Big Slide Referral Program
You can earn a 10% commission on all Big Slide e-book sales that result from your referral if you sign up as an affiliate and follow the instructions below.
You can refer sales through your website, blog, facebook, Twitter or email (Absolutely no spam allowed!).
Referrals fees will be sent via PayPal on a monthly basis.
The Big Slide referral program is managed for James Howard Kunstler by Duncan Crary Communications. If you have questions about the referral program, you may send an email to the following address:
INSTRUCTIONS
1) You must have a PayPal account to earn Big Slide referral fees. (For information about PayPal micropayments accounts, read the note at the bottom of this page.)
2) Click the following link and sign up for a PayLoadz Affiliate Account using the password and email address associated with your PayPal account:

3) You will be taken to an Affiliate Code Generator page with three code options. You must use one of the affiliate links in order to earn a referral fee. (Click here to see a Screen Shot of the PayLoadz page that you will see. )
You will be given three different affiliate link options:
Option 1: The affiliate link for Option 1 sends people to Kunstler.com/BigSlide first. If they then go on to purchase Big Slide during that visit, you will earn a 10% referral fee. (This is the easiest option.)
Option 2: The affiliate link for Option 2 sends people directly the PayPal page where they can buy Big Slide.
Option 3: You can ignore this option.
Note: You will also receive an email from PayLoadz containing the same information.
Once you select the type of affiliate link that you want to use, you can post that link on your website or send it to your friends via email, facebook, or Twitter. If you spam anyone, you will forfeit your referral fee.
You can track your referrals in your PayLoadz account.
4) To create a website advertisement for Big Slide, copy and paste the following code onto your website. Be sure to insert your affiliate link, starting with http:// in the place of the YOUR AFFILIATE LINK text in between the quotation marks. You must create the code correctly in order to earn your referral fees.

Note About Micropayments PayPal Accounts
(Note: PayPal offers a special "micropayments" account with a lower processing fee for receiving payments under $10. If you want both a regular PayPal account and a Micropayments account you either need to set up the accounts with different bank accounts or you need to contact PayPal and ask them to create a parent/child relationship between your regular and your micropayments PayPal accounts.)
