviors may not be “good” now, but they have been successful in surviving many generations. We are not all that different from other animals around us.

It is weird to think about it, our DNA is nothing more than a high fidelity computer code that prizes survival above all else and anything that helps in that goal is going to become more common. These sexual behaviors will never go away until it routinely fails to produce viable offspring.

Who here has never traded sex for favors or tangible items? My wife trades sex to me for things all the time. It could be emptying the dish washer for the wife or going out to a nice restaurant when I would prefer to save money by staying home and eating leftovers. My wife is unemployed and takes care of our kids. Why would a male support such an arrangement unless they were getting something in return?

Sex is a huge part of our world.

        • FallenHero November 17, 2017 at 11:34 am #

This is why feminism is flawed. The idea that they are independent is the #1 tenet, yet on the exact same side of the coin they are weaker and a ‘real man’ would never abuse/flirt/talk with them.

They can apparently do everything, but also want to be shielded from their choices.

          • wolfbay November 17, 2017 at 7:23 pm #

Maybe Feminism has no long term future at all because of demographics.. The majority of Woman having large families are religious fundamentalists and or uneducated. This doesn’t bode well for Feminism.

        • outsider November 17, 2017 at 12:36 pm #

          @nuttyneutron,

You do sound a little sexist to me. “My wife is unemployed and takes care of our kids.” If she takes care of the kids plus the house she is hardly unemployed. That state used to be the norm, but now, due to feminism, it is something to be avoided.

          • thenuttyneutron November 17, 2017 at 10:17 pm #

Interesting point of view but one that completely flawed. My wife is hapy wit our arrangement. She dropped out of the work force by choice with my pledged support. She is also proud to say that she is unemployed.

Considering that I used to work a 12 hour rotating shift job for an average of 54 hours a week, not considering turnover, she had the best side of that deal.

Doesn’t it seem odd that the day the libertarians pass huge tax breaks for the rich and call it a “jobs bill” that the al Franken thing comes out? It seems to have worked cause here we are wandering down the rabbit hole of various other topics with nary a word on being fucked by the so called “people’s house”

      • outsider November 17, 2017 at 12:42 pm #

        @noel,

There are no libertarians in Congress. The last one was Dr. Ron Paul, who should have been elected president. What we have now are crony corporatists who exist to rig the system. Socialism for the Rich, and private enterprise for the little guy.

The agenda of the social engineers is to control population growth by neutering the human male (chemically, psychologically, etc). The drop in sperm counts makes you wonder what they’re putting in our food, water, air. This from CNN (hardly a bastion of conspiracy theorists)

Sperm counts of men in North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand are plunging, according to a new analysis published Tuesday. Among these men there has been a 52% decline in sperm concentration and a 59% decline in total sperm count over a nearly 40-year period ending in 2011, the analysis, published in the journal?Human Reproduction

      hmuller wins a kewpie doll.

Ubiquitous plastic bottles and containers; mighty strong chemical compounds leaching into everyone’s alimentation and drink. Plus add the environmental pollution of astonishingly high levels of energy radiation from all those internet devices and “cell phone” towers. Then consider all the wasted pharma dumped into the water supply.

      Chemtrails anyone?

Spaying ( spraying) and neutering of targeted populations has never been easier.

      • hmuller November 17, 2017 at 10:08 am #

Don’t you know only crazy people believe in chemtrails? Those things are just unusually persistent jet contrails. Move along folks, nothing to see here.

        • beantownbill. November 17, 2017 at 10:40 am #

Sorry, but I don’t believe in unproven conspiracy theories about chemtrails. Has anyone ever chemically analyzed the make-up of airplane contrails to see if they consist of compounds not found in airplane engine exhausts?

But I do recall a crop duster, spraying poison on us, in the 1990s.

I can only report what I see.

          • Ol' Scratch November 17, 2017 at 11:06 am #

Sorry, but I don’t believe in unproven conspiracy theories about chemtrails.

That’s the thing about conspiracies: the truly effective ones, by their very nature, never get “proven.” They get supported or not supported, but rarely if ever “proven.” And if and when effective proof does emerge, it immediately gets discredited by a massive propaganda blitz and the so-called “common knowledge” that “conspiracy theorists all wear tin-foil hats.”

What you’re more likely actually saying is that unless someone in authority tells you something is true, you won’t believe it’s true. But what if the people in authority are the one’s conspiring against you in the first place? (The Maine, The Fed, WWI, WWII, The Cold War, JFK, The Gulf of Tonkin and Vietnam, OKC, the Bush/Cheney coup in 2000, 9-11, GWOT, 2008 melt down, the next melt down, et al.)

Yes, like when he asks for proof of life after death. You could begin to tell him of your experiences out outside the body or other people’s – and he will just say that it’s brain chemicals. He wants real proof, physical proof of a non-physical state. In other words, he doesn’t want to know.

Everyday in Las Vegas, as I gaze upwards, it looks like a tic-tac-toe game or a geometry lesson in the sky. The Ivanpah Solar Generating Facilty in the Mojave desert outside Primm cannot operate at full capacity because not enough sunlight gets through to the mirrors to heat the tower boilers. Interesting! I grew up in the Colorado mountains. And do not remember the skies looking like this. It sure appears to be some kind of geoengineering project that the MSM doesn’t report on. So it goes!

          • hmuller November 17, 2017 at 11:39 am #

I looked at the picture you linked. Question: since the US and allies didn’t have jet planes during WWII, how could those be jet contrails?

Assuming those pictures are not doctored, we see the airplanes together with some kind of fuel trails they emit. How long did those fuel trails persist after the planes were long gone. Did the trails persist? The picture doesn’t answer that question.

No one denies that genuine fuel trails are emitted by aircraft. Patterns and length of time the white trail lingers differ for chemtrails.

Either you haven’t really looked into this issue or you’re a shill.

          • stelmosfire November 17, 2017 at 3:11 pm #

To hmuller below. What you are seeing is nothing more than water vapor condensing from the engines exhaust. It doesn’t matter if it is a jet engine plane, a piston engine plane, your cars engine, or your own breath. If the air temperature is below a certain point the water vapor will visibly condense. Voila! contrails. Thats about as simple as I can make it for you.

          • hmuller November 17, 2017 at 6:51 pm #

And as I said, St Elmo, no one denies planes leave exhaust trails. Chemtrails have characteristics which distinguish them from normal airplane exhaust trails. And that’s as simple as I can make it for you.

Global population is still growing exponentially. The last thing we have to worry about is decreasing sperm count in human males or female fertility. At least if the hopeful trend continues, we may be able to avoid forcible sterilization on a global level.

      https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/population-and-sustainability/

      • hmuller November 17, 2017 at 10:29 am #

Actually, the study I saw indicated the world minus Africa and the Middle East is not producing enough babies to sustain current population. But those areas – Africa and the Mid-East – are producing enough to keep the overall world population trend headed higher.

Coincidentally, there have been recent African outbreaks of bubonic plague and other highly lethal diseases (claimed to be ebola related and nearly untreatable). It’s almost like the troublemakers have been targeted.

Are your friends at Ft Detrick doing God’s work?

        • malthuss November 17, 2017 at 10:51 am #

          Fort Detrick?

Yes, you are right. Whites were 30% of total, in 1900.
          Now maybe 10%.

The only reason population rises in White lands is due to non Whites.
          Sobering thought.

          • Ol' Scratch November 17, 2017 at 9:10 pm #

Rich whites have largely reached their prosperity limits and began hoarding rather than reproducing, while at the same time instituting economic measures and policies which ensure that poor whites will die off within a few generations. The non-whites counter this by prolific reproduction and productivity, which was once a characteristic of poor whites before their aspirations were killed. In short, the future is a bifurcated society made up of a few rich, white, old money people, and a great many relatively poor, increasingly “brown,” working/aspiring classes.

What that means should be obvious. The rich white motherfuckers among us will eventually “kill the goose that laid the golden egg” population-wise, and breed their replacements. All thoroughly “brown” and “third-worldly” of course, which could have (and has been) predicted for decades. As natural systems go, this is all pretty ho-hum stuff, but leave it to silly humans to ignore all this as it unfolds before them until it overwhelms them. Perhaps it’s just genetic?

        • outsider November 17, 2017 at 12:57 pm #

Plagues and other lethal diseases are necessary in order to prevent a population from exceeding its carrying capacity. As such they are healthy and necessary. The problem arises when those who have been unable to control their population growth are allowed to move to more advanced areas where they can continue to breed to excess, destroying the native society.

          • Ol' Scratch November 17, 2017 at 8:54 pm #

Like many things, the current furor over sexual harassment will swing the pendulum far to the side before coming to rest in the middle, where it belongs. Certainly that sort of behavior is improper, but there will be many cases of over sensitive complaints, which will leave men no choice but to avoid women as much as possible, since they will be unsure about what constitutes sexual harassment.

    • hmuller November 17, 2017 at 9:55 am #

The imagery of “your swinging pendulum” is clearly a case of micro-aggression sexual harassment . (LOL)

      • capt spaulding November 17, 2017 at 10:09 am #

        That’s funny. Good on you.

    • Janos Skorenzy November 17, 2017 at 1:20 pm #

No, the pendulum never stills in the middle in America – it will swing over to a 19th Century type Feminist Puritanism. Already is. Men will avoid these creatures like the plague ushering in the Age of Fembots. Women will then desperately give it all up in an attempt to compete with them. The Good Times are gonna come back in the biggest possible way – if only the World doesn’t end first.

    • CirclesnCircles November 18, 2017 at 12:28 pm #

Ok, fair question related to this, “will leave men no choice but to avoid women as much as possible, since they will be unsure about what constitutes sexual harassment.”

Honest to God/Universe — are you guys really that dense? Is that the ultimate crux of what we’re dealing with here? I think it might be.

Let me put it on simple, remedial terms for you and some of the other thick heads posting here: the thing you want to do or the stalker-like level of staring or the comment that borders on sexually-suggestive or lewd — are any of those what you would want your wife, daughter, Mother or sister experiencing in their workplace? (Wait, and sometimes happening several times a day *by different people*. See a problem there?)

Do you understand now? Is that mental litmus test basic enough for you?

      • Elrond Hubbard November 18, 2017 at 3:48 pm #

In many cases, CirclesnCircles, unfortunately it isn’t. The world is full of people who mistake their personal prejudices for laws of nature.

For the Golden Rule to function — “treat others as you would like yourself (or someone you love) to be treated” — two things are necessary: a sense of proportion and a sense of shame. Yet there are people in this forum with souls are so degraded by bigotry that they’ll proclaim defiantly that victory (i.e. for their prejudices) is more important than good and evil. Just try telling someone like that they need to adjust their attitude and what you’ll get is an eruption of toxicity and abuse. They have effectively inoculated themselves against moral instruction. My advice is avoid them if you can, fight them if you must, but above all don’t ignore them. That kind of sickness can infect entire societies, and has.

Al Franken is not still a clown?

Not only is he still a comic; it is just in a more sedate gig than S.N.L. The costumes are bereft of the customary frilly collar, fluffy buttons, baggy orange pants and huge shoes – The United States Senate. Button down shirtings, rep ties notwithstanding, this charlatan is the perfect poster child of what is entirely wrong with the polity of the U.S.S.A here at the event horizon of total chaos. And to think he’s a perv like so many of “them.” Shocking, I tell you, shocking.

Maybe he can blame his sexual proclivity for groping on his tenure at S.N.L.

“Offendedness has gone viral in America these days. “

Isn’t that the truth! If it’s not over sexuality (37 flavors) or race (which one you are or aren’t) it over politics (what did the golem tweet last night?).

One of the yuck-yuck jocks on the radio this morning was talking about the ice-bar and igloos that they build on the roof of one of the Boston hotels. The other said that some Inuit would surely take offense over igloos and the “token woman” said that if they didn’t some soccer mom from Lynn most certainly would.

That’s where we’ve gone, if your sex/ethic group/politics aren’t being offended you can always be offended for some group you have no association with or even know a member of.

If we were struggling to get 1500 calories a day, we wouldn’t have time to sit around and look for reasons to be offended.

    • CancelMyCard November 17, 2017 at 10:28 am #

“If we were struggling to get 1500 calories a day, we wouldn’t have time to sit around and look for reasons to be offended.”

      Isn’t that the honest truth.

As the saying goes, “Idle hands are the devil’s plaything.”

    • Elrond Hubbard November 17, 2017 at 12:30 pm #

SteveO: “If we were struggling to get 1500 calories a day, we wouldn’t have time to sit around and look for reasons to be offended.”

And if only I were homeless, then I wouldn’t have to make my bed! Darn it.

If you want to live life that close to the bone, then have at it, hoss, but count me out of this perversity. Our forebears fought tooth and nail so that we could enjoy the time and leisure to devote to something more than the bare subsistence that they knew. If that was worth fighting to achieve, then something about it is worth fighting to sustain.

      • Janos Skorenzy November 17, 2017 at 1:23 pm #

And to that end, we conquered the Indians. They didn’t give it away, hoss. If you want to guilt trip us about it, you’re being a hypocrite because all the pleasures you enjoy stem from the conquest.

Fighting to sustain? Is that what you call giving Canada to the Blacks and Asians? A crazy post coming from you – simply crazy.

        • Elrond Hubbard November 17, 2017 at 1:44 pm #

Non sequitur. Life is lived forwards, but understood backwards. The first step to not repeating the crimes of the past is to recognize them as crimes.

As for hypocrisy, stuff it. You have a long, long way to go before the idea of gaining the respect of Janos Skorenzy merits even something as mild as contempt.

          • Janos Skorenzy November 17, 2017 at 2:58 pm #

Have you begun to repent for the crimes done against Whites in South Africa – or do they have to be genocided first?

Give everything you have to minorities and be their slave, Elrond. That’s how they understand what you are saying. They’re not wrong – that’s exactly what it sounds like and indeed that is exactly what you want for most Whites, those who don’t accept your Labor Ideology of the Global Welfare State.

Back when I was studying organic chemistry, in ancient times that was, cis- and trans referred to the orientation of substituents around a carbon-carbon double bond.

Anyway, that comment about a possible V.P. Pence Dr. Pepper buy for a chick not his wife brightened up a gray day here in Des Moines, Iowa–the Sprawl Capital of the World. Funny!

    • Janos Skorenzy November 17, 2017 at 2:11 pm #

I was wondering where the hell “cis” came from. Is it a Latin prefix? There’s a lot of them in science, not all of which have remained current in the popular tongue.

  8. Ol' Scratch November 17, 2017 at 10:16 am #

I guess it was all inevitable. After having successfully locked up most of the black men, they turned their sites on and settled for merely emasculating all the white men. The majority of the real women out there don’t feel harassed or taken advantage of, of course, and on the odd occasion that they do, they actually – wait for it – stand up for themselves; but the corporate MSM surely paints it that way.

Cue the janet bot with her usual holier than thou diatribe…

I’m glad I’m no longer a young man, but a celibate old fart. When a wayward glance at a hot young babe can cost you your career, it becomes too hard to be ‘cis’ gendered. The other day on “The View,” irritating old comic Joy Behar, the one with Trump Derangement Syndrome, said that she didn’t even want men to look at her. I wanted to tell her – Trust me, they’re not.

Most women love having it both ways. Love it. They’re not ones to surrender any advantage, eh? Not immoral so much as amoral or beneath the level of morality. Yet the current situation is intolerable. Yet you people will never change it because women are the majority and they like it. See the limits of Democracy now? It’s only going to get worse unless and until White Men overthrow this shit and reestablish Civilization. Thus we’re in a race against time as you people try to black and brown America beyond any hope of recovery. And this is unspeakably evil.

Why aren’t the Womenfolk permitted to just slap a masher right across the kisser anymore?

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Km4_Vj_boX8

It’s an ancient extra-discursive communication that transcends all cultural boundaries.

No drawing of blood, breaking bones or losing teeth. A plain old slap in the face ( like the one I once received at John’s Barn nightclub in Mt Home, Idaho, for being a tad too forward to a lady in tight jeans,Tony Lama boots and a Resistol hat.

That seemed both a ladylike way of repelling any aggressive advance while providing just enough negative reinforcement to prevent future naughty behaviour.

Al Franken , Geo. (wheelchair) Bush, Weinstein, indeed, all the mashers would have benefitted greatly from a well-deserved slap.

And in the interest of Equality, female mashers would benefit from a deserved and proper bitch-slap too.

    • Ol' Scratch November 17, 2017 at 10:28 am #

Good point, although in our hyper-litigious world, technically that’s battery. Generally, that’s a one way crime of course, as no self-respecting man of a certain age would get caught dead charging a woman with battery, absent some pretty serious injury. But if all this sexual sensitivity non-sense keeps up, I could easily imagine that changing, especially among the millennial crowd.

    • beantownbill. November 17, 2017 at 10:46 am #

It’s pretty ironic that the culture at large (and Hollywood in particular) has been all about being non-judgemental, especially with an anything goes attitude regarding sex. Now, all of a sudden the “square” values are in again. Treat others with respect, be faithful to your spouse, and keep your hands to yourself.

I doubt very much that Hollywood sexual antics have moderated in the least, although “good old fashioned” hetero seems to be in a prolonged down cycle. “Family values” – in all ages – are usually just about virtue signaling on the parts of the claimants.

I put forth a stinging comment to Capt Spaulding above b/c it strains credulity how overtly dense too many males are.

To the slow-learners – sure, women in the past should have kneed their bastard boss hard in the groin. Because males just love being slammed into place by a female….and sure, they love it even more when the young thing is totally his subordinate! That’s WHO they prey on in case you didn’t tabulate that…because both parties know he has power over her JOB.

Weinstein and others intentionally damaged the careers of several who rebuffed them. He’s an A-1, sick prick.

Guys who are slimy enough to make threatening overtures to subordinates in the first place would be the last ones to “respect” her for blatantly shutting him down. Majority of the time he would retaliate. Understand?

Women rule Sweden yet they are still supposedly oppressed. It’s never going to end because it’s female psychology. Ditto Communist psychology, minority grievance, etc. See the commonality? During the height of Stalinist Terror signs were put up proclaiming, “Dare to Vote for Stalin”.

I was left thinking if that is the case, the entire LA basin is in a sad state.

  13. wet dog November 17, 2017 at 10:28 am #

It’s becoming more obvious, daily, that our entire political structure, and corporate structure, is nearly 100% infested with perverts of the lowest order. From Clinton, through all the “pro-family” Republican-politician gay pedophiles (too numerous to mention).

Orlov’s last book made the point that the only people capable of reaching the highest levels of all these institutions are psychopaths, completely devoid of empathy, or any human-ness at all. The best can fake it enough to get elected. And the same goes for the leaders of the “official” churches, mosques, and synagogues.

You know, a guy like Icke has been saying this exact thing for nearly 20 years, along with documenting the fakery of our financial system. He attributes it to “demons” ruling people’s souls, and that may not be too far from the truth.

    • CancelMyCard November 17, 2017 at 10:39 am #

Not sure about Icke’s claim of demons inside peoples’ souls . . .

      I thought it was reptiles.

      • wet dog November 17, 2017 at 10:52 am #

Icke makes the point that “his” reptiles are the same things as the demons mentioned in nearly every religion throughout history: from shamanistic, native religions, to the Gnostics, to the major ones. Possession in all of these faiths is a serious and real thing.

I think people are now seeing that the war we are in now is foremost a spiritual war. But the demons lack creative imagination, which may be our only ace card.

        • Ol' Scratch November 17, 2017 at 12:50 pm #

But the demons lack creative imagination, which may be our only ace card.

I beg your pardon! My fellow demons are nothing if not creative and imaginative; although in fairness, humans are easy marks.

        • Janos Skorenzy November 17, 2017 at 3:12 pm #

It’s said that even when demons appear as Angels of Light, there will always be some imperfection in the appearance, somewhere, however small. This is true among human demons as well. No one can hide their inner nature completely. Observe their countenance when they turn away from one person or situation, and you will see at least for a split second their true face before they adopt a new one for the next person or situation.

          • Ol' Scratch November 17, 2017 at 8:30 pm #

  14. beantownbill. November 17, 2017 at 10:31 am #

Jim, times have really changed. Forty years ago, I remember asking out this spectacularly gorgeous woman I worked with. She said no. But she was an ok person. We got friendly and talked a lot. She said that although she liked me, she didn’t accept my request for a date because being a woman in the workplace, the best thing she had going for her was her looks. She only dated executives so she could get ahead. I always wondered what happened to her.

Now the worm has turned and women are giving back what they got from men for so many years. The danger I see in this latest war between the sexes is the inevitable he said-she said scenarios that play out after so many years have passed in some of these allegations. That’s not to say many of these men didn’t act outrageously bad.

    • K-Dog November 17, 2017 at 10:39 am #

She probably hooked up with an executive of her choosing. Just a wild guess.

Too bad she did not give you a little sympathy once you got to know her, but then perhaps she did but you being a gentleman will not say so 😉

Bringing sex to the workplace is a morale buster for everyone. I recall working with a gal, Kimber, who was sleeping with the big boss (who was 30 years older). In the course of six months, she got two promotions. It took me over three years of hard work to advance to the same level.

They would fly off to Hawaii for the weekend. I suspect she spent most of the weekend on her back. Ugh.

these guys are acting just outrageously bad, period. However, did Franken actually grope the unconscious woman, or was he pretending? It was crude and a stupid stunt regardless.

I think the point Mr.K is trying to make is about how far is too far, and what is acceptable now. Is telling a female coworker that she dressed nice on a particular day now too far? I don’t know. It reminds of PC culture, in a way. Are there going to be “micro” sex harassment happening in workplaces, like there are “micro” aggressions?

      • Of course, he is pretending.

There should be a qualitative difference corresponding to the QUANTITATIVE differences between charges of sexual impropriety.

For example, its obvious the hit pictures and accusations on Franken came out during this tax-plan session. I don’t think its an accident.

There is a difference between the complaints of one women and the complaints of many women.

MANY women imply a pattern of behavior. One does not.

Feminism and its media arm treats every single accusation as a “teachable moment” . If there is anything the media will respond in force to it is Hollywood personalities and charges of sexual impropriety.

Meanwhile Trump and Co. have revved up their machine dismantling everything from allowing toxic pesticides to be sprayed on croplands, allowing trafficking in Elephant body parts, filing a budget to adding $1.4T to the national debt.

          @Avatar,

Whether those charges are true or not, I’m a huge fan of Judge Roy Moore, and I sincerely hope he doesn’t quit the race. My goodness those charges are 38 years old. And the 14 year-old girl, if she exists, could have told him she was 18. Powerful men seeking out much younger women is as old as time. Hugh Hefner made a career out of it. And Melania is 25 years younger than The Donald.

But, in Moore’s case, it’s not about the women. It’s just that neither party wants him in Congress. That’s reason enough to support him, and is the very reason I supported Trump for POTUS. A vote for Moore is a vote to blow up the GOP. I don’t believe the polls that show Moore behind in Alabama. They said the same thing about Trump.

Like Trump, probably has skeletons and demonstrated objectionable behavior
Like Trump, they will hang him high for it

outsider: “My goodness those charges are 38 years old.”

Oh. So, do all the people who were howling for Bill Clinton’s impeachment back in the ‘90s like and forgive him now? Maybe it’s a few more years yet.

Really, what is the magic number of years that make everything okay? It was just in the past week that Kesa Anna had all kinds of dark things to say over vague, largely unspecified and entirely unsubstantiated allegations in Martin Luther King Jr.’s FBI files from a good 50 years back. If I didn’t know better, I might start to suspect that people will condemn political foes on the flimsiest pretext, while excusing the most heinous things if they’re done by a political ally. Golly!

    • Janos Skorenzy November 17, 2017 at 2:28 pm #

Judge Roy Moore is the Man for the Job – whether he is guilty or not. Some things have to take precedence. They’re gunning for the President and Moore is a preliminary sacrifice.

The Old Testament is full of stories of God using flawed men like Roy Moore. For God’s sake, the man pulled out a gun on stage. Ecce Homo – Behold the Man!

      • outsider November 17, 2017 at 2:52 pm #

And Moore is ‘Born Again.’ So all of his sins have been washed away.

      • Elrond Hubbard November 17, 2017 at 5:26 pm #

This. This is truly spectacular. Here’s Janos — someone who flings accusations of aiding and supporting child abusers like so many handfuls of fascist confetti — throwing his support behind an accused child molester.

Janos doesn’t stop there, either. The accusation against Roy Moore hasn’t even been taken to court, much less proved. But Janos feels the need to declare that he stands behind the accused child abuser whether he’s guilty or not.

Go ahead and re-read his post, just to satisfy yourself that his depravity really is that rank. It’s okay, I’ll wait. And he will never, ever, ever cop to it. I wonder if he’ll have the guts to fling yet another of his rhetorical turds at me for pointing it out. My guess is he’ll wait for it blow over.

Janos is a very special human specimen.

I must admit, Janos exercises a very peculiar twist on logic sometimes. But to his credit, he’s amazingly consistent. That’s why I’ve never dismissed him as a mere troll. Like him or not, he appears to be the real deal.

        • Janos Skorenzy November 17, 2017 at 11:50 pm #

Some things – like survival and/or victory – trump morality. Thus Krishna advised trickery to win the Battle of Kurukshetra. When asked why afterwards, he simply said the enemy was too powerful to defeat by fair means. And all moral concerns or even condemnations depend on being there to accept them, right Elrond?

Who will Blacks, Browns, and Liberals blame once Whites are gone?

Btw, your operatives are already claiming that Al Franken doesn’t have to leave – even the victim. As I said, you folks are better at politics than we are. That’s not a moral compliment. You scarcely admitted being wrong about Clinton before going back on attack. The admission was simply part of the attack, setting the stage for it. And you find it difficult when you meet someone on our side with a bit of your pragmatism about morality. I don’t claim winning is the only thing though. I don’t want to be as amoral and immoral as you.

“Mainly what’s being accomplished in the current hysteria is reinforcement of the idea that the weaker sex is just that, but with a raging denial that they require some kind of protection.”

You see the condescension,a man wronged decades ago and not coming forward to deal with it would be called a p…. Yet the media is blind to the double standard they create and endorse.

As far as it going so far as having ninety-plus percent of men expelled as sex monsters from every workplace in the land, that won’t happen. Before it does we will be reminded that while most of the time barking men are called dogs because indeed they are, sometimes women do make shit up. Sometimes women use sex to their advantage as ruthlessly as those abusers of power now biting the dust for ruthlessly demanding sex have. Legs may spontaneously spread but later guilt then writes a story of rape. Perhaps in the media world a movie role could set one up for life. How to get it?

While it is true sometimes men can be dogs, women can sometimes be bitches.

    • elysianfield November 17, 2017 at 11:35 am #

      Dog,
If there was no thing such as sex between men and women…would men hang around with females? Would males and females find something in common? Or would males just avoid females or hunt them down and kill them?

This question was posited to me 20+ years ago. I believe without sex in the equation, men would avoid females entirely.

      • Janos Skorenzy November 17, 2017 at 2:33 pm #

Exactly. They don’t make it as men – small, weak, talk funny, dress funny, boring, dumb, etc. Sex is what they have – and they know it too for the most part.

“It’s a Man’s World, but it don’t mean nothing without a Woman or a Girl.”

That’s the deal, the best one they’re going to get. The rest of the World won’t give it to them. Certainly not the Muslims – yet they support them over their own Man – and that’s simply madness. Yet they can’t help themselves: the primitives love power and virility and the bitches want revenge on White Men for not being perfect or because they were born Women or something.

    • Elrond Hubbard November 17, 2017 at 11:43 am #

Notably, JHK doesn’t specify which of the sexes he considers the weaker. One presumes he’s referring to the sex that tends to be more diminutive and less muscular. But he could just as well be referring to the sex most needing to exercise self-control in sexual matters, and most prone to lapses of same.

I have to ask: when in history did politeness and manners ever stop or prevent an actual sexual assault? Don’t these words already stand for the expectation that people will control themselves and not commit insults — verbal, physical or sexual — against others? Actually, they stand for something else: the requirement that people conform to others’ expectations. Public disapproval is supposed to check misbehavior, which it does to an extent, but mainly on the surface. Conformity and self-control are as distinct as chalk and cheese, and it’s self-control that really matters — i.e., who you are when nobody’s looking, and you think there’s something you can get away with.

Just think of what the Catholic priesthood got away with for so long. On the surface, perfect probity and a presumption of moral authority; while just beneath — seething horror. Uncomfortable as it is, I think the present kerfuffle is a consequence of trying to deal honestly with substance, not surface, which is the only way real change for the better can happen. Unfortunately we as a species may not be able to deal honestly with the substance of sex. Hypocrisy looks more and more like a survival trait.

K-Dog: “[S]ometimes women do make shit up. Sometimes women use sex to their advantage as ruthlessly as those abusers of power now biting the dust for ruthlessly demanding sex have.”

No argument here, but let’s not lose sight of the actual power dynamics. When men characteristically misbehave in this realm, they are seizing power and choice away from someone who did not grant it. On the other hand, when women misbehave in stereotypical fashion, they are playing a subordinate hand in a game whose rules are imposed on them by circumstance.

Someone in Seattle area informs me that,

Bezos lives just down the beach from Bill Gates on Lake Washington in Seattle. (However, I imagine he owns houses all over the place by now.)
I cruise by Bezos house frequently during the summer–maybe 40-50 ft off his dock. I noticed last summer he installed some kind of heavy electronic cable stretching from his property out in the waterway. It was only about 5 ft underwater.
Thought I was going to hit it one day. I would have hit it if I were running a deeper-draft vessel. I suspect it came lose from anchors on the bottom or something. Anyway, both Bezos and Bill Gates are known to have extensive surveillance systems. They can supposedly read the data off of everyones cell phones when we go by.

Drudge mentions Soros and Pelosi pow wow,

All of the events are scheduled to take place at the La Costa Resort, which features 17 tennis courts of both clay and hard surfaces including one with 1,000 seats for spectators, 36 holes of golf on the Legends Course and the Champions Course, an array of pools including three hot tubs that overlook said golf courses, a spa building, and the Deepak Chopra Center, where guests can do yoga or receive mind-body medical consultations.[Heckler, you with me?]

Pelosi and Harris are not the only two politicians to have a presence at the swanky conference—Pennsylvania governor Tom Wolf (D.) held a Thursday event on his reelection efforts, Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D., Minn.) will speak on Friday about “Russian interference in the 2016 election,” and Rep. Ben Ray Lujan (D., Minn.), who chairs the DCCC, will attend a “festive brunch” on Saturday morning. Also making a “special appearance” on Friday will be Virginia’s governor-elect Ralph Northam.

The agenda also lists “special guests” at the conference, some more famous than others. Attendees showcased in the agenda range from failed California politician Sandra Fluke to liberal CNN contributor Van Jones to Center for American Progress CEO Neera Tanden.

“Seems to me this storm could roar and roil on until ninety-plus percent of the men in America are exposed as sex monsters and expelled from every workplace in the land.”

In my 40 years as a female professional, I would say that 99 percent of men are respectful of women. It’s that one percent that causes all the damage.

Sexual coercion is not about lust, it is about control, domination, humiliation, and ultimately violence. If you have not been on the receiving end of this kind of behavior, then you cannot possibly understand it.

The workplace is male, that is why women are protected. The leading cause of female death in the workplace is homicide. Should I repeat that?

The sexual harassment laws have only been on the books since the nineties and that are weakly enforced. That is why men persist in this behavior.

    • Janos Skorenzy November 17, 2017 at 3:07 pm #

That’s only because women avoid dangerous jobs for the most part. So you shouldn’t repeat it.

Another example: Someone did an experiment showing that men stopped to help attractive women far more than they did unattractive women. The outrage! But women don’t stop to help men at all. The Context.

Otherwise I don’t disagree: Any sexual advance on the job should be made very graciously and with subtlety. That makes being turned down easier and it should be accepted as final. Ideally all advances should have something of this character, whether on the job or not. Of course, persistence does pay off though – and some women demand it from the would be paramours. But all that belongs outside of the work place.

“Sexual coercion is not about lust, it is about control, domination, humiliation, and ultimately violence. If you have not been on the receiving end of this kind of behavior, then you cannot possibly understand ”

      JustSaying,
And if on the offending end? You are wrong about lust…about men’s sexual proclivities, you cannot possibly understand.
You can only define your feelings in that equation, and only speculate upon the other’s motives…the majority of men on this site would not agree with your premise.

Control, domination, humiliation, violence…mere elements, not usually the causal. Men feel lust ALL the time with proper stimulus…women such as yourself may be…and I apologize, predisposed to insult….

      • JustSaying November 19, 2017 at 8:40 am #

I could care less about understanding men’s sexual proclivities.I want men to leave me alone at work. I have a right to not be assaulted, harassed, leered at, hit on, commented on or stalked at work. If you can’t keep it reined in for eight hours a day, get help.

Newsflash, women control the sexual dance. Men who are successful with women know how to respond appropriately to those signals. You misjudge, then you will end up in HR. Better course of action – go sex hunting in your spare time. The workplace is not a pickup joint.

        • elysianfield November 19, 2017 at 11:06 am #

          JustSaying,
What you say is true…I cannot disagree with anything you most recently posted. Your earlier post, however, was a bit…strident.

          • JustSaying November 19, 2017 at 11:47 am #

My earlier post was an explanation about WHY this kind of behavior occurs. As I said, it has nothing really to do about lust, attraction or sex. In my personal experience (where I have experienced all of the above on the job), my only conclusion is that it was about those things that I raised.

If a man were truly concerned with their sexual desires, they would not expose, harass, stalk, or humiliate the woman they were trying to attract. It is not about attraction but submission, i.e., sexual coercion. Women clearly understand this difference.

Weinstein, Toback, Franken, Bush, etc., are not acting like this because they are attracted to women, they are acting like this because they have power over women and an inherent need to control and humiliate them. The Franken picture says it all.

          • elysianfield November 19, 2017 at 6:22 pm #

“If a man were truly concerned with their sexual desires, they would not expose, harass, stalk, or humiliate the woman they were trying to attract”

            JustSaying,
The reason that they expose, harass, and stalk women is because they do not understand a woman’s perspective…they only understand their own, and react accordingly…it is an error in perception, and judgment. Dick pic’s are an example…many men think you would like to see their johnsons, and then be sexually excited by the pic….

Lack of perception of a woman’s sexuality, and bad judgment.

Your earlier explanation was akin to a man’s regarding a dick pic as part of a dating ritual…and just as much in error.

As an aside, I am horrified by your perception of a man’s motives….

  28. erik November 17, 2017 at 12:30 pm #

This whole thing about the sexual “misdeeds” of prominent men is resembling other inquisitional frenzies of the past such as the HUAC purges of the early fifties, the Palmer Raids of the thirties, the day care center devil worshiping sex cults of the eighties and other “moral panic”inspired pogroms our culture is given to.

We now are going after people possibly guilty decades ago of the mildest inappropriate touching ( referred to as “groping” because it has a nice ring to it) or simply having made a pass at someone who didn’t want a pass made by a particular person, but would have welcomed it from another person.
I’m a man over 70 who made his share of passes at women when I was young. I also had passes made at me by older men mostly and they were unwelcome and awkward for me and for many of them as well. That is the nature of what happens when one makes a pass and is rebuffed, but a rebuffed pass is hardly a crime. As a young guy between 20-25 I had sex with teenage girls as young as 15 (which happened to be legal in my state; I don’t believe the age of consent was ever higher than 16 back then in a few states) and in most of those cases they were the ones who initiated the contact.
I made many a pass at women my age and was pushed away a number of times. I also had women make passes at me (try to kiss me) when I had no interest and others whose advances I welcomed.
If there were a way for people to have unerring foresight about whether other people were interested, that would be a wonderful world where nobody would ever be subject to an unwelcome sexual advance, nor suffer the embarrassment of making one,but the real world is much messier.

And then you have the business of sexual favors being traded for career advancement or other forms of advancement..Well isn’t that surprise? Of course if the promised advancement is provided then it’s all good, but if it’s not then the “victim” has a grievance to nurture, perhaps even a palimony suit or, as it was called more quaintly in the past, a “breach of promise” suit. But if it works out, it’s a ballgame; you start out as a Virginia country girl named Nancy Gibson and end up as Lady Astor.

I think in many ways the current explosion of people coming out of the woodwork to accuse people of minor transgressions decades ago is a tawdry and demeaning business for all parties involved.

If sexual psychopathy is institutionalized, as it obviously is in the movie making business, it seems totally reasonable to have an institutional response to that untoward behaviour as an ongoing concern. Sanctioning sexual psychopathology on an institutional basis is a great way to destroy institutions as they become mired in
litigation that is reported in the news. Clearly, from the Whore House to the Casting Couch it’s all about the prioritizing of the Penis over the Vagina on the political stage of pornography in the United States of America.

Briefly, High Strangeness in the Nutmeg State, too. A home invasion in West Hartford for example. So what you say, home invasions are a dime a dozen? But this one had some curious aspects. West Hartford is s Big Lib town where the high income citizens live cheek by jowl to the Hartford ghetto, still, ostensibly anyway, they’re down with the struggle. Just the same they don’t have their heads totally stuck up their asses and they know they are in danger. A woman was at home alone during the break in, no matter, she retreated to a ‘Panic Room’ inside the house where she watched on camera the burglar ransack the house from a safe position. As for the burglar himself, he was an esteemed citizen from the ‘hood and (this is the best part) he had 132 prior arrests.

This is the first time I’ve ever heard of a panic room outside the movies and used in real life.

Bradley Manning showed up at Wesleyan (tuition $55000 per year) in Middletown and was given a heroes welcome, SRO at the event. After her speech (and she looked Fab, incidentally, according to the newspaper) there was a reception with 35 special guests, an intimate get together for supporters and fans. Rest assured no hard questions were asked at either the presentation or the party afterward, no way, (like, why did you sell out your country while on active duty? Did you deserve a free $2 million sex change operation provided by the Bureau of Prisons?) just 100% fawning and ass sucking by these little college faggots, lefties, snowflakes and drag queens.

that’s the way it is now here in Southern New England, get your equipment removed, put on some high heels, betray your country, and you are a big hero.

I just tried to find out if Manning actually when thru with the operation. The Bureau of Prisons had authorized it, but it had not been carried out. When her Army health benefits ran out in May she still hadn’t had the surgery. I couldn’t find out if she had gone thru with it since and who paid for it. Perhaps she set up a GO FUND ME account?

The video depicted wanton murder worthy of a German Einsatzgruppe in 1941 in the Ukraine. If they had helicopters with miniguns they’d have used them the same way. So was this selling out our country or turning states evidence before the world and God?

Manning broke the law and deserved punishment, but the sentence was far too severe. Yet he/she is a national hero nonetheless. WHY? – the wars are illegal, silly! Kudos to Obama for commuting her sentence (it was not a pardon). Trump would have kept her ass in jail.

Also kudos to Putin for not returning Edward Snowden to the US, where he would have been locked up indefinitely for embarrassing the NSA brass.

Hey!! How come Mr. “Grab ’em by the Pussy” aka Dr. Trump ain’t been named as a predator?

Al Franken mimes bobbling some sleeping boobs and he gets pilloried whilst, The Donald (a guaranteed, self confessed Prevert) gets erected President? WTF?

The U.S. Congress is not “A World Made by Hand” it’s a “World Made by Hand-Jobs” (couldn’t resist…).

I have a friend who shared some insight, whenever he sees some gal revealing a lot of skin, he stares at her,.. doesn’t say anything, just stares…his rationale..? She wants to be looked at, maybe not by everybody but, if she doesn’t want to be looked at by paunchy, balding, middle aged guys then she should cover up whenever she’s around us…

I have a very pretty, curvy niece…she gets lambasted by me every time she comes out with half of her “Rack” on display. Usually, it’s something mundane being said “you go put some clothes on” or more direct “Don’t come out here with half your tits hanging out”

And I love it when the delicate little feminists (Male & Female) declare that “What she was wearing shouldn’t make any difference!” I heartily agree but, I think the phrase needs some tweaking to: “What she WASN’T wearing makes the difference” So, if she showed up bare-assed naked could that be seen as provocative dress?

I guess I have to go live on Antarctica where everybody is covered-up head to toe all of the time

    • Janos Skorenzy November 17, 2017 at 2:53 pm #

Yes power and lust go together. If a man doesn’t feel powerful, he won’t even be able to get it up. Unfortunately, when women dressed provocatively, this creates the “asking for it” psychology to arise in some. I don’t think they’re asking for it – just power tripping, perhaps unconsciously. Muslims use both arguments and say such women have abdicated all their human rights – which is simply a horrendous attitude, but it is a horrendous religion.

Where does it go? They project it onto Conservative Whites.

What will you accept as proof?

    • beantownbill. November 17, 2017 at 5:23 pm #

The right question to ask. i’d do random ground checking of engine exhausts, the closer to take-off the better, simultaneously with checks of the subject planes’ cargo holds for stored “chemtrail” substances which could be added later in-flight, or maybe have a trailing plane scoop up some of the exhaust. If the analysis of the exhaust contents showed harmful chemicals not usually produced by aircraft engines, then I’d change my mind about chemtrails.

A well-thought out plan involving a pre-determined number of planes ought to put this issue to bed, one way or the other. If engine-produced exhaust fumes normally consisted of harmful chemicals, well that’s another issue in itself, but it wouldn’t necessarily mean there was a conspiracy.

When I printed out this report put together by a group of Air Force Colonels and Majors and presented the copy to my Township Attorney ( a recently retired AF Major General) he was thrilled that I was able to get a copy of it and told me that not only was this factual, but that the UN has a committee that in theory monitors the application of weather modifications used as weapons as a “policing force” though it is useless. This is fair comment (though I still disagree with the xenophobia). We should be doing something positive with the advantages we have.

What prompted me to say that was SteveO expressing an idea similar to something JHK has expressed as well. Both display an impatience with how people are making use of the freedoms they have, and both ostensibly look forward to getting back to basics when the calamity comes.

I say ostensibly because I sense a hidden agenda: what they’re really looking forward to is seeing those freedoms stripped away, because they don’t like them, and they no longer want to be irritated by them. And I don’t think they’re alone either.

I think the whole “free love” and “sexual revolution” was a scheme cooked up by some frat boys in the 1960’s. Why would a woman want to have quickie sex with a man she doesn’t know and trust?

Yes, “the pill” helped to take away the very-real risk of pregnancy, but it didn’t take away the threat of sexually transmitted diseases. Diseases such as chlamydia can ruin a woman’s chances of ever getting pregnant.

I have a niece in her early 30’s who went through a promiscuous phase starting when she was a high school senior. Now she’s married and wants to have a baby–but can only manage ectopic pregnancies–probably the result of youthful indiscretions. It just goes to show–you can’t fix stupid.

Since the dawn of time men have been employing just about every effort and all the wile and cunning they can muster to talk women into the sack for free rides. The “Free Love” hippie days where enormously successful for the fornicators. The cocaine induced high times of the eighties were another and today’s omnivorous sexual free-for-all is yet one more successful means to the same “happy” ending. I do not know why so many of the ladies keep falling for it all, but in the end, not all do and I suppose those who do not, along those of what I believe to be a small number of “decent” men who appreciate the special nature of the male & female relationship are fortunate indeed. I count my blessings, every day.

    • beantownbill. November 17, 2017 at 5:44 pm #

Jen,having been in that scene myself in the ’60’s, I can attest that many, many women felt liberated enough to engage in casual sex. I couldn’t begin to count how many women (girls, really) I “interacted” with whom I met in Cambridge Commons in Harvard Square. It was an interesting time, and I never caught any disease (luck?).

I was a kid myself and didn’t know better; that’s my excuse.

American women present us with a bizarre piece of cognitive dissonance. They claim to be powerful and independent – until a man exhibits rude behavior, which causes them to behave like frightened middle school girls. They’re the most qualified candidate for President ever – until a male candidate gets too close during a debate, which makes them shrink like a violet….

Having sex with a lot of women was good for me. By the time I was 25 or so, the thrill of it all went away and I began appreciating women for who they were, not just how they looked. I found myself not interested in sex just for sex’s sake, but only with women I truly cared for. I just didn’t want sex with a stranger. Between 25 years old to about 29 I really didn’t date much at all.

I got married at 30 to someone I thought I wanted to be with for a long time. Three years later my marriage ended because I was too strong a personality for my wife to deal with. I had made a mistake.

The first year after that I was determined to learn from my mistakes. I learned how to be a better partner. Three years later I married my second wife. We’ve been together for 35 years now, and I couldn’t imagine living without her. But I’ll tell you, it isn’t easy; an intimate relationship requires a lot of constant work. But it pays off so much that the work doesn’t feel bad at all. I’m as happy as a pig in shit ( I know that’s not a pretty description, but I do feel that way). I feel bad for guys who won’t do the work, and end up bitter.

Hairy situation: DC’s rail system may be taken down by human shedding
The fuzzy coating from riders’ heads could cause electrical sparks and fires.

    https://arstechnica.com/science/2017/11/hairy-situation-dcs-rail-system-may-be-taken-down-by-human-shedding/

“For residents of our nation’s capital, news of a fire on the city’s rapid transit system—the Washington Metro—is not surprising. It catches fire and smokes quite regularly. At some points last year, there were reports of more than four fires per week (although there’s some dispute about that rate). There’s even the handy site—IsMetroOnFire.com—to check the current blaze status.

“Yet, despite the common occurrence, residents may be surprised to learn a potential contributor to the system-wide sizzling: their own hair.

“If According to a safety specialist with the Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU), a thick, felt-like layer of human hair, skin, and other debris has collected on the aging tracks of the city’s rails. In particular, hair has built up on insulators supporting the transit system’s electrified third rails, which run cables carrying 750 Volts of electricity to power the trains. The hair coating delivers a real threat of electrical sparks and fire.”

Just imagine: Washington D.C. brought to its knees by dandruff. I bet there’s an Ig Nobel in this for the right scientist.

How Politics and Bad Decisions Starved New York’s Subways
Disruptions and delays have roiled the system this year. But the crisis was long in the making, fueled by a litany of errors, a Times investigation shows.

        https://www.nytimes.com/2017/11/18/nyregion/new-york-subway-system-failure-delays.html

“After a drumbeat of transit disasters this year, it became impossible to ignore the failures of the New York City subway system.

“A rush-hour Q train careened off the rails in southern Brooklyn. A track fire on the A line in Upper Manhattan sent nine riders to the hospital. A crowded F train stalled in a downtown tunnel, leaving hundreds in the dark without air-conditioning for nearly an hour. As the heat of packed-together bodies fogged the windows, passengers beat on the walls and clawed at the doors in a scene from a real-life horror story.

“In June, after another derailment injured 34 people, Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo declared that the system was in a “state of emergency.”

“But the problems plaguing the subway did not suddenly sweep over the city like a tornado or a flood. They were years in the making, and they might have been avoided if decision makers had put the interests of train riders and daily operations ahead of flashy projects and financial gimmicks.

“An examination by The New York Times reveals in stark terms how the needs of the aging, overburdened system have grown while city and state politicians have consistently steered money away from addressing them.”

On second thought, maybe dandruff is a nice problem to have … ?

Sold out to drugs, Hillary Clinton, Priuses, pickups that never see mud and to a state of non being capable of none of the manly behaviors. I do not mean beating up or harassing women. That is for the weak. Women do not respect most men who are of the soft variety. They will always opt for the real man. I well recall the men who returned from WW II. They smoked, drank their beer and minded their own damn business. They were admired, respected and they were by gosh tough. What passes for maleness now is embarrassing. Amerika is done. Cooked. Full of thugs, whiners, complainers; fearful of everything that their government invents to frighten the population.

Bah!!! Pox on the whole lot!!!!!

Maybe HR can intermediate between the interested (or not) parties involved, first an anonymous inquiry by the party of the first part followed by picking a name from among acceptable candidates by the party of the second part (or not), whereupon if the party of the first part is a selectee, then formal introductions can be established.

    Natalie Jean-Baptiste, Esq.:

“When I graduated from law school with a six-figure student loan debt, it never occurred to me that I wouldn’t be able to pay it back. I just knew I was going to be a hot shot entertainment attorney and pay it off in no time. I dreamed of red carpet events, Grammy parties and hanging with my clients at Diddy’s house in the Hamptons. You couldn’t tell me nothing! (*Kanye voice*) I never ever dreamed I’d end up in bankruptcy court, let alone become an expert on bankruptcy and student loan law and start a student loan counseling service but here I am. For as long as I can remember, I wanted to be an attorney. I remember watching The Cosby Show thinking “I’m gonna be just like Claire Huxtable when I grow up”. After getting my Bachelor’s in Communications, I enrolled in law school determined to achieve the goal I’d set for myself before I knew what a FAFSA Form or a promissory note was. My folks were hardworking middle class people. I didn’t have a college fund or a trust fund put away for me. I had to borrow money to pay for my education and I didn’t think twice about it because I had been conditioned to believe that taking out loans to pay for school is not a bad thing, it’s “good debt” I was told. I learned the hard way that there’s no such thing.

Because the field of entertainment law is super competitive, I accepted quasi-legal positions right out of law school in order to get my foot in the door in hopes that I would move up the ranks and earn the high salary that I expected after having graduated from law school and passing the bar exam. After nearly a decade of “paying my dues”, struggling with my finances and facing some serious health challenges, it was time to take drastic measures. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I needed a fresh start. Bankruptcy was my answer. I filed for bankruptcy pro se, not because I had any experience in bankruptcy law (I hadn’t even take one bankruptcy class in law school) but because I simply couldn’t afford to hire an attorney. I gave myself a crash course in bankruptcy law, reading everything I could get my hands on and attending CLE (Continuing Legal Education) courses on the subject. During the course of my studies I learned about the undue hardship exception for student loans and became even more determined to get my consumer debt and student loan debt discharged.

I filed my Chapter 7 Petition and commenced an adversary proceeding to have my $200,000 student loan declared dischargeable under the undue hardship exception of the Bankruptcy Code. Only then did I learn about the variety of repayment options and forgiveness programs available to student loan borrowers who are struggling with their debt. The debt collectors certainly never breathed a word of it to me. I am preparing for trial to determine the dischargeability of my private student loan debt but I settled my $156,000 federal student loan debt for $36,000, which is a huge victory. While going through my battle, I developed a passion for helping other people struggling with debt. I started my own practice where I have a focus in bankruptcy and consumer rights and a student loan counseling service to assist student loan borrowers in finding the best solution for managing their debt.

I believe you shouldn’t have to end up in bankruptcy court to learn what your options are with respect to your student loan debt. My mission is to empower you with the information and tools you need to get a handle on your student loan debt so that you can have the freedom and peace of mind to live a life you love! Education should not be a debt sentence. I wish you health. I wish you love. I wish you prosperity. I wish you peace.”

Natalie Jean-Baptiste graduated from New York Law School (not to be confused with NYU Law School). US News ranks New York Law School as tied for 112th place. Details: “The law school at New York Law School has an application deadline of July 1. Its tuition is full-time: $49,240 per year and part-time: $37,880 per year. The student-faculty ratio is 14.0:1. The law school at New York Law School has 108 full- and part-time faculty on staff.”

Is 112 bad? Of how many? 112? 1112?

Probably only the top 50 US law schools are viable as the top 3 tiers?

“Number of Law Schools in the US. There are 205 ABA-approved law schools and about 32 Non-ABA approved law schools. That means there are 237 law schools in the United States. We can refer to the Law School Admissions Council and the American Bar Association for this information.”

A vaunted American system of checks and balances turned out to be nothing more than a possession by some closed but very influential group of people of compromising materials – real or made up – against all participants of the political process in the country.

As soon as this scheme collapses, which happened in the case of election of Donald Trump, this system of political checks and balances went crushing down, and a full-scale war of elites looms before the country, which threatens to turn into a full-fledged civil war.

If the US Department of Justice starts to investigate the Clinton case, it will mean Donald Tramp’s interception of initiative, as he needs only a hitch to start investigating all crimes committed by the Clinton family.

The US Department of Justice may initiate an investigation into the activities of the Clinton family fund and details of the deal to acquire the transnational company Uranium One by Rosatom’s subsidiaries, whose leadership had close ties to the White House during the presidency of Bill Clinton. It is assumed that Hillary Clinton could’ve gotten under the influence of Russia after her fund received more than $31 million in “donations” from the founder of Uranium One Frank Giustra.

” It was just in the past week that Kesa Anna had all kinds of dark things to say…….”

I would say that this is mis – characterizing what I wrote —

Except I already went over that in some detail.

So, here, you are just plain lieing .

the relevant exchange was in the blog post , ” What could go wrong ? ”

I invite anyone to go back and read the relevant comments.

I have nothing to worry about if they do.

    • KesaAnna November 18, 2017 at 4:21 am #

      or , if they can’t be bothered , we can deal briefly with your sophistries here;

” Really, what is the magic number of years that make everything okay? ”

      Presumably the above statement has something to do with what follows it ;

It was just in the past week that Kesa Anna had all kinds of dark things to say over vague, largely unspecified and entirely unsubstantiated allegations in Martin Luther King Jr.’s FBI files from a good 50 years back. ”

50 years back ? No , not at all.

The question I asked , and I specified it , was relevant to 1968 .

It was regarding that period, not any later period.

Not to anything 50 years later.

” Really, what is the magic number of years that make everything okay? ”

      in reference to me ?

zero years. Since i was talking about 1968.

But , then , you know that , you lieing scumbag.

Okay. I mean, I’m trying to make sense of your objection. In English we have this word ‘ago’, which is like a minus sign for time. If I say something happened 50 years ago, that means it happened in the year which is this year minus 50. So I actually thought I was talking about 1968 as well, except, you really seem to think I wasn’t.

I guess what I really meant was 49 years ago, since 2017 – 1968 = 49. So yes, I’m guilty of the sin of rounding up. Um, I’m sorry?

        Also, it’s ‘lying scumbag’. FTFY.

    Sex ?

When the whole international Satanic child molestation / child murder conspiracy was rolled out in the 1980’s ,

I began to suspect that sex had nothing ,really , to do with it.

Sex was a cover for something else.

One reason my suspicions were aroused was because I was still at an age when I remembered when I was 12 years old like it was yesterday , because it was only yesterday , and while they began with 5 year olds , soon enough they were describing 12 and 15 year olds as ” children ” — i.e. implying that your average 13 year old does not know what they are doing .

Clearly a dubious proposition, in light of the fact that if our 13 year old kills someone , with pre-meditation and malice , then they want to charge that 13 year old as an adult — i.e . now they claim the 13 year old does know what they are doing.

Completely incapable of consent and intent one minute , fully capable of consent and intent the next minute !

At the time , I only knew the narrative was bogus. I did not know the why or how of it.

    The why and how of it , and what is actually going on , you should be able to see in the 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution ;

” Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted ”

    the fun part , the real meat and potatoes , is that second part ;

” except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted ”

The 13th Amendment is claimed to abolish slavery. Of course it does nothing of the sort.
It merely redefines slavery , and gives anyone who cares to know , the clue as to how to go about enslaving anyone .

Keep expanding the scope of the law.

Keep expanding the definition of criminal.

And the whole time you are doing so you can say you are working for human rights , and / or claim it is a moral crusade.

The only real bar to the rapacity of the law has always been the ability to afford lawyers , so as the scope of the law continues to expand , as the definition of criminal continues to expand , so the numbers of slaves , of have-nots , i.e. people who could not afford 500-dollar-an-hour lawyers , will grow apace.

All while we are told we are freer than before !

Sex ? Is has nothing to do with sex.

      Kesa,
I do believe that the “Prison Industrial System” as you might opine, is losing vast sums of money in its administration and operation. Unlike the Gulags of the former Soviet Union, it does not make a profit…Slavery when properly administered, probably did.

Most enlightened penal systems offer poorly-paid work as an option to prisoners…only in a relatively few are they forced to labor.

What you write is correct in that the poor fill the prisons, but crime is causal, not poverty, necessarily.

Interactions between men and women, at some level ALWAYS involve sex.

    “…What we have here…is a failure…to communicate.”~Strother Martin…Cool Hand Luke.

The particular pathology regarding allegations of sexual “assault” now occurring in this country, has a basal cause. The cause is not the degradation of our culture, not a change in human nature…not even a radical change in sexual mores…the change is much more insidious…it is the full-blown application of social media and the internet, to issues that have always existed.

The internet has given all people a voice and those voices are being heard…not necessarily to our, or society’s benefit. The internet provides a wall of noise, impenetrable, where “everyman” can find vindication, titillation, indignation, and rationalization. It is a new paradigm that society is unprepared to mitigate…indeed cannot mitigate, but rather is itself manipulated by “the great unwashed” that do so without consequences to themselves, but otherwise can cause great harm. Where will this unrestrained ability to communicate lead us? Social strife an absolute…Civil War a possibility.

Unfortunately, there is no “failure to communicate”…and society will suffer as a result.

“Of course, once all the predators are cleaned out of the corporate C-suites, we’ll still be stuck with a spectacularly trashy contemporary culture, saturated with inducements for all kinds of theoretically decent people to behave badly. Mainly what’s being accomplished in the current hysteria is reinforcement of the idea that the weaker sex is just that, but with a raging denial that they require some kind of protection.” — JHK

    …That too. 😉
Let’s also look at an important (to me) dynamic that fuels our society. The dichotomy of consent vs. coercion (either by violence or ruin). It’s where we come from; do we want it to [continue to] rule us?

    • volodya November 18, 2017 at 3:02 pm #

Yeah, you see the victims coming out a quarter century after the abuse proclaiming their “strength”. They say “I am strong.” Well, no, the facts tell a different story. Their actions throughout weren’t those of strength but those of fear and weakness and dependency.

That said, in the corporate world, it’s similar: fear and weakness and dependency. You drink the Kool-Aid and pretend to like it. No matter how heinous or preposterous or criminal the required cant is, you mouth the required words, you sign the required docs, you attend when and where you are told. Or else. And the “or else” can be ruinous. Either drink up and smile or get the hell out.

Apropos of that, what I find really interesting and worth a big think (or re-think if you will) is that these very institutions that refuse to abide by the Constitution have been granted all the perqs and privileges of “personhood”, protected by the same document! (I do believe we both have a graphic inkling of how this all ends.)

Stemming outward/inward from *that*, the apparatus of “the govt.” is owned and in service of aforesaid corporations. (Redund-ify: I do believe we both have a graphic inkling of how this all ends.)

Remember when we accused our parents of being “uptight”? Did we want to be like them? No way maaaaan, they were just a draaaaaaag.

And since the sexual revolution which (per San Jose Mom) HAD to have been cooked up by some frat boys as a prank, uptightness went bye-bye. It was great for guys, I mean, what guy WOULDN’T be happy?

And I looked at my wife’s copies of Cosmo where EVERY cover told women they could fuck like men.

The unbelievable thing is that women fell for it. Boomer parents even told their teen girls to fuck around er, engage in sexual “experimentation” even when the girls objected that it made them feel empty and worthless.

In any case, it’s been a great run. Pussy galore. We’d died and gone to heaven. A case of the clap now and again seemed a small price to pay.

What seems fanciful today can be reality tomorrow.

The election of Donald Trump has pushed white advocacy into the limelight. White nationalism is regularly mentioned, however disparagingly, in the New York Times, and the New Yorker pays attention to it. National pundits such as Tucker Carlson and Ann Coulter openly challenge multiracial dogma.

Driving home from work this summer, I listened to an NPR reporter who had done a “deep dive” into the alt-right, and was shocked to discover that many of its supporters are well-educated and even hip. What many want, he said, is a white ethnostate. He said this matter-of-factly, and the host received the information just as matter-of-factly.

I was reminded of the stages an idea goes through before acceptance: First, it isn’t mentioned in polite company. Then, it’s mentioned, but only to be denounced. Eventually, it was what everyone thought all along.

We are witnessing the total ungluing of the multiculturalist forces in America. They have abandoned all pretense of supporting free speech and even condone violence against white advocates.

Some university professors openly call for the mass murder of whites, or describe the formation of white families as “part of the problem.” Their jobs are safe.

A TV ad for the Democratic candidate for governor in Virginia featured a truck waving a Confederate flag chasing down a black boy, a Hispanic boy and a Muslim girl. The ad was pulled after an actual truck driver—an Islamic terrorist—ran over and killed bicyclists and pedestrians in New York City.

The media continue to be shocked by Donald Trump’s comments and behavior, oblivious to the backdrop of white discontent that got him elected. Millions of white Americans simply smile to themselves.

So, what to do with all this energy? Start talking about the specifics of racial separation.

White advocacy, in its modern form, is a few decades old. It has largely consisted of a seemingly small number of men who meet, write, and speak on a handful of taboo topics. One of the biggest: inherent racial differences and how they make co-existence impossible. This topic is considered unacceptable for public discourse. Liberals seem to fear that acknowledging inherent racial differences is the first step towards genocide.

Proposing an ethnostate avoids this problem. When our opponents know what we really want, they can’t impute base motives to us or conjure up violent outcomes we don’t envision. So long as we make it clear that separation will be gradual, mutual, and voluntary, people are more willing to accept it. If we do not make clear what we want, non-whites and white liberals really do imagine crazed rednecks running children down with trucks.

We are in the middle of an undeclared race war. To end a war you have peace talks. We should focus on specifics: Who’s going to get what? Which counties in our state should be for whites? Which ones for blacks? Which ones will be “multiracial”? Let’s get out maps and start marking them up.

White ethnostates, along with corresponding black ethnostates, Hispanic ethnostates, etc., cut off just about every complaint of unfairness by non-whites. You can’t discriminate against people you don’t live with. If Ta-Nehisi Coates says white racism is incurable, this is the solution.

All races can talk about ethnostates in a positive and forward-looking way, without dragging in tired discussions of the past or uncomfortable conversations about IQ. It’s easier to call yourself a supporter of a white ethnostate than a white separatist, white advocate or identitarian. You support something—you aren’t yourself something, and this depersonalizes the conversation.

If non-whites complain that we “owe” them something or that they couldn’t make it without us, they are conceding that we are better at building and maintaining civilized societies. Of course, as John Derbyshire has noted, blacks almost certainly will be worse off, materially anyway. But what about psychologically? Is the average African villager happier than a black American man in state prison?

The most we need to acknowledge is the simple and observable reality that races don’t get along. This observation assigns no blame. You could call it the “irreconcilable differences” grounds for divorce.

Many will dismiss ethnostates as a pipe dream, but don’t sell human ingenuity short. When you present people with a concrete idea—even a very big concrete idea—they’re good at extrapolating and filling in gaps with their own ideas.

Many blacks support reparations; most whites are opposed. But the ethnostate discussion can include that issue. After all the billions—probably trillions—whites have spent on blacks over the decades, they’re probably willing to shell out a few more bucks to be finished with the problem.

Whites, of course, aren’t the only ones to think of an ethnostate. The Nation of Islam has pushed for one for a long time.

We need to popularize the idea. A gruff white worker will say to another, after witnessing typically black behavior, “Maybe it’s time for that white ethnostate.” Blacks could add their voices. Instead of screaming “racism” after an arrest, they could say, “I can’t wait for my ethnostate.”

Some will see introducing the idea of racial separation as incendiary. I disagree. I predict an incredible cooling effect simply by discussing it.

Much of our mental health depends on what we imagine for the future. We can tolerate miserable circumstances if we know they can improve. Thinking about ethnostates will help us all.

I remain convinced that out-of-control multiracialism has taken an incredible toll on America’s collective mental health. The 11th “Stress in America” survey, released by the American Psychological Association, reports that about two-thirds of Americans say they are worried about the future of the country. Fifty-nine percent of those surveyed say that the “current social divisiveness” is one cause of their distress.

Government should study the matter. It might result in a legislator calling for “the formation of a committee, made up of residents of all racial and ethnic groups, to begin studying the feasibility and mechanics of separation.” There could even be a lobbying group—ideally multiracial—devoted to the single issue of ethnostates.

America is already pretty well segregated, in both neighborhoods and schools. Liberals constantly complain about this. The idea of an ethnostate would stop whatever desegregation efforts continue.

Instead of “segregated schools” we’d have schools with “cultural integrity.” For the workplace, I envision a complete obliteration of the anti-discrimination laws that have only made whites miserable and non-whites scarcely better off.

The criminal justice system is a major source of racial friction. Ethnostates would solve the problem: White police and the white court system would stop enforcing “white laws” against blacks or Hispanics. Black police and court systems would handle offenses by blacks in ways they saw fit. You could be tried by a jury consisting only of your own race. There would have to be some kind of agreement on handling the increasingly rare case of crimes that cross racial lines.

Ethnostates would not require a racial “trails of tears.” There might be little need for people to move. It could be recognized that wherever you live now, you can stay until you die, but no one would move into an area set aside for people of a different race. “Aliens” living in an area that belonged to a different race might be required to give up the right to vote.

I predict that so long as a given race knew an area was “theirs,” they would not actually care very much about the presence of people of other races. They would be treated well because they would not be a threat. Commerce would continue to cross boundaries freely.

We must push the “right of association” as a basic human right. People of all races have the right to associate with each other and exclude non-members. This right will override anti-discrimination laws.

The Trump phenomenon proves that whites are capable of marshaling their forces, even if they are not yet engaging in explicit white advocacy, and that non-whites screech and become violent even when whites engage in implicit white advocacy. This rage is based on a mistaken idea: that we can all “just get along.”

Modern Israel started as an idea in Theodor Herzl’s head. Today, it’s a nation.

There’s only one way out: esthnostates for all.

        Oh, screw you.

Note that these two Jews – Berman and Schumer – are fanatical Zionists who support the JEWS ONLY* State of Israel – a State which:

        • bans mixed marriage.
        • has a Jews-only immigration policy.
        • built a 30-kilometer fence along the border with Jordan to keep migrants and asylum seekers (“wild beasts”) from entering Israel.
        • imprisons then deports African asylum seekers.
        • has separate schools, separate housing, separate roads and separate buses for Jews and Palestinians.
        • administered the birth control drug Depo Provera to Ethiopian Jews without their knowledge or consent.
        • prohibits Ethiopian Jews from donating blood.
        [from OO site]

        • akmofo November 18, 2017 at 4:20 pm #

Calm down. You are completely misinformed:

          – Mixed marriages are recognized by the State, but not the Rabbinate (as expected).
          – The Law of Return grants returning Jews automatic Israeli citizenship, but that doesn’t mean that non-Jews after a process of acclimation are not granted Israeli citizenship.
          – I don’t see what you can possibly have against the border wall. Economic migrants are not asylum seekers. Israel receives asylum seekers to the best of its ability. How do you think the Vietnamese arrived in Israel? I guarantee you it wasn’t by way of walking across the Jordanian border.
          – In Israel practically every city and town has it own bus company. It’s called competition.
          – Ethiopian Jews are fully permitted to donate blood. Where the blood was diseased it was discarded and not used. That’s the responsible thing to do.

You need to stop blindly believing the propaganda crap that the Yan feeds you. Start learning things on your own.

    Chemtrails. Heres my experience.

On Fridays, I see more planes in the air. Spraying GKW [god knows what] and after a rain, I see the plane. Spraying.

So, recently, after a Thursday night rain, the planes were out spraying.
And, near a chemtrail plane, I saw a plane leaving a contrail. Two very different things.

I cant deny what I see.

Its now Saturday. The same sky that was full of planes spraying GKW dont have many planes in them, today.

This may interest you. The Illuminati seem to have substituted another woman for Sister Lucy, one of the Fatima Seers. I had heard about this years ago, but had no opinion either way since all I ever saw was small, scratchy black and white photos. But seeing two quality photos side by side, it’s pretty obvious that they are different people, even though of course the new one is much older than the real one – who is God knows where. Nuns have to do what they are told in traditional orders like the Carmelites. They probably sent her to a 3rd World nunnery. An obedient sister of a reclusive order, she never sought publicity. But when people sought her out and were able to get access, she would say what she thought – and the New Masters of the Church obviously didn’t like that at all.

Of course this conspiracy theory has been mocked to scorn. Now they are going to use a facial recognition program to prove it isn’t her.

      https://www.barnhardt.biz/2017/11/11/would-the-real-sister-lucy-of-fatima-please-stand-up/

Our Lady gave exact instructions: release the 3rd Secret in 1965. The Church had made the biggest deal about Fatima for generations. But when it came time to obey the order, they refused! Amazing. They didn’t like what the Secret said. Something about the Church rotting from the Head, a Bad Mass and a Bad Counsel. “Coincidently”, Vatican Two was happening at the same time.

The ideological aspect of the world civil war

This war is not to be confused with the ideological war in the second half of the 20th century.

Then the 5th Directorate of KGB practically acting together with CIA managed to brainwash the Soviet people to such an extent, that they betrayed their own country and rushed into the abyss of bandit capitalism with pleasure.

Well, it was necessary to pretend so well that there was no February 1917 revolution, that the Bolsheviks had destroyed the Russian Empire, and that the Bolsheviks – agents of the German General Staff – had concluded the Brest Peace Treaty, although the British Empire was the main beneficiary of the Brest Peace, getting an excuse to deny Russia The Black Sea Straits, guaranteed to it by the Entente Treaty.

Did anybody ever think at all why the Great Britain needed the Turkish city of Istanbul, standing on the bones of the Orthodox city of Constantinople?

Apparently someone recently explained this to Erdogan, and the Turkish president rushed to buy Russian-made S-500 systems.

Moreover, he left the NATO exercises, very transparently hinting of the possibility of Turkey withdrawing from the glorious ranks of the anti-Russian NATO alliance when he found that this anti-Russian alliance considers its enemies not only Nicolas the First and the Second, Lenin, Stalin, Brezhnev, but also Ataturk, to whom Lenin handed over weapons so that Ataturk saved his country from implementing plans developed by an organization called The Inquiry, which actually stood behind those who seized power in Russia in February 1917.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Inquiry

And now this organization is called the Council on Foreign Relations and publishes the journal Foreign Affairs, which until recently continued to insist on the implementation of this very plan The Inquiry developed, which guaranteed Russia access to the sea, although it remains unknown what it meant by it – St. Petersburg or Archangelsk?

Moreover, Russia was guaranteed territorial integrity in it, until such time when in the national autonomous republics of the Russian Federation there will be referendums under the supervision of US special representatives, which will determine the possible independence of these autonomous republics.

Actually, the Novo-Ogarevo Union Treaty, in which the autonomous republics of the RSFSR were granted Union status in 1991 and the Russian Federation became a Russian Confederation, was the plan of The Inquiry, developed under the leadership of Colonel House in 1917 and almost implemented by the Spotted Judas – Gorbachev.

The most interesting is that now Foreign Affairs in comparison with Foreign Policy is a relatively moderate publication that at some point began to support a new relaxation of international tension – New Détente. That’s just the point, that after the collapse of the USSR, the successors of the colonel House were replaced by Hillary and her flying monkeys, behind which the Washington Post newspaper looms, which in the early 1970s, destroyed US President Nixon for cooperation with “Russians = Soviet”, and now trying to similarly destroy president Trump for similar misconduct.

This newspaper in September 2006 bought the Huntington magazine Foreign Policy, which after that managed to fill the Huntington conflict of civilizations with a purely specific nuclear missile content, but even this magazine recently began publishing articles according to which, without a Bolshevik coup in 1917, no Russia would now be.

    http://foreignpolicy.com/2017/11/16/russia-wouldnt-even-exist-today-without-the-bolsheviks/?utm_content=buffer57e38&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook.com&utm_campaign=buffer

” So I actually thought I was talking about 1968 as well, ”

    Indeed ?

    and , again , the question I asked , which was relevant to 1968 , not to 2017 , has what to do with ;

” Really, what is the magic number of years that make everything okay? ”

i have no fucking idea , given Martin Luther King is dead , and I am NOT proposing we dig up a corpse and arrest, charge, and put it through a very expensive legal process.

” It was just in the past week that Kesa Anna had all kinds of dark things to say ….”

    The , ” dark things I had to say ” was ;

I asked why Martin Luther King wasn’t arrested , charged , and put through our very expensive legal process ( ESPECIALLY expensive if you ARE INNOCENT , since it means spending a lot of time, energy and money on…….nothing. )
as so many others were IN 1968 for similar allegations ?

” …largely unspecified and entirely unsubstantiated allegations in Martin Luther King Jr.’s FBI files…. ”

Oh , so he wasn’t arrested , charged , and put through our very expensive legal process because the allegations were largely unspecified and entirely unsubstantiated ?

So much the worse. Why wasn’t someone(s) arrested , charged , and put through our very expensive legal process for wasting a lot of taxpayer money on bullshit ?

It wasn’t bullshit ? So the allegations were NOT largely unspecified and entirely unsubstantiated , but had some meat in them ?

    It was bullshit ?
    It wasn’t bullshit ?
    It was bullshit ?
    It wasn’t bullshit ?

    I don’t know , and frankly don’t care , since it isn’t actually relevant to my question , which was , again ;

Why wasn’t there an arrest , a charge , and an expensive legal wrangle ?

—ASSUMING this legal system is not a deceptive caricature , and a cruel mockery of the principles that supposedly inspire it.

( I , myself , DO think this legal system is a deceptive caricature , and a cruel mockery of the principles that supposedly inspire it.
So I actually think the question is silly. But , then , I wasn’t asking the question of MYSELF . )

    Which brings us to ;

    What does the above question have to do with ;

” Really, what is the magic number of years that make everything okay? ”

    And how does the question ;

Why wasn’t there an arrest , a charge , and an expensive legal wrangle ?

    amount to ;

    ” ….dark things I had to say…. ” ?

” Good on you, KesaAnna. This is my exact position on the 13th amendment as well. ”

i don’t see how , since I think the 13th amendment , among many other things , demonstrates that the motive of the northern states was empire , not the welfare of blacks , whites, or Americans in general.

  64. KesaAnna November 18, 2017 at 9:42 pm #

” I do believe that the “Prison Industrial System” as you might opine, is losing vast sums of money in its administration and operation. ”

    No disagreement there.

    On the contrary, as I have said before , though elsewhere, but to be taken alike with what I wrote above ;

Acting , as people are acting in relation to law , like spoiled children in a toy store , refusing to prioritize , refusing to state plainly what is important and vital , and what is not, is proving ruinous .
would prove ruinous, even if we were a hundred times richer.

    Ostensibly ;

” Seems to me this storm could roar and roil on until ninety-plus percent of the men in America are exposed as sex monsters and expelled from every workplace in the land. ”

    — sounds like gross hyperbole.

    — except ……….if you had told me 35 years ago that your society would have reached this point , I would have thought the assertion fantastic.

MAYBE in 100 YEARS ……. but in a mere three decades ? !

” What you write is correct in that the poor fill the prisons, but crime is causal, not poverty, necessarily. ”

If crime were only murder , rape , robbing a bank , pissing in your coffee cup….

    But , no , first, ” children ” are pre-pubescent , pre-rational larvae.

    No argument there.

    — and then “children ” have breasts, public hair , menstruate, dry-hump pillows , and when you ask them , ” why did you dry-hump that pillow ? ” They CAN tell you exactly WHY they did.

    — and then , well, I have heard 18 year olds described as “children”.

    — I have heard 25 year olds described as “children ”

And if these definitions of “children ” , except the first , are not total bullshit, then yes, conceivably, 90% of the population CAN be defined as pedophiles.

( or , the only good people left are sexually -neuter celibates. Except , if that is the case , why diss the Catholic Church ? Since when have secular humanists and atheists been big advocates of the convent and monastery ? I guess i missed that news report ! )

And so , when Mr. Kunstler suggests that 90% of the population could conceivably be defined as criminal , he does NOT sound like a total fucking wacko . ( ? )

    ” Causal ” ??

I really , really , really doubt , in the current environment , you can give me a definition of “causal ” that isn’t terribly dubious.

“Causal ” is whatever the next session of the legislature ( i.e. when the spoiled brats get together to raid the toy store ) deems it to be .
    😛

      Additional note —

When your primary concern is eating , or accumulating wealth , any wealth , then , undoubtedly , the primary attraction of slavery must be captive and compulsory labor .

But what about when you have so much food that whole warehouses full of it spoil and have to be thrown out ?

What about when you have so much money , that the interest on savings accumulates faster than even a coke-head wastrel can spend it ?

slavery would wither away and disappear ?

Err, I think the history of the West in the 20th century would indicate otherwise.

It could be that the attraction of slavery becomes simply sadism.

In the same way , when survival really is at stake , the preferred value is always , ” the best enemy is a dead enemy . ”

But what if survival really isn’t at stake ?

Is killing someone really the WORST you can do to someone ?

Or , perhaps , to torture, humiliate, strait -jacket , and harass someone indefinitely is far worse ?

That is , worse meaning better , if your motive is malicious?

If any of this is true , then that our legal system hemorrhages money like the Catholic Church run by Leo X may not signify anything altruistic .

Permanent stigmatization , rather than execution, may not signify mercy or restraint.

      Kesa,
Regarding the causes of crime. Crime is not a tumor that can be excised…I believe that the root cause of crime involves cultural failures, parental failures, and, to some degree, the individual’s failure to develop human empathy, as a result of those other cultural and parental issues.

I do not think it a punishable crime for a person dying of hunger to steal a loaf of bread. But a person dying of hunger is not a definition of poverty in our country…our impoverished wax fat. While there are a small number of criminals who are driven by physical pathologies, the vast majority suffer intellectual and spiritual (read secular) issues.

If failure to develop human empathy is considered a “dubious” cause of crime…please illuminate me otherwise.

We don’t need “protection,” James. We need people to keep their hands, lips, and genitals to themselves unless invited to touch/share.

I’m almost 60. Women have faced unwanted sexual advances, well, forever. Some men just won’t take “no” for an answer. The more power they have, the more they seem to take advantage of it by going after women.

And yes, I know there are women who use sex to advance.

But it would be nice if women ever got to be off duty and viewed as a person, not a vagina.

The one good thing about being old is that in that regard, the attention from strangers dries up, for the most part. Yay.

When did “shag” enter the American lexicon as a synonym for copulation? Has it always been there and I didn’t notice or was it relatively recently? I was under the (quite possibly mistaken) impression that shag was a term for dance, I imagined from the Russian “Shagat”. Does anyone know?

In any event, an enjoyable read as always.

    • akmofo November 19, 2017 at 10:59 am #

In Russian, shag means move, as in a Chess game move. I think in English the term shag is borrowed from the slang for furry rag or toupée.

    • capt spaulding November 19, 2017 at 11:51 am #

Shag is a common expression in the British isles. Not as much in US. A common word for kissing is “snogging”.

The first time I heard the word “shag” was watching the movie, “Austin Powers–International Man of Mystery,” in the 1990’s, with the hilarious Mike Myers.

It was also used in the Bridget Jones movies.

      • pequiste November 19, 2017 at 7:23 pm #

The first time I heard the term “shag” was in the description of a living room’s flooring, coloured in a ghastly orange and green deep pile (minimum three inches long) braids of material. “So how do you like the new shag carpet?” she coyly cooed.

I showed her how much I liked it; I shagged her right then and there.

I have to respond to your onerous and overgeneralized post. My mother, in the last years of her life, had a black home health care worker. She was wonderful. In fact, she moved in with my mother. She moved her bed next to my mother’s when my father died after 76 years of marriage, so my mother, who had never been alone, would not wake up in the middle of the night with no one there (she had dementia).

This woman took great care of her. To a large degree, I know my mother lived to almost 102 because of this black home health care worker. In addition, I never had to worry about my mother, given that she lived 1500 miles away. My wife and I joke that if the time comes we both need assistance, we are going to fly the woman up north to live with us.

While the event to which you are referring was horrendous and involved a Black, I just couldn’t let you make a comment that said “never let…” without showing CFNers how disgustingly prejudiced you are.

Jim: “Dude that’s not a cougar, look at those saggy tits, that’s a Woolly Mammoth”

Ted: “Oh well, I’d still rip her Depends off and smoke her hams”

Every woman in America has been groped, is being groped at this moment, or is in danger of being groped sometime in the future. That what we have learned in the past month or so.

Being a Gentleman was something that was expected for the first two centuries of the Republic; at some point it became something to be jeered and laughed at. Who’s laughing now?

Political turmoil in Zimbabwe, formerly Rhodesia, Mugabe is out and the Army has taken over. (Did you see the General? He has as many ribbons as one of Idi Amin’s Admirals)

The question is: will the remaining 30,000 or so whites be wiped out sooner, or later? (And will the BBC and the NYT say they deserved it)

Interestingly, the Earth’s population is only half the number of views on this video on YouTube. Either they are so cool, or a hell of a lot of people has not a thing to do.

What is even more surprising: “despa?ito” means slowly, slowly, let’s wait. How then they copulate in such a hurry?

Trump to be presented $47 million arms deal proposal for Ukraine by H.R. McMaster

    http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/trump-to-be-presented-47-million-arms-deal-proposal-for-ukraine-by-hr-mcmaster-report/article/2641149

At the same time, I hear on Russian First Channel the appearance of a frank provocateur Michael Bohm, who in all seriousness explains to Russian viewers that the transfer of the “lethal weapons” of Ukrainian Nazis is a deterrence of Russian aggression, and a possible Russian answer in the form of supply of Taliban with modern missiles will be an act of state terrorism.

    https://www.wsj.com/articles/american-pundit-russians-love-to-hate-is-in-hot-demand-1457452420

For comparison, I will say that the preventive strike, about the possibility of which the new Russian military doctrine warns, means something directly opposite: a nuclear strike against American aircraft carriers, against positions of American missiles and against means of interception of the Russian counter-strike 5 minutes before their launch in the course of preparation of above mentioned first strike, which can not be hidden.

And all this garbage in the head of Americans, uniting the relatively decent man Lyndon LaRouche and the outspoken provocateur Michael Bohm, is called the moral superiority of the United States, and the denial of this superiority is called the “moral equivalence” of Russia and the United States.

    Porno-gerontophilia

… is the name of the genre of yesterday’s Sunday political programs, full of not very appetizing details of terrible stories of ugly like death old women about how seventy-year-olds 40 years ago shoved their tongue into their mouths, and their hands into their panties, slightly sweetened by the advertising of the coming show “Angels of Victoria’s Secrets”.
